Purpose: This study proposes a way to improve quality and increase safety by studying a method that allows the system scaffolding, which is partly used for high-altitude work at construction sites, to be applied to various types of structures in shipbuilding and plant industry sites. Method: A fact-finding survey was conducted targeting 8 companies, and a plan was established that reflected the opinions of the field survey and the practitioners and experts by analyzing the literature and the Internet survey. Result: Through analysis of related patents, FGI with companies, etc., we discovered the possibility of application expansion through research and development of materials that can be applied to various types and improvement plans for enhancing the professionalism of construction companies. Conclusion: System scaffolding has a high importance in terms of safety, but related research around the world is sluggish. Therefore, it will be possible to meet the demands for quality and safety by enhancing the software expertise and developing and researching user materials that can be applied to various types.

Purpose: To investigate the association of IL-17F rs763780T>C with cancer risk. Materials and Methods: We searched the Cochrane Central Library, PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and WangFang databases until May 2014 for a meta-analysis conducted using RevMan 5.2 software. Results: A total of ten papers were included into this meta analysis, involving 3, 336 cases and 4, 217 healthy people. There were no significant differences on association of IL-17F rs763780T>C polymorphism with cancer risk except in the CC vs TT genetic model. Although the the risk in the gastric cancer group is higher than that in control group, there were no significant differences on the association of IL-17F rs763780T>C polymorphism with other cancers. Conclusions: Our meta analysis reveal the IL-17A rs763780T>C gene polymorphism is involved in risk of gastric cancer but not other tumor types.

In this paper, we develop the image transfer remote maintenance monitoring system for hand held device which can compensate defects of human mistake. The human mistakes always happen when the worker communicate information each other to check and maintenance the equipment of the power plant under bad circumstance such as small place and long distance in power plant. A worker couldn't converse with other when in noisy place like Power plant. So, we make some hand device for handy size and able to converse in noisy place. The developed system can have improvement of productivity through increasing plant operation time. And developed system is composed of advanced H/W(hard ware) system and S/W(soft ware)system. The H/W system consist of media server unit, communication equipment with hand held device, portable camera, mike and head set. The advanced s/w system consist of data base system, client pc(personal computer) real time monitoring system which has server GUI(graphic user interface) program, wireless monitoring program and wire ethernet communication program. The client GUI program is composed of total solution program as pc camera program, and phonetic conversation program etc.. We analyzed the required items and investigated applicable part in the image transfer remote maintenance monitoring system with hand held device. Also we investigated linkage of communication protocol for developed prototype, developed software tool of two-way communication and realtime recording skill of voice with image. We confirmed the efficiency by the field test in preventive maintenance of plant power.

As the 2015 revised curriculum is implemented and the software education is emphasized, the education field demands more informatics teachers with computational thinking and programming skills. In this thesis, we have studied ways to improve the practical evaluation of informatics·computer teacher-appointment test so that a preliminary teacher can be selected through the evaluation of programming skills. We analyzed existing informatics·computer appointment tests and conducted questionnaires for professors and teachers to suggest improvement and expansion of practical skill evaluation. According to the results from the questionnaire, 88% of the respondents answered that expanding the evaluation of programming practice is necessary. In the questionnaires regarding the programming language, the number of questions, and the test time, the highest response rate was C language(51%), 5 questions(66%) and 2 hours(56%).

Recently, Korea has been established and operated International Schools manifesting to improve the nation's capacity of the foreign languages skill and to cultivate internationally trained professional manpower. In order to achieve the vision of a world-class educational organization, it has to be designed for the facility standards to meet the international accreditation standards. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to research about basic resources through comparison of facility conditions between public schools in Korea and international accredited schools. By comparing those two different plan drawings are found the following things. First, Schools which established with International Accreditation Standard are prepared detailed criteria for the facility, Furthermore information about the furnishings included, in addition to specific equipments for classes are stated to be prepared. Secondly, it is more effective when special classrooms such as music and science are equipped with various spatial elements, enough educational equipment storage, teacher's study rooms, practical training rooms and student's activity rooms to support various teaching programs and learning efficiently. Lastly, there was a clear tendency that not only hardware but also software standards for the audiovisual room and library have been more enhanced to enable multidisciplinary educational approaches with the recent education training trend.

The study analyze Conifer and Hardwood area and their distribution to seek an efficient survey for Experimental Forest of Kangwon National University using Landsat-5 TM data. Through forest cover types, we try to study on the possibility to use Satellite Data. development of Satellite Interpretation Skill and Digital Mapping Method. As analysis tools we use IMAGINE 8.3 and ArcView 3.0 software. The result showed that Hardwood took approximately 73%, 2,224ha of the total 3,058ha and Conifer takes 27%, 832ha.

Background: Interleukin-33 (IL-33) has recently been implicated in tumor development. Methods: Data was obtained from PubMed, EMBASE, Clinical trial, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang databases. After quality assessment and data extraction, a meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.2 software. Results: There were eight documents included in this meta-analysis. The results showed IL33 levels to be higher in tumor patients than that in health people, but no correlations tumor stage, metastasis and survival time of tumor patients were evident. Conclusion: IL33 may be useful as an alarm factor in tumor detection and prognosis.

The revised "Software Industry Promotion Law" has been effective from 2013. This law is to be basis of the domestic public information sector and increases the opportunities for small and medium-sized firms in participating the public IT projects. The shortcomings of this law may be the increase of the risk and the decrease of quality of projects. These suggest that the competencies of project manager (PM) s are critical. Also, in general, an SI (System Integration) project is a one that provides a customer with a customer-tailored system for system integration. Particularly, in an SI project involved in a public institution or a large corporation, the ripple effect of success or failure of a project is becoming greater as the system requires higher cost and more time due to high complexity and large scale. One of the solutions to address these problems is to investigate the competencies of a PM. Thus, in this paper, we derived the major competencies using the RGT (Repertory Grid Technique) and categorized the resultant constructs using the content analysis. In addition, we analyzed the level of importance of competencies by applying the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The conclusion was that Problem-solving Skill and Leadership were the most important competencies of a project manager.

3D character animation grow rapidly with the development of computer graphic technology and software. Nowadays 3D character animation holds a important position in the various industry fields including movie, advertisement, animation, and game. With the rapid growth of computer graphic, real time animation of complex characters as well as high quality rendering, which was impossible before, are now prevailing. What is remarkable in this growth is the appearance of virtual idol. The virtual idol plays a leading role in 3D character animation and has a synergy effect in the field of fancy and theme park industry. The aim of this inquiry is to examine the status of computer graphic skill and media related to the 3D character animation to search out the problems in the fields and to propose the solution of the problems
