외식 종사원의 사회지능과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Employees' Social Intelligence and Positive Psychology Capital in Foodservice Industry on Job Satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of social intelligence and positive psychology capital in foodservice employees on job satisfaction and to analyze whether employees' positive psychology capital plays a moderating role between social intelligence and job satisfaction. Based on total 316 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and verified a total of 2 hypotheses and 1 proposition using the SPSS program. The results showed that social awareness (${\beta}$=0.546) and social skill (${\beta}$=0.152) in foodservice employees, were indicated to have positive (+) influence upon job satisfaction. And, employees' positive psychology capital (${\beta}$=0.307) had a significant positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction. However, the effect of the employees' social intelligence upon job satisfaction was not found to be moderated by positive psychology capital. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

성적 노출증 및 접촉도착증의 유병율 및 임상특성 : 예비연구 (Prevalence and Clinical Characteristics of Sexual Exhibitionism and Frotteurism in Korea : Preliminary Study)

  • Objective : The current study investigated the prevalence and clinical characteristics of sexual exhibitionism and frotteurism, which was conducted for the first time in Korea. Methods : Among 568 total subjects (mean age $19.28{\pm}5.0$ year), 109 were victims of sexual exhibitionism (19.2%, VSE) of which 57 were females (91.9 percent) ; and 57 were victims of sexual frotteurism (10.9%, VSF) of which 57 were females (91.9%). The participants completed the self-reported scale for epidemiological and clinical characteristics. Results : Incident frequencies of above two times of VSE and VSF were 49 (50.0%) and 20 (32.3%), respectively. Incident locations of VSE were school/office 37 (33.3%), street 28 (25.6%), and near home 20 (18.3%). Also, incident locations of VSE were inside of bus 12 (19.3%), subway 12 (19.3%), subway/bus station 8 (12.9%), near home 8 (12.9%), and school/office 7 (11.3%). Notifying rate of VSE and VSF to the police were 7.3% and 0%, respectively. Also, notifying rate of VSE and VSF to family or friends were 72.5% and 58.1%, respectively Conclusion : These results suggested that VSE and VSF had a common prevalence, which could be different from behavioral and emotional characteristics of a control group ; and the victims were shown to require an active intervention by supportive social system.

소셜커머스의 지각된 위험, 쇼핑 동기, 구매의도와의 관계 분석 (An Analysis of the Perceived Risk, Shopping Motive, and Purchase Intention of the Social Commerce)

  • With the rapid growth of internet technology, social commerce has played an important and central role in the online shopping area. Thus, we focus on the factors that influence on the adoption of social commerce. This study analyzes the relationship between perceived risk and the shopping motive in social commerce, and investigates whether the shopping motive significantly impact the purchase intention of the social commerce. The perceived risk is comprised of social risk and psychology risk, and the shopping motive is formed from personal motive and social motive. Finally, we analysis a moderating effect of collectivism. The results indicated that the personal motive was negatively affected by the social risk and psychology risk, and social motive was negatively affected by the psychology risk. The social risk and psychology risk had negative effect on the purchase intention, and personal motive and social motive had positive effect on the purchase intention of the social commerce. Finally, low collectivism seems to have the negative effect of the purchase intention by the perceived risk. The implications of integrating perceived risk and shopping motive into the proposed social commerce adoption model are discussed.

  • This study aims to provide direction for the brand goals approaching and analyzing previous studies in social psycholog y perspective, focusing on man and society relationship. 526 preceding 'brand space' associated papers from 1992 to 2012 were collected and analyzed them by year, by space and by theme utilizing the realism methodology, the theor etical relationship methodology. The numbers of the study for 'brand space' had increased gradually from 2003 to 2010 then climbed vertically and the most common study was about place, that shows there is a relationship between variou s social phenomena and human psychology. For the thematic analysis, 'Social psychological components of the brand' based on social psychology was used for analyzing the cognitive aspects, the relational aspects, and the attitudinal aspects. The most common study was the study of the cognitive aspects, and relational aspects, and lastly the attitud inal aspects in order. The strategy was the most common research for the brand associated study. The ultimate point of the strategy is to get 'attitude'. From social psychology perspective, there is a cycle in the minds of consumers, 'Identification', 'Internalization', 'Conformity' and 'Compliance'. Structure of these relationships can provide a clue that consumers' attitude lead the consumers' action.

The Relationships between Addiction to Highly Caffeinated Drinks, Burnout, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder

  • Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the addiction to highly caffeinated drinks among university students, and we investigated the relationships between smartphone addiction, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), burnout, self-esteem, impulsiveness in high caffeine drink addiction risk group (high caffeine group). We also compared these mental health factors differences between the high caffeine group and the control group; and, investigated the relative risk between the independent variables of the high caffeine group. Methods: This study was conducted in Korea, from June 2015 to July 2016. A set of questionnaires was administered on 511 college students. Results: The participants who belonged to the high caffeine group were more likely to demonstrate the symptoms of ADHD and higher levels of burnout and impulsiveness. Further, the results of logistic regression analysis confirmed the association between the high caffeine group and burnout. Conclusion: These behaviors among university students addicted to highly caffeinated drinks suggests the need for timely and effective interventions for those at risk of addiction.

