Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of studies on work-related musculoskeletal disorder and to suggest the direction of future research. Method: 144 research thesis for a degree on work-related musculoskeletal disorder were systematic reviewed and published from Jan. 1990 to Mar. 2005. The analyzed using descriptive statistics, an actual number, percentage. 품종과 성 및 체중이 검정돈의 행동특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 공인 종돈능력 검정소에서 검정중인 Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire 및 Berkshire 등 4개 품종 32두의 행동패턴을 녹화한 자료의 비디오 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 4개 품종 8,477두를 대상으로 돼지의 주요 경제형질인 일당증체량, 90kg 도달일령 및 사료요구율에 영향을 미치는 품종 및 성의 효과를 추정하였다. 검정돈의 품종에 따른 행동특성의 차이는 Berkshire 종이 앞으로 엎드린 자세와 앉은 자세로 보낸 시간의 비율이 상대적으로 낮고 걷는 동작, 물을 마시는 동작 및 사료를 먹는 동작으로 보내는 시간의 비율이 다른 품종에 비하여 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 성에 따라서는 수퇘지가 서있는 자세로 보낸 시간과 사회성 행동으로 보낸 시간 비율이 높게 나타났다. 체중에 따라서는 60kg 이상의 체중에서 30kg 이하의 돼지에 비하여 앞으로 엎드린 자세로 보낸 시간의 비율이 낮았으며, 서있는 시간의 비율이 높게 나타났다. 그러나 그 외의 행동과 동작으로 보낸 시간의 비율은 차이가 없었다. 검정돈의 모든 형질에서 품종 간에 뚜렷한 차이를 나타내었으며, 일당증체량은 Duroc 종이 가장 우수하였고, 90kg 도달일령은 Berkshire 종이 가장 불량하였다. 사료요구율은 Duroc 종이 가장 우수하였고 Yorkshire 종과 Berkshire 종이 불량하였다. 검정돈의 각 형질에 대한 성별에 따른 차이를 보면 일당증체량은 수퇘지가 양호하였고 90kg 도달일령은 차이가 없었으며, 사료 요구율은 수퇘지가 우수하였다. 결론적으로 각각의 행동이나 동작으로 보낸 시간의 비율이 품종과 성 및 체중에 따라 차이가 있음을 알 수 있는데, 이는 품종과 성 및 성장단계에 따라 돼지가 가지는 특유의 행동패턴을 나타낸 것으로 판단된다. 돼지의 품종과 성 및 성장단계에 따라 나타나는 특유의 행동특성과 생산성, 취급, 관리와의 연계에 대한 진전된 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 낙상을 경험한 여성 노인에게 적합하도록 구성된 건강체조 프로그램을 12주간 적용하여 노인들의 보행능력, 우울 및 삶의 질의 변화를 확인하고자 함이다. 본 연구의 자료는 2007년 4월에서 6월 동안 낙상 경험이 있는 여성노인 70명을 대상으로 수집하였다. 대상자에게 적용한 12주간 건강체조 프로그램은 보행능력을 향상시키기 위해 개발되었다. 수집된 자료는 빈도 및 백분율, paired t-test 등으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 12주간 건강체조 프로그램을 적용한 대상자의 보행능력을 측정하는 지표 중 '의자에서 일어나 앉기(t=2.291, p=.025)', '오른발 한발서기(t=2.236, p=.029)', '전후 보폭(t=4.015, p=.000)'에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 둘째, 노인의 우울은 통계적 유의한 차이가 없었으나(t=1.044, p=.300) 삶의 질은 유의한 차이(t=3.528, p=.001)를 보였다. 삶의 질 하부영역에서는 전반적인 삶의 질(t=2.93, p=.005), 신체적(t=3.039, p=.003), 심리적(t=2.481, p=.016), 사회적(t=2.531, p=.014), 환경영역 (t=4.259, p=.000)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 근지구력 및 균형 감각을 향상시키는데 중재법으로 12주간 건강체조 프로그램을 제안하고자 한다.

