In aging Korean society, many elderly people have difficulty in the areas of health, economic insecurity, role-loss(both work & spouse), loneliness, and family conflicts. Above all, retirement from work is one of the most important stressful life events having influences an elderly's persons economic & social activities, mental state, health status, and Lifelong educational programs could help the aged cope with these situations in later life. Health and social welfare are commonly recognized as an important value of life. They also have an effect on each other. Most people agree that the promotion of health and social welfare is to take a short-cut toward achieving well-being. Thus we need to develop a substantially integrated program of lifelong education, before and after retirement, for the promotion of health and welfare. Universities have the advantage of practicing lifelong educational programs because they have more material, intellectual, and human resources than any other educational facilities. As a result, the purposed of this study is to suggest life-long educational programs for promoting both health conditions and the level of social welfare by utilizing an aging center affiliated with a university. Specifically, the developmental courses of pre-retirement, learning in retirement, elder-hostels, and the connection between pre and post-retirement educational programs are proposed in this study.

본 연구는 대도시 남성노숙인 시설에서 알코올 의존 노숙인들을 위한 치료공동체 프로그램을 수료하고 현재 회복 중인 6인의 회복 체험에 대한 현상학적 연구이다. 드러난 회복의 의미는 다음과 같다. 첫째 공간적 회복이다. 이들은 자신들이 누워있던 거리를 떠나 공동체에 터를 잡으면서 자신을 바라보는 새로운 시선에 둘러싸이게 된다. 둘째, 신체적 회복으로 눕던 자세에서 벗어나 몸을 일으키면서 이들은 자신의 몸과 마음의 움직임의 주체가 된다. 셋째, 연구참여자들의 시간적 회복은 과거와 현재를 수용하고 미래를 품는 현상으로 드러난다. 넷째, 관계의 회복으로 연구참여자들은 관계망을 통해 사회 내에서 자신의 자리를 만들어 간다. 이들의 사회내에서의 자리는 지위라기보다는 관계망 속에 존재한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 알코올 의존 노숙인에 대한 개입을 위한 실천 함의를 도출하였다.

Due to the advancement of virtual reality technology, virtual idols are widely used in industrial and cultural content industries. However, it is difficult to utilize virtual idols' social perceptions because they are not properly understood. Therefore, this paper collected and analyzed YouTube comments to identify differences about social perception through comparative analysis between virtual idols and general idols. The dataset was constructed by crawling comments from music videos with more than 10 million views of virtual idols and more than 10,000 comments. Keyword frequency and TF-IDF values were derived from the collected dataset, and the connection centrality CONCOR cluster was analyzed with a semantic network using the UCINET program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that virtual idols frequently used keywords such as "person," "quality," "character," "reality," "animation," while reactions and perceptions were derived from general idols. Based on the results of this analysis, it was found that while general idols are mainly evaluated with their appearance and cultural factors, social perceptions of virtual idols' values are mixed with evaluations of cultural factors such as "song," "voice," and "choreography," focusing on technical factors such as "people," "quality," "character," and "animation." However, keywords such as "song," "voice," "choreography," and "music" are included in the top 30 like regular idols and appear in the same cluster, suggesting that virtual idols are gradually shifting away from minority tastes to mainstream culture. This study aims to provide academic and practical implications for the future expansion of the industry and cultural content industry of virtual idols by grasping the social perception of virtual idols.

온라인 커뮤니티가 활성화 되면서 사람들에게 인터넷은 제2의 공간이 되어버렸다. 온라인상에서 사람들은 상호작용을 통해 다른 구성원들과 관계를 맺고, 이를 통해 사회관계를 유지하고 확장시키고 있다. 이러한 사회관계는 Social Network Analysis를 통해 분석되고 시각화될 수 있다. Social Network Analysis는 복잡한 사회 관계망의 구조적 요소들을 구성한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 최대 규모의 인맥 기반 온라인 커뮤니티인 싸이월드를 기반으로 하여, Social Network를 시각화한 'Blow Blow Your 바람개비'라는 어플리케이션을 고안하였다. 싸이월드 내에서의 관계의 유무를 나타내는 '일촌' 개념을 바탕으로 '자아'라는 중심 어뎁터와 일촌들의 관계를 시각화하는데 주목적을 두었다. 친밀도 형성 요소를 근접성, 유사성, 친근성, 호의성으로 나누고 이를 이용하여 Social Network에서 자아와 일촌간 친밀도를 산정하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 객관적이고 체계적인 친밀도 점수 산정을 위해 싸이월드의 사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고. 속성에 따라 친밀도의 가중치가 다르다는 것을 알아냈다. 이를 그대로 적용시켜 친밀도의 점수 기준표를 수립할 수 있었고, 수집된 일촌들의 데이터를 수치화시켰다. 이러한 친밀도의 개념을 적용한 Social Network를 통해 보다 직관적으로 일촌과의 친밀도를 파악할 수 있고, 나아가 온라인 오프라인상의 인맥을 비교해봄으로써 Social Network에 대한 새로운 접근을 시도할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest institutional reformation of public office facilities by analysis the status of services on welfare for the aged and disabled. For this study, we have researched and analyzed on two different aspects. The aspects are space composition of public office facilities, welfare systems and service support within region. And we can get the following important points as conclusion; (1) We need to consider on not only access for public office facilities site but also the connection on business such as block plan on zone and connection between quarters. Architectural plan has to be considered. (2) Most of the public office facilities use human service resources as a supporting system for shortage of convenient facilities. Variety of welfare services are required. (3) We need to secure various programs and space for local peculiarities and social demand.

