National health promotion services are any planned combination of comprehensive and specific services to help people to achieve and maintain health. The purpose of the service activities is to identify health needs, to obtain information and resources and to achieve change of individuals, families, groups, or entire communities. It also includes environmental support of social, political, economic, and organizational policy and regulatory arrangements bearing on behavior or more directly on health. To be most effective, the service must be planned and delivered by health professional. Therefore, the aim of this study has been to develop a health professional training program for national health promotion. The specific aims of this study were: 1) to clarify the roles, responsibilities and competencies of health promotion practitioners; 2) to help health promotion practitioners to get the knowledge, skills, and abilities for any heath promotion project or program that seeks to improve health; 3) to help health promotion practitioners to acquire the skills and abilities to encourage people to participate in the health promotion project, to access the health needs and available community resources, and develop community-wide health promotion program strategies. The health professional training program developed in this study included factors affecting education, the demands of training program and roles and responsibilities of health promotion practitioners. This study also developed the curriculum for health promotion practitioners. The curriculum had six topics: 1) government's health promotion policies and projects or programs; 2) health management and plan; 3) recent health issues and future perspectives; 4) data on various health status indices; 5) strategies to implement health promotion projects or programs; and 6) introduction of some effective and comprehensive health promotion projects or programs.
The purpose of this study was to elucidate to what extent the goals of the leadership training program implemented in a medical college were achieved. Study subjects consisted of 74 first-year premedical students at the College of Medicine of The Catholic University of Korea. All participants completed two questionnaires: an 18-item self-leadership questionnaire asking self-expectation, rehearsal, goal setting, self-rewards, self-judgment and constructive thinking, and a 28-item self-efficacy questionnaire asking preference toward difficult work, efficacy of self-control, and confidence before and after the leadership training program. Students also competed a program satisfaction survey after the program. The collected data were analyzed with a paired t-test, descriptive statistics by IBM SPSS ver. 20.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA). Students' overall satisfaction with the program scored 4.06 out of 5. The scores of self-leadership and self-efficacy increased after the leadership training program except for 'confidence' in self-efficacy. The results indicate that an intensive leadership program in a short period of time could help to enhance social competencies such as communication skills, empathy, self-reflection, and teamwork of premedical students.
With a shift in the rural development process toward a bottom-up approach, the need to enhance the endogenous capacity of communities has become the core of rural development. In this regard, scholars have paid close attention to social capital to identify ways to facilitate endogenous rural development but focused mainly on relationships between social capital and local environment. That is, few studies have investigated the relationships between social capital and its various dimensions in the context of rural development initiatives. This study examines the effects of social capital on the problem-solving ability of community residents'rural development initiatives and assesses the types of social capital associated with such initiatives to propose optimal path for improving this ability. To distinguish between major dimensions of social capital, a questionnaire was developed by considering various stages of the rural development process. The survey considered a sample of 59 employees from public rural development institutions. According to the results, four paths were significant at the 5% level. Among these four paths, three set common goals. The effective channel was the path [common goals${\Rightarrow}$network${\Rightarrow}$cooperation${\Rightarrow}$problem-solving ability]. The key factor in improving problem-solving skills, the endogenous ability of community residents to facilitate rural development initiatives. The results suggest that governments should strengthen education and training programs to help residents set their common goals.
The vicious cycle of over-education has been made. That is, higher education enrollment rate is high, but university graduate employment rate is low. To eliminate this cycle and relieve youth unemployment and young people to enter the labor market early, dual education and training system is needed. This dual system can support working and learning in parallel. So, worker can get the opportunity pre-employment and post-learning and improve his/her job skills. Recent MOOC (Massive Open On-line Course), a new form of online education system, has emerged. MOOC combines education, entertainment and social networking, and emphasize the interaction between faculty and student and between students. The educational contents of MOOC are available free of charge. Using newly changed online education environments we can effectively provide knowledge and skills. In technology and engineering education hands-on training is necessary. In order to support work based learning dual system for worker to work and learn in parallel, we should build the multi-learning system to combine the online education and campus hands-on practice.
Objective : This study aimed to confirm the research characteristics by analyzing the literature that applied the school readiness programs for children with disabilities. Methods : Studies were collected from the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Research Information Sharing Service databases. The key terms were "School readiness" AND ("Occupational Therapy" OR "Rehabilitation") in English and Korean. Total eight articles were selected through the selection and exclusion criteria. Results : The programs included multi-type training, motor skill training, parent training, and mobile application training. The providers were psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech pathologists, community workers, educators, and the psychologists who conducted most of the research. The program factors can be classified into academic function, motor function, social function, parental training, and others. Academic and social functions accounted for the largest proportion of the respondents. The intervention improved multiple skills, literacy, parenting skills, and gross fine motor function. Conclusion : This study aimed to provide basic data for school-based occupational therapy by analyzing school readiness programs for children with disabilities. Recently, interest in and research on school readiness has increased. Occupational therapists should also establish their roles in the field of school-related rehabilitation and provide various school-based occupational therapies.
