우리나라 사회과교육과정의 통합구조 변화에 따른 지리교육의 목표와 내용 변화: 중학교를 중심으로 (The Changes in Goals and Contents of Geography Education according to the Structural Change of Integration in the Korean Social Studies Curriculum: The Case of the Middle School)

  • 본 연구는 해방 이후 현재까지 우리나라 중학교 사회과교육과정의 변천 과정을 정리하고, 그에 따른 지리교육의 목표와 내용 변화를 통합구조와 수준에 초점을 맞춰 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수요목기부터 제3차 교육과정까지 중학교 사회과교육의 지리, 역사, 일반사회는 분과적으로 운영되었으나 제4차 교육과정에서 제7차 교육과정까지 중학교 사회과교육과정의 실질적 통합 요구가 강해졌다. 2007 개정 교육과정 이후 역사가 사회과교육과정으로부터 과목 독립하고, 학년마다 배치되었던 학제적 통합 단원도 사라지는 등 통합교과로서 사회과교육의 정체성이 흔들렸다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지리와 일반 사회만으로 구성된 중학교 사회과의 기형적 통합구조는 여전히 유지되고 있다. 둘째, 사회과 통합에 대한 요구가 강할수록 각 학문영역 간 시수 확보 경쟁 또한 치열해져 학습자의 학습 부담도 증가했다. 그리고 중학교 사회과 통합구조는 지리학과 지리교육의 간극을 점차 벌렸고, 지식과 학생 경험의 괴리도 넓혔다. 이처럼 중학교 사회과 통합구조는 지리교육과정의 목표와 내용 조직의 상위 요인으로 작용하여 의미 있는 지리교육과정을 개발하는데 걸림돌로 작용했다.

군 병원 행정관리직의 조직성과 요인에 관한 실증연구 : 직무만족과 조직몰입을 중심으로 (The Study on The Effects on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Military Hospital Administrators)

  • This study included empirical methods of study such as surveys and interviews with military hospital administrators from 14 military hospitals across the country. The results of the study is described below. First, results by demographic characteristics show that higher level of organizational commitment was found in males than females and in singles than married couples. Also, by organizational units, major units of military hospitals showed higher level of organizational commitment as well as job satisfaction. Second, Fair compensation had positive(+) effects on the study participants' job satisfaction and organizational commitment as the research hypothesized. Compensation included monetary and social benefits for the work performed. A transparent compensation system to reward members that performed the best for the department and the corps with appropriate amounts must be in place. Third, the organization culture of being considerate had positive(+) effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment while the culture of giving commands had negative(-) effects. Fourth, Conflict factors had negative(-) effects on job satisfaction with no direct effect on organizational commitment. Any organization must take measures when adverse effects of conflicts surface. As shown by the analysis results, conflict factors bring negative results to job satisfaction and organizational commitments. Department managers should utilize the proper function of conflicts as an accelerator in organization operation.

장애학생 통합교육 사회과 교수·학습자료의 보편적 학습설계 적용 분석 (Analysis of Social Studies Textbooks Application for Universal Design for Learning for Students with Disabilities)

  • 이 연구에서는 장애학생을 위한 통합교육 사회과 교수·학습자료가 보편적 학습설계 측면에서 어떻게 구현되었는지 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 2015 개정 교육과정 초등학교 사회과 3~6학년까지 일반 교과서 내용을 장애학생을 위해 교수적합화(adaptation)한 「장애학생 통합교육 교수·학습자료: 사회과」교재를 선정하였다. 사회과 3~6학년 교재의 세부영역은 일반사회, 지리, 역사이며 총 20개 단원을 분석하였다. 내용분석기준은 CAST(2018)에서 제시된 UDL 3개 원리에 따른 9개 항목을 기준으로 하였다. 연구결과 사회과 교수·학습자료는 다양한 행동과 표현수단의 제공 원리가 가장 많이 적용되었으며, 다양한 표상수단의 제공 원리와 다양한 참여수단의 제공 원리 순으로 적용된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 입각하여 이 사회과 자료는 통합교육 환경에서 특수교사나 교과서를 개발하는 교사들이 장애학생을 위한 교육과정과 수업을 설계하는 가르치는 자원으로 활용할 수 있음을 시사하였다.

영구임대주택 단지 내 사회복지관과 관리사무소의 업무 및 운영실태 분석을 통한 서비스체게 개선방안 (A Study to Improve Service System through the Analysis of Needs and Problems of Community Welfare Center and Management Office in Permanent Rental Housing Complex)

  • Permanent rental housing which is entirely financed by the Government is welfare housing for those who fall within the lowest income bracket. This type of housing is intended for use as rental housing on a long-term basis. At present, there are about 190,000 permanent rental housing units in Korea. The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications to improve the management and welfare service system of permanent rental housing. For this, qualitative data were collected by using the in-depth interview with staffs of community welfare center and management office of five permanent rental housing complexes and two times of advisory committee meeting with housing and social welfare experts. To analyze the data gathered in this study, the constant comparative method of data analysis was used. Conflicts between the management office and social welfare center of permanent rental housing could be classified into two aspects; personal and operational. Main reasons for the conflicts between two institutions were identified such as attitude of management office staffs, lack of cooperation, current administrative system, lack of management resources such as space and operation cost, and so on. Based on the results, some implications including institutional support and social complementary cooperation were suggested for improvement of management and welfare service system for the residents of permanent rental housing.

