온라인 뉴스와 거시경제 지표, 금융 지표, 기술적 지표, 관심도 지표를 이용한 코스닥 상장 기업의 기계학습 기반 주가 변동 예측 (Machine Learning Based Stock Price Fluctuation Prediction Models of KOSDAQ-listed Companies Using Online News, Macroeconomic Indicators, Financial Market Indicators, Technical Indicators, and Social Interest Indicators)

  • In this paper, we propose a method of predicting the next-day stock price fluctuations of 10 KOSDAQ-listed companies in 5G, autonomous driving, and electricity sectors by training SVM, XGBoost, and LightGBM models from macroeconomic·financial market indicators, technical indicators, social interest indicators, and daily positive indices extracted from online news. In the three experiments to find out the usefulness of social interest indicators and daily positive indices, the average accuracy improved when each indicator and index was added to the models. In addition, when feature selection was performed to analyze the superiority of the extracted features, the average importance ranking of the social interest indicator and daily positive index was 5.45 and 1.08, respectively, it showed higher importance than the macroeconomic financial market indicators and technical indicators. With the results of these experiments, we confirmed the effectiveness of the social interest indicators as alternative data and the daily positive index for predicting stock price fluctuation.

DATA MINING-BASED MULTIDIMENSIONAL EXTRACTION METHOD FOR INDICATORS OF SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

  • This article examines the multidimensional index extraction method of the disability social security system based on data mining. While creating the data warehouse of the social security system for the disabled, we need to know the elements of the social security indicators for the disabled. In this context, a clustering algorithm was used to extract the indicators of the social security system for the disabled by investigating the historical dimension of social security for the disabled. The simulation results show that the index extraction method has high coverage, sensitivity and reliability. In this paper, a multidimensional extraction method is introduced to extract the indicators of the social security system for the disabled based on data mining. The simulation experiments show that the method presented in this paper is more reliable, and the indicators of social security system for the disabled extracted are more effective in practical application.

사회적 통합.배제 지표 개발을 위한 연구 - 영구임대아파트 거주자를 중심으로 - (The Development of Social Inclusion.Exclusion Indicators - Focused on the Permanent Rental Apartment Dwellers -)

  • This study was to develop the indicators for understanding social inclusion exclusion of the dwellers living in permanent rental apartment, and to present a important base about priority order of national housing policy for social inclusion. The ultimate purpose of this study was to provide basic information for the development of permanent rental apartment renewal techniques. The first phase of the study was to review of the social inclusion exclusion indicators mentioned in the literature. The indicators of EU (2001, 2006), KIHASA (2005), and Jehoel-Gijsbers & Brooman (2007), which were applied in many studies about social inclusion, or included various items about dwellers' subjective attitudes, were selected to construct the framework for the study. On the basis of 3 kinds of indicators at the above, the dimensions of social inclusion exclusion were categorized as material deprivation and access to social rights in an economicstructural exclusion view, and social participation and cultural normative accommodations in a socio-cultural exclusion view. And then, the domains of social inclusion exclusion were decided as follows: income, employment, education service, housing, health, family networks and social networks. The detail contents of indicators were adopted from the prior studies as many as possible, and the dwellers' subjective attitudes and housing domains were intensified with reference to UN housing rights and the study of "residents' satisfaction of housing facilities living in permanent rental housing". The developed indicators were modified through the advisory committee that consist of the specialists from the various fields of studies. The final indicators that were overlapped or not able to be measured were eliminated, and added, in a housing domain, the standards of convenient facilities, the management condition, safety, location, crime and etc. in the apartment complex, which were required to complement in the advisory committee.

시내버스 노선체계 평가를 위한 사회적 형평성 지표의 개발 및 적용성에 관한 연구 (Development and Application of Social Equity Indicators for Evaluation of Bus Networks)

  • 본 연구는 시내버스 노선체계 평가 시 평가지표로 활용될 수 있도록 사회적 형평성 지표를 개발하였다. 사회적 형평성을 수평적 관점과 수직적 관점에서 수평적 형평성, 수평적 접근성, 수직적 형평성, 수직적 접근성의 4개 지표로 나누어 개발하였으며, 통합 지표로서의 사회적 형평성을 정의하였다. 개발한 평가지표를 모의 네트워크에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 사회적 형평성의 지표는 존별 상대 비교에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 사회적 관점을 포함한 평가와 포함하지 않은 평가 사례의 비교를 통해 노선체계에서 사회적 형평성을 고려하는 경우, 평가결과가 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 입증하였다. 사회적 형평성 지표를 포함하여 평가할 경우의 최적 대안은 이 지표를 포함하지 않은 경우의 최적 대안과는 달라질 수 있음을 보여준다. 이로써 공공서비스인 시내버스 노선체계를 평가할 때에, 경제적인 효율성뿐만 아니라 사회적 약자 등을 고려한 사회적 형평성 지표를 반영하여 평가하는 방식이 가능하게 되었다.

국립대병원의 공공성과 수익성 관계 분석 (An Analysis of the Relationship between Publicness and Profitability of National University Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relations between publicness and profitability of national university hospitals in Korea. Finance and management data from 2008 to 2010 were collected from balancing accounts and annual reports in 13 national university hospitals. The dependant variables are used profitability indicators which are operating margin, net profit to gross revenues, normal profit to gross revenues. The independent variables are publicness indicators which are medical social work, ratio of medical aid in inpatients, ratio of medical aid in outpatients, publicness index. The results show that operating margin, net profit to gross revenues in profitability indicators are affected by medical social work in publicness indicators. Normal profit to gross revenues in profitability indicators is strong related to medical social work and hospital province in publicness indicators. Based on these results, this study suggests implications to balance the publicness and the profitability in national university hospitals.