This study is performed to find out what type instructions are produced to players by coaches and what effects are resulted in cooperative spirit of the concerned group. Furthermore the study has its aims at advancing instructors' skills by using finding of it. The study used 'SPSS 11.0 FOR WINDOW - Statistical Package' to analyze the collected samples and dealt with data of 174 individuals. Statistical analysis of the research for hypothesis verification was about frequency, trust level, mutual relationship, variables, and T-verification. The meaningful level for any result was ranged within 95%(p< .05), 99%(p<.01). The finding are as follows. Effects on pleasure, one of elements of team spirits taken by instructor's training style are analyzed as follows. It was proved to be meaningful in relation with a series of activities like training, democratic, social, compensatory aspects and showed also considerable relation with power based behaviors. That says, players are found to enjoy high pleasure when social and bureaucratic behaviors of instructors are very energetic. In addition to that, training, democratic, and compensatory activities didn't show any meaningful effect. Team spirit was found to play a main role between instructor's behaviors and training, democratic, social rewarding activities. Democratic and social acts influence on team spirit. Looking into the detailed aspects, team spirit was resulted very high in the individuals with low democratic mind and was shown high group spirit by groups with high sociable activities. Teamworks was found to be affected by relation between instructor's acts and training, democratic, social and compensatory aspects and it showed meaningful relations with training, social, bureaucratic behaviors. Low degree of training and bureaucratic activities are found to prefer for power team spirit, and high social activities led a strong teamworks. Group binding spirit was influenced by training, democratic, social compensatory, bureaucratic behaviors and it showed to give effects on democratic, social, and bureaucratic activities of instructors. Low degree of democratic and bureaucratic behaviors are found to produce strong team spirit. In contrast with that, strong social activities was found to be motive of powerful team spirit. Value of team spirit was found to play a main role between instructor's behaviors and training, democratic, social, rewarding activities. It didn't show any meaningful effect on behavior of instructors.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the preliminary effects of school-based short term mental health awareness and school bullying prevention programs. Methods : From April to December 2013, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Promotion team of Seoul National Hospital conducted school-based short term social skill training (N=56, 4 sessions), mental health awareness (N=84, 4 sessions) and school bullying prevention programs (N=171, 1 session) in elementary and junior high schools located in Seoul. The changes in the subjects before and after the program were assessed. Results : The social skills training program improved the 'helping' behaviors in boys (t=-2.355, p<.05) and 'sharing' (t=-3.223, p<.01), 'cooperation' (t=-2.235, p<.05), and 'comforting' (t=-2.830, p<.01) behaviors in girls, assessed using the Prosocial Behavior Questionnaire. The mental health awareness program improved 'general health awareness' (t=2.620, p<.05), measured using the Korean General Health Questionnaire. The school bullying prevention program resulted in decreased 'self esteem' (t=3.769, p<.01), measured using the Self Esteem Scale and decreased 'anger' (t=4.198, p<.01), assessed using the Novaco Anger Scale. Conclusion : The results of our preliminary analysis suggest that school-based mental health awareness and school bullying prevention programs may be effective even when conducted for a short term. Future investigation is necessary in order to validate the long term effects of these programs.

Due to the development of information and communication technology smart devices and apps, SNS, mirroring communication is made with such a smart and education to reflect the change of emphasis on the recent variety of collaborative social interaction are emerging. In this study, smart training and LT cooperative learning model developed in conjunction with the 'Smart-based cooperative learning 'model applied in the third grade social studies class and Smart-based cooperative learning and cooperative learning common to kidney doctor communication skills of elementary school students the impact on the communication capacity compared respectively, were analyzed. As a result, the expression of the elementary school, listening and understanding, all the sub-areas of interaction, such as communication skills in social studies class kidneys were applied to Smart-based cooperative learning in elementary school than applying the general cooperative learning model. This is not said to improve the ability to interact with the Smart-based cooperative learning in speech and in writing and clearly express the thoughts and opinions of students and separates help you understand the meaning of the words and writings of other students for the purpose in social situations can.

In this paper, in Incheon, vocational education and training satisfaction of vocational training institutions and on the factors affecting the career maturity were investigated. Mercy Vocational trainees receive training in vocational education and training to improve skills in the process it was found that commitment. In addition, "friends, family, acquaintances," with the encouragement of vocational education and training has been to collect. Prefer long-term training and career maturity and high educated singles with lower career maturity were higher. Regression analysis of satisfaction in the vocational education and training information, influence on career maturity. Organizations depend on smart working environments, such as mobile networks. This development motivates companies to focus on information security. Information leakage negatively affects companies. To address this issue, management and information security researchers focus on compliance of employees with information security policies. Countermeasures in information security are known antecedents of intention to comply information security policies. Despite the importance of this topic, research on the antecedents of information security countermeasures is scarce. The present study proposes information security intelligence as an antecedent of information security countermeasures. Information security intelligence adapted the concept of safety intelligence provided by Kirwan (2008). Information security intelligence consists of problem solving skills, social skills, and information security knowledge related to information security. Results show that problem solving skills and information security knowledge have positive effects on the awareness of employees of information security countermeasures.
