Korean city had been rapid developed through high industrialization and rapid economic growth after the 1970's. The city development process was guaranteed the fulfillment of city function through the city expansion based on New Towns and satellite cities rather than the reformation of existing city. This city expansion caused by degrading of city, being backward and producing many problems. To solve this problems, it was considered the rehabilitation of retarded function with rejuvenation such as a special law accelerating urban renaissance and reorganization project. Also a fire protection performance did not satisfied the required conditions of modern FPP system, such as the function deterioration of building facilities, the technological development with FPP facilities, changed fire laws and building occupancy for social needs. Insufficiency of requirements depreciated the building value and intimidated a safety of residents. To solve this problem, the improvement of FPP was essentially required and also strongly recommended an analysis and a comparative study between the required FPP of existing building and it improving effective FPP. Therefore, purpose of this study is that establish the basic data to construct a system to analyze and compare the building FPP.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of dental fear on the oral health related quality of life in teenagers. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire by Likert 5 point scale was completed by 900 high school students in J area from March 10 to April 20, 2014. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, dental fear survey, and oral health related quality of life. Data were analyzed by t-test and One-way ANOVA using SPSS 12.0 program. Results: Oral symptoms had no significant differences in mother's education and family economic status. Emotional well-being factors had no significant difference in age, religion, school performance, and family economic strength. Dental fear was closely related to emotional well-being, Oral symptoms, social stabilities, functional limit and mental stabilities. Explanation power of the model was 29.1%. Conclusions: It is very important to explain the dental fear procedure to teenagrers before dental surgery and this will enhance the oral health related quality of life in teenagers.

Recently, the importance of impact-based forecasting has increased along with the socio-economic impact of severe weather have emerged. As news articles contain unconstructed information closely related to the people's life, this study developed and evaluated a binary classification algorithm about snowfall damage information by using media articles text mining. We collected news articles during 2009 to 2021 which containing 'heavy snow' in its body context and labelled whether each article correspond to specific damage fields such as car accident. To develop a classifier, we proposed a probability-based classifier based on the ratio of the two conditional probabilities, which is defined as I/O Ratio in this study. During the construction process, we also adopted the n-gram approach to consider contextual meaning of each keyword. The accuracy of the classifier was 75%, supporting the possibility of application of news big data to the impact-based forecasting. We expect the performance of the classifier will be improve in the further research as the various training data is accumulated. The result of this study can be readily expanded by applying the same methodology to other disasters in the future. Furthermore, the result of this study can reduce social and economic damage of high impact weather by supporting the establishment of an integrated meteorological decision support system.

Recently, a research of the urban regeneration has been performed very actively. This is one of the efforts to resolve various social and economic problems coming from the existing deteriorated building and facilities by new urban development or redevelopment. However, an urban regeneration has a characteristic to be unable to ensure the project performance due to the exposed numerous risks coming from the various and complex stake-holders, and its mega sizes. This paper proposes the method of risk performance index in order to improve an efficiency of performance measurement expanding to the risk view point from the existing integrated cost/schedule performance measurement. A risk performance index is compatible with the existing EVMS, and can make the performance measurement in 3 dimensions of the integrated cost/schedule/risk with 18 sub-indexes and variables.

Climate related policies have been considered due to increase of energy and fossil fuel consumption. Therefore, research has been done to reduce $CO_2$ and to implement green construction. This paper proposes green construction performance metrics for transportation facilities based on previous literature review and survey. The metrics are composed with economic, social, and environment parts and number of metrics are 14, 10, and 12 respectively. The survey was performed to evaluate relevance, clarity, timeliness, comparable, and obtainable of the proposed metrics. Then implementation strategy is also proposed for effective use.

Social infrastructure facilities such as production, transportation, gas and electricity facilities may experience poor performance depending on time, load, temperature, etc. and may require maintenance, repair and management as they are used. In particular, in the case of transformers, the process of managing them for the purpose of preventing them from failing is necessary because a failure can cause enormous social damage. The management of transformers should consider both technical and economic aspects and strategic aspects at the same time. Thus, it applies the Asset Management concept, which is widely used in the financial industry as an advanced method of transformer management techniques worldwide. In this paper, the operation and power outage data were secured for the asset management of the transformer for distribution, and the asset status was analyzed. Analysis of asset status using actual operation and power outage data is essential for assessing the statistical life and failure rate of the facility. Through this paper, the status of transformer assets for arbitrary A group distribution was analyzed, and the end of life and replacement life were calculated.

