In this research, a proposed Dynamic Virtual Ontology using Tags (DyVOT) supports dynamic search of resources depending on user's requirements using tags from social web driven resources. It is general that the tags are defined by annotations of a series of described words by social users who usually tags social information resources such as web-page, images, u-tube, videos, etc. Therefore, tags are characterized and mirrored by information resources. Therefore, it is possible for tags as meta-data to match into some resources. Consequently, we can extract semantic relationships between tags owing to the dependency of relationships between tags as representatives of resources. However, to do this, there is limitation because there are allophonic synonym and homonym among tags that are usually marked by a series of words. Thus, research related to folksonomies using tags have been applied to classification of words by semantic-based allophonic synonym. In addition, some research are focusing on clustering and/or classification of resources by semantic-based relationships among tags. In spite of, there also is limitation of these research because these are focusing on semantic-based hyper/hypo relationships or clustering among tags without consideration of conceptual associative relationships between classified or clustered groups. It makes difficulty to effective searching resources depending on user requirements. In this research, the proposed DyVOT uses tags and constructs ontologyfor effective search. We assumed that tags are extracted from user requirements, which are used to construct multi sub-ontology as combinations of tags that are composed of a part of the tags or all. In addition, the proposed DyVOT constructs ontology which is based on hierarchical and associative relationships among tags for effective search of a solution. The ontology is composed of static- and dynamic-ontology. The static-ontology defines semantic-based hierarchical hyper/hypo relationships among tags as in (http://semanticcloud.sandra-siegel.de/) with a tree structure. From the static-ontology, the DyVOT extracts multi sub-ontology using multi sub-tag which are constructed by parts of tags. Finally, sub-ontology are constructed by hierarchy paths which contain the sub-tag. To create dynamic-ontology by the proposed DyVOT, it is necessary to define associative relationships among multi sub-ontology that are extracted from hierarchical relationships of static-ontology. The associative relationship is defined by shared resources between tags which are linked by multi sub-ontology. The association is measured by the degree of shared resources that are allocated into the tags of sub-ontology. If the value of association is larger than threshold value, then associative relationship among tags is newly created. The associative relationships are used to merge and construct new hierarchy the multi sub-ontology. To construct dynamic-ontology, it is essential to defined new class which is linked by two more sub-ontology, which is generated by merged tags which are highly associative by proving using shared resources. Thereby, the class is applied to generate new hierarchy with extracted multi sub-ontology to create a dynamic-ontology. The new class is settle down on the ontology. So, the newly created class needs to be belong to the dynamic-ontology. So, the class used to new hyper/hypo hierarchy relationship between the class and tags which are linked to multi sub-ontology. At last, DyVOT is developed by newly defined associative relationships which are extracted from hierarchical relationships among tags. Resources are matched into the DyVOT which narrows down search boundary and shrinks the search paths. Finally, we can create the DyVOT using the newly defined associative relationships. While static data catalog (Dean and Ghemawat, 2004; 2008) statically searches resources depending on user requirements, the proposed DyVOT dynamically searches resources using multi sub-ontology by parallel processing. In this light, the DyVOT supports improvement of correctness and agility of search and decreasing of search effort by reduction of search path.
In recent years, due to rapidly increasing user-created internet contents coupled with the development of community-based websites, the internet resource recommendation systems are attracting attentions of the users. However, most of the systems have failed in properly reflecting users' characteristics and thus they have difficulty in recommending appropriate resources to users. In this paper, we propose an internet resource recommendation method using FOAF and SNA which fully reflects the characteristics of users. In our method, 1) we extract the data about user characteristics and tags using FOAF; 2) we generate graphs representing users, user characteristics and tags after inserting data into 3 matrixes and integrating them; 3) we recommend the appropriate internet resources after selecting common characteristics of the recommended items and Hot tags by analyzing social network. For verification of our proposed method, we implemented our method to establish and analyze an experimental social group. We verified through our experiments that the more users added in the social network, the higher quality of recommendation result we got than the item-based recommendation method. By using the suggested idea in this paper, we can make a more appropriate recommendation of resources to users while effectively retrieving explosively increasing internet resources.

The tendency of buyers of web information is changing from the cost-effectiveness to the cost-satisfaction. There is such tendency in the recommendation of multimedia contents, some of which are folksonomy-based recommendation services using mood. However, there is a problem that they does not consider synonyms. In order to solve this problem, some studies have solved the problem by defining 12 moods of Thayer model as AV values (Arousal and Valence), but the recommendation performance is lower than that of a keyword-based method at the recall level 0.1. In this paper, we propose a method based on using mood vector of multimedia contents. The method can solve the synonym problem while maintaining the same performance as the keyword-based method even at the recall level 0.1. Also, for performance analysis, we compare the proposed method with an existing method based on AV value and a keyword-based method. The result shows that the proposed method outperform the existing methods.
This study begins with the assumption that the existing impact analysis studies did not present determinate criteria on which the studies were based. After we criticized the limitations of existing studies, we presented goal-based criteria and evaluated the long-term job-seekers subsidy as a case. This evaluation study is of micro-effect analysis which focuses on the effects on subsidized employees and employers. The Findings are: The subsidized employees were appropriately selected and can be taken as having difficulties in the labour market. The employment effect of the subsidy was significantly positive, though the wage effect was significantly negative. The effect of maintaining of skill measured by occupational mobility was positive, but not significant. The effect of increasing the quantity of employments in the subsidized companies were found significant. It could be proposed from the findings that the wage subsidy for the frail labour force is so effective as the subsidy for the employed labour force and could be boosted.

