Recently, human life and the low birth rate and aging population has increased exponentially. Entry into an aged society in the present case and the different policy alternatives, and is a reality. Resolution of one of these older active community participation and production activities to foster a rich life, infants need to be able to build a ubiquitous environment can be damaging. Latest IT technology in the development of intelligent life on all human life even more convenient by combining the computer and try to build a productive environment is. You simply connect your computer to the elderly rather than older users to use, efficient and productive way to improve efforts to follow. Emerging as an alternative to the more efficient interfaces for ubiquitous computing, user interface design criteria, albeit a little uncomfortable by suggesting improvements of the elderly and their participation in production activities helped to improve the quality of life. Ubiquitous environment, as well as means to improve the living environment of older people live independent lives, as given us is that you can get the premise of this study was in progress.Thus, by analyzing the characteristics of the elderly for the elderly by offering more efficient way to interface design for a new era of ubiquitous pushing back the boundaries of the elderly have been instruments to achieve social vitality.

The music education improves the creative talent, social skills and academic achievement of the students. For the efficient music education, the learner centered study is highly recommended rather than the passive education, which supports self-control in selecting teaching materials, learning patterns and speed. For the successful self learning, it is requested to develop the collaborative educational learning tools, especially electronic collaborators such as H/W and S/W. Though there exist many commercialized electronic instruments and the PC MIDI based softwares, these tools have some limits and problems for the primary student to learn playing the musical instrument by himself. In this paper, we propose a supporting tool implementation method using an electronic keyboard instrument with USB Interface and PC-based software to help the primary student to learn playing the musical instrument. We implemented an electronic keyboard instrument module compactly and at low cost using a PIC18F4550 MCU. PC based software was developed to edit musical score, process the MIDI information, and interact with the electronic keyboard instrument module. This tool can offer a similar keyboard instrument environment and can be incorporated with self learning contents.

The vibration of slab causes a sudden change of air pressure in the interface between slab and air to create structure home sound. Floor impact noise induced from the vibration of slab became one of the hottest social issues in these day, and it took the biggest parts of the cause of damage in environmental dispute. Because the structure borne sound of slab is different from the dynamic characteristic of slab, it is required more precise vibroacaustic analysis. In this study, we was trying to understand by what mechanism the slab noise is induced from the slab vibration and the relationship between the dynamic propety of slab and the noise is shown by the numerical simulation.

It is difficult to find web contents for visual disabilities in spite of rapid growing internet users, infrastructures and advance of computer technology. For the case of usenet newsgroup concerning disabilities, hit rate is even less than E-mail because of lack of accessibility, educational support and economical expense for internet. This paper is addressed to voice usenet newsgroup service by using telephone or web browser for visual disabilities without additional S/W support such as 775, usenet program and installation program, suggests a design method and an implementation example for it. Main features of it are easiness of man machine interface, popularity of access device such as telephone or web browser and independency of particular news server by using NNTP. This system supports general MIME format, is implemented for usenet server of Korean Social Worker's Community and will be implemented for Gomduri InfoNet BBS of Korean Society for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.

The Industrial development and the Increase in population have brought out a rapid increase of wastewater discharge. To deal with this matter, much estimate has been spend on construction and management of a large scale sewage treatment plant. Although every effort has been carried out, river water quality has no significantly improved. Especially. the aggravation of the water quality in dry season is brought out a serious social problem. The purpose of this study Is the development of an optimal water quality management technique considering the efficient control of the multiple pollutant load associated with the total pollutant load control. A GUI(Graphical User Interface) system named 'QL2-XP' model is developed by object-oriencted language for the user convenience and practical usage. Suggested GUI system consist of hydraulic analysis. water quality analysis, optimized model calibration processes, and postprocessing the simulation results.

This study applies factor analysis of an author cocitation frequency matrix derived from a database file that consists of a total of 1095 cited reference records taken from 95 citing decision support systems articles published in Korean journals. This study identified the influence of social psychology, cognitive psychology, management information systems, strategic management, and organizational behavior/organizational design to the development of group support systems, user-interface, and executive information systems research subspecialties. This research establishes a benchmark to be used in the future research, which is necessary to account for the ongoing changes in the intellectual development and structure of DSS Research in Korea before solid conclusion can be reached about the maturity and on-going development of the DSS field in Korean.

In recent years, the development and the embodiment of information analysis system has been sprightly carried out in several fields of study. In this study, as and extension of these studies, we develop a system for multivariate analysis which might be widely used in social and natural sciences. This multivariate analysis system is developed by using multivariate analysis procedures in SAS/STAT software. Also, the system supply users with he environment of GUI(Graphical User Interface), which is constructed with AF(application frame) and SCL(screen control language) of SAS software, in order to help users to use the system with easy.

오늘날 전 세계적으로 스마트폰 사용자가 증가하면서 SNS(Social Network Service)를 활용한 어플리케이션의 이용이 더욱 보편화 되고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 모바일 환경의 SNS 어플리케이션에 맞는 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 수요 역시 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SNS 어플리케이션에 적용할 수 있는 사용자에게 더 높은 몰입감과 편의성을 제공하기 위한 직관적인 3D 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 Facebook Open API를 기반으로 소셜 네트워크 구성원의 프로필 사진을 3D 방식으로 배치하는 인터페이스 기법과 효과를 구현하며, 이를 통해 사용자의 SNS 어플리케이션 사용성을 제고한다.

The frameworks for evaluation of national R&D programs reflect their various political and administrative cultures(Gibbons & Georghiou, 1987), and the structure of national R&D system. In this research the core research questions are : what is god evaluation\ulcorner What is being evaluated, by whom, by which criteria, for whom and what purpose\ulcorner In order to examine these general aims and answer these questions, in detail several objectives can be proposed on the process of this research. In this research, the national R&D programs will be considered in terms of the interface between evaluation and the wider policy-making process. The programs for case study are the Alvey program(UK), the Advanced Technology Program (US) and the Framework program(EU) . One of the characteristics of these programs is the well established evaluation systems they have. From the comparative analysis, we can withdraw some useful implication for Korean evaluation practice for national R&D programs. Evaluation system is social process and the way in which it is organized is critical to its outcome.

On this research. The method of space analysis(Space syntax) is used to investigate the relation between composition and configuration in the houses of four modern architects. Space analysis represent that the houses permutate the morphological properties of depth and rings to embed domestic fuctions within the hoe and to interface household memgers. Two of the house are judged to be well composite but banal: The other appear more inventive in relation compositinal principles to space configuration, to create a measure of subtlety and richness in life style which is lacking in the examples where form is manipulated in the abstract. On this research. It is discoverd that Knowledge of both the internal laws of form and the social logic of space is required to generate the practical conjunction of formal rigour with fuctional ease which we recognise in the houses of architects.
