Environmental pollution and climate change in Vietnam are now becoming a major concern. This situation is increasing the pressure on the companies to improve their social responsibility in production and business activities and disclose the environmental information to meet the requirements of stakeholders. This study investigates the internal and external factors of the company that affects the environmental information disclosure of listed companies on the Vietnam stock market as business sector, firm size, corporate manager perceptions, profitability, financial leverage, community pressure, pressures from stakeholders, government pressure influencing environmental information disclosure. Analytical data collected through the survey of 120 listed companies on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE). By testing Cronbach's Alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and logistic regression analysis, the results of the study show that the level of environmental information disclosure of listed companies on the stock market in Vietnam depends heavily on government regulations, followed by the pressure from stakeholders, community pressure, views of business managers, companies size, business sector, and particularly profitability and financial leverage factors that have a negative relationship with environmental information disclosure.

This research report cuts across management sciences (market strategy entry mode development) and innovative technology (Electric Vehicle (EV)) alongside measures to submerge global warming. The development of a successful entry mode for the electric Vehicle into the African continent is the main objective of the study. The study focuses on an analysis of how electric car manufacturers can enter the African market in other to achieve global sustainability and social responsibility. The methodology is based on identifying the factors that affect the choice of an entry mode into international markets by multinational companies desiring to leverage their revenue through a foreign market. It also offered a quantitative approach that can support the economic and sustainability entry mode model for EVs and a qualitative approach of Porter's five forces analysis as an entry mode coaching tool for EVs. These proxies are used in quite a wide range of multivariate statistical methods (trend analysis, ratio, and probability, comparative t-test technique, auto-regression, and ordinary least square technique). The result acknowledges joint venture and setting of the plant (physical presents) as the optimal entry mode in African EV market. It requires the EV manufacturers a tire-free emission innovation technology in order to optimize the global sustainability initiative.

이 논문은 환경정보공개에 대한 문헌 고찰과 환경정보공개시스템에 공시된 41개 의료기관의 환경정보(2011)를 바탕으로 제도시행의 개선점과 병원의 적절한 대응방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 분석은 질적분석 방법을 사용하였고, 분석항목은 의무 7개 항목과 자율 11개의 총 18개 항목을 대상으로 하였다. 조사대상병원은 33개 종합병원, 6개 병원, 1개 의원이었다. 연구 결과 제도는 (1) 시민참여 확대, (2) 기업개요항목 개선, (3) 항목의 명확한 정의설정, (4) 입력단위의 통일, (5) 철저한 검증시행, (6) 추가정보에 대한 기준마련 부분에서 개선되어야 할 필요가 있다. 의료기관의 대응방안으로는 (1) 입력항목의 신뢰도 향상, (2) 병원의 친환경 전략 및 녹색경영시스템 정비, (3) 용수/에너지 절감활동 데이터 축적, (4) 온실가스 저감계획 수립, (5) 녹색구매지침의 도입검토, (6) 디지털 환경(지속가능) 보고서 공개가 중요할 것으로 판단된다.

이 연구의 목적은 언론에서 바라보는 객관적이고 거시적인 시선인 빅데이터 분석을 통해 청원경찰제도의 발전적 방향과 학문적 시사점을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 '청원경찰'에 대한 분석 및 키워드 트렌드와 연관성이 높은 키워드를 시각해 보여주는 연관어 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 1990년대, 2000년대, 2010년대로 구분하고 해당하는 기간의 매년 관련 기사 건수를 도출하여 흐름을 파악하였다. 연구결과에 따른 청원경찰의 언론보도 인식은 청원경찰의 채용, 관련 사건·사고에 대한 것으로 긍정적인 청원경찰의 채용에 대한 관심과 부정적인 청원경찰 관련 사건·사고에 대한 이미지가 공존한다는 것을 볼 수 있다. 하지만 결과적으로 청원경찰에 대한 필요성과 수요는 증가하고 있으며, 이를 통해 청원경찰을 국가의 안전을 책임지고 사회질서유지를 위한 한 축으로써의 윤리적 책임과 안전을 책임지는 역할에 대한 고민하고 청원경찰의 업무에 임해야 할 것이다.

