This study analyzes the characteristics and change factors of technological cooperation networks in the automotive industry. Using Social Network Analysis (SNA) of 112,009 autonomous driving-related patents filed from 2000 to 2017 by major automotive firms in the world, we investigate the structure of the technological cooperation network. Network characteristics such as density are analyzed through structural characteristic analysis among the network analysis indicators. The structural characteristics of the technology cooperation network are confirmed through analysis of status characteristic indicators, such as the degree of centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality. Results show that car makers such as Toyota and Hyundai Motors, as well as parts suppliers such as Bosch and Continental, have high-performance technology developments related to autonomous driving. The structural characteristics of the network show that companies participating in cooperative networks for autonomous driving technology development have increased in number and are diversified, and all of the status characteristics indicators have decreased. This can be interpreted as an increasing number of horizontal and complementary forms of technological cooperation between firms. In addition, it was confirmed that the number of participants in the field of autonomous driving technology has increased, and the networks have become more complex.

Web accessibility is presented as a legal obligation to ensure users can access and use information and functions equally in the domestic public website sector. This study introduces the researcher network based on social network analysis (SNA) in order to show the citation relationship by identifying the network among researches in the field of web accessibility. Based on the analysis of the relationship and citation of academic researchers in the domestic web accessibility field, confirm the process of creating a research network. It is a visualization element that shows the citation relationship as well as the relationship and citation form between the studies as a network. Through the process of creating the network, and it can be confirmed and can be usefully used for future academic research network analysis. It is meaningful in terms of analysis for about 17 years from January 2000 to March 2017, a total of 50 papers published in journals registered by the National Research Foundation of Korea and candidate journals. By combining the evaluation metrics for each researcher, evaluation target, evaluation method, and evaluation result for web accessibility, and applying weights, identify the research direction and evaluation research trends in Korea's web accessibility field related to the relevant field and web accessibility evaluation research trends, and related to the researcher trend network.

Research on the establishment of new governance aimed at efficient policy planning and the implementation thereof by the government has been conducted in response to social changes. Nonetheless, governance is comprehensive and encompasses different meanings; it takes various forms in the process of its actual application. Therefore, systematic classification of research on governance and analysis on its research trend are required. Accordingly, three researchers who majored in policy sciences, business informatics, and library and information science, respectively, searched for theses related to governance published since 2016 from Research Information Sharing Service and conducted a social network analysis (SNA) on them. According to their research results, the main research topics were largely classified into collaborative governance and local governance. Keywords throughout the topics included network, participation, conflict, and trust in line with the characteristics of governance. Representative subjects of governance included education, urban regeneration, and the environment. Further, measurement of betweenness centrality showed local governance was a main topic for convergent research. This study will lead to a greater understanding of research on governance and help activate such research. One limitation of this study is that it analyzed only theses with the keywords but not all theses on governance. Follow-up research should analyze all theses on governance and statistically verify them with SNA indexes.

This study aims to analyze the International trade network of Water transport service using Social Network Analysis for defining the status of Korean Water transport industry. This study use World Input-Output Table of Asian Development Bank from 2000 to 2020 and build the International trade matrix of Water transport service from that. Therefore, this study analyze Out-degree centrality, In-degree centrality and betweenness centrality of Korea and other main countries in the matrix of World Water transport industry. As a result, Korea rank above 10th in the all centralities and the total output also rank 8th in the world, therefore, this study show the importance of Korean Water transport industry in the world. However, Singapore has the highest centrality in the world, even though China has the largest Total output among 63 countries.