1970년대 TV의 보급으로 한국영화의 침체기에 1976년 김청기 감독의 <로보트 태권V>가 흥행됨으로써 극장용 애니메이션 제작에 활기를 불어 넣어준다. 그러나 80년대 들어서면서 신군부의 등장으로 SF애니메이션이 어린이들에게 나쁜 영향을 미친다는 이유로 방송이 금지되고, 칼라 TV방송과 비디오 레코드의 보급으로 외국의 다양한 애니메이션이 유입되면서 국내 애니메이션 제작에 침체기를 맞이한다. 이때 김청기 감독은 성경의 이야기를 소재로 애니메이션 <다윗과 골리앗>을 제작하여 침체기를 극복하고자 한다. <다윗과 골리앗>의 원작인 성경은 문자언어로 시간의 흐름에 따라 역사적 사건을 기술하듯 간략하게 서술하기 때문에, 애니메이션으로 매체 전이 되는 과정에서 서사구조의 변형이 일어난다. 애니메이션은 현실과 똑같은 재현이 아니라 현실을 재구성하여 신뢰감 있는 새로운 세계의 창조하기 위한 방법으로 인물의 변형과 새로운 보조인물의 등장과 함께 서사의 확장과 축소가 나타난다. 이러한 노력에도 <다윗과 골리앗>은 그 시대의 사회 문화적 환경과 대중성 확보에 기반을 두지 못한 성경의 지나친 재현으로 작품의 완성도와 흥행에서 아쉬움을 남긴다. 본 논문에서는 김청기 감독의 <다윗과 골리앗>이 성경에서 애니메이션으로 매체 전이 되는 과정에서 나타나는 서사의 변형을 확인하고, 같은 소재로 제작된 다른 감독의 애니메이션 <다윗과 골리앗> 두 편과 비교하면서 향후 종교 애니메이션의 제작 방향에 대해 검토해 보고자 한다.

청원경찰은 민간인으로서 해당 경비구역 내에서 경찰의 직무를 수행한다. 이로 인하여 신분관계가 민간인이면서 경비를 위한 권한 행사에 있어서는 경찰공무원이라는 2중적인 지위를 갖다. 이러한 법적 지위에서 비롯되는 문제는 직무활동과 근무관계에 있어서 법적 권한과 의무가 불분명해질 수 있다. 본고는 청원경찰의 이러한 애매한 신분관계에서 야기될 수 있는 문제를 밝히기 위하여 법적 지위로부터 법률상 주어진 직무와 권한, 그리고 그의 법적 의무에 있어서 관련된 실정법적 해석에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 이는 "청원경찰법"을 중심으로 실정법에 명시된 청원경찰의 법적 지위를 밝히고, 청원경찰의 직무와 더불어 청원경찰이 갖는 경찰권과 직무수행상 부여된 법적 의무 등을 고찰함으로써 실정법의 문제점 및 입법적 개선방향을 찾는 성과를 가져왔다. 연구결과로서 문제점은 매우 다양하게 나타났으나, 중요한 것들을 지적한다면, 첫째, 청원경찰의 직무상 불법행위에 대한 책임에 있어서 국가배상 회피, 둘째, 포괄적 위임을 하고 있는 징계규정의 위헌성, 셋째, 경찰과의 직무협력관계에 관한 규정의 미비, 넷째, 노동쟁의 금지로 인한 인권침해 가능성, 다섯째, 보수의 2원화로 인한 형평성 문제, 여섯째, 청원경찰의 임용자격과 방식에 관한 규정 미비 등을 들 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 청원경찰 자신의 권리보호를 위해서 뿐만 아니라 원활한 직무수행을 통하여 국가의 중요시설에 대한 경비목적을 달성하는 데에 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다.