세계적으로 ESG경영 열풍이 불면서 국내,외 기업들은 자발적으로 지속가능경영을 선언하고 전략을 수립하여 적극적으로 대응하고 있다. 금융위원회에서는 ESG경영을 나타내는 지속가능보고서 공시를 단계적으로 의무화하고 있으며, 앞으로 중소기업까지 확대될 것이다. 지속가능보고서의 정보공개는 주로 국제표준 GRI, SASB, TCFD로 활용되며, 국내 다수 기업이 GRI Standards 가이드라인을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능보고서의 구성체계를 살펴보고 GRI Standards를 기준으로 공기업과 사기업을 비교하여 유형별 지속가능경영을 분석하고자 한다. TF-IDF 모델링을 통해 분석 결과 공기업은 '사회', '노동' 분야에 초점을 두었으며, 사기업은 '경제', '환경' 분야에 집중하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전자·정보통신 산업은 '제품책임'에 중점을 두는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속가능경영을 등급에 따라 수치화하여 분석한 기존 연구와는 달리 비정형데이터인 지속가능보고서를 분석함으로써 ESG경영에 관심을 갖는 연구자 및 관리자에게 유용한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 직무스트레스 요인이 번영과 직무열의에 영향을 미치는 과정에 있어서 문화 보편적인 공통점과 문화적인 영향에 따른 차이점을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 문화적인 영향은 존재하면서 조직의 특성의 영향은 최소화하기 위해 해외에 현지 법인을 두고 있는 국내 기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 국내 본사인력 141명과 해외 법인의 현지 인력 107명에게 동일한 설문지를 작성하게 하였고, 이를 바탕으로 분석 및 비교를 실시하였다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 직무스트레스 요인이 직무열의에 영향을 미치는 과정에서의 번영의 매개효과를 한국과 중국 직원을 대상을 각각 분석한 결과, 한국과 중국 직원 모두에게서 매개효과가 검증되었다. 하지만 약간의 차이점은 있었는데, 한국의 경우 직무스트레스 요인이 직무열의에 미치는 직접효과와 번영의 간접효과가 모두 유의미하게 나타나는 부분매개 효과를 보인 반면, 중국의 경우 직접효과는 유의미하지 않고 간접효과만 유의미하게 나타나는 완전매개 효과를 보였다. 다음 단계에서는 직무스트레스의 세부요인이 번영 및 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 번영의 경우는 한국에서는 의사결정 및 책임 요인이 그리고 중국에서는 사회적 지원의 부족 요인과 과제특성 요인이 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무열의의 경우는 사회적 지원의 부족 요인과 과제특성 요인이 한국과 중국에서 공통적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, 한국에서는 의사결정 및 책임 요인이 중국과는 달리 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 문화적으로 이질적인 국가에 진출하는 기업에게 인적자원 관리에 대한 의미 있는 관점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, small and medium-sized hospitals which are located in rural areas have many difficulties in securing high quality nurses. That is because working environments for nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals in rural areas are poor compared with those of big hospitals in urban. As a result, the migration of nurses from small and medium-sized hospitals in rural areas to big hospitals in urban is continuously happening. In general, big hospitals provide nurses with high level of salary and fringe benefits. To prevent the migration of nurses, chief executive officers of small & medium hospitals in rural areas have been interested in improving nurses' working conditions including wages. Also, they have raised nurses' salary and improved working conditions. But, basically these individualized efforts have some limit. In connection with this, medical interest groups have produced various voices in terms of interpretation and solutions for these issues. However, from the future perspectives, it seems evident that two approaches for both manpower supply and demand plans of nurses are necessary. They should contain not only accurate estimation of the supply-demand of nursing manpower but also the improvement of working conditions and wages of nurses. Estimation of nursing manpower supply-demand depends on the standards and criteria being used. Supply and demand may be met or not in accordance with the points emphasized on the decision. In the articles, issues regarding nursing manpower, levels of salary, other working conditions and social support system for child care are discussed. According to Joe's report (2005), most health institutions did not meet the guidelines of nurse staffing in Medical Law. The wages of nurse vary on every hospital and there is a big difference in wages' range. The average starting salary for a nurse is 22 million won a year. In case of tertiary hospitals, it reaches up to 30 million won a year. Nurse as a profession should have a strong responsibility and should take care of the patients for 24 hours with three working shifts. Also, most of them are female who have the burden of child rearing. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the salary, to provide comfortable working conditions, and to have social support system for nurses with household affairs.

