An open sharing market is a market providing a sharing business. It provides open sharing services handling various products, unlike existing sharing services providing specific products. Sharing under an open sharing market can include all products that are difficult for customers to deal with, and provides fluidity of trade through negotiating sharing periods and costs among sharers. There are many variant elements when you provide sharing services for various products. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an extensible architecture that can reflect the variant elements in open sharing markets. We expect the proposed architecture can continuously improve the extensibility of sharing services for various products, because we design sharing services as components to efficiently manage and provide various sharing services, and provide dynamic binding of variant elements.

Background It is still difficult to prevent partial or full-thickness flap necrosis. In this study, the effects of a cream containing menthol and methyl salicylate on the viability of random-pattern skin flaps were studied. Methods Forty female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two equal groups. Caudally based dorsal random-pattern skin flaps were elevated, including the panniculus carnosus. In the study group, 1.5 mL of a cream containing menthol and methyl salicylate was applied to the skin of the flap, and saline solution (0.9%) was used in the control group. Upon completion of the experiment, flap necrosis was analyzed with imaging software and radionuclide scintigraphy. Histopathological measurements were made of the percentage of viable flaps, the number of vessels, and the width of the panniculus carnosus muscle. Results According to the photographic analysis, the mean viable flap surface area in the study group was larger than that in the control group (P=0.004). According to the scintigrams, no change in radioactivity uptake was seen in the study group (P>0.05). However, a significant decrease was observed in the control group (P=0.006). No statistically significant differences were observed between the groups in terms of the percentage of viable flaps, the number of vessels, or the width of the panniculus carnosus muscle (P>0.05). Conclusions Based on these results, it is certain that the cream did not reduce the viability of the flaps. Due to its vasodilatory effect, it can be used as a component of the dressing in reconstructive operations where skin perfusion is compromised.

In this study, an automated cable non-destructive testing(NDT) system was developed to monitor the steel cables that are a core component of cable-stayed bridges. The magnetic flux leakage(MFL) method, which is suitable for ferromagnetic continuum structures and has been verified in previous studies, was applied to the cable inspection. A multi-channel MFL sensor head was fabricated using hall sensors and permanent magnets. A wheel-based cable climbing robot was fabricated to improve the accessibility to the cables, and operating software was developed to monitor the MFL-based NDT research and control the climbing robot. Remote data transmission and robot control were realized by applying wireless LAN communication. Finally, the developed element techniques were integrated into an MFL-based cable NDT system, and the field applicability of this system was verified through a field test at Seohae Bridge, which is a typical cable-stayed bridge currently in operation.

Spatial phenomena such as environment pollution, disease and the risk of spreading information need a rapid initial response to perceive spread event. Moving data perceive spread event through real-time processing and analysis. To process and analysis the event, spatial-temporal complex event processing is used. Previous spatialtemporal complex event processing is possible basis spatial operator but insufficient apply to design spatialtemporal complex event processing to perceive spatial phenomena of high complexity. This study proposed hierarchical spatio-temporal CEP design which will efficiently manage the fast growing incoming sensor data. The implementation of the proposed design is evaluated with GPS location data of moving vehicles which are used as the incoming data stream for identifying spatial events. The spatial component of existing CEP software engine has been extended during the implementation phase to broaden the capabilities of processing spatio-temporal events.
Purpose: A chisel mounted on working implement, such as agricultural machinery used in irregular farming conditions, is subjected to highly variable fatigue loading during work. To ensure the safety of the chisel on a working implement for the duration of its service life, fatigue testing must be performed with the proper fatigue test load conditions. In this study, working loads for a chisel were developed by reconstructing loads from strain gage data collected during field tests and used to conduct fatigue tests on the chisel component. Methods: FE analysis with nCode software was utilized to select the proper quantity and locations of strain gages for load measurements. A fatigue test was performed to experimentally verify the fatigue strength of the chisel and to evaluate the validity of the load history developed with the load reconstruction technique. Results: A strain history for the chisel was obtained from data collected during field tests. The data was filtered for the 14-16 km/h speed range, connected, and merged. The chisel load history was developed using the load reconstruction technique. The resulting load history was expressed as a load spectrum using the rain-flow counting method. Conclusions: A fatigue test was conducted on a chisel under a constant load condition with an equivalent load amplitude and number of cycles, as calculated by Miner's Rule for linear damage accumulation. During the fatigue test, there were no cracks at any position. It is concluded that the fatigue test method proposed in this study can be utilized successfully as a durability evaluation method for the chisel.

There exist many types of pipe and component fatigue through vibrations, thermal fatigues or shifting. In some cases of thermal stratification/thermal fatigue, pipes & components are receiving thermal stress by means of material expansion and shrinkage by continuous thermal repetitive variation. Small cracks initially occur on the inside surface by thermal stress. These cracks grow in depth the pipe wall and finally come to a rupture. Pipe parts of susceptibility to thermal stratification and thermal fatigue are now being examined by conventional UT(ultrasonic test) as volumetric examination. It is difficult to fully satisfy the code & standards requirements because 3" weldolet weldments of RCS 16" pipe to 3" branch connection lines have complex structural shape. To solve the problems of conventional UT examination, we made a realistic mock-up and UT calibration block. We performed a simulation of phased array UT utilizing CIVA as NDE(Non-Destructive Examination) simulation software. Also we designed phased array UT transducer and wedge, optimal frequency by using simulation data. We performed phased array UT experiment through mock-up including artificial flaws(notch). The phased array UT technique is finally developed to improve the reliability of ultrasonic test at RCS 16" pipe to 3" branch connection weld.

Compressor is one of the most widely employed component in fluid machinery system. It takes tremendous efforts to improve compressor efficiency which affects the coefficient of performance of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems directly. Among various types of compressor, scroll-type compressor is commonly prevalent one with its high compression capability despite relatively small size and weight. Numerous experimental studies have been done to develop for the scroll-type compressor; however, computational models to evaluate the compressor performance or efficiency are not much available in the course of compressor designing process. In this study, a computational model was developed on the basis of geometrical theory using 1-D commercial software AMESim. A simulation study was carried out using the model, and the simulation result was validated with analytical data. This research is expected to provide a viable tool for developing and optimizing a scroll-type compressor.
Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) is the development method that published services are selected and composed at runtime to deliver the expected functionality to service clients. SOC should get maximum benefits not only supporting business agility but also reducing the development time. Services are selected and composed at runtime to improve the benefits. However, current programming language, SOC platforms, business process modeling language, and tools support either manual selection or static binding of published services. There is a limitation on reconfiguring and redeploying the business process to deliver the expected services to each client. Therefore, dynamic selection is needed for composing appropriate services to service clients in a quick and flexible manner. In this paper, we propose Dynamic Selection Handler (DSH) on ESB. we present a design method of Dynamic Selection Handler which consists of four components; Invocation Listener, Service Selector, Service Binder and Interface Transformer. We apply appropriate design patterns for each component to maximize reusability of components. Finally, we describe a case study that shows the feasibility of DSH on ESB.
