Article 10 of the Constitution All citizens have dignity and values as humans and have the right to pursue happiness. There is a need for support measures such as a means to realize the respect of dignity and values as humans, and how to efficiently maintain policies on welfare for the elderly classified as the socially disadvantaged. It was considered necessary to develop an elderly-friendly city for economic, physical, and social life. Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's respect for adults was to practice the ideology of Confucianism, so this was the most important thing in the past Joseon Dynasty. In particular, it was considered important to think of adults first in practicing filial piety.This study focuses on the long-term care insurance system for the elderly, one of the welfare policy measures for the elderly. The significance of implementing the long-term care insurance system for the elderly is to benefit not only the elderly, but also all generations, including the middle-aged and children who were in charge of long-term care. To this end, the government should properly manage the factors of the social insurance financial crisis caused by the low birth rate and aging population.In addition, concerns about health insurance are high, so it is necessary to secure an appropriate level of government budget for health insurance financial management and minimize unnecessary non-benefit. In addition, it is necessary to induce appropriate medical use through connection with construction medical insurance.

본 연구는 독일 표현주의 무용과 그로테스크 예술의 상호관계를 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 피나 바우쉬(Pina Bausch, 1940-2009)의 <Café Müller(1980)> 작품을 분석한다. 독일 표현주의 무용은 제1차 세계대전으로 인한 사회적 불안정과 경제적 불황의 영향을 받아 표현주의와 그로테스크 미학이 도입되었다. 그로테스크 표현은 인간의 파괴된 모습과 그 근본 원인을 과감하게 표출하여 사회적 모순과 인간 본질의 상실감을 비판적으로 보여주는 역할을 한다. 연구자는 독일 표현주의 무용과 그로테스크 표현의 관련성을 탐구하고, 피나 바우쉬의 <카페 뮐러> 작품을 분석하여 표현주의 무용의 의미와 중요성을 재조명한다. 또한, 작품 내 그로테스크 성향을 시각적 아름다움과 추의 기준에서 벗어나 작품 내용의 본질로 탐구하고, 무용수의 움직임, 청각 요소를 통해 그로테스크 표현성이 전달하는 의미를 재해석한다.

ESG는 많은 기업에게 기업 가치를 향상시키고, 지속 경영이 가능하게 하는 큰 지침이 되고 있다. 그 중에서도 환경(Environment)은 기술적 관점의 접근이 필요하다. 환경 오염을 줄이거나 방지하고, 에너지를 절감하는 것은 기술적인 해법이 필요하기 때문이다. 반도체 패키지 기술은 반도체 패키지의 본연의 역할인 칩의 보호, 전기/기계적 연결, 열 방출 등을 잘 하기 위해 개발 및 발전해 왔는데, 이에 따라 열 방출 효과 향상, 전기적/기계적 특성 향상, 칩을 보호하는 신뢰성 향상, 적층 및 소형화, 그러면서 비용절감을 위한 기술들이 개발되고 발전해 왔다. 그 중에서도 열 방출 기술은 열효율을 높이고, 냉각을 위한 에너지 소모를 작게 하며, 전기적 특성 향상 기술도 저전력 사용과 에너지 소모를 줄이는 효과를 만들어서 환경에도 영향을 주었다. 또한 재사용이나 재료 소모를 줄이는 기술은 환경 오염을 줄이게 되며, 특히 환경에 유해한 물질들에 대해 대체하는 기술들은 환경 개선에 기여하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경 오염 방지 및 개선을 위한 반도체 패키지 기술들의 트렌드를 정리하였다.

In the global context, particularly in Christian nations, Christmas is considered a culturally and ethically significant time. In this study, we examine Charles Dickens' novel, "A Christmas Carol," and the celebration of Christmas in Korea. We explore the values of Christmas in Korea derived from the significance and importance of this novel. These values include repentance, empathy, compassion, and the importance of humanity. Korean Christmas is regarded as a time for practicing these values, bearing a message akin to the transformation of characters like Scrooge. Furthermore, "A Christmas Carol" conveys a message of improvement and change over time, emphasizing change and growth in Korean Christmas. People reflect on their past, correct their mistakes, nurture hope for the future, and experience personal growth and transformation. Additionally, the novel raises awareness of social injustice and inequality, offering alternatives. In Korean society, Christmas encourages the willingness to care for and help others, facilitating discussions and understanding of societal issues. For these reasons, "A Christmas Carol" is considered a culturally and ethically significant time in Korean Christmas, and the two are intertwined in various aspects. This study explores the interaction between cultural change and ethical teachings by 'A Christmas Carol' and investigates the impact of this work on Christmas culture and social change. It serves as the basis for emphasizing moral principles and humanity during the Christmas season, and this research provides suggestions for future research directions, aiming to deepen the understanding of Dickens' work and the importance of "A Christmas Carol." Through these efforts, it is expected that valuable insights into the connection between Christmas culture and moral messages will be gained. In this study, we will delve into the enduring appeal and cultural significance of "A Christmas Carol," discussing how this novel has evolved into a beloved holiday tradition and a true symbol of Christmas. We will also examine the adaptation of this novel into various media and its influence on holiday season celebrations. Insights into the impact of this novel on Korean society and its continued significance in modern times will be provided, suggesting a direction for a healthier and more desirable path for Korean society.