Have you Exposure to a trauma and No PTSD? Which factors help and which are not?

  • Exposure to a traumatic events gives people many post traumatic conditions resulting Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Post Traumatic Growth (PTG). Some of them may come up with acute Stress Disorder and some may having with grievances. But most of people overcome their traumatic condition with using their Emotional Intelligence and Resilience capacities. This article is focused on indicating basic mechanisms and resources in which can be lead to have better social rehabilitation along with the matters that can be important in trauma coping. The later part of the article appeals the concept of social work theory highlighting the psych dynamic approach which can be impact positively on psycho social rehabilitation. Traumatic experiences are really unpredictable and it can be resulted Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, Post traumatic growth in the end. But developing skills that required to overcoming trauma is facilitated by the Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Coping capacities that people having with. Exposure to a traumatic experience and not having a PTSD is determined by the many other factors such as social support system and government facilitation of the wellbeing afterwards the trauma. Here in this article the basic components of Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and coping mechanisms have been considered as the major factors.

국내의 사회문제에 대한 심리학 연구의 경향: [한국심리학회지: 문화 및 사회문제](1994~2015) 게재 논문에 대한 분석 (A Systematic Analysis of the Psychological Research on the Social Issues in South Korea: Publications of the [Korean Journal of Psychology: Culture and Social Issues](1994-2015))

  • 국내의 심리학자들은 사회문제를 다루는 연구와 실천을 위하여 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 이를 표방하여 발간되는 [한국심리학회지: 문화 및 사회문제]지에 게재된 논문들을 분석하여 이같은 노력을 점검해 보고자 하였다. 1994년 발간 후 2015년까지 22년간 게재된 논문들을 연구유형, 연구내용, 연구방법에 대해 분석하였다. 총 464편의 논문 중, 실증적 연구 337편의 연구내용은 대부분이 개인수준의 변인으로 다루어졌고, 이 중 개인을 둘러싼 공동체 또는 사회문화적 환경을 분석수준으로 다룬 연구들의 비중이 낮았다(예측변인 기준 29.1%). 사회적 소수자를 비롯한 특정성격의 인구보다는 일반인을 대상으로 한 연구들이 압도적으로 많았으며(특정 직업군 일반인 포함 80.9%), 연구참가자의 인구학적 특성이 논문에 구체적으로 제시되지 않은 연구들도 다수 발견되었다. 특히 한국인이 인식하는 사회문제로 지적된 주제들(한덕웅, 최훈석, 2006)에 대한 연구는 희소하여 일반인이 인식하는 사회문제와 연구되는 주제로서의 사회문제와는 괴리가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 현대한국사회에서 심리학 및 [한국심리학회지: 문화 및 사회문제]가 할 수 있는 역할에 대하여 논의하였다.

놀이환경 변화를 통해 본 디지털문화심리학의 방향 모색 (Search for the Direction of the Digital Cultural Psychology through Environmental Changes in Plays)

  • 급격한 디지털화로 우리 사회의 변화는 적응과 대처라는 새로운 심리학적 과제를 만들어냈다. 이런 변화의 핵심에는 놀이가 자리한다. 놀이는 전통사회와 산업사회를 거치면서 노동의 부수적인 활동이었으나, 생산성과 효율이 극대화된 디지털 사회에서는 경제, 사회, 문화의 전반을 포괄하는 핵심 활동이 되었다. 그러나 놀이에 대한 이론적 접근은 여전히 산업사회기반의 분석에서 벗어나고 있지 못하였다. 이런 점을 분석하면서 디지털 문화의 핵심적인 특성인 멀티미디어와 소셜 네트워크 및 이들이 결합된 디지털 게임 이용이 이용자에게 미치는 심리학적 영향에 대해 다루었다. 다음으로 기존의 심리학과 디지털 문화 심리학의 차이점을 자아개념, 정보처리방식, 성역할 등을 통해 다루었다. 마지막으로 디지털 문화심리학의 미래 방향, 기존 심리학과의 차별성과 제한점에 대해 논하였다.

An Outline of the Need for Psychology Knowledge in Health Professionals: Implications for Community Development and Breast Cancer Prevention

  • Knowledge of health and community psychology in health professionals influences psychosocial and community determinants of health and promoting participation in disease prevention at the community level. This paper appraises the potential of knowledge on psychology in health care professionals and its contribution to community empowerment through individual behavior change and health practice. The authors proposed a schematic model for the use of psychological knowledge in health professionals to promote participation in health interventions/disease prevention programs in developing countries. By implication, the paper provides a vision on policies towards supporting breast cancer secondary prevention efforts for community health development in Asian countries.