FinTech, which has brought innovation to the financial industry thanks to the advancements in ICT since 2010, has contributed to the growth of the financial ecosystem and increased consumer benefits. Furthermore, there has been a growing demand for social responsibility and sustainability in financial institutions, which have a significant impact on governments, businesses, and people's lives. Despite this, many FinTech companies and traditional financial institutions are still in the early stages of establishing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management philosophy or lack long-term plans. In this study, we aim to examine the impact of ESG management on the FinTech industry, focusing on representative domestic cases, and derive policy and institutional measures to spread it in the financial industry. Specifically, we will adopt MSCI rating indicators, which are internationally accepted by various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation, to evaluate the 35 ESG management subcategories of FinTech companies. As a result, a total of 22 compliance items were disclosed in the ESG report, and it was possible to confirm the detailed management. Through this, we intend to propose effective management strategies for the organizational structure, operations, programs, and performance evaluation of FinTech companies, which are positioning themselves as sustainable growth drivers in the domestic industry.

최근 전 세계적으로 기업의 환경(Environmental)·사회(Social)·지배구조(Governance)의 비재무적 요소를 고려한 지속가능경영이 필수적으로 요구되면서, 각 기업들은 이에 대응할 수 있는 전략적 방향 수립이 중요해지고 있다. 특히 기업이 속한 산업별로 상이한 ESG 이슈에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 산업과 개별 기업의 특성을 반영한 전략을 개발하고 추진할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 금융, 제조, IT 분야별로 나누어 주요 국내 기업들의 ESG 보고서와 관련 뉴스 기사를 이용하여 산업별 ESG 동향과 활동을 비교 분석하였다. 키워드 빈도분석과 토픽 모델링을 활용한 분석 결과, 국내 ESG 선도 기업들의 지속가능경영 활동에서의 산업별 차이를 도출 할 수 있다. 금융 분야에서는 '고객 중심 경영'과 '기후 변화 대응', 제조 분야에서는 '지속가능한 공급망 관리'와 '탄소중립', IT 분야에서는 '기술혁신'과 '디지털 책임'이 강조되었다. ESG 요소별 우선 순위가 높은 활동의 예를 들면, 환경 측면에서는 '에너지 절감과 친환경 활동', 사회 측면에서는 '사회공헌과 상생', 지배구조 측면에서는 '이사회 독립성 강화와 리스크 관리' 등으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 산업별 각 ESG 요소의 핵심 이슈 뿐 아니라 ESG 보고서와 뉴스 기사의 내용 유사성 및 차별점도 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 산업별 동향을 고려한 ESG 경영 전략 및 정책의 방향성을 제시하고 있으며 이는 산업별 ESG 평가체계 수립에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

이 연구의 목적은 경비업법에 대한 연구자들의 관점이 아닌 언론보도 빅데이터를 분석하여 경비업법에 대한 이해를 넓히고 다양한 현상들에 대한 의미를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법은 우리니라의 범죄예방과 사회질서유지의 중요한 주체로써 경비업무의 대한 규정하고 있는 「경비업법」을 키워드로 검색하였다. 자료검색은 빅카인즈에서 제공가능한 1990년부터 2021년까지로 하였다. 또한 자료검색 기간동안의 구체적인 분석을 위해 정착기(1976~2001), 성장기-양적(2002~2012), 성장기-질적(2013~2021)로 구분하여 분석하였다 연구결과에 따른 경비업법의 언론보도 인식은 시대의 흐름에 따라 민간경비의 사회적 역할 및 중요성은 계속 강조되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그에 따른 민간경비의 시장성은 앞으로도 다양한 산업군과 결합되어 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 경찰과 더불어 치안서비스를 제공하는 민간경비산업은 법적 규제 및 불법적인 문제들로 야기되는 다양한 사회적 이슈로 인해 민간경비산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 부각될 수 있기 때문에 거기에 따른 책임 및 역할을 더욱더 강화시킬 필요성이 제기된다.