Without a solid marketing system in placed, the fashion industry cannot flourish on out-standing design or technology alone. Even though the significance of collecting and analyzing information, merchandising, and retail distribution is recognized, these functions are not firmly rooted or prevalent in our industry. In contrast, Italy which possesses similar demographic traits such as the lack of natural resources and other physical factors has succeed-ed in globalizing its fashion market by responding swiftly and exercising flexiblity to its constantly changing consumer demand. This in turn has earned Italy the competitive edge in the global fashion arena. Italy's unique management skills and operation know-how, along with successful market strategies come into play in bringing competitiveness to Italy's fashion market. Firstly, smaller companies with ability to adopt swiftly to the ever changing market. Secondly, fashion friendly social environment. Thirdly, niche marketing through highly specialized system and differentiation. Fourthly, timeless innovation through intense corporate competition. Lastly, establishment of foundations to support the industry through diverse networking. The alone building blocks have formed a basis for erecting an unparalleled market with a reputation for excellence in design and quality in the global fashion world. This study has examined how Italy's fashion industry has evolved from an underdeveloped textile business into a cutting edge fashion in-dustry. Italy's unique business processes and practices were studied to come up with a collection and merchandising ideas in a niche market. By selecting this venue we are able to continuously grow and develop in a market with diverse consumer needs. To analyze the Italian fashion market, data from 3 institutions were utilized, namely, CIT-ER which has provided consumer trends and sales analysis, SITA,a data service provided statistics from the textile and apparel businesses, and NBI has also furnished valuable data. Italian consumer preference, buying behavior, consumer profile, retail channels and other related data from the above institutions has formed a backbone for market segmentation and target markets, and as a result, we were able to zero in on the type of consumer, produce, pricing and retail channels for our womenswear. Going forward the direction is to elevate product image and pretige, and create syn-ergy between related industries, and at the same note, in order to develop internationally recognized brands such as Max Mara and Benetton. Certain elements such as the specialization of the fashion industry, alon-g with fashion-related data base and systems support, and most importantly experts with acute fashion sense and capacity to analyze pertinent data are in need. I firmly believe that we can achieve Italy's level in the fashion market with support from the government and unrelenting effort within the industry itself, and hope that this report can prove to be useful.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine dental hygiene students' image of dental hygienist and factors affecting the image of dental hygienist in an effort to provide some information useful for dental hygiene education. It's basically meant to recreate the image of dental hygienist as a professional. Methods : The subjects in this study were 310 sophomores and seniors who ere selected by convenience sampling from three different three-year-course colleges located in Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong Province and Gwangju. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 277 respondents were analyzed except for 33 incomplete ones. The collected data were analyzed with a SPSSWIN 17.0 program, and statistical data on frequency and percentage were obtained to find out the general characteristics of the subjects, and another statistical data on mean and standard deviation for each item were acquired to check their image of dental hygienist. Besides, t-test, ANOVA and Kruscal-Wallis test, one of nonparametric test, were utilized to look for connections between their general characteristics and image of dental hygienist. Results : 1. They gave a mean of 3.53 to the image of dental hygienist, which showed that the dental hygiene students took a favorable view of dental hygienists in general. 2. Their response to four items showed that they looked at the image of dental hygienist in a positive manner. The four items respectively described dental hygienists as professionals, as ones who played a crucial role in the improvement of national oral health, as ones with professional knowledge and sophisticated knowhow, and as neat and decent people. And their response to the following five items indicated that they looked at the image of dental hygienists in a negative way. One was that dental hygienists were considered to be dental nurses, and another was that the occupation of dental hygienist was a demanding and stressful job. The third was that there was no single, fixed title to call dental hygienists, and the fourth was that dental hygiene wasn't recognized as an independent area. The fifth was that the social standing of dental hygienists was sort of high. 3. In regard to the impact of the general characteristics of the dental hygiene students on their image of dental hygienist, they had a more favorable image of dental hygienist when they perceived dental hygiene in a more positive manner(p<0.001). Conclusions : In order to boost the image of dental hygienist, the working conditions of dental hygienists should be improved, and educational programs should be prepared to provided them extended continuing educational opportunities. And the kind of educational environments that could nurture dental hygienists who are convinced and have a vision should be created.

