The problem of corruption and the spread of corruption crime today is not only one of the main social problems, but also an obstacle to the implementation of reforms in Ukraine. Given the complexity, scale and diversity of the impact of corruption, it is an undisputed threat to national security. At the state level, corruption threatens, firstly, state security as a result of its spread in public authorities and the combination of political and business spheres; secondly, in the domestic political sphere as a result of non-compliance and violation by officials of public authorities and local governments of the laws of Ukraine; thirdly, in the economic sphere as a result of the dominance of personal interests of civil servants over national ones; fourthly, in other spheres, namely, military, social, ecological, informational, foreign policy, etc. The origins of corruption are diverse and are formed not only in the country but also abroad. The current corruption threat is the result of the country's ineffective domestic and foreign anticorruption policies. Acceleration of the spread and manifestation of external corruption threats is associated with a number of unresolved foreign policy issues against the background of the development of globalization and integration processes, in particular: economic and financial dependence of the country on international financial institutions and organizations; as well as from foreign countries that pose a potential threat due to their ambitious plans to expand our country; unresolved issues regarding the international legal consolidation of borders, etc. It is noted that the current conditions for the development of state security, due to new challenges and threats, need to improve and implement new measures to prevent corruption as a negative impact of the main threats to national economic security. As a result of the study, the main measures to counter the main threats to the economic security of the state were identified.

국제교역흐름은 경제적 요인들 뿐 만 아니라 세계의 사회, 정치, 문화적 환경에 의하여 결정되어 왔다. 세계화와 더불어 국제교역환경도 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 변화는 국제교역의 흐름에 상당한 변화를 주고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 경제의 세계화가 국제교역의 흐름에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 국제교역에 나타나는 변화를 특히 경제적, 사회적, 정치적으로 국제적 연계가 강화되면서 나타나는 경제적 결합에 초점을 두어 산업 입지와 투자, 그리고 그 밖의 교역환경들과 연결하여 종합적으로 파악해 보았다. 특히 산업 입지에 변화를 주어 상품의 수요와 공급의 공간적 분포를 재편하는 역할과 함께 기업내 교역흐름을 확장시켜 결과적으로 국제교역패턴에 영향을 끼치고 있는 다국적 기업들에 의한 해외직접투자의 영향을 분석하였다. 기업내 교역은 해외직접투자의 흐름에 의해 결정되므로 본 연구에서는 해외직접투자의 기원지와 대상지의 지리적 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 해외직접투자와 기업내 교역의 공간적 분포에 나타나는 변화를 분석하였다.

장애인에게 있어 취업은 개인적으로는 인권, 자아존중감, 자아효능감을 신장시키고 비장애인과의 경제적 심리적 사회적 차이 감소, 장애인의 사회통합에 핵심적 역할을 수행하게 된다. 최근 통계자료 검토 결과 장애인의 비중 증가 및 경제활동 참여 장애인 감소현상이 지속적으로 나타나고 있어 장애인들의 취업활동 참여가 저조한 원인을 찾아내어 정책적 대안을 구할 필요가 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 장애인들의 경제활동 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 무엇인가를 찾아보고자 하였으며, 수도권의 장애인들을 대상으로 한 설문지 조사를 실시하여 실증분석을 시도하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인은 기초생활 수급자일 때, 연령이 많을 때, 남성장애인보다는 여성장애인인 경우에는 경제활동 참여를 감소시키고, 직업훈련을 받는 경우와 기술 자격증이 있는 경우에는 경제활동 참여 가능성을 증가시키는 특성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 장애인의 취업활동 참여를 활성화하기 위해서는 기초생활 수급여부로 보는 빈곤정도, 성별, 연령, 배우자 유무 요인은 물론, 인적자본 특성 및 직업훈련서비스 특성요인(자격증 취득, 직업훈련 경험)에 대한 심층적 분석에 기반한 차별화된 정책개발이 필요하다 할 것이다.