사회안전을 위한 스마트 재난안전관리 시스템 (Smart Disaster Safety Management System for Social Security)

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 재난안전 위협요소를 단위 산업체 시설물뿐만 아니라 지역 및 국가 단위에서 실시간으로 감지 예측하고 예방 대응하는 시스템에 대하여 알아본다. 예방 대비 대응 복구로 이뤄지는 재난관리의 전 단계를 체계적 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 정보통신기술을 기반으로한 융복합 구현에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 조기예측을 통한 선제적 예방과 대비 즉각적인 재난 정보 전달로 피해규모의 축소와 첨단 기술을 통해 재난현장에서의 인간한계 극복에 대하여 분석하였으며 스마트 재난안전관리의 전략으로 선제적 위험관리 및 예방 신속하고 효율적 현장 대응 및 복구와 민관 상호협력 및 효율적 연계협력의 사회안전 스마트 재난안전관리 시스템을 제시하였다.

감염관리간호사의 소진과 잔류의도 경로모형 (A Path Analysis for Burnout and Intent to Stay for Infection Control Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the impact of emotional labor, social support, pay satisfaction and professional concept on burnout and intention to stay for infection control nurses and to identify the relationship between burnout and intention to stay. Methods: Participants were 146 nurses who consented and faithfully responded to the research questions. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results: The variables affecting burnout and intention to stay in infection control nurses were identified. Emotional labor (B=.424) had a positive impact on burnout, social support (B=-.528), professional self-concept (B=-1.056) and pay satisfaction (B=-.072) had negative impacts on burnout, social support (B=.392)and pay satisfaction (B=.136) had positive impacts on intention to stay, and burnout had a negative impact on intention to stay. Conclusion: As a result, in order to reduce burnout in infection control nurses and increase their intention to stay, the infection control nurses themselves must invest in education and self-improvement to become specialists while hospitals and the government should make efforts to develop specialists by holding workshops and seminars. In addition, institutional procedures should be put in place so as to oblige hospitals to hire nurse specialists for infection control work in infection control units.

노인의 삶의 질을 위한 건강 만족도와 관련 영향 요인 (Health Satisfaction of the Elderly for the Quality of Life and Affecting Related Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine factors influencing the health satisfaction of the elderly. The study was conducted with 1,294 subjects during 3 months from 1st February to 30, April, 2008. The results were as follows. 1. The average score of their health satisfaction level is $2.76{\pm}1.81$ points on the basis of 5 point(54.2 points on the basis of 100 points). The health satisfaction level of the elderly was significantly associated with age, sex, marital status, monthly allowance, education level, occupation, the number of family members living together, family closeness, stress, and use of the social welfare centers. 2. As the variables affecting on the health satisfaction level, sex, age, marital status, monthly income, accupation, education level, the number of family members living together. stress levels. family closeness, ADL IADL and the use of the social welfare centers. were found, and the influence of these variables was 49.34%. The government, social service units, private health & medical organizations and experts need to pay more attention to factors influencing effective policy and health education programs for health promotion regarding the quality of life.

미숙아 어머니의 간호사와의 파트너십, 사회적 지지가 퇴원준비도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Partnerships with Nurses and Social Support on Readiness for Discharge among Mothers of Premature Infants)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate partnerships with nurses, social support and readiness for discharge among mothers of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and to examine the factors associated with readiness for discharge. Methods: A survey was conducted among 85 mothers of premature infants hospitalized in a NICU in Seoul, Korea. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, the t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson' correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0. Results: The results of the regression analysis showed that partnerships with nurses (${\beta}=.32$, p=.011) and parenting experience (${\beta}=.32$, p=.001) were significantly associated with readiness for discharge. Conclusion: To improve the readiness for discharge among mothers of premature infants, developing strategies to strengthen their partnership with nurses and to provide family-centered care will be needed.

프리츠커 건축상과 도시사회에 관한 연구 (A Study on Pritzker Architecture Prize and Urban Society)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how Pritzker Architecture Prize as a social act has maintained an organic relationship with the architecture, the urban society through the speakings and writings of the laureates of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. The composition of this research is to grasp the background of the establishment of Pritzker Architecture Prize and the examination process, to examine its social meaning, and to identify the main flow of words from writings about the laureates through the literature survey and text frequency analysis. And is to interpret the meaning of urban society change and words about the laureates. As a result of the analysis of the flow, it is a tendency to move from ideology and style to newness and innovation, and now to publicity and sociality. Especially in recent years, a wide range of values are floated as much as the complicated issues of urban society and the natural environment. The various architectural activities that make up the urban life became more important than the building units existing like an icon. It is considered possible because the Pritzker Architecture Prize has been awarded for a sustainable common social act. In addition, through literature surveys, have also seen changes in the value of individual laureates, the mixing of styles, and the eclectic aspect. Therefore, the task of reading change should not be a process of finding a new style for a new age, but a task of acknowledging heterogeneity of each architect and recognizing diversity through pluralization.

중환자실 간호사의 외상성 사건 경험, 자기노출, 사회적 지지 및 외상 후 성장과의 관계 (The Relationship among Traumatic Event Experience, Self Disclosure, Social Support, and Posttraumatic Growth of Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study examined the levels of traumatic event experience, self disclosure, social support, and posttraumatic growth of intensive care unit nurses and their relationships. Methods: Participants were 142 nurses who had worked for more than 3 months in six general hospitals, J province from August 7 to September 25, 2020. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the program SPSS version 22.0. Results: The posttraumatic growth was found to correlate significantly with self disclosure (r=.23, p=.005), individual support (r=.54, p<.001), and organizational support (r=.32, p<.001). Factors influencing the participants of the posttraumatic growth were individual support (β=.46, p<.001) and organizational support (β=.21, p=.007). These factors explained 32.0% of the variance of ICU nurses' posttraumatic growth (F=14.13, p<.001). Conclusion: Efforts to support positive changes after traumatic event experience for ICU nurses are needed. We suggest to develop individual and organizational supportive programs for posttraumatic growth for ICU nurses and to investigate the effects of the programs.
