메타버스 시스템이 향후 초연결 사회의 촉매가 될 수 있을지는 인공지능 기술과 마찬가지로 연관 기술의 발전 속도와 사회적 활용 범위의 확장 여부에 달려 있다. 이 글에서는 이런 현실화 과정의 문제를 괄호치고, 기술 발전이 가속화될 경우 이 복합적인 기술-사회의 짝패구조가 영화의 미래와 연관된 인지생태학적 변화와 관련된 몇 가지 철학적-정치적 논점에 한정해 논의해 보고자 한다. 흔히 메타버스의 핵심은 '몰입도'에 있다고 보지만 인지생태학적으로 보면 한 장의 그림이나 사진의 몰입도는 '재현의 정확성'보다는 그것이 주는 메시지의 맥락적 연결성에 달려 있다는 점을 환기해 보면 정확한 판단은 아니다. 이런 맥락에서 볼 때 메타버스의 진정한 잠재력은 새로운 자연적-사회적-기술적 짝패구조의 형성 속에서 활성화될 인간 뇌의 다중지능적 연결 능력(증강-시뮬레이션, 외부-내부의 교차)의 변화라는 인지생태학적인 맥락에서 파악할 필요가 있다. 그리고 이런 인지생태학적 잠재력은 이미 오래 전부터 [현실의 모순/갈등(M1)-->허구적 변형을 통한 영화적 해결책(M2)-->관객의 소원-성취 욕망에 의한 선택적 해석(M3)-->현실의 변화(M1']라는 삼중 미메시스의 영화적 순환 과정에서 부분적으로 실현되어 왔다. 따라서 메타버스 시스템의 진정한 잠재력은 현실적인 분리/문제들과 이상적인 연결/해결 사이의 영화적 순환을 더욱 확장하고 심화시킬 수 있는가에 달려 있다. 이런 측면에서 보자면 발전된 메타버스는 피직스-메타피직스의 이상적 순환의 현대적인 기술적 버전으로 비유될 수 있을 것이다

이 글은 사회문제 해결형 혁신정책의 관점에서 기존 혁신정책을 재해석하고 발전방향을 제시한다. 기존 산업혁신정책의 프레임과 다른 틀로 혁신활동과 정책을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 사회문제 해결형 혁신정책이 갖는 정의와 특성을 살펴본다. 여기서는 사회 기술시스템의 전환에 대한 전망과 시민사회의 참여에 대한 강조가 기존 관점과 차별화되는 점이라는 것을 논의한다. 다음에는 사회문제 해결형 혁신정책의 렌즈로 혁신정책의 요소들을 새롭게 해석한다. 혁신 거버넌스, 산업혁신정책, 지역혁신정책, 인프라 구축 정책과 같이 혁신정책의 핵심적 수단을 사회문제 해결형 혁신정책의 관점에서 새롭게 조명하고 발전방향을 제시한다. 이는 과학기술혁신정책을 지속가능한 시스템으로의 전환과 참여의 관점에서 접근하면서 기존 혁신정책 수단을 재해석하고 성찰하는 계기가 될 것이다.

The ecosystem for digital payments in India has expanded quickly during the last decade. A synthesis of technical advancements and progressive governmental laws and regulations has fuelled this expansion. Particularly, the UPI system has assisted India in transitioning from a nation heavily reliant on cash for daily transactions to one with fewer cash transactions. The study attempted to determine how Financial Inclusion (FI) through a socio-techno-ecosystem impacts digital payment systems. FI involves ensuring financial services, products, and an adequate amount of credit without discrimination against the weaker section of society. The study has established that FI impacts the UPI. The finance infrastructure thus helps to develop an ecosystem where financial access and the awareness level help people to transit to new channels of payment. We have used secondary data of 27 banks for sixteen quarters and four years, i.e., for the financial years 2016-17 to 2019-20. It is observed from the current study that the offsite_ATM plays a significant role in the value creation of the UPI. Our study implies that it will help retailers, individuals, and business houses to use UPI platforms for swift payments without hassle. Also helpful for industries that are still not digitally disrupted and industry-specific UPI transactions.

