Social Business 참여에 영향을 주는 내.외재적 특성과 심리적 계약의 조절효과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Internal and External Characteristics on the Social Business Participation and the Moderating Effects of Psychological Contract)

  • Following the growth of e-Business, there has been a recent increase of interest in promoting Social Business (s-Business) based on Social Network Service(SNS). As the introduction of the Internet brought about the increasing number of its users followed by the growing market of e-Commerce, online games, and e-Learning, the increasing number of SNS users has opened the new markets combining the existing industrial fields with SNS, and it developed into a revenue model beyond the mere sharing of information. Despite such industrial and social environments, understanding of new social business technology from the aspect of business has been insufficient, and the empirical study on participation in the social business has been scant as well. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the s-Business in detail and to study the factors giving influence to the users' participation in s-Business. This study proposes six variables(Self-Empowerment, Job Relevance, Formation of Social Capital, Relative Advantage, Shared Value, Relationship Specified Investment) and the moderating effects of Psychological Contract as influential factors closely related with s-Business. A total of 362 data from a survey were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Result showed that all factors with the exception of Job Relevance have meaningful influence on the intention to participate in s-Business. The implication of the findings suggests to compliment limitations of the existing researches, and to prepare the theoretical foundation for promoting s-Business participation in addition to further suggesting directionality from the view point of the users of the social business-relevant studies.

가정과 교사들의 가정과 교육과정 관점에 대한 선호도와 관련 변수 (Curriculum Orientations of Home Economics Teachers and Related Variables)

  • The purpose in this study is to identify beliefs about curriculum orientation of Korean secondary school home economics teachers for the development of home economics curriculum and the change of their curriculum orientation. The curriculum orientations explored were academic rationalism, technical, cognitive process, personal relevance, and social reconstruction. A mail questionnaire, Individual Curriculum Orientation Profile (ICOP), was used to survey randomly selected 525 home economics teachers. Home economics teachers agreed with the cognitive process as their predominant curriculum orientation. The second predominant type with which home economics teachers agreed most was personal relevance orientation. Home economics teachers’age, major, college type, and teaching years were significantly related to the academic rationalism curriculum orientation, and the college type for bachelor’s degree was significantly related to the technical curriculum orientation. Age and major in master’s degree were significantly related to the social reconstruction curriculum orientation.

기본의학교육 평가인증기준의 사회적 책무성 반영 수준 분석 (Analysis of the degree of social accountability in accreditation standards for basic medical education)

  • According to the World Health Organization, for medical schools to fulfill their obligation of social accountability, it is necessary for medical education, research, and service areas to ref lect the healthcare system's relevance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and equity. This study utilized Boelen and Heck's (1995) social accountability grid model to analyze the degree to which the Accreditation Standards of Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation 2019 (ASK2019) standards apply the World Federation for Medical Education's (WFME) standards. The social accountability characteristics of the former were compared to those of the WFME, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, and the Australian Medical Council. Experts with experience and certification in medical education and evaluation classified the ASK2019 standards according to the grid model, evaluated social accountability perspectives, and categorized them according to the process, content, and outcome. Of the 92 standards, 61 (66.30%) were selected as social accountability standards; these encompassed all areas. There was a particular focus on outcome-related areas, such as "mission and outcomes," "student assessment," "educational evaluation," and "continuous improvement." Education and quality were the most common (33, 54.11%), followed by 18 standards related to education and relevance. However, the standards on cost effectiveness and equity corresponding to education, research, and service were significantly insufficient. As a result of classification using a logic model, many criteria were incorporated into the process, producing results similar to those of international accreditation institutions. Therefore, to fulfill medical schools' social accountability, it is necessary to develop cost effectiveness and equity standards with reference to grid models and expand them beyond education to include research and service areas. Developing content and outcome standards is also required.

