With accommodation of a population of many young people and families due to Hangang River New Town Housing Project and development of railway station spheres, a need is increasing to improve the quality of public libraries service for Gimpo citizens and to establish more libraries. This study thus analyzed the book lending data of Gimpo City libraries, and the city's libraries-related social media big data in an effort to forecast the users, and thus to propose four library service improvement measures. First, in terms of book gathering and book development policy plans, a proposal was made to expand good books for children and youth, and to expand general original-language books related to learning of English, and English books for children. Second, in terms of the establishment of additional libraries or specialization strategy, a proposal was made to establish exclusive children's libraries or English libraries, and to establish library specialization strategy with a focus on children and English themes. Third, in terms of library culture programs, a proposal was made to provide library culture programs in relation to children education and to expand weekend library culture programs. Fourth, in terms of library facilities, considering the convenience of parking facilities, a proposal was made to establish libraries near apartment complexes.

Purpose: The study aims to assess the current status of domestic public food delivery apps and analyze the process through which sellers choose between private delivery apps and public delivery apps. This involves exploring strategiesto achieve the original purpose of public food delivery apps, which is to enhance the small business owners income and promote consumer welfare by preventing the monopoly of private food delivery apps. Research design, data and methodology: the research methodology is based on a model that introduces adjustments for non-economic effects, considering the preferences of multi-homing consumers, to more realistically reflect the benefits of sellers' choices. For data analysis, real business performance data from 'Daeguro', 'Meokkaebi', and 'Somunnan Shop' were used. Results: The study revealed that if the market share of public delivery apps within a specific region increases beyond a certain level, the benefits for small-business sellers also increase. This leads to the strategic advantage of simultaneously using both delivery apps. Furthermore, the results exhibit a tendency similar to real social phenomena. Conclusions: This analysis confirmed the role of public food delivery apps in the domestic delivery app market and presents policy recommendations, including application integration and the implementation of exclusive public interest functions, to effectively fulfill this role.

Since the middle of the 70s, the countries with the marine resources declared the exclusive water zone of two hundred miles. As a result, our country lacked many foreign fishing grounds. This awakened our perception of fishing grounds. The fishing ground is an important factor in the economical effectiveness of fisheries. The fishing ground must have the following basic conditions. 1. It must be the place the fishery resources inhabit and wander. 2. Their catching or aquaculturing must be possible by the technical methods. 3. It must have economic worth in the management. The fishing ground that achieves the above basic conditions is affected by the following factors. This is the factor of the fishing ground location. A. Natural factor 1). Suitable climate 2).Abundant resources 3). Good quality of the sea-bottom 4). Not to be pollutted area B, Economic factor 1). Be adjacent to fishing port and fisheries market 2). Good working conditions 3). Be abundant of economical resources C. Social factor 1). Be possible to work legally 2). Be permitted in the political relations 3). Be acquainted with the customs of foreign countries The fishing ground location is mainly affected by the natural factor of the above factors. The abundance of resources depends on the natural resources. The resources in the fishing ground have the cycle of developing period, maturing period, and decaying period according to the fishing efforts. The point that we sustainably yield the maximum of fishery resources is the changing point of maturing period and decaying period. We call this point MSY, so the resources of fishing ground should be managed by the MSY. Therefore, when we select the fishing ground location. We should judge the natural factor, the economic factor and the social factor synthetically according to the situation and environment, so we can achieve the efficient management.

과학기술과 문화의 관계는 어떻게 이해해야 하는가? 과학기술은 문화의 일부로서 이해되는가 하면, 흔히 과학기술과 문화는 서로 배타적인 관계에 있는 것으로 주장되기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 과학기술을 문화의 한 형태로서 검토하였다. 분명히 과학은 인식적 가치를 창조하는 가치문화의 일부이며, 기술은 비록 도구적 문화로서 파악되는 경우에도 문화체계의 일부로 이해해야 한다. 그러므로 과학기술은 어느 정도의 '상대적 자율성'을 지닌 문화체계의 일부인 것이다. 다음으로 이 논문은 정치체계, 경제체계, 문화체계와 과학기술체계 간의 긴장관계에 대해 검토하였다. 특히 현대사회에서 정치와 경제체계에 의해 문화체계가 식민화되는 과정에서 과학기술체계의 도구적 합리성의 왜곡에 의해서 야기된 기술지배의 부정적 결과들에 대해 검토하고, 이를 극복하기 위해서는 도구적 합리성이 사회적 합리성과 의사소통합리성 등에 의해 균형을 이루어야 함을 지적하였다. 끝으로 이 논문에서는 정치, 경제, 문화 및 시민사회 각각의 '과학문화'의 특성과 그와 같은 과학적 부분문화(scientific subcultures)들 간의 역동적인 관계와 사회과정을 통해 '인간화되고 민주적인 과학문화'가 형성될 수 있는 가능성에 대해 논의하였다.