In this paper we discuss the problems related with the existing electrical safety system that is influenced by all the socio-technical factors including the electrical safety law, government organizations, and their practicing rules and regulations. Sometimes intangible practices also affect the safety issues. It is our intention to incorporate all those factors effectively and systematically in improving the electrical safety system. Since, the problem in nature is so complex, an approach based on the systems engineering (SE) method could be a good candidate. Specifically, as a first step of the SE process we performed the requirements analysis of all the factors mentioned above and some recommendations from the experts in the field. In the work environment utilizing a computer-aided SE tool, the requirements are verified and managed efficiently although the data base is complicated in general in tracking the changes. Next, by analyzing the verified requirements, a functional architecture is developed to achieve an improved electrical safety system. We also did the reverse engineering of the existing electrical safety system to explore potential problems there. The result can also help improve the existing one. Overall, a systematic approach to constructing electrical safety system based on SE is proposed for the first time in this paper. Note that the method described here can be adopted in the study of other safety systems.

최근 건축 분야에서도 친환경, 순환형 패러다임으로 전환되어지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 사용자의 요구에 따라 구조체의 해체에 의해 재사용이 가능한 구조시스템을 도입하여 건설자재의 절감 및 재활용, 구조체의 장수명화를 통해 친환경 및 $LCCO_2$를 저감할 수 있는 강구조 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 부재의 재조합이나 재사용을 가능하게 하기 위하여 탈착이 가능한 바닥슬래브와 강재보 접합상세를 제안하고 구조성능 및 진동 등과 같은 동적 특성에 의해 사용성을 파악하고 평가하였다.

인터넷 상의 불법 유해 정보의 존재는 규제 당국뿐만 아니라 공공도서관과 학교를 비롯하여, 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는 모든 공공정보자원에서 큰 고민거리가 되어온 지 오래다. 특히 현대 정보사회에서 정보자원의 조직과 정보의 공개, 제공 및 이용서비스를 주 임무로 하고 있는 공공도서관의 경우 도서관 이용자들에 대한 인터넷 서비스의 제공은 필수적이라 할 수 있다는 측면에서 인터넷 정보를 둘러싼 규제 환경의 변화는 공공도서관 서비스 전반에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 1990년대 중반부터 본격화된 인터넷 정보에 대한 규제는 인터넷의 고유한 매체특성으로 인하여 법제도적 규제와 함께 기술적 규제 방식이 적극적으로 활용되어 왔다. 그러나 기술적 규제 방식 또한 각 나라마다. 매우 다양한 모습으로 발전하여 왔고, 더욱이 도서관 등과 같은 공공정보자원에서의 기술 규제는 표현의 자유와 알권리, 정보접근원의 침해라는 비판을 받아왔다. 이 글은 인터넷 규제와 표현의 자유에 대한 이론적 논의들로 시작하여, 인터넷에 대한 기술적 규제 방식으로 폭넓게 활용되고 있는 필터링 소프트웨어의 기술적 측면을 살피고, 인터넷 필터링을 중심으로 한 각국의 규제 양상을 비교 분석한다. 이를 통해 공공정보자원에서의 인터넷 필터링을 둘러싼 문제들에 대해 비판적으로 논의하고자 한다.

The view point of the library is treated as a first subject. This study is scheduled to construct, as a experimental study, the system of the Library Science. The study of this fields is called upon greatly because the trial to understand library as a socio-cultural phenomenon did not study as many times. As a result of the study, library is defined as ${\ulcorner}Structural Formation of Inquirying Behavior{\lrcorner}$. Not only technique and actual proof are possible in this study but also this definition is technical definition to indicate the main phenomenon of Librarial Behavior. This schedule represent the trial to define Library Behavior which could anticipate and fabricate when we analyze this definition First, we can find out, first of all, the researching behavior among the human behaviors and then human behavior has the condition of practice. At last, researching behavior can not have any result when it is a natural situation, it has only the meaning when it is guided by an obvious intention. The object of the library is just this human behavior. Second, Formation permits the guidance and self-control at the same-times. The answer about what we find out and practice make it possible the act of guidance. This guidance can't burden any subject but permit the people to result his own researching behaviors. He can save his activities, his own researching behaviors by the result of it. Third, The statematical means efficient performances, and them efficient performances is impossible, here is 'discoveries' of behavior itself. The system of the library is the formation of the relation between the accumulated civilizations and accumulated civilizations. As the definitions of the above mentions, library has the big abilities to the creation and succession of the civilization. As the contemporary view-points, there are some questions about the above described definition can meet it of the library. When we frame the science of library as the learning systems, we can't but the library as this definitions.