The relationship between visual perception and social skills in late adolescence

  • It is necessary to investigate how age or gender affects visual perception and social skills in late adolescence. A study on the relevance of visual perception in late adolescence, a period that requires social adaptation through the development of social functions, is necessary. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between visual perception and social skills in adolescence. Visual perception and social skill were evaluated for 18-24-year-olds, who are in late adolescence, and were analyzed for gender differences and correlations with chronological age. This study found that there was a difference in visual perceptual function according to gender in late adolescence, and it was significantly higher in men. There was no significant difference in social skills according to gender. However, there was a significantly positive correlation between chronological age and visual perception, but there was no correlation with social skills. These findings provide novel information regarding the developmental course of visual perception and social skill in late adolescence.

주민의 자기검색성향이 관광개발태도에 미치는 영향 - 대둔산도립공원 개발에 대한 논산시민의 태도를 대상으로- (Influences of Self-Monitoring of Residents on Tourism Development Attitude - Attitudes of Resident's in Nonsan Towards Development of Mt. Daedun -)

  • 본 연구는 관광개발에 대한 지역주민의 태도와 참여의사에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해, 충남 논산시 지역주민을 대상으로 관광개발에 대한 태도, 관광개발의 참여의식, 개인의 자기검색성향에 대하여 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지역주민의 자기검색성향과 관광개발에 대한 태도와의 영향관계에 있어서 자기검색성향이 관광개발의 경제적 태도와 관광개발의 사회적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 자기검색성향과 관련하여 관광개발에 대한 참여의식에 대한 영향관계를 확인하고자 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 관광개발의 참여의식에 모든 요인들이 2배에 가까운 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이것은 자기검색에서 타인지향성 성향을 갖춘 지역주민들이 증가되면 될수록 관광개발에 있어서 관광개발의 참여 활동에 적극적인 행동을 보여 질 것으로 기대된다.

노년기 회상연구에 관한 고찰(I) (Review of the Elderly Reminiscence)

  • The purpose of this review is to explore the relevance of reminiscent behavior for the elderly individual's well-being. Various concept and prevalence of reminiscence and themes of reminiscence is investigated. Then the empirical evidence concerning the motive, pattern and the function of reminiscent behavior is reviewed. Psychological determinism, social contextualism, life course perspective are described. Since many transitions and changes are socially organized and differ strongly for social categories, life course perspective can contribute to analysis of both similarity and variation in elderly reminiscent behavior. After all it is concluded that there is evidence of reminiscent behavior can be a enhancing mediator for the elderly individual's well-being.

도농복합도시 W시 노인대학생의 구강건강생활 실천도와 구강불편감과의 관련성 (Relevance between oral health life practices and oral discomforts in elderly school participants in W urban-rural complex city)

  • 본 연구는 도농복합지역 복지센터 노인들을 대상으로 구강불편감과 구강건강생활 실천도와의 관련성을 분석한 결과 계속구강건강생활습관이 있는 대상자는 정기구강검진과 스켈링, 식사 후와 잠자기 전에 칫솔질을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 임플란트 치료를 받은 경우 음주와 관련이 있었으며, 치료 후에는 절주를 하게 되고, 저작이나 식사 불편감이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 구취발생은 사회적 불편감과 관련이 있었으며, 발음불편감은 미각이나, 동통, 저작불편을 호소하는 것으로 나타났다(P>.05). 노인들의 구강불편감은 교육수준과는 차이가 없었으나, 흡연, 저작불편감, 구취불편감 등이 사회적 불편감과 관련이 있었다(P>.05). 결과적으로 노인들의 구강불편감은 사회적불편감을 발생시켜 삶의 질을 저하시키기 때문에 계속구강건강관리를 실시하여 노년기의 삶을 행복하게 유지할 수 있도록 지역사회 구강보건 팀이 공동으로 노력해야 할 것으로 사료되었다.