The choice of big public investment project needs an appropriate feasibility analysis before it is implemented, bemuse a rot wisely chosen one would bring about big and longrun societal costs. But the feasibility analysis for the big public investment project in Korea has been done without linking the economic benefits and environmental damages. Consequently social conflicts arose frequently during and after project implementation, owing to such concerns asincreasing costs and serious ecological damages. The recent social conflict over the Saemangeum Project is a typical case. This reclamation project began in 1991 and finished 60% of the whole process in 1999, when its feasibility was again assessed under the public pressure by the joint assessment team consisting of both citizen's and government's professionals. Even the assessment report by this joint team could not show the convincing results owing to the improper assessment procedure and failure to set proper feasibility criteria. This paper pointed out the limitations of our current procedure of feasibility assessment and identified the concrete problems that atosee during the recent reassessment process of the Saemangeum reclamation project by the joint team. In order to improve the current problem-ridden practices, it is concluded by the policy recommendation for establishing a right feasibility assessment procedure for the public investment projects.

북한이탈주민들의 남한사회적응 문제는 복지적인 차원을 넘어 통일준비적 차원으로써 그 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 북한이탈주민들의 남한사회 적응력을 향상시키기 위하여 사회적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 고찰한 결과, 경제중심의 지원정책으로 북한이탈주민들의 취업률이 향상되었으나 동시에 문화적 이해와 정체성 형성이 결여 된 상태에서의 취업률 향상은 또다시 사회부적응과 적응실패의 문제로 연결되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 북한이탈주민과 그룹토론 및 심층면접조사를 실시한 결과, '경제적 자립' 이외에 '사회적 자립'의 중요성이 검증되었으며, 사회적응과 부적응에 영향을 미치는 공통된 요인은 사회성형성의 기본이 되는 '관계'임을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 북한이탈주민들의 사회적응력을 고양시킬 수 있는 정책 과제로 남북한 시민이 함께 소통할 수 있는 환경과 프로그램의 필요성을 제언하는 바이다. 이는, 경제적 자립만으로는 궁극적으로 해결하지 못한 남한사회적응력을 향상시키는 결과뿐만 아니라 '경제적 지원' 정책 효과를 높이는 결과에도 일조 할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 대한 후속 연구로써 '사회적 지지' 형성 방안에 대한 구체적인 논의가 보완되어야 하겠다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the recent resurgence of popularism and the possible impacts it may have on contemporary business and economics. Research design, data and methodology: This is an exploratory case study that examines the rise of popularism and identifies and analyzes the likely implications for contemporary business and economics. Results: Although populists tend to reject elitism, capitalism, economic globalization, and political establishment, their ethnocentric behavior is no different from those of the corrupt political and economic elites. Popularism does enable nationalism and protectionism and negatively impacts business and economic growth. Conclusions: Popularism existed for a long time, and this phenomenon will continue to exist as long as a triggered mechanism exist, e.g., income inequality, resurgence of immigration, recession, insufficient factors of resources and social welfare. The recent rise of popularism is not a fad or a short-lived anti-establishment and anti-elitism movements but, rather, a force to be reckoned with in the near future. The rise of economic nationalism limits international trade, integration, and cooperation. As a result, international capital, service, and product flows will decline, and countries and multinational corporations have to develop and restructure their international supply and value chain to cope with this phenomenon.

본고는 실업보험과 연금을 통합시켜 실직자가 실업급여 이외에 자신의 미래 연금을 담보로 대출을 받게 되는 통합실업보험제의 후생효과를 분석하고 있다. 특히 본고에서는 통합실업보헙제가 기존 실업보험제에 비해 후생을 증가시키는 경우를 제시하고 구체적으로 이 제도하에서 실업급여와 연금담보대출의 적정수준을 결정하는 요인을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 통합실업보험제가 기존 실업보험제에 비해 후생적으로우월하고 실업급여 수준은 근로자 위험기피도, 구직유인의 중요성 그리고 실업기간의 상대적 크기에 따라 달라짐을 보이고 있다. 그밖에 본고에서는 같은 원리에 의해 연금을 실업보험 뿐아니라 다른 사회보험과도 동시에 통합하는 것이 후생적으로 바람직함을 강조하고 있다.