By population graying, elderly residing problem is risen by social problem. Specially, because residing is occupying many parts in psychological sentimentalize stability of elderly senescence, it is misgovernment that suitable countermeasure is pressing hereupon with governmental interest so that elderly age may can inhabit to suitable residing space. The purposes of this research used content analysis method about elderly residing support policy laying stress on data of elderly residing support policy connection literature, virtue research etc.. and research result is as following ; First, as elderly residing connection equipment is permitted by common people subject operation in government burden gradually in van abroad including our country, supply of elderly equipment is spreading. Second, support about elderly dependent is introducing house priority supply system to financial favors benefit and income tax exemption, aged parents supporter being increasing. Third, through reconstruction and so on of house, real elderly's ashes are developing by support policy. Also, is administering elderly residing support policy by total service that can support elderly aging in place.

This study puts the significance on the trends, the characteristics, the factors and background of the typical diversification of 2000's historical dramas and of their costume in conjunction with the popular culture. We analyzed the materials like the official web-sites, the articles and promotional photos based on 47 TV historical dramas and 21 historical movies. And we, approaching the characteristics of popular culture in connection with the social, cultural, economic, emotional and technical aspects, considered the trends of the historical dramas and their connection with the paradigms of the contemporary popular culture. The results of this analysis are summarized as follows. First, the 2000's historical dramas & their costume, in the process to widen communication with the public, rose the values of popular culture, economic values, traditional values. Second, the diversification of the costumes in historical dramas, derived from the diversification of the era Genre characters and this is related to the characteristics of popular culture in 2000's such as the diversity, the nature of mixture, flexibility and the orientation of variation. Third, the new media environment and the imaging technology of 2000's raised completeness of the historical dramas and their costume. As the technical background placed the emphasis on realistic representation. Fourth, the costume of historical dramas in 2000's reflected the intention of the production in consideration with the emotional aspects of popular culture.

Government codes are created and utilized to streamline and standardize government administrative procedures. They are generally employed in government information systems. Because they are included in open datasets of public data, users must be able to understand them. However, information that can be used to comprehend administrative code is lost during the process of releasing data in the government system, making it difficult for data consumers to grasp the code and limiting the connection or convergence of different datasets that use the same code.This study proposes a way to employ the administrative code produced by the Korean government as a standard in a public data environment on a regular basis. Because consumers of public data are barred from accessing government systems, a means of universal access to administrative code is required. An ontology model is used to represent the administrative code's data structure and meaning, and the full administrative code is built as a knowledge graph. The knowledge graph thus created is used to assess the accuracy and connection of administrative codes in public data. The method proposed in this study has the potential to increase the quality of coded information in public data as well as data connectivity.

본 연구는 사회복지 실천현장에 나타난 신자유주의적 성과주의 요구에 대해 사회복지사들이 '무엇'을 '어떻게' 경험하는가를 탐구함으로써 이들 경험의 본질적 주제를 드러내고자 하였다. 자료수집을 위해 사회복지사 18명에 대한 심층면접을 실시하고, 수집된 자료를 Colaizzi(1978)가 제안한 현상학적 방법으로 분석했다. 분석결과 총 4개의 본질적 주제로 통합되었다. 연구참여자들은 효과성과 효율성에 기반 한 의미 있는 성과 아닌 '실속 없는 형식적 성과' 만들기에 매몰되어 있었다. 이러한 상황에서 클라이언트는 실적의 도구가 되고, 현장과의 접촉점이 상실되며, 서비스의 질적 저하와 기관 간 연계가 약화되는 '본연의 실천 가치에 역행하는 실천의 재조직화'로 나타난다. 또한, 성과주의가 의도했던 책임성의 구현은 외부에서 의해 부여된 성과기준에 매몰되어 성과가 불명확한 도전은 포기하게 되는 '재량권 없는 경직된 책임성'만 남게 되었다. 실속 없는 형식적 성과 만들기에 몰두하는 동안 사회복지 실천현장의 가치와 특수성을 담아내지 못하고 실천가의 자부심을 상실하는 '사회복지 정체성 침식'을 경험하였다. 이러한 결과는 성과주의의 본래 목적이 전치된 성과주의의 역설과 실패로 귀결된다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의와 정책 방향을 제시 하였다.

현재 온라인 사회연결망 서비스는 인맥 관리, 고용관련 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있으나, 오프라인과 온라인의 이음매 없는 연결의 어려움, 비대면 프로파일 정보 교환에 의한 정보의 불완전성과 신뢰성 부족, 중앙집중형 통제에 의한 사용자 자율성의 제약이라는 한계점을 드러내고 있다. 이에 이 논문에서 는 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)을 기반으로 하는 실세계 공간에서 동일한 관심을 가진 사용자들간의 실시간 변대변 사회적 상호작용을 이음매 없이 가능하게 하는 유비쿼터스 사회연결망관리를 정의하고, 이에 기반하여 사회연결망관리 프레임워크를 도출하였다. 유비쿼터스 사회연결망관리의 사례로서 u-구인 구직 서비스 모델을 설계하고 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 발생 가능한 시나리오를 제시하고, 서비스 모델 참여자 역할 및 참여자 별 제공 가치와 참여자들의 잠재적 이익을 비즈니스 모델 관점에서 분석한다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제시하고자 하는 모텔의 상대적 우위를 평가하기 위해서, 관련 6개 사례를 비교한다.