Even through many professional organizations increasingly use Q&A sites in their online communities for information sharing, there are few studies which examine what is really going on in the Q&A activities in professional online communities (POC). This study aims to examine the interaction patterns and contents posted in the Q&A site of a POC, KOSEN, a science and technology online community in South Korea, focusing on how actively scientific information and knowledge are shared. The interaction patterns among the participants were identified through social network analysis (SNA) and the contents in the Q&As were examined by content analysis. The results show that the overall network indicated a moderate level of participation and connection and answerers especially tended to be active. Also, there are different interaction patterns depending on academic fields. Relatively few participants were posting leaders who seemed to steer the overall interactions. Furthermore, some content related to manipulation and explanation for experiments, which are in urgent need, seem to be posted in the sites more frequently with more amounts. Combining both SNA and content analysis, this study demonstrated how actively information and knowledge is shared and what types of contents are exchanged. The findings have practical implications for POC managers and practitioners.

The semantic web-based social network is highly useful in a variety of areas. In this paper we make diverse analyses of the FOAF-based social network, and propose an expert recommendation system. This system presents useful method of ontology-based social network using SparQL, RDFS inference, and visualization tools. Then we apply it to real social network in order to make various analyses of centrality, small world, scale free, etc. Moreover, our system suggests method for analysis of an expert on specific field. We expect such method to be utilized in multifarious areas - marketing, group administration, knowledge management system, and so on.

Social network analysis(SNA) has been recently applied to business areas such as social network services (such as Facebook and Twitter). In addition, the mobile telecommunication field attempts to analyze CDR(call detail record) data and apply customer relationship management and customer churn management through the use of social network analysis. The paper analyzes links between ego and alter based on ego-network and discovers four kinds of customer roles and then provides insights as a tool for customer relationship management or customer management.

This study investigated the ecological change of public software industry, comparing the pre and post structure of industry network based on the application of the regulation restricting large company participation in public software market. For this purpose, we used big data of the software market from Korea Public Procurement Service and used the SNA(Social Network Analysis) methodology which is being actively used in the area of social science recently. Finally, we highlighted the contribution of open public data. By analyzing order and contract data of the public software industry for 3 years - from 2013 to 2015 - we found out two main things. First, we observed that Power Law distribution had been going on in the public software industry, regardless of the external impact of regulation. Second, despite the existence of such Power Law distribution, we also observed the ecological change of industry structure from year to year. We presented the implication of such findings and discussed the advantage of open public data as the original motivator of this study.

The foundation of any association or organization should include a mission, a vision, and strategic goals. Vision and mission are frequently discussed in academic and practitioner literature and accepted as key items in strategic decisions. But in these days, the words"change and crisis"are what companies are familiar with. They bringing about uncertainty led the companies to search for new strategies in order to specify their directions. In case of making proper direction for some organization, the role of management philosophy is most important. And also identifying, clarifying and communicating the management philosophy is now a major part of the planning process. This study examines the characteristics of management philosophy items which including mission and vision in Korean fisheries business with contents analysis. in order to achieve these purpose, this research analysing the mission, vision and CEO's greeting with the social network analysis(SNA) which is the most dominant technique in contents analysis. The SNA is evaluated that most popular, rigorous and firm methodology for analyzing, examining and revising some concepts or objects in the context of semantics. The findings of social network analysis show that some critical problems are existed. First, most of the fisheries company did not fully announce the mission and vision irrespective of one's size or scale. Second, there is some coverage insufficiency of stakeholders in mission and vision. And cutting edge topics like environmental problem, corporate social responsibility, consumer sovereignty are not included in management philosophy.

The purposes of this paper were: 1) to identify the structural changes of the northeast Asia airport network caused by the pandemic of COVID-19 using social network analysis (SNA) and 2) to suggest proposals for improving airport competitiveness. In this respect, the entire international air routes in northeast Asia airport collected data of 4-10 March 2019 and 9-15 March 2020 through schedules analyzer database of OAG. We found that both the density and centrality have decreased since the spread of COVID-19. The government and airport authorities need active support such as a reduction of various fees and a moratorium on transportation rights to overcome the crisis in the air transport industry. When the COVID-19 situation calms down in the future, we hope that further research will be conducted to identify the structural changes in the SNA aspects through the vast data establishment in countries such as the EU and America.