This study would prove the logic that business practice CSR has a positive impact on efficient product value while philanthropic CSR has a positive impact on socio-ethical product value to promote product purchase intention. It would also test the mediating role of efficient product value and socio-ethical product value. Methods: AMOS 22.0 was used to analyze the structural equation model in this work, and the hypotheses were tested after setting the impact of corporate variables on intrinsic variables additionally. Results: This study conducted research that has not been attempted in the preceding studies, classifying CSR into business practice CSR activities related to economic, legal, and ethical responsibilities and philanthropic CSR activities related to the contribution to the community, the connection of donation and business, company-wide philanthropy, and appropriate donation performance. Conclusion: This study would prove the logic that business practice CSR has a positive impact on efficient product value while philanthropic CSR has a positive impact on socio-ethical product value to promote product purchase intention, and evaluating the mediating role of efficient product value and socio-ethical product value, thus providing implications from a new perspective that has not been explored in previous marketing studies.

The purpose of this study was 1) to identify the reasons for delay of decision making and the shopping information in internet shopping, 2) to classify consumers based on the clothing benefits, 3) and to examine the differences among consumer groups in the reasons for delay of decision making and the shopping information. The data were collected from a sample of 500 internet shopper aged from 20 to 40. This study used factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, cluster analysis and ANOVA. The results showed that the reasons for delay of decision making consisted of eight factors: Performance risk, Comparison shopping, Economic shopping, Social risk, Uncertainty, Expecting of market change, Product unsatisfaction, Passive shopping. The shopping information consisted of three factors: Product variety, Product information, Additional information. Five factors of clothing benefits were Economy, Figure compensation, Social position, Individuality, and Comfort. The respondents were classified into four groups by five factors of clothing benefits; Individuality seeking group, Low-benefits seeking group, Economy seeking group, Figure compensation/comfort seeking group. There were significant differences among groups in the reasons for delay of decision making and the shopping information among groups. Therefore, marketers need to provide different shopping information for delay closure by target groups.

This study concerns the role of costume in Shakespearean comedy from the viewpoint of the role theory. The term “role” has been used to represent the behavior expected of the occupant of a given position or status. A specific role can not be successfully performed without the aid of the costumes. Costumes are adopted in relation with a specific role. The term ‘role’ had been borrowed from the drama. The similarity between the role on the stage and the role of the social man had been recognized. The typical examples in which the costume help to make access to a specific role and can be effectively exploited for the performance of the role are manifested in the comedies of Shakespeare. Thus, our goal in this study is to analyze the role of costume which appears in Shakespearean comedy from the viewpoint of the role theory. The role of social status and position reflects sex, age, occupation, class, economic position of the characters. In his works, the crown and the mace represented not only the throne but also a previllege and supreme position. The situation role of costume could be widely used for visualizing the psychological situation and external environments of the characters on the stage. The disguise role hided one\`s status, thereby makes possible acting other\`s position. And the disguise role can bring about the change of status, age, sex, occupation, and atmosphere. The costume also could symbolize the social status, position, rank, occupation, and the situation, and functioned as a media for delivering messages to others. The costume performed the role of the physical and psychic protection, and provided its wearer with consolation and peaceful mind. The costume reflected the costume of a society through its wearing condition and wearing configuration. The results obtained from this study can provide useful cues for understanding the role action in the social structure. This kind of understanding reveals the costume phenomena in real life, allows one to perform roles properly and efficiently, and opens our insight on the overall aspects of the costume culture.

Today's technology enables consumers to trade millions of dollars, conduct online banking, access entertainment, and do countless other activities at the click of a button. Online social networks (OSN) have become a cultural phenomenon that allows for individualistic consumerism. Consumers are increasingly utilizing OSN to share ideas, build communities, and contact fellow consumers who are similar to themselves. The relevance of online communities to the music is immense especially because musicians are now using social media to build global audiences. Not only is information about music and performance disseminated online, but musical commodities are sold and traded online. Online music communities allow consumers to elect and create new identities online through the purchase of subcultural commodities. Given the growing economic importance of online music communities it is important to get a holistic view of subcultural communities online. This study utilized content analysis of online music community websites using the Netnography methodology as developed by Kozinet for data collection to analyze consumers' purchasing and consumption behavior of subcultural commodities online as related to the formation of subcultural identities. Findings showed that subcultural items are predominantly purchased online, especially digital music, and there is a need for more custom craft items. The authors presented a new conceptual taxonomy of online subcultural consumer classifications based on online behavior patterns.