Corporate social responsibility is an inevitable trend in the global context. It is the responsibility of the organizations to the community and society to ensure the fairness of the interests of stakeholders. This is an issue that deserves attention, not in the national or regional level, but as a global issue. The purpose of article is to examine the effect of corporate governance on corporate social responsibility disclosure of 155 samples of 31 Vietnamese commercial banks from 2015 to 2019. The data of this study is employing time-series data and used the ordinary least squares to test the model. The results show that there are three factors that positively affect corporate social responsibility disclosure, namely, board size, foreign members of board, and audit committee. Thereby, the article proposes that board of director in Vietnamese commercial banks needs to raise awareness about corporate social responsibility, and the Central bank of Vietnam should monitor the disclosure of information regularly with severe sanctions on commercial banks that do not comply with the regulations of corporate social responsibility disclosure. This contributes to improving the information quality of the banking sector to meet the trend of international economic integration.

본고는 우리나라 사회적 양극화 중에서 가장 중심적 주제의 하나인 '노동시장 양극화'의 배경과 현황을 살펴보고 대안으로서 사회통합방안을 제시한다. 동시에, 논문은 현재 신정부가 치중하는 고용률 70%제고 등 일자리정책이 이러한 노동시장 양극화를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 충분하며 적절한지를 검토한다. 본고는 고용률 70%제고가 복지로서의 일자리 확충을 통한 사회통합방안으로 필요한 정책이지만 여성, 청년, 고령자를 주 대상으로 하면서도 단시간근로의 확충에 주로 치중하고 있는 정책의 한계를 지적하며 우리 노동시장 내 심화되고 있는 노동시장양극화를 해소하기에는 보다 근본적인 사회통합적 법 제도와 노동 시장정책이 필요하다고 본다. 논문은 또한 노동시장 양극화의 극복은 법제도적 방안과 함께 임금체계의 개편에 이르기까지 매우 포괄적이며 복합적인 대응을 요구한다는 점을 지적한다. 그 외에 고용 연금보험 등 광범위한 사회적 안정망의 사각지대해소, 노사 간 자주적 교섭에 의한 임금 근로조건의 향상, 기업 내외의 인적자원개발 및 숙련체제와 분배구조의 개선에 이르기까지 보다 견고한 복지체제의 발전을 위하여 노동조합이 실업보험 등의 운영에 직접 참여하는 겐트시스템의 도입을 중장기적인 전략목표로 삼아야 할 필요성을 지적하고 있다. 아울러, 분절된 노동시장 구조의 문제를 궁극적으로 해결하기 위하여 보다 적극적 노동시장정책과 사회정책의 통합적 접근필요성을 강조하고 있다.

한반도 통일은 단순히 분단의 고통을 해소하는 것을 넘어, 민족적 과제이자 경제적으로 중대한 의미를 지니고 있다. 남북한 경제의 시너지 효과를 극대화하고 북한 경제를 재건함으로써 한반도 전체의 균형발전을 도모할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 통일 과정에서는 막대한 통일 비용 조달, 상이한 경제 체제의 통합, 남북한 간 경제적 격차 해소 등 다양한 경제적 난제에 직면하게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 이러한 통일 과정에서 예상되는 경제적 문제점을 분석하고, 단계적이고 체계적인 해결 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로, 통일비용의 객관적 추정과 재원 조달 방안을 논의하고, 남북한 경제체제의 효과적인 통합 방안을 제시하며, 경제적 격차를 해소하기 위한 정책적 과제를 도출하고자 한다. 통일 비용에 대한 기존 연구들을 검토하고, 남북한 경제의 균형발전을 위한 산업구조 재편과 시장경제로의 단계적 전환 방안을 모색하며, 북한 SOC 확충 및 인적자본 개발 등의 구체적 대책을 제안한다. 이를 통해 평화통일을 위한 경제적 기반을 마련하고, 한반도 경제의 재도약을 위한 기회를 창출하는 데 기여하고자 한다.