본고는 실업보험과 연금을 통합시켜 실직자가 실업급여 이외에 자신의 미래 연금을 담보로 대출을 받게 되는 통합실업보험제의 후생효과를 분석하고 있다. 특히 본고에서는 통합실업보헙제가 기존 실업보험제에 비해 후생을 증가시키는 경우를 제시하고 구체적으로 이 제도하에서 실업급여와 연금담보대출의 적정수준을 결정하는 요인을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 통합실업보험제가 기존 실업보험제에 비해 후생적으로우월하고 실업급여 수준은 근로자 위험기피도, 구직유인의 중요성 그리고 실업기간의 상대적 크기에 따라 달라짐을 보이고 있다. 그밖에 본고에서는 같은 원리에 의해 연금을 실업보험 뿐아니라 다른 사회보험과도 동시에 통합하는 것이 후생적으로 바람직함을 강조하고 있다.

Korean Oriental Medicine has experienced the fluctuation of its status since modernization started. At the beginning of the modernization, Korean Oriental Medicine faced the crisis of disappearance and, nowadays, its status has risen to the very important position in the medical system of Korea. Korean Oriental Medical doctors have obtained the position of medical profession and enjoyed the exclusive privileges. The study on the status of Korean Oriental Medicine is an interesting subject field in the sense that the empirical research on the social factors concerning the status fluctuation of medical profession in non-western world can be done. Few studies on the social status of Korean Oriental Medicine have been found so far in spite of its ample implication of the subject. This paper conducted the questionnaire survey in order to investigate the views of Korean Oriental Medical doctors about the status of Korean Oriental medicine, factors for the improvement of its status, and the cultivating methods of Korean Oriental Medicine. Depending on the demographic features of Korean Oriental Medical doctors, first, the attitude toward the status of Korean Oriental Medicine was analyzed. The criteria to be investigated were the present and future status of Korean Oriental Medicine. Second, the items for the status improvement of Korean Oriental Medicine was analyzed under the criteria of specialization and scientific movement of Korean Oriental Medicine. Third, the stance of Korean Oriental Medical doctors on the cultivating methods of Korean Oriental Medicine was analyzed under the criteria of the level of awareness of and attitude toward Korean Oriental Medicine.

본 연구는 ALS(루게릭)장애인의 병진행 단계에 따른 원스탑지원서비스 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 목적 달성을 위해 한국과 일본의 사례를 다중사례연구로 분석하였다. 연구분석에 사용된 자료는 한국과 일본의 루게릭장애인의 일기, 블로그, SNS, 유트브, 그리고 인터뷰 등을 통해 양국의 지원서비스를 분석하였다. 연구결과 루게릭병 발병단계에는 한국루게릭협회와 같은 당사자 조직에 루게릭질환을 경험한 사람이나 가족에 의한 동료상담가를 배치하여야 한다. 연화장애단계에서는 위루술시술 후 소독과 경관식투여와 같은 의료적 처치를 위해 방문간호사의 재택방문횟수가 늘어야 하며, OT,PT에 의한 재택서비스가 필요하다. 호흡장애의 단계에서는 인공호흡기의 착용과 거부를 스스로 결정할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 강구해야 한다. 호홉기착용단계에서는 루게릭전용활동지원인의 양성과 파견이 필요하다. 또한 주 부양자를 위한 가족쉼터나 루게릭장애인 당사자가 이용할 수 있는 단기보호센터의 설치가 필요하다. 무엇보다 이러한 서비스는 단계별로 연계성 있는 원스탑지원서비스가 되어야 한다.