Purpose - Since Korean distribution market was opened, the domestic environment in department stores has been changed by the pattern of consumption and consumer need based on income classes. As multilateral Free Trade Agreement (FTA) accelerates opening markets, the scale of circulating capital has become bigger. Large-scale commercial facilities have developed quickly as a form of a large shopping center, thus, the matter of choice and securing market area became an important valuable in this trend. Moreover, multi-complex space has been proposed as the goal of successful business with promoting the public benefit. Research design, data, and methodology - This research studied consumer behavior using data about the life style and sales of consumers, not statistical data or survey as previous studies. This research tried to find the differentiation in complex cultural space with consumption behavior of department store. Results - As the structure of society and culture was getting diverse and complex, economic growth and development with such diversity and complexity improved consumers' quality of life. The changes of consumer life style are quite natural like human instinct. Department stores have activated retail business with the products of accumulated technology. Moreover, they have created the space of consumption and culture. Because of these social and environmental changes, department stores are being developed as Multi-functional spaces as well as sale places considering the strategies of department and the changes of consumers' purchasing behaviors. Conclusions - Urban culture complex is a landmark standing for the culture era of 21st century. It has provided an opportunity for consumers to enjoy culture, and has been an important factor to improve company images. Based on these roles and needs, expectancy effects are related with consumer preference and space preference, and the attitude toward companies. Moreover, the expectancy effects from those relationships are getting bigger and bigger. We should respect nature, a characteristic of Korean architecture, maintain visual continuity that harmonies with nature in the development of the complex space of the domestic department stores, and should take significance in the development of the complex cultural space in the direction of feeling the hierarchy of the space to obtain the visual pleasure with the artificial structure.

우리나라의 정보인프라는 세계 최고 수준이다. 그러나 심각한 보안 사고의 위험 또한 동반하고 있다. 최근 일어난 주요 사고만 정리해도 유출된 개인정보는 우리나라 인터넷 사용인구의 세 배를 넘는다. 이제 개인정보 침해 등의 정보보안의 사고는 국가의 일급재난에 해당하는 정책문제가 되었다. 이 논문은 빅 데이터 시대의 정보보안을 위한 정책적 논의를 사회과학 차원에서 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 최근 사고가 급증한 개인정보침해 사례를 위험기반으로 분석하였다. 사례분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발생가능성과 영향에 따라 정보통신기술의 위험의 상황은 '심각, 강력, 집중, 기본'으로 구분되었다. 둘째, 위험의 상황에 따라 해당집단은 '계층주의, 평등주의, 운명주의, 개인주의' 문화유형을 지니며 '회피, 전가, 완화, 수용'의 대응 정책을 적용하였다. 셋째, 위험상황에 따라 정보통신기술은 '대용량, 고성능, 다양성'의 빅 데이터의 특성을 보였다. 이 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위험상황별 문화유형과 빅 데이터의 특성을 이해하여 포괄적인 정책을 수립하고 적용할 수 있는 정부의 전담조직이 필요하다. 둘째, 빅 데이터 시대 정보통신기술에 대한 위험관리는 '기술, 규범, 법, 시장' 측면의 균형 있는 정책의 적용이 필요하다.

본 연구는 2000년 이후 한국에서 출판된 어린이·청소년책 중 이주배경을 가진 등장인물이 나오는 책의 비중을 알아보고, 어린이·청소년책에서 이주배경을 가진 이들이 어떤 방식으로 표현되는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 행복한아침독서에서 2005년부터 2017년까지 발행한 추천도서목록에 실린 도서 중 영유아와 초등학생을 대상으로 한 문학 분야의 도서 3,214권을 분석한 결과, 약 1%에 해당하는 32권만이 이주배경 등장인물을 포함하고 있었다. 32권 중 23권은 계몽적이며 사회고발적인 내용을 담고 있었고, 4권은 한국 문화로의 통합을 시도하는 내용, 5권은 서로 다른 문화를 그 자체로 존중하는 내용을 담고 있었다. 이주배경 등장인물의 출신/배경 국가가 한국에 비해 경제적 수준이 낮은 경우에는 작품의 주요 갈등이 인종차별, 학교폭력, 외국인 부모에 대한 반감, 외국인 노동자에 대한 한국인 사업주의 횡포, 체류기간이 만료된 외국인 노동자에 대한 폭력적인 단속 등에 집중된 반면, 이주배경 등장인물의 출신/배경 국가가 한국에 비해 경제적 수준이 높거나 이주배경 등장인물의 인종이 백인 혹은 백인 혼혈인 경우에는 장래희망이나 개인적 고민이 작품의 중심 메시지였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 32권 중 작가 자신이 이주배경을 가진 경우는 단 한 건 뿐이었다.
