According to change of business environment, the company has required not only profit but also social responsibility for profitable growth. However, these changes are not only applies to the company. Company's internal stakeholders and social systems sub-elements of the union was forced to respond to these changes, too. However, research has not focused yet USR until now, It's very rare USR and introduction of USR and Case of USR. But The union must meet a the stakeholders such as nonunionist, county, as well as union members. This study looked at the USR Case of LG Electronics Union which is a leader in this filed. LG Electronics Union had accepted the USR in 2010, LG Electronics Union led innovation and change of labor movement and pushed ahead with USR such as service to community and vulnerable, refrain from strike, environmental protection. and LG Electronics Union spread the USR to overseas and domestic. Through the LG Electronics Union's USR Case, this study seek the new labor movement.

The purpose of this study was to illuminate eroticism represented din modern fashion. Art based on sex is very important like all of the other cultural values. But we feel that erotic art, neglected, suppressed , and persecuted for centuries, has an important contribution to make to the understanding of art, the social history of mankind, and human happiness and progress. It is our deep personal conviction that erotic art serves important social and therapeutic functions. Erotic art expresses the demand for sexual freedom-a freedom vital to individual happiness and mental well-being, And sexual freedom, in turn, cannot exist without a high degree of political and economic freedom as well. In that sense , erotic art came a truly revolutionaly message ; it demands no less than extension of freedom , not only in the sexual are, but in every sphere of social life. What is eroticism \ulcorner Eroticism must be distinguished from a mere animal reproduction . Eroticism is deeply rooted in the cultural tradition of myth, religion , customes and art. It also has a close relationship with psychological activities of our life. Eroticism is a kind of psychological revolution in the development of human civilization. Eroticism is related to different kinds of art, which express internal spirit of human especially Surrealism. Surrealism is above all a movement of the conquest and deepening of the unconscious. The exploitation of Freud's discoveries opended a new, practically unlimited path for artistic studies to Surrealism . Especially all theory of mental psychoanalysis a affected artists greatly in western art, Freud was appraised highly on his achievements by art critics in art history on his achievements by art critics in art history. As far as erotic subject matter was concerned, Surrealism provided a means of presentig it. Pop Art is not actually a movement , born at a specific time and place, nor is it an easy concept to define. The term first appeared in Great Britain during the fifties, when it referred, particularly in the decorative arts, to an inclination to go back and imitate the stereotyped images of the mass media : film, advertising , cartoons, and other popular consumer products. The eroticism expressed in Pop Art calls the modern's attentions to their devastated minds, taking advantage of the commercialized sex. Fashion has developed constantly reflecting the spiritual aspiration and social and cultural phenomona of man , and artistic steam. Eroticism in fashion is the style which expresses the internal meanings of sexuality through the texture, color, pattern , silhouette etc.

Investor mood from social media is gaining increasing attention for leading a price movement in stock market. Based on the behavioral finance theory, this study argues that sentiment extracted from social media using big data technique can predict a real-time (short-run) price momentum in Chinese stock market. Collecting Sina Weibo posts that related to COVID-19 using keyword method, a daily influential weighted sentiment factors is extracted from the sizable raw data of over 2 millions of posts. We examine one supervised and 4 unsupervised sentiment analysis model, and use the best performed word-frequency and BiLSTM mdoel. The test result shows a similar movement between stock price change and sentiment factor. It indicates that public mood extracted from social media can in some extent represent the investors' sentiment and make a difference in stock market fluctuation when people are concentrating on a special events that can cause effect on the stock market.

Between 1890-1914, the fundamental changes of the housing in United Sates of America were provoked to attempt the housing developments to adapt modern social system. The worthy of notice is that F L. Wright's Prairie House had been tested and built during the period as 'the first and second era' Despite the transition period in America, this represents that Wright's Prairie House series were developed. There are possibilities that some of the reformers assertion for Housing Development, on behalf of Arts & Crafts Movement, led to Wright's early house inner space design. For this reason, this study is to examine Ideologies that Wright has been accepted between the turning point of America's Arts & Crafts Movement and Hull House Circle. In terms of the ideologies acceptance, the study is also to examine how to be represented his inner space design characteristics. As the result, between'Simplification'housing development and the traditional housing In America, F L. Wright sublimated his own architectural aesthetic as accepting all functional elements to consider inevitability in this period, such as the association between economical and rational space, the plan to led on free plane, the spatial side and the stability of family life and the community, through the unification space having the consecutiveness.

Japanese Give and Receive Verbs are divided into "YARU", "MORAU" and "KURERU". These are influenced by the subject, speaker's viewpoint and meaning. Three verbs are used in a different way depending on who is the giver and who is the taker. I analyze "YARU" and "KURERU" Verbs used in TOUSEISYOUSEIKATAGI. It focus on politeness, gender, and meaning when combined with 'TE'. As an expression of politeness, 'Yaru' is to give to a person of lower social status or an animal or plant. 'Ageru' is to give to an equal ora person of lower social status nowadays. However, 'Ageru' which is treated as elegance of the language remained expression of respect, 'Yaru' is used when the receiver is a person of lower social status and equal social status in TOUSEISYOUSEIKATAGI. 'Kureru' is used when the receiver is a person of lower social status and equal social status, 'kudasaru' is used when a person of higher social status gives the speaker something in TOUSEISYOUSEIKATAGI. Women speakers use 'oyarinasai' 'oyariyo' 'ageru' 'okureru' and men speakers use 'yaru' 'kureru'. Speech patterns peculiar to men are 'kuretamae' 'kurenka'. If the verbs are joined to "TE", they obtain abstract meaning as well as a movement of things. They express some modality for action of the preceeding verbs. The modality has the following meanings ; good will, goodness, benefits, kindness, hopeness, expectation, disadvantage, injury, ill will and sarcasm. In addition, 'TE YARU' expresses the speaker's strong will, 'TE KURERU' expresses the speaker's request.