사회적 책임 활동 주제와 광고모델 및 메시지 소구방식에 따른 CSR광고 제작전략 (CSR Ad Strategy Based on Corporate Social Responsibility Theme, Model and Message Appeal)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 책임활동 광고를 효율적으로 집행하기 위해 광고모델 선정 전략을 중심으로 사회적 책임활동광고 제작전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 자료분석은 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사회적 책임활동 주제와 관계없이 모델의 가치부합성 요인이 중요한 것으로 확인되었으며, 경제 분야의 경우에는 모델의 신뢰성이 중요하며, 반면 환경 분야에서는 모델의 매력성이 더욱 중요하였다. 둘째, CSR 광고 제작자들이 CSR 광고모델을 연예인을 선정할 때는 가치부합성이 높은 모델을 선정하는 것이 효과적인 반면, 전문가일 경우에는 가치부합성 뿐만 아니라 매력성과 신뢰성이 높은 모델을 선정하는 것이 효과적이다. 셋째, 감성적 메시지를 활용하여 CSR광고를 제작할 때 광고모델의 가치부합성과 신뢰성을 중요하게 고려해야한다. 반면, 정보적 메시지를 활용하여 CSR광고를 제작할 때 광고모델의 가치부합성과 매력성을 중요하게 고려하여 모델을 선정하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 사회적 책임광고를 제작할 때 사회적 책임활동 주제와 광고모델의 이미지가 관련성이 높은 모델을 선정하는 것이 매우 중요하다는 결과를 도출하였다.

대학생의 사이버강의 영향 요인에 관한 융복합 연구 (A Convergence Study on the Affecting Factors of Cyber Lecture for University Students)

  • 연구 목적은 대학생의 사이버강의 융복합 영향요인을 검증하는 것으로 사이버강의 전 후 인식 수준 비교 검증을 통해 그 결과를 도출하였다. 연구 자료는 설문지이며, 15개 문항을 유용성, 흥미, 학업관련성, 사회적 상호작용, 사용의도의 5개 영역으로 분류하였다. 대학생의 사이버강의 인식수준은 5개 영역에서 학습 후 유의미하게 향상하였고, 특히 흥미와 학업 관련성에서 높게 향상되었다. 성별 및 학년별은 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 5개 영역에서는 유의미하게 높아졌다(p<.001). 전공별 인식 수준은 사회과학전공이 흥미와 사용의도에서 학습 후 유의미하게 향상되었다. 연구 결과 대학생을 대상으로 한 사이버강의는 전반적으로 융복합 효과가 있음이 판명되었다. 사이버강의 컨텐츠 제작 시 흥미와 학업관련성을 높일 수 있도록 설계될 필요가 있으며, 유용성의 요인인 학업관련성이 고려될 필요가 있다.

조현병 환자에서 자기 및 타인 평가와 무쾌감증 간의 관련성 (Relationship between Evaluation for the Self and others and Anhedonia in Patients with Schizophrenia)

  • Objectives : The dysfunctional neural networks underlying self-evaluation in schizophrenia are overlapped with the neural structures involved in emotion regulation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of anhedonia on the self-evaluation attitude of patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Twenty healthy controls and twenty patients with schizophrenia performed a self-evaluation task, presenting a pair of the face (self, familiar other, and unfamiliar other) and word (negative, neutral, and positive noun) at the same time. Participants were asked to evaluate relevance between the pairs by pressing a corresponding button. Relevance rating scores were compared between the groups and were correlated with the severity of physical and social anhedonia. Results : Patients evaluated the condition of a self face with a negative word and a familiar face with a negative word to be more relevant than healthy controls. In the patient group, the scores of relevance rating in the condition of an unfamiliar other face with a negative word were positively correlated with the anhedonia scale scores (physical : r=0.486, p=0.030 ; social : r=0.499, p=0.025). There was no correlation between the self-evaluation attitude and the severity of anhedonia. Conclusion : Patients with schizophrenia evaluate themselves badly in only negative circumstances, and anhedonia is not related to self-evaluation, but rather other-evaluation.
