Based on this level of maturity it was determined that in order to advance the concept of stigma toward gloater maturity. techniques of concept development using the literature as data were applied. In this process, questions were 'asked of the data' (in this case, the selected disciplinary literatures) to identify the conceptual components of stigma. Results. The inquiry into the concept of stigma led to the development of an expanded interdisciplinary conceptual definition by merging the most coherent commonalties from each discipline. And the conceptual components of stigma were identified. The antecedent factors of stigma were "apart from social identity". Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 199 university students in C city. As a result of examining the correlation between personal motivation for major selection, social motivation, academic achievement, and career maturity, career maturity showed a significant positive correlation with personal motivation for major selection (r=.417, p=.00) and no significant correlation with social motivation for major selection and academic achievement. The influencing factors of career maturity were personal motivation for major selection, economic activity, and major department, and the explanatory power was 24%. Therefore, it seems that university-level support is needed to enable students to engage in economic activities in fields related to their majors. Since personal motivation is important in major selection, we should focus on increasing personal motivation for major selection by providing high school students with a wide range of opportunities, such as career experience and future work experience.

  • We consider the product differentiation model of online channel competition and examine the strategies of hybrid firms in terms of efficiency. After measuring the social cost of online business strategies, we show that (i) online channel of hybrid firm under blockaded entry may increase the social cost if the firms' delivery cost is sufficiently smaller than the consumer's transportation cost, and (ii) online competition under free entry may increase the social cost if the firms' delivery cost is sufficiently larger than the consumer's transportation cost. Finally, we discuss the strategic incentive of hybrid firms to reduce delivery cost and investigate the effect of the Internet maturity on the social cost.

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine differences in social maturity and behavioral problems according to the level of sleep problems in children with ASD. Methods : The participants were 102 mothers of infants with ASD aged 1-5 years. The Social Maturity Scales (SMS) and Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5 were used as the measuring tools. Results : The level of sleep problems in infants with ASD was 56.58T on the sleep problems scale. The participants were grouped based on scores on the sleep problems scale: those with scores <65 (good sleepers) or scores ≥65 (poor sleepers). Sleep problems significantly correlated with all the scales on the CBCL. However, no association was found between sleep problems and social quotients. Poor sleepers achieved significantly lower scores on the social quotient scale of the SMS than good sleepers. Poor sleepers achieved significantly higher scores in internalizing problems, externalizing problems, and DSM-oriented scales on the CBCL compared to those in the good sleepers. Conclusion : The significance of this study is that it has verified the severity of sleep problems in infants with ASD and has examined the differences in social maturity and behavioral problems between poor sleepers and good sleepers.

The subjects of this study were 175 colleger from K-do. Data were collected from October 1st to October 10th, 2018 and analyzed using IBM SPSS WIN/21.0 to get frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression. The marriage motivation of the subjects was positively correlated with view on marriage (r=.38, p<.001), view on children (r=.50, p<.001) and psychosocial maturity (r=0.25, p=.001), and psychosocial maturity was positively correlated with social pre-parental role. The most important factor that affects the subjects' marriage motivation is their view on children (${\beta}=.407$, p<.001), followed by view on marriage (${\beta}=.329$, p<001), Gender (${\beta}=-.184$, p=.004), psychosocial maturity (${\beta}=.159$, p=009), religion (${\beta}=.126$, p=.003).