It is prevalent to gather the location information from GPS, WiFi and etc, and therefore LBSNS (Location-Based SNS) has increased rapidly (such as location-augmented Twitter services). The message created from LBSNS include the specific area of interests which the message is created in or mentions. It is easy to propagate the location-based information of LBSNS by adapting the retweet function which is efficient way to propagate the message in tweeter. In this paper, we have defined the smart retweet as a automatic retweet function for efficient propagating the messages which is geo-tagging the location of interests. We have designed the smart retweet system based on the tweeter system. The user could specify the area of interests and build the social networking among the users which have interested in common area. The smart retweet system have been implemented by mesh-up services based on Open-API of trweeter and google map. It is expected that the smart retweet service proposed in this paper makes easy sharing of the location-based interesting information.

As shown in Wikipedia, tagging or cross-linking through major keywords in a document collection improves not only the readability of documents but also responsive and adaptive navigation among related documents. In recent years, the Semantic Web has increased the importance of social tagging as a key feature of the Web 2.0 and, as its crucial phenotype, Tag Cloud has emerged to the public. In this paper we provide an efficient method of automated in-text keyword tagging based on large-scale controlled term collection or keyword dictionary, where the computational complexity of O(mN) - if a pattern matching algorithm is used - can be reduced to O(mlogN) - if an Information Retrieval technique is adopted - while m is the length of target document and N is the total number of candidate terms to be tagged. The result shows that automatic in-text tagging with keywords filtered by Information Retrieval speeds up to about 6 $\sim$ 40 times compared with the fastest pattern matching algorithm.
Community portraits can deeply explore the characteristics of community structures and describe the personalized knowledge needs of community users, which is of great practical significance for improving community recommendation services, as well as the accuracy of resource push. The current community portraits generally have the problems of weak perception of interest characteristics and low degree of integration of topic information. To resolve this problem, the reader community portrait method based on the thematic and timeliness characteristics of interest labels (UIT) is proposed. First, community opinion leaders are identified based on multi-feature calculations, and then the topic features of their texts are identified based on the LDA topic model. On this basis, a semantic mapping including "reader community-opinion leader-text content" was established. Second, the readers' interest similarity of the labels was dynamically updated, and two kinds of tag parameters were integrated, namely, the intensity of interest labels and the stability of interest labels. Finally, the similarity distance between the opinion leader and the topic of interest was calculated to obtain the dynamic interest set of the opinion leaders. Experimental analysis was conducted on real data from the Douban reading community. The experimental results show that the UIT has the highest average F value (0.551) compared to the state-of-the-art approaches, which indicates that the UIT has better performance in the smooth time dimension.
This study was conducted to explore initial motherhood experience of non-married mothers who decided to raise their babies. We applied Rennie's hermeneutic grounded theory for this study in which 7 non-married mothers participated. 9 hermeneutic categories which are 'decision to give birth', 'feeling of hitting bottom', 'ambivalence toward a life in stomach', 'realization of motherhood', 'motherhood anxiety', 'the bridle of social tag', 'hope of motherhood', 'encounter with new self' and 'visage of weary life' were constructed based on 145 meaning units, 34 subordinate categories. The core category that integrates motherhood experiences of participants was postulated as living with two conflicting visages of motherhood which are a cure and a poison at the same time. Motherhood experience processes were emerged in five stages which are decision to give birth, psychological frustration, realization of motherhood, confusion, and hope and discouragement of motherhood. Three types of motherhood experience were analyzed in the study which are adaptative, conflictive, and resistant. Based on the result of the study, the motherhood experience of non-married mother who decided to raise their babies are the process of emergence of new identity called mother. The non-married mothers formed their motherhood identities as they internalize socioculturally granted motherhood ideology. Moreover, the gap between socially oriented motherhood and realistic role of motherhood led to confusion. Based on this study, we suggest intervention plans to the field of social welfare practice that will support initial motherhood of non-married mothers who decided to keep their babies.

Recent accidents caused by toxic chemicals and the social problems caused by frequent. As of 2010, there are more than 100,000 types of deadly toxic chemicals being distributed throughout Korea, and severely intoxicated patients along with an enormous number of patients can be induced at the time of an accident involving deadly toxic chemicals. Internationally, the seriousness of large-scale disasters due to a NBC disaster (nuclear, biologic and chemical disaster) is being highlighted as well. So, we obtain the information of the RFID tag attached to a glass bottle with containing the toxic chemical to transfer the data to the smart device has been studied a system that can monitor the status of the toxic chemical in real time. The proposed system is the information was sent to the main system using a zigbee communication by recognizing the tag vial containing the toxic chemical with the 13.56MHz bandwidths good permeability. User may check the information in real time by utilizing the smart device. However, the error of the system for managing the toxic chemical generates a result that can not be predicted. Failure of the system was detecting the error by using a comparator as this can cause an error. And the detected error proposed a duplex system so that they do not affect the overall system.
For last decade, the amount of information has been increased rapidly because of the internet and computing technology development, mobile devices and sensors, and social networks like facebook or twitter. People who want to gain important knowledge from database have been frustrated with large database. Many studies for automatic knowledge extracting meaningful knowledge from large database have been fulfilled. In that sense, automatic knowledge extracting with computing technology has been highly significant in information technology field, but still has many challenges to go further. In order to improve the effectives and efficiency of knowledge extracting system, test collection is strongly necessary. In this research, we introduce a test collection for automatic knwoledge extracting. We name the test collection KEEC/KREC(KISTI Entity Extraction Collection/KISTI Relation Extraction Collection) and present the process and guideline for building as well as the features of. The main feature is to tag by experts to guarantee the quality of collection. The experts read documents and tag entities and relation between entities with a tool for tagging. KEEC/KREC is being used for a research to evaluate system performance and will continue to contribute to next researches.