코로나-19 팬데믹 정점에서 치러진 2022년 3월 대통령선거는 확진자와 격리자가 투표권을 제대로 보장하지 못해 보통선거의 원칙이 훼손되었다는 비판을 크게 받게 되었다. 따라서 이들의 투표권을 보장하기 위해서는 현행 종이투표 투표소 투표의 시공간적 제한을 근본적으로 뛰어넘을 수 있는 전자투표에 대한 고민이 필요하다. 문제는 보통선거권 확대로 평등·직접·비밀선거의 원칙과 충돌하거나 침해할 소지가 높아지는 점을 어떻게 해결해 나가느냐는 것이다. 이에 대한 시사점을 얻기 위해 2005년 전자투표를 도입한 이래 11번의 전국 선거를 별 탈 없이 진행하고 있는 에스토니아의 사례를 살펴보았다. 에스토니아는 선거의 원칙에 대한 정치적·헌법적 합의와 함께 전자투표 운영에 대한 사회-기술적 시스템 전반에 걸친 제도화 및 일상화를 통해 시스템, 정부, 사회에 대한 신뢰를 성공적으로 구축해왔다. 이에 우리도 기술적 발전과 수준에서 전자투표의 가능성만을 따져보는 것이 아니라 규범적인 관점에서 선거의 원칙 간의 갈등을 조정해 사회적 합의를 이끌어내는 신뢰 구축을 위한 논의가 선행되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to figure out a direction for midwifes' expanded roles for integrative woman's health care focused on health promotion & maintenance and primary prevention of women's health disorders including family health in the new millenium as a primary women's health practitioner. Data sources used for analysis were the book published from International Confederation of Midwives including role, code, situation and others from the international aspects : the empirical data from direct contact by participation in the ICM held in Manila, Philipine, May 22-26, 1999 : and documentation of Korean Midwives Association. Historical and current changing perspectives toward woman's health & nurse-midwifery and the reality women's health & nurse-midwifery and the reality of expand role that should be acquired toward the new millenium are discussed. In conclusion, Nurse-midwives are the very primary women's health care providers who can provide not only the exact needs of women who have health related problems, which are developed in the unique socio-cultural context women are belonged to, but also reproductive affairs including labor and delivery as it was midwive's traditional role, not just as practitioner, educator, counselor but conscious raiser for women's right. Futhermore, for this, thorough preparation through various kind of active and contemplated approach such as remodeling roles and education and continuing education system, training for high skilled & technical action, making laws and policy, and others is absolutely required.

Focus on Digital Fashion Image, the conceptual framework for the thesis is established from Virtuality in Digital Art. Formative characteristics and aesthetic characteristics were studied by classifying the Digital Fashion Image applied and expressed by digital media and technology. A detective research method was used for a case study. A literature study for case-by-case data was analyzed with focus on the works expressing fashion that utilized digital media and technology since the 2000s. Through this study, the Digital revolution has created the socio-cultural impact of a Virtual representation to implement technology and fashion culture that finds ways to take advantage of the image shown in a Digital Fashion Media by understanding Virtuality. The results are as follows. First, it was a re-formation of the fashion culture through the experience of virtuality with mental zone parameters between the media 'Mediation Code'. Reflect the reality of the virtual environment as represented by a cultural image of fashion brands and fashion that reset the team relationship and formed a Homo Ludens cultural code. Second, 'Interactive Exchange' acts on the exchange interaction between the method of digital technology, the human and the machine as well as the technical interoperability of network elements and techniques. This exchange is applied to fashion images that express emotion. Forming personalized fashion items and the user interactively storage that expresses the interactive exchange to forward the identity of the emotional fashion by a change in the message delivery system fashion. Third, the emphasis on intuitive artistic expression 'Synesthesia Immersion' induces a sense of immersion and excitement through the fusion of the interconnected. Enhance a visual image in fashion sensory representation and maximize a tactile and visual virtual reality involvement.
