'Instagrammable' is a new term which means a photo or a series of pictures are worth posting on Instagram. Since Instagram is an image-oriented social media platform, it is important to give users proper awareness through images in order to be an instagrammable post. In this study, we explored the proper delivery method of messages within instagrammable posts through the use of hashtags(#). Specifically, we paid attention to the use of 'Card News', which involves a series of images that form a short narrative. Hashtags play an important role that they often describe sharing intention of the post, and we found analyzing the use of hashtags in Card News posts is a good indicator of users' Instagram activities. Currently, there are more than 580k posts are found with the search keyword Card News, and the number is increasing. In this study, we collected and analyzed more than 50k hashtags on Instagram to explore how news stories are posted from both the general users and news media accounts. Furthermore, we conducted interviews with journalists to analyze how news media are making use of Instagram as a legitimate place to share news stories with impact.

In recent times, studies sentiment analysis are being actively conducted by implementing natural language processing technologies for analyzing subjective data such as opinions and attitudes of users expressed on the Web, blogs, and social networking services (SNSs). Conventionally, to classify the sentiments in texts, most studies determine positive/negative/neutral sentiments by assigning polarity values for sentiment vocabulary using sentiment lexicons. However, in this study, sentiments are classified based on Thayer's model, which is psychologically defined, unlike the polarity classification used in opinion mining. In this paper, as a method for classifying the sentiments, sentiment categories are proposed by extracting sentiment keywords for major sentiments by using hashtags, which are essential elements of Instagram. By applying sentiment categories to user posts, sentiments can be determined through the similarity measurement between the sentiment adjective candidates and the sentiment keywords. The test results of the proposed method show that the average accuracy rate for all the sentiment categories was 90.7%, which indicates good performance. If a sentiment classification system with a large capacity is prepared using the proposed method, then it is expected that sentiment analysis in various fields will be possible, such as for determining social phenomena through SNS.

Recently crime against children is emerged as a serious social problem. Children should be protected in social. However, they have become major targets of the crime, as sexual abuse, abduction, abuse, domestic violence, school violence and so on. To solve these problems, it is important to educate crime prevention for children all above. Entertainment is one of the edutainment's elements. It attracts voluntary participation, immersion, and continuous learning from children. Edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children are far less fully studied than that of school subject as Mathematics, English, and so on. There is no serious study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children, as well as base study and approach way. Now more than ever, safety needs are strongly demanded in society. Accordingly, study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children have been demanded more than ever. In this paper we shall see basic approach principles and planning process of web-based edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children. This study lays the foundation for future work on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children.

The quick report and propagate information are increasingly important because nowadays it is hard to predict the damages of flooding by unexpected heavy rain. In addition, there are not many ways to receive disaster information in real time. Accordingly, we designed the system which can earn information from a lot of messages on twitter. Above all, our system can extract and deploy disaster information by comparison with erstwhile social network service mash-up system as only broadcast media. Significant objective of this paper is to design the fastest extract disaster information system of mass media.

On Korean websites, people often use several Korean vowels or consonants solely, which is the way to express emotion. This way of expression has scarcely been examined seriously, though it is one of the most popular online slangs. This is an exploratory study that reveals how and how much these expressions are used on social media. Data crawling technique was used as a way to examine the usage of vowels and consonants in ordinary situations. 6 'Facebook pages' popular among Korean users are selected, and about 2.5 million comments are collected from posts in those pages. 10 expressions, including 'ㅋ(K)', 'ㅎ(H)', 'ㅜ(U)', are counted and analyzed from the collected texts of comments. As a result, several patterns of using vowels and consonants are found. Especially, 'ㅋ(K)' is used much more frequently than other vowels or consonants, and used more continually. It is also found that the patterns of using vowels or consonants in writing comments changes as the mood of posts or the characteristics of Facebook pages.

This study is intended to analyze colors felt in TV commercials among video contents, to provide basic resources of color plan that can be applied to production of contents and to help acceptors to change their mood and to lower depression levels. Many studies have revealed the obvious correlation between depression and suicide, so the World Health Organization(WHO) recommends the importance of media by recognizing public that depression is a serious risk factor that leads to suicides and by asserting the necessity of establishing social environment for active treatment. Contents production companies have social and cultural responsibility to convey correct information and to make acceptors have positive emotions. If the result of colors that emotionally healthy people feel through this study is used for production of video contents, it will be helpful to lower the depression scale and to prevent and treat depression by providing visual comfort. In addition, it is expected to be used as an important basic resource for not only production of video contents but also color plan of industrial fields.

In copyright rights of the digital image, copyright holders need to protect copyrights and improve the improvement of copyright laws through accurate understanding of copyright laws, and also to improve the effectiveness of copyright rights of copyright holders and the effectiveness of users' rights. First of all, the scope of the study is based on the case of recognition of the scope of the identity of the same scope and the copyright on the copyright law of the digital image, and the application of the image of the image of the image-writing image and the use of image artifacts based on the image copyright classification system suitable for the user's application.

The emergence of E-book have allowed readers to interact with other readers and to actively participate (e.g. social reading). Furthermore, there is a growing demand in writer's community to take the advantage of the feedback from their readers to update the content of E-book. To do that, they require the service that utilizes the user feedback while creating or updating the e-book content. This study aims to let authors collect and to apply the reader's feedback on E-book content. However, in order to apply the user feedback, users first need to explicitly type the feedback, and even if they do, authors need to develop the software to automatically analyze and to apply the user feedback. This makes difficult for authors without programming background to produce E-book with automatic content adaptation. In this paper, we propose Feedback Clue Model to generate, analyze and apply the user feedback into E-book content. Based on this model, we develop the block editor which allows easy implementation of E-book that can be dynamically updated.

Language is an essential tool for verbal and emotional communication among human beings, enabling them to engage in social interactions. Although a majority of hearing-impaired people can speak; however, they are unable to receive feedback on their pronunciation most of them can speak. However, they do not receive feedback on their pronunciation. This results in impaired communication owing to incorrect pronunciation, which causes difficulties in their social interactions. If hearing-impaired people could receive continuous feedback on their pronunciation and phonation through lip-reading training, they could communicate more effectively with people without hearing disabilities, anytime and anywhere, without the use of sign language. In this study, the mouth area is detected from videos of learners speaking monosyllabic words. The grayscale information of the detected mouth area is used to estimate a velocity vector using Optical Flow. This information is then quantified as feature values to classify vowels. Subsequently, a system is proposed that classifies monosyllables by algebraic computation of geometric feature values of lips using the characteristics of articulatory phonation. Additionally, the system provides feedback by evaluating the comparison between the information which is obtained from the sample categories and experimental results.

In this paper, we analyze the quality status of Health and Welfare division's standardized log and asses the characteristics of the institutions' logs analysis to establish the criteria to minimize hazards and control the quality of log's institutional details to limit extraction. As a result, extraction condition's proposed development direction to adequately assess and control health and welfare abuses privacy control target log. This improvement over the status and quality of information shared with relation to institutional work of the log quality characteristics is made possible. In addition, quality control and inspection standards were prepared in accordance with the institutional log characteristics. Future research will include performing continuous analysis and improvement activities on the quality of logs with integrated control of sharing personal information and distributing information about logs' quality to proactively target organ. Therefore, we expect that correcting proactive personal information misuse and leakage is possible to achieve.