한국도서관 통계 및 지표개발에 관한 기초연구 (A Pilot Study for Library Statistics and Indicators in Korea)

  • 도서관 통계는 내부적으로 도서관업무를 파악하고 평가하기 위하여, 외부적으로 사회 속에서 도서관이 얼마나 중요한 기관인가에 대한 가치와 업적을 표현하는 수단이다. 동시에 기존의 사회지표, 문화지표와도 체계를 같이 하여야 한다. 이러한 기준 하에서 미국 국가정보표준화기구(NISO)에서 개발한 도서관통계기준, 캐나다의 도서관핵심통계 등 주요국가의 도서관통계를 살피고, 전문가를 통한 델파이기법을 통한 조사를 거쳐 7개부문, 31개 한국도서관통계 항목을 개발하였다. 또한 사회지표 및 문화지표 내의 도서관 관련 지표항목으로 6개 분야 21개항목을 제시하였다.

공공도서관의 사회적 가치 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구 (Research on Development of Social Value Evaluation Indicators for Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구에서는 도서관의 사회적 가치를 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 1차적으로 도서관의 가치에 대해 연구한 60여 개의 국내 외 논문들을 총체적으로 분석하여 예비 평가지표를 도출하였다. 도출한 예비 평가지표를 토대로 11명의 전문가를 선정하여 3차에 걸친 델파이조사를 실시하여 최종평가지표를 개발하였다. 최종평가지표는 공공도서관의 사회적 가치를 크게 지역 사회개발, 지역 사회의 연계, 지역 주민의 삶의 질 향상, 지역 주민의 평등화, 지역 사회에 필요한 정보제공서비스 등의 5가지 평가영역과, 13개 평가항목, 64개 평가지표로 구성된다. 향후에는 이를 기반으로 공공도서관의 사회적 가치를 측정하는 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

주거환경의 사회적 지속가능성 평가항목 체계와 가중치에 관한 연구 (The Study on the System and Weight about Evaluation Indicators of Social Sustainability in Residential Environment)

  • Sustainable development is one of the important concept of the 21st century. Especially, Social sustainability is an important factor in today's society with the weakened community, and is needed exploring social sustainability in the residential environment as a container of human life. The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation indicators and evaluation system of social sustainability in residential environment. In order to develop evaluation indicators first, the delphi expert survey was conducted to assess the adequacy of selected the evaluation indicators in previous studies. Second, expert survey using the method of AHP was progressed in order to analyze importance and weight of evaluation indicators and was analyzed using Expert Choice. The findings of this study are as followings; the evaluation system was composed of locality, communality and organisms. The communality is the most important. The locality was composed of historical and cultural, reflection of regional identity and homogeneous of regions. Reflection of local identity is the most important in locality area. The communality was composed of social integration environment, community activities and the community space. The community activities are the most important in communality area. The organism was composed of employment, self-sufficiency, welfare, population, safety and housing. Safety is the most important in the organism area.

디지털 사회 혁신에서 리빙랩 프로젝트의 성과지표에 대한 연구 (A Performance Indicators of Living Lab Project in the Digital Social Innovation)

  • In recent years, Digital Social Innovation has been emerging at home and abroad and new solutions are being proposed by the perspective of User using digital technology in order to solve social and economic problems of the city. In addition, Living Labs which is an innovative tools and space enable to solve problems doing activities with various participants led by users. Therefore, this study aims to systematically manage the activities of Living Lab in Digital Social Innovation and improves the Living Lab sustainability using the performance indicators which are going to be developed. Furthermore, construct the appropriate indicator of each project process and take test at real Living Labs. As a result, performance indicator was derived from each procedure in the Living Lab project, and proved validity and reliability of the indicators through qualitative and quantitative methods by interviews and the questionnaire from the participants of Living Labs.

  • High-rise and high-density apartment complexes has been built and supplied on a large scale in the metropolis and metropolitan areas since 1980s in order to solve housing shortage in cities. Recently they are raising deterioration problems for aging more than 20 years. moreover, those problems show very special characters such as simultaneity and a large scale. The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for the development of the evaluating indicators to measure the level of deterioration of apartments. The level of deterioration of apartments can be evaluated by housing performance. In order to evaluate the deterioration comprehensively, the housing performance indicators should be developed on the social, economical, and physical dimension. This study analyzed the concept of the apartment deterioration and compared housing performance indicators through literature review. First of all, when considering various factors in the evaluation of the deteriorated apartments, such as evaluating ranges, attributes and dimensions, housing performance indicators should be structured with the hierarchical framework. Second, housing performance indicators evaluating the level of deterioration of apartments should include social, psychological, and cultural aspects of home environments in order to understand adequately the attitude of the middle class toward services that apartments provide. Third, in previous researches, most criteria have been developed and weighted based on only expert opinions regarding performance indicators. So, It is necessary to include residents' opinions in developing performance indicators since they can provide more practical and feasible aspects the experts could not experience or understand.