This study validates if this relationship results in differences of significance levels between first time and repeat visitors and analyzes if there exist any differences in the spatial characteristics of tourist attractions using Social Network Analysis(SNA) for the spacial attributes of movement network Focusing on Hwaseong city, South Korea. It is important for balanced development between tour sites in Hwaseong by enhancing the value of tourism resources and applying the concept of hub-and-spoke tourism development. Based on the analyzing the centrality of tourist movement networks, degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality all did not show much variation for 20 tourist attractions versus the top five. That is, the attractions that both first time and repeat visitors visit are concentrated in well-known, famous places. The authors hope that this study, which defines practical interactions among attractions based movement, will be used as practical data for developing tourist retention marketing strategies.

Previous studies on empowerment have commonly noted that current practice of empowerment understands empowerment only macroscopically and limitedly without reflecting the true idea of empowerment. In addition, they are emphasizing lack of information on specific techniques for the practice. Thus, the present study purposed to examine independent living movement for the disabled, which have experienced structural and institutional changes and produced actual improvements in policies as their results, and the characteristics of empowerment observed in the development process. According to the results of this study, empowerment consists of a total of five stages, and among them, the stage of conscientization is very important for individual empowerment and the stage of organization for macroscopic empowerment.

The development of Science and Technology and the social change require new paradigm in Education. In a traditional paradigm, learners have been regarded as a passive being and knowledge could be transmitted to learner. But within this paradigm, it is difficult to confront the social change and to develop problem solving skills in various context. This results in a new, alternative perspective, Constructive paradigm. As an alternative to the traditional settings, Constructive paradigm emphasizes the learner centered instruction. The reform movement in mathematics education including NCTM's standards revolves around this paradigm and the open education movement in our educational system is based on it. Open education values learner's interest, autonomy and internal motivation in learning. However, open education has been misunderstood by most of the teachers. It should be understood as the change of paradigm. In this study, as a way of helping students connect mathematics to their everyday lives and construct meaningful mathematical knowledge and concept, mathematical modelling is suggested. It consists of posing and specifying the real problem, formulation and constructing a mathematical model, analyzing and solving a mathematical problem. interpreting the solution and comparing with reality and communicating results. In this process, technology like computer can be a powerful tool. It can help students explore various problems more easily and concretely.

Fair trade has received increasing attention from ethical consumers in the North Trans-Atlantic world. It is a movement establishing alternative trading organizations to ensure minimal returns, safe working conditions, and to provide continuity in the trading relationship for disadvantaged producers, especially women and indigenous people in the South. Despite of the growing fair trade movement in the U.S. and Europe, it is still in the introductory stage in Korea. Although fair trade has gained some attention because of the efforts of activists, most Korean consumers are still unaware of it. This paper is divided into four sections including an introduction and conclusions. In section two, I analysed sales of the fairly traded products and the websites of the fairly traded products sellers. In section three, I proposed two effective recommendations for the better marketing and promotion strategies of fairly traded products. One proposal is for providing consumer information, like fair trade certificates, consumer campaigns, and consumer information of the fair trade sellers' websites analyses. The other is for establishing the infrastructure to promote the consumption of fairly traded products such as consumer education, corporate social responsibility, social enterprise, fair trade town and school, and networking. This study is relavant to academics, non-profit fair trade organizations, manufacturers, retailers and governments.

This paper explores the key figure of minjung misul ("the people's art"), Kim Bongjun, and the art collective Dureong in the relationship between 'dialogue' and the dissidents' structural critique of Korea's modernities. During the 1980s' prodemocracy movement, the minjung artists and other dissident intellectuals used the notion of dialogue as metaphor for and allegory of democracy to articulate not only Koreans' experience of modern history, which they saw as "alienating" and "inhumane," but also the discrepancies between Koreans' predicaments and their political aspirations and their working toward the fulfillment of those ideals. Envisioning alternative forms of modernities, Kim Bongjun and other Dureong members paid attention to the fundamental elements of art, which consist of art as a modern institution, as well as the everyday lives of people as the very site of Koreans' modernities. They endeavored to create "art of life," which presumes its being part of people's lives, based on the cultural and spiritual traditions of the agrarian community. They also participated in the national culture movement, the minjung church, and the alternative-life movement to radically envision everyday lives through the indigenous reinterpretation of democratic values. Despite the significant role played by the church mission and its community involvement, its effects on minjung misul have received little attention in the relevant studies. Thus, I consider in particular the minjung church's and the alternative-life movement's confluence of multiple cultural and social constituencies in relation to Kim and the Dureong collective's vision of a new art and community.
