  • This study suggests the direction of management theory education in business administration under the university-linked program of Korean work and study in parallel policy. As a social science, business education is essentially to cultivate people of talent capable of making the right decisions in the social phenomenon (business practices) rather than educate skills for solving a specific issue. At the same time, the parallel system is aimed at cultivating talented people who can work practically in the real field. Therefore, practical education and theoretical education should be linked organically, and the theoretical education should be layered. Also, management education should be guaranteed to be timely and cultivate fusion thinking. Based on this background, this study is expected to contribute to the upgrading of the parallel system and education level in the future by reviewing the curriculum of the business administration department of domestic universities.

  • Companies engaged in the enterprise, while still at the start will have social responsibility. But recently, more and more companies will shorten the life expectancy of a corporate environment and is also rapidly changing. In this study, the longevity of global enterprises through the company's longevity factor analysis, that has continued to gain corporate answer. DuPont's global corporate giant Siemens and the longevity of the two factors in analyzing the factors that change the business portfolio, risk management, and continuous research and development, trust management, environmental management and other factors have been described. This ongoing internal and external environment analysis and core competencies by strengthening the implementation of responsible management as the core of the upcoming general management are appearing.

  • Increasing number of elderly's active participation in society, it is arisen the needs of senior information for training. Most of the senior's experiences in the digital device are low and because they do not get the information in formal education, they are vulnerable to the business office of utilizing the documents. For activities of society, it needs the excel education on enterprise document management training. According to this study, it is designed and implemented the 'Happyseniorcel' which is Excel application system for seniors. As a result of survey, it improves menu-use convenience, screen-color organization satisfaction and screen magnification efficiency compared to current excel. By using 'Happyseniorcel', it is expected to improve excel utilization and to encourage the social activities.

European Approaches to Work-Related Stress: A Critical Review on Risk Evaluation

  • In recent years, various international organizations have raised awareness regarding psychosocial risks and work-related stress. European stakeholders have also taken action on these issues by producing important documents, such as position papers and government regulations, which are reviewed in this article. In particular, 4 European models that have been developed for the assessment and management of work-related stress are considered here. Although important advances have been made in the understanding of work-related stress, there are still gaps in the translation of this knowledge into effective practice at the enterprise level. There are additional problems regarding the methodology in the evaluation of work-related stress. The European models described in this article are based on holistic, global and participatory approaches, where the active role of and involvement of workers are always emphasized. The limitations of these models are in the lack of clarity on preventive intervention and, for two of them, the lack of instrument standardization for risk evaluation. The comparison among the European models to approach work-related stress, although with limitations and socio-cultural differences, offers the possibility for the development of a social dialogue that is important in defining the correct and practical methodology for work stress evaluation and prevention.

Critical Factors Affecting the Salaries of Employees of Manufacturing Enterprises in Vietnam

  • The study aims to identify and measure factors affecting the salaries of employees in manufacturing enterprises in Hanoi, the important area of Vietnam's economy. We conducted a questionnaire consisting of 31 observation variables with a 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables were measured from 1 "without effect" to 5 "strongly". Based on the literature review and results of interviews, a total of 350 questionnaires were sent to participants; 300 of them met the standards and were subject to be analyzed. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) identify six main determinants influencing the salaries of employees in manufacturing enterprises in Hanoi, including Paying views of business leaders (PV), Financial ability of the enterprise (FA), Capacity of workers (CW), Capacity of the contingent of employees engaged in salary work (CC), Role of grassroots trade unions (TU), and State policies and laws on labor - salaries (STL). Based on the findings, some recommendations have been proposed to help the firm leaders design appropriate personnel policies for creating better job satisfactions for employees in the future. On this basis, the authors propose a number of recommendations to improve the salaries of employees in manufacturing enterprises in Hanoi.

  • This study began with the expectation that work spirituality according to self - sacrificing leadership of a company recognized by hotel employees could positively affect superior liking and innovation behavior. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; the exercise of authority and the self - sacrifice in reward distribution are very important in the social exchange relationship. And the experience of joy and meaning, which is a behavior that meets the values, showed that it fulfilled the sense of accomplishment that the employees realized as a value, and it increased the satisfaction of pursuing the value of the boss and participating in and contributing to the world. Moreover, the hotel employees were likely to favor the bosses when they gave up or refrained from their authority or delegated to their subordinates, or when their bosses delayed or gave up rewards that had to be distributed to them. Also, self-sacrifice on the supervisor's job assignment is considered as an essential part of inducing the innovative behavior of the subordinates, regarded as desirable behavior or qualities.