Purpose This paper examines the role of local market-based communities in driving regional revitalization, using detailed analysis of online networks. We aim to dissect a local community's communication network, highlighting members with high engagement levels and exploring their characteristics. Our goal is to identify the conditions that allow local community networks to grow independently and to demonstrate how the activation of these networks contributes to regional revitalization. Design/methodology/approach We employ a mixed-methods approach, combining social network analysis with statistical techniques to investigate the structure of online communication networks. Specifically, we use ANOVA to determine the statistical significance of our findings, ensuring their reliability. To complement our quantitative data, we include qualitative insights from interviews, adding depth and context to our analysis. Findings Our results show that individuals with high centrality in the online network are crucial for maintaining active local communities. We find that leveraging local resources to create a supportive and adaptable environment is essential for the communities' sustainability and expansion. Importantly, our research draws a direct connection between the vitality of local community networks and the broader process of regional revitalization. We argue that energizing local communities is an effective way to address the risk of regional decline. By integrating quantitative analysis with qualitative feedback, this study contributes to the understanding of local market-based communities as key drivers of regional development. It emphasizes the importance of building vibrant, resourceful community networks to revitalize areas experiencing socio-economic challenges.

본 연구는 사회변화와 의례 변화의 관계성을 분석하고 그 연관성에 의해 유교상례와 현대의례의 차이점을 밝히고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 또한 시대별 의례의 변화과정을 제도의 변화와 연결하여 살펴보았다. 상례의 시대구분을 전근대기 '유교상례'와 일제강점기를 통한 '근대 상례기' 그리고 1999년 건전가정의례준칙의 시행과 함께 의례 자본에 의한 '현대 상례기'로 구분하여 분석하였다. 의례의 이해는 시대구분을 통해 전통의 계승이라는 논리적 모순에서 벗어나 전근대에서 근대상례, 현대상례로 이어지는 과정을 통해 이해되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 한국인의 죽음에 대한 인식은 의례의 변화와 지속이라는 관점에서 볼 때 시대상을 반영하여 지속되고 있음을 고찰하는 데 의의가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 빈곤지역에서 살아가는 아동의 거주 체험을 아동의 관점에서 탐구하고 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위해 빈곤한 지역에서 살고 있는 아동을 참여자로 그들의 거주체험의 의미와 구조를 탐색하는 질적연구를 수행하였다. 연구참여자는 월드비전의 전국 24개 사회복지기관으로부터 모집된 초등학교 고학년 아동으로써, 각각의 기관에서 초점집단인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 빈곤지역 아동은 취약한 사회적 인프라 속에서 신체적 및 정서적 안전에 위협을 받고 있었으며 더러운 동네와 술, 폭력 등의 문제를 가진 어른들로부터 부정적인 자기정체성을 내면화하고 있었다. 그럼에도 여전히 남아 있는 이웃의 정과 관계성, 권리 실현을 위한 주체적 활동은 아동과 지역사회의 변화가능성을 보여주었다. 빈곤지역 아동의 거주체험 구조는 "'연결하기'와 '구분짓기' 사이에서 갈등함", "도사린 위험 속에 방치됨", "캄캄한 동굴에서 살아가기를 배움", "이웃으로부터 마중물을 받음" 으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 아동의 권리 실현 차원에서 안전 확보와 주체적 성장을 위한 정책적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The Expressionism took shape in the early twentieth century, so called as the time of change and innovation which intermediated between the time of extreme prosperity and peace and the time of disruption. This study is based on the wide sense of Expressionism out of various concepts of Expressionism. The afore-mentioned phenomenon was emphasized all the more in the French Expressionism and it is the most important and substantial object in the Art to make a direct transference of emotion , feeling and thought and it could be regarded as one of characteristics of the French Expressionism . In Addition, the Expressionism produced " Aesthetics on Ugliness "Aesthetics des H lichen )" in creating work of art. It was an expression of the Existentialism based on Humanism for modern people who lived at time of nihility and such artistic movement accepted polarity and ambivalance concepts claimed by Nietzsche into three specific fields in accordance with thought and technique in the work of art and those are the Intuitional Expressionism. Cubistic Expressionism and Fantastic Expressionism. This study makes a close analysis of costume style trends on the basis of the categorized Expressionism enumerated as above. The characteristics of Intuitional Expressionism is that poverty and a sense of alienation dominated all society and thus the social reality brought a trend of social participation . This social reality effected significantly modern costume style and a reformative costume turned up at last . This reformative costume was classified into Gar onne look, Military look and Lingerie look by characteristics of style in order to make a close examination for the relationship between social reality and the reformative structure. Cubistic Expressionism effected costume forming and changed costume style through " Deformation " and " Distortion" in forming technique , and also it has developed geometrical style of costume, which could be symbolized by mechanism. And on the other hand, this Cubistic Expressionism has emphasized exaggerated expression ability to produce rigid and stiff style of costume. Fantastic Expression pursued basic artistic worth from the primitive and ethnic customs and accepted fantastic oriental Exoticism . This Fantastic Expressionism effected costume style of twentieh century and such designers as Lon Bakst, Paul Poiret, Elsa Schiapareli adopted intentive primary color. It also applied " Depaysment" to modern costume style , which introduced avant-garde design to give an impact through destruction of the existing traditional concept. This study also analized seven major representative costume designers of the early twentieth century. They are L on Bakst, Paul Poiret, Madeline Vionnet, JeanPatou, Gabriel Chanel and Elsa Schiaparelli. These designers deployed creative costume design work with peculiar expression technique based on the French expressionism. The costume study related to art history was so far made mostly to approach costume forming but only a few study is found to have approached idealistic background of art history in connection with creating costume. From that point of view, it is profoundly significant for this study to analize idealistic background and characteristics of Expressionism and relationship between costume and expressionism and to examine modern costume of twntieth century in conjunction with technical characteristics and spiritual sense of Expresionism.eristics and spiritual sense of Expresionism.