이 연구의 목표는 1990년대말 이래 비정규직 확대와 함께 '위기후 한국노동시장'에서 심화되어 온 불평등의 조직적 메카니즘을 설명하는데 있다. 현재 한국사회에서 확산, 심화되고 있는 불평등은 개인이 아니라 젠더, 고용지위 등 개인이 속한 범주의 위치에 좌우되는 경향이 농후하다. 정규-비정규로 구분되는 고용형태는 단순히 특정 고용계약관계에 대한 지시어가 아니라 불평등 담론의 지형내에서 지위범주로 제도화되었으며, 젠더 등 오랜 기간 노동시장 격차에 작용해 온 여타 사회 범주와 결합해 노동시장 불평등을 고착하는데 기능하고 있다. 이 연구는 희소한 조직자원에 대한 접근능력을 기초로 자원접근과 보상의 배타성을 주장(claims making)하는 기존 내부자집단과 주변적 지위로 분류되고 배제된 외부자 집단간 관계적 불평등(relational inequality)에 주목하고, 한국의 맥락에서 관계적 불평등을 재생산하는 실질적 조직 관행(practices)으로서 연공성 임금의 역할을 분석하였다. 조직이 연공성 임금에 의존할수록 해당 조직의 비정규, 특히 여성비정규직의 비중이 체계적으로 증가하며, 정규직과 비정규직 간 임금 격차 역시 의미있게 증가한다는 점을 분석적으로 제시함으로써, 내부자가 이익 재생산을 위해 명시적 혹은 암묵적으로 요구하는 연공 임금체계가 노동시장 분절에 관계한다는 점을 입증하였다.

본 연구는 부산시민을 대상으로 장기기증에 관련된 요인을 분석하여 장기기증에 관한 기초자료를 제공하고 나아가 본 조사로 인하여 장기기증에 관한 국민의식을 제고할 목적으로 시도되었다. 자료수집기간은 2009년 7월 14일부터 8월 31까지 47일 동안이었다. 자료의 수집방법은 설문조사로 총 2,200부를 배부하여 2,042부를 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 한글 SPSS 17.0을 사용 하였으며, 대상자의 인구사회학적인 특성은 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 대상자의 장기기증에 대한 태도는 요인분석 후 T-test 와 ANOVA 분석을 하였고, 장기기증의사에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상자 중 장기기증에 대하여 들은 경험이 있는 경우는 71.6%이었다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성이 장기기증의사에 미치는 영향요인으로는 성별, 본인이나 가족의 만성병 또는 불치병여부, 종교, 수용적태도요인, 배타적태도요인 그리고 권유적태도요인이었다. 이상의 결과에서 장기기증에 대한 국민들의 인식도를 높이고 사회적 공감대를 형성하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 방송과 같은 대중적인 매스미디어를 통한 지속적인 대국민 홍보활동이 중요하며, 이러한 노력을 통하여 장기기증에 대한 인식의 전환을 유도하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 베트남 커피변경지역이 글로벌 가치사슬에 통합되는 과정에서 나타나는 가치의 전유 및 실현관계를 고찰하고, 공유가치창출에 대한 지속가능한 커피 글로벌 가치사슬의 의미를 분석하고자 한다. 최근 베트남의 대표적 커피 변경지역인 닥락성은 일반 커피생산의 착취적 가치사슬에서 인증 커피 생산에 따른 공유가치사슬로의 전환을 경험하였다. 이와 같은 전환은 글로벌 가치사슬에서 지역의 교섭력과 경쟁우위를 강화시킴으로써 지속적인 가치 창출을 수반할 수 있을 것으로 기대되었다. 그러나 실질적으로 농가, 중개인, 외국 가공업체와 같은 지역 이해관계자간 이윤 분배의 위계성이 더욱 심화되는 현상이 나타났다. 이와 같은 현상의 원인은 크게 두 가지 측면에서 나타났다. 첫째, 다국적기업, 중개인, 농가 간 전속관계의 형성은 이해관계자에게 안정적인 시장을 확보해 주었지만, 다국적 기업이 전속 커피 중개인을 통해 농가를 간접적으로 통제함으로써 이해관계자 간 위계가 더욱 심화되었다. 둘째, 공유가치창출의 명목으로 농가로 전가된 사회적 및 생태적 비용이 농가의 경제적 이윤 획득을 악화시킨 반면에 다국적기업으로의 비대칭적이고 위계적인 이윤 분배를 가져왔다. 그 결과, 닥락성에 보다 위계적이고 종속적인 글로벌 가치사슬이 형성되었다.
