세대 간 교류를 위한 국내 종합사회복지관의 공간구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Composition Plan of Social Welfare Centers for the Intergenerational Interactions in Korea)

  • This study analyzes the welfare services and spatial composition of social welfare centers that represent complex welfare facilities in order to provide basic information for the spatial planning of social welfare centers. We examined 15 social welfare centers built in the 2000s. A literature review and case study were used as research methodology. The findings are as follow. First, services provided at the surveyed facilities overlapped for seniors and the handicapped. Most social welfare centers provided welfare services for seniors, young children, and teenagers. Second, the proportion of common area, program rooms was high for spatial composition. Third, front access by car was most common (used at nine centers) for the design of the access area and used by. Fourth, shared entry and exit was most common (used at 10 centers) for the design of the entrance. Fifth, regarding space combining style, a mixed style was most frequently used (observed at seven centers) where different private areas for different service users were partly mixed on certain floors. Sixth, a corridor type was most common (used at seven centers) for the design of a corridor space where visitors could walk along the corridor to access individual rooms. Based on the findings, we propose spatial composition of social welfare centers to promote mingling and exchanges among users of different generations.

전남 동부도시 노인복지관의 공간적 특성 (The Space Characteristics of Senior Welfare Centers in Eastern Cities of Jeonnam Province)

  • The senior welfare centers should provide integrated welfare services to the elderly whose needs are in change. So this paper tried to find a direction for improvement by identifying the spatial organization of the centers which are in Yeosu, Suncheon and Gwangyang. Classification of spaces of senior welfare center followed the guidelines 2020 for senior welfare center from Ministry of Health and Welfare which are consultation, medical rehabilitation, day or short-term protection, social education, home welfare, employment, welfare and public relations and PR planning and by adding management and public space. The above factors are invested and analyzed. The results of the survey and analysis of seven senior welfare centers are as follows. First, in the survey, the spatial organization of the senior welfare centers surveyed showed that the larger the size is, the dominantly lager the social education space is. Second, the space for day or short-term care, and employment is less than 1% of the total area, and most senior welfare centers do not have a basic space for this. Third, the space related to home welfare and counseling is very small, and more than half of the senior welfare centers do not have space related to it.

사회복지관 조직풍토 인식이 사회복지사의 전문성에 미치는 영향 (The influence of Organizational Climates on Social Workers' professionalism in Social Welfare Centers)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지관의 사회복지사를 대상으로 기관의 조직풍토에 대한 지각 정도를 측정하고, 사회복지사가 지각한 조직풍토 수준이 전문성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해서 사회복지관 사회복지사 570명의 자료를 위계적 회귀분석 등을 통해 분석하였다. 사회복지관의 조직풍토가 사회복지사의 전문성에 영향을 주고 있다고 나타난 연구결과는 복지관의 풍토(분위기)를 어떻게 조성하고 관리하느냐에 따라 사회복지사의 전문성이 향상되기도 하며, 혹은 그렇지 못하기도 한다는 것이다. 이러한 조직풍토는 궁극적으로는 클라이언트에게 제공되는 서비스의 질과도 연관된 중요한 요소이기도 하다. 따라서 사회복지관 실정에 맞는 긍정적인 조직풍토를 조성하고 관리하도록 사회복지사와 운영자 모두의 노력이 필요하다.

사회복지조직의 집단화(체인화) 현상에 대한 연구 : 사회복지관의 집단화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향분석을 중심으로 (A Study of Multi-Units (Chain-affiliated) Organizations in Social Welfare Service Settings : Focused on the Impact of Chain-affiliated Social Service Centers on their Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze whether or not, if a community social service center was affiliated with a governing body running other community social service centers, the center would have better organizational performance in comparing to an independently running center. Data was collected from a nationwide mailed and self-administered survey, which 237 centers out of 343 community social service centers responded. Even if, the response rate was 72%, 218 centers were finally analyzed due to the weakness of reliability and incompleteness. By the way, measurement of organizational performance as the dependent variable has been substituted of the results of nationwide organizational evaluation project as the secondary data. One of findings is that 68% of 218 responding centers appeared to be affiliated with a governing body which running more than three other centers, while 41% being affiliated with a body which running more than five other centers. However, a logistic regression analysis which using organizational performance as the dependent variable, has failed to verify the hypothesis that a center which affiliated with a governing body running other centers has better organizational performance when comparing to an independent center. The researcher assumes that a part of governing bodies has better performance and improves competitiveness while the other larger part of them pursues simple organizational growth. Thus, this situation made that the overall evaluation of being affiliated with a large governing body was not positive.