  • Government legislates a private sector preparedness act related to disasters such as natural, technological, and social ones. According to the law, it announces new standard for private sector preparedness. This paper illustrates a mitigation action plan based on the standard in terms of a cyber disaster. This plan includes organization, policy, assessment, impact analysis, strategy, plan, action, evaluation, and feedback. It will also help for business to mitigate a cyber disaster. Private sector accreditation and certification preparedness program which introduces on the law is the realization that enterprise disaster management will be expected as a great tipping-point.

  • 1844년 Rochdale Pioneers는 소비자 협동조합을 만들고 그 첫 번째 상점을 열었다. 이 소비조합을 통해 지역 주민에게 양질의 식품을 저렴한 가격에 제공했다. 이러한 유럽의 전통적이고 좌파성향의 경제적 분배이념이 발전하여 유럽의 사회적 기업의 발판이 되었다. 뿐 만 아니라 1991년 이탈리아에서는 주주나 소유주의 이익 산출보다는 공동체 또는 구성원을 위하는 사회적 경제 개념의 협동조합이 시작되었다. 1980년 아쇼카 재단의 설립자 빌 드레이튼은 슘페트에 의해 처음 소개된 '기업가정신'을 한 단계 높은 차원으로 끌어올렸다. 그는 기업가 정신을 사회적 혁신에도 적용하여 사회의 난제에 대해서도 창조적 파괴를 시도하자는 뜻에서 사회적'과 '기업가'를 합성하여 사회적 기업가 정신이라고 사용했다. 이러한 사회적 기업의 발전 과정에서 보면 유럽과 미국의 인식의 차이를 우리는 느낄 수 있다. 유럽의 경우는 좌파적 성향이 담겨져 있다. 유럽의 사회적 기업은 협동조합에서 알 수 있듯이 공평한 분배 개념에의 접근이다. 그에 비해서 미국의 경우는 우파적 성향이 강하다. 미국은 기업가 정신이 투철한 기업가가 많은 부를 축척하고 이렇게 축척된 부의 분배 과정에서 사회적 가치가 강조된다. 이러한 사회적 기업을 가능하게 하는 요인 중 하나가 사회적 자본으로 불리는 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 25개의 사회적 기업 실증을 통하여 생존을 위한 전략적 차원에서 네트워크의 다양성과 강도가 사회적 기업의 기업생존과 고용성장, 매출성장 나아가 권한위임에 정의 관계가 있음을 검증하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 일반적인 기업컨설팅과는 달리 사회적기업의 컨설팅 방법론이 다른 여러 가지 개념 및 방법론을 연구하여 현재 육성되고 있는 사회적기업의 지속적인 성장을 가능케하는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 최근 들어 사회적 기업에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 사회적 기업이 많이 늘어나고 있다. 사회적 기업이 추구하는 가치에 대한 정확한 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 발전에 대한 연구의 부족과 함께, 사회적 기업에 대한 전문적인 컨설팅 전무한 상태이다. 이는 사회적 기업이 경제적인 목적만을 목표로 하지 않기 때문에 전혀 다른 방식의 컨설팅 즉 사회적 가치에 대한 고려를 통한 컨설팅 기법이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 해외의 사회적기업 컨서팅 사례를 고찰하는 한편, 일반 영리기업과 구분되는 사회적기업 컨설팅 고려사항에 대한 고찰을 실시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치, 환경적 가치 등에 관한 종합적인 지식을 활용해야 하는 사회적 기업의 컨설팅에 대한 과저을 연구하여, 지속적은 발전할 수 있는 우리나라의 경쟁력 있는 사회적 기업의 육성을 위한 우리나라 환경에 맞는 컨설팅 기법에 대한 단초를 제공하는 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

The Influence of Leadership Style on Accountants' Commitment with Enterprise: An Empirical Study on Vietnamese FDI Firms

  • The research aims to examine the impact of leadership style on accountants' commitment with FDI firms in Vietnam based on theory of Bass and Avolio (2004). A survey with 110 accountants in FDI firms was conducted. The total of 110 respondents with full information were used for data entry and analysis. Through quantity methodology, we used Cronbach's Alpha, EFA and correlation analysis to determine the relationship between leadership style and three dependent variables including affective, normative and continuance commitment. The results showed that the leadership style had positive relationships with accountants' commitments. In particular, normative commitment with FDI firms of accountants is the most strongest. In addition, there is no statistically difference in the level of three commitments with FDI firms of accountants for three groups of job description. From the findings, this study suggests several recommendations to improve accountants' commitments such as intellectually stimulating, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, idealized influence, and idealized influence behavior. The results are considered as a useful reference for establishing policies to attract talent personnel toward to sustainable development of firms. Commitment with the organization is a crucial factor to gain a competitive advantage and guide the success of organizations by satisfying customers, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