본 연구의 목적은 ICF-VR 코어셋과 가치판단 분석툴인 IPC를 이용하여 프리젠티즘 도구에 대한 내용분석을 실시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 현재 국내에서 프리젠티즘을 측정하는 자기보고식 도구인 KOSS-SF(한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구 단축형)와 PWI-SF(사회-심리적 건강측정도구 단축형)를 사용하였으며, 척도문항 분류와 문항에 포함되어 있는 코드를 분석하여 프리젠팀즘을 측정하기 위해 추가되어야 하는 직업재활 요인을 제안하였다. 2018년 12월부터 2019년 2월까지 연구가 수행되었다. 저자들은 ICF와 IPC의 연결규칙에 따라 2가지 도구들을 독립적으로 분석하였으며, 연구자 간 일치도는 90%로 나타났다. KOSS-SF는 60개, PWI-SF는 34개의 ICF-VR 코드와 연결되어 있으며, 활동과 참여, 신체기능을 측정하는 것으로 나타났다. IPC 분석틀에 따른 결과는 Rational-Social, Emotional-Psychological 영역을 측정하는 것으로 나타났다. 2가지 도구들은 ICF-VR 코어셋과 일치율이 30%이하로 나타나 직업재활 영역을 적절하게 반영하고 있지 않으며, 특히 환경영역 측정에 제한적인 것으로 나타났다. 프리젠티즘을 측정하기 위해 ICF 신체구조, 환경요인, 개인요인에 대한 문항들이 추가되어야 하며, 보다 명확한 응답수집을 위해 설문에 대한 기준점이나 가이드라인이 개발되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 추후연구에 대한 제안과 논의를 제공하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 강화도 지역 노인의 신체적, 정신적 건강과 인간관계 크기를 설명해주는 사회연결망 연결정도가 관련성이 있는지를 분석하여 노년기의 사회적 관계가 지역사회 노인의 건강을 예측할 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 강화도 A군에 거주하는 65세 이상 남녀 노인 643명으로, 2011년에서 2012년까지 실시된 "한국인의 사회적 삶, 건강과 노화에 대한 조사(KSHAP; Korean Social Life, Health and Aging Project)" 1년차 자료를 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 통제변인으로 사용한 인구통계학적 변인 중에서 성별, 소득, 연령은 노인의 신체적 건강과 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 남성이 여성보다, 소득이 높을수록, 연령이 낮을수록 신체적 건강이 더 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 변인 중에서 학력, 소득, 연령은 정신적 건강과 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 학력이 높을수록, 소득이 높을수록, 연령이 낮을수록 정신적 건강이 더 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 방향이 포함된 사회연결망에서 외향연결정도와 내향연결정도 모두 노인의 신체적, 정신적 건강을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 한 개인의 대인관계가 노인의 건강을 예측하는 데 있어 내가 교류한다고 생각하는 사람의 수(외향연결정도) 뿐만 아니라 나와 교류한다고 생각하는 사람의 수(내향연결정도)도 같이 고려할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사하며, 방향에 따른 연결정도의 두 지표가 신체적, 정신적으로 취약할 수 있는 고립된 개인들을 찾아내는데 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 지역사회 노인에 대한 건강 증진 및 복지 차원에서 의미가 있다.