  • 본 논문은 자활사업을 주요사례로 정부의 사회복지사업에 민간파트너로 참여하고 있는 사회운동조직이 어떻게 전문 사회복지기관과의 역학관계 속에서 자신의 자발적 정체성을 방어해나가는지 살펴보고자 한다. 군부독재가 막을 내리고 민주화와 진전되면서 과거 정부와 대립하던 사회운동단체들이 복지정책의 주요파트너로 부상했다. 저소득층의 일자리 지원사업인 자활사업도 빈민 실업운동진영과의 협력으로 도입된 복지제도이다. 그러나 사회운동에 대한 기존연구들은 사회운동조직이 제도화되면서 자발성이 훼손되고 사회복지 전문가와 기관들에게 헤게모니를 내놓게 된다고 지적해왔다. 이에 본 연구는 자활사업 관련 역사문헌, 심층면접, 참여관찰 자료에 대한 역사적 담론 분석을 통해, 자활사업의 도입시기부터 현재까지 사회운동조직의 자활사업 내 입지변화와 운동조직이 일선현장에서 사회복지진영으로부터 자신을 구별하기 위해 각 국면마다 구사해온 담론과 전략들이 있는지 추적했다. 본 논문은 사회운동과 사회복지의 갈등의 역사 속에서 사회운동진영의 생존전략들을 살펴봄으로써, 사회운동의 사회복지제도화와 전문화를 단지 사회운동의 지배체계로의 편입, 흡수, 종속으로 설명할 수 없고, 그 이면에 사회운동조직의 미시저항이 존재함을 드러내고자 했다.

  • The purpose of this study is to give the basic data for spactial composition on social welfare centers. The data were collected through maid by questionary survey, existing facility field survey and interview to the social welfare centers to find out their management programs used in social welfare centers the findings suggest that the general programs of welfare centers are divided into 3 groups.

사회복지사의 직무만족 영향 요인에 대한 연구: 장애인복지관을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction of Social Workers: Focusing on Welfare Centers for People with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 장애인복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사의 직무만족에 대한 영향 요인을 인구사회학적 특성, 개인특성, 직업특성, 조직특성 등 다차원적으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 전국 장애인복지관 45개소에 근무하는 사회복지사 900명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 최종적으로 770부를 최종 분석하였다. 주요 분석방법으로는 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성 중에는 연령(-)이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 개인특성 중에서는 탄력성(+)이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 직무특성 중에서는 이직의도(-), 피드백(+)이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 가졌다. 넷째, 조직특성에서는 조직신뢰와 참여적 의사결정이 직무만족에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사의 직무만족에 대한 이해를 확장시키고, 직무만족을 제고하기 위한 함의를 다차원적으로 제시하였다.

종합사회복지관의 세대간 교류 현황 분석에 의한 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (Study on Revitalization Plan through the Present Condition Analysis of Intergenerational Exchange of Social Welfare Center)

  • This study mainly focused on the intergenerational exchange as a plan to revitalize the social participation of the elderly. The purpose of the study is to propose a plan for revitalizing future intergenerational exchange through the present condition analysis in the aspects of activity, space and consciousness for the elderly-centered intergenerational exchange. The study scope is the local welfare level, broad sense of exchange for the aged, children, youths and local residents, and the study objects are the personnel in charge of welfare policy and the staff in charge of operating general social welfare centers and the users of the facilities users. A survey questionnaire type research was sent through post mail to 278 social welfare centers, and 384 government offices within the jurisdictions. Among them, the responses were collected from 22 general social welfare centers and 26 offices within the jurisdictions. A proposal of a plan to revitalize intergenerational exchange that needs to be implemented in future based on the consideration of the present condition and characteristics of the intergenerational exchange of general social welfare center.

방문간호사와 사회복지사의 보건복지서비스 연계 및 장애요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Link of Health and Welfare Service and Barrier′s Factors of Visiting Nurses and Social Welfare workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the link between health and welfare service and barrier's factors by reviewing the connection between the public health center's visiting nurse and social welfare center's social workers Method: A survey by mail or a face-to-face interview of 151 visiting nurses in 25 public health centers and 48 social welfare workers in general social welfare centers in Seoul, was preformed from Feb. 12, 2001 to Mar. 15, 2001. The data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean value, paired t-test and independent t-test using SPSS/WIN 7.5 program. Result: 1. ‘The necessity and degree of cooperation with social welfare workers of visiting nurse’ scored average 4.49 and 3.19, and ‘The necessity and degree of cooperation with visiting nurse and social welfare workers’ scored average 4.81 and 3.15 on the five-point scale ; there was a significant difference between the two variable in visiting nurse and social welfare workers. 2. In barrier's factors which health and welfare service offer to, visiting nurses showed statistically significant higher score than social welfare staff; ‘job factor’, ‘resource factor’, ‘clients factor’, ‘individual ability factor’ Conclusion: In order to provide link system that hold clients in common in public health center and social welfare center, it is recommended a case management team should be constructed and educate visiting nurses for case manager.

결혼 이민자 가족 관련기관의 프로그램 운영 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study of Programs Operation within all the Related Agency Provides Services for Married-Immigrant Families in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to guide in providing quality services to meet the needs of married immigrants and their families. The researched agencies in this study were 14 public agencies and local government agencies, 21 married-immigrant family support centers, and 11 community social welfare centers located in the Seoul and Kyung-Gi areas. The program was categorized by the participating researchers, SPSS WIN 12.0 was used to calculate frequency, percentage and average then cross-tabulation was initiated. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The married-immigrant family support centers provide dominant services compared to public agencies and local government agencies, and community social welfare centers are located in the region of Seoul and Kyoung-Gi in the service areas of education, counseling, culture, child care and protect, support group and network. 2) All agencies provide service targeted to married immigrant women and their children 3) Three different types of agencies are mainly focused on providing Korean education programs. Married-immigrant family support centers and community social welfare centers are focused on providing computer skills programs. Public agencies and local government agencies are focused on providing vocation-oriented education. 4) Married-immigrant family support centers were investigated to service to the needs of married-immigrant families through networking with their neighboring communities.
