This study aimed to clarify the effect of information technology (IT) education on the efficiency and effectiveness of working processes among agriculture corporations. Survey data on information levels from 222 agriculture corporations were collected from the Korean Agency of Education, Promotion, and Information Service in Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (EPIS) for a governmental white paper. Structural equation modeling was used for analysis. This study found that IT education increases the ratio of the use of information systems in working processes, especially given the use of data accumulated through information and communications technologies (ICT). The findings of this study suggest that the use of ICT data as an aspect of IT education is beneficial for the agricultural sector.

The purpose of this study was to assess priority of educational needs for the development of curriculum based on key competencies of NCS for departments related to culinary arts in a 2-year college. In order to achieve this objective, the survey has been distributed to cooks working in hotel restaurants or restaurant companies by social network service and a total of 360 responses were analyzed excluding 18 responses. The collected surveys were analysed by using paired t-test, Borich's needs analysis and the locus for focus analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the level of importance and present level about key competencies recognized by cooks working in restaurant company was statistically significant in 9 fields of key competencies excluding mathematical competence. The difference recognized by cooks working in hotel was statistically significant in all 10 fields of key competencies. Second, the results of Borich's needs assessment showed that the education needs of problem solving competence were the highest, followed by interpersonal, resource management, communication, information competence. Finally, considering both Borich's needs assessment and the locus for focus analysis, cooks working in hotel restaurants recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, information competence were the top priority, and cooks working in restaurant companies recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, skill, resource management competence were the top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum for culinary arts specialists based on key competence of top priority.

Social development as well as the development of consumer electronic devices due to leakage, electric shock or fire, and many are exposed to the risk of leakage currents. Premises in the control cabinet, but the circuit breaker is installed, the existing circuit breaker shuts off when a short circuit in the control cabinet, installed only have the capability. Also connected to the outlet is installed byeokmada family of devices is not easy thing to check individually. In this paper, circuit breakers and circuit analysis and circuit performance, ZigBee-based premises of consumer electronics devices using sensors to monitor the health of the leakage can be presented on how. Performance analysis, the proposed ELB leakage current control system is built into the appliance leakage circuit breaker for each household appliances because the application can check the status of a short circuit, short circuit, over the existing system can be monitored easily.

Today the new social and cultural area is generated by development of digital media and internet. Especially UCC is the new cultural area of this time, UCC is applicated and delivered the individual image and contents by digital equipment. This research tried to study the communication esthetics with the relation of a user. And it study about the function of the media communication, the cultural possibility, the value by art of UCC. From now I have not to see the UCC media technology the level of technical limit and we see it variously the level of cultural and artistic. I study the meaning of them and try the analysis. And I will study about the communication between the individual and the community. And I will study also the short aspect and the synthesize aspect of digital network, and how possible the realization of free culture. And I will analyse the meaning and system of UCC contents that product and copy today and then I will suggest that contribute the UCC culture development.

This Study aims to establish better sound fiscal plan by investigating perception of local government officials. Local government fiscal consolidation is affected by a combination of factors, including social, economic, demographic, political financial health of local governments. We derived the financial situation of the government-related indicators, financial health-related indicators, the indicators to improve the financial health on the basis of this study are an existing discussion. To ensure the financial soundness of the Cheonan, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of financial management including financial monitoring and control devices provided the locals, investment screening analysis system to enable it. In addition, fiscal controls should be strengthened in order to effectively autonomous government debt management. You must cuts expense of local government to prepare for expansion of local government finance, it is necessary to realize that the fee rates. It should be made through a blend of autonomy and control in the central government, network of local government and the development of local financial operations. You should also to be distributed to the residents welfare and community development funds are invested substantially to establish a systematic planning, resource allocation, evaluation, and reflux system.

The purpose of this study is to examine ways to vitalize cause related marketing (CRM) by proposing character T-shirts The campaign will employ Neo-Pop art, a genre popular with both companies and consumers. Study results are as follows: First, campaign T-shirts on the issue of human alienation resulting from digitalization can be utilized to generate financial profit that can be returned to society. This can lead to the acts of exchange for profit generation, public image improvemen of companies, and enhancement of their external status. As for the non-financial aspect, the campaign could lead to increased awareness of social issues and present opportunities to take actions of improvement. Second, the financial objective of character T-shirts dealing with environmental issue of sustainability involves brand distribution network support and revitalization of promotion such as shopping basket of love and eco-friendly store matching program for eco-friendly campaign. As for the non-financial aspect, it can help raise consumers' awareness of cause related activities such as crowd funding and fundraising and prepare opportunities of direct participation. Third, the financial objective of character T-shirts dealing with natural disaster relief activities on the global level involves brand recognition level increase and enhancement of positive association of companies through emergency relief and articles support as a result of drastic increases in casualties from nature disasters. As for the non-financial aspect, it can induce people's participation in relief activities and lead to the establishment of crisis response procedures. The information on the development of pop-art character T-shirts proposed in this study is expected to be used as basic information on cause marketing of fashion companies in the future, while providing inspiration to related fashion design.

In accordance with wide spread of personal computer and the expansion of network access, the use of internet has been popular and communication by text message is much more normal than that of voice and image. Accordingly, the side effect of communication language brings about gap between diverse social class, the isolation of communication between generations, abusive expressions, obstacles of juvenile mental development and so on. It appears by the form of slang and vulgar word and has a negative effect on education of mother tongue and usage of children's real language. To deal with these problems, we developed new web-based education system through the analysis of learners' requirement; "Barun Mal, Goeun Mal class". So we verified its efficiency to apply to real class. We also found that this system increased the learners' interest and educational effectiveness. Also, this system contributed to the proper use of language.

The demand for spatial data service technologies is increasing lately with the development of realistic 3D spatial information services and ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Research is being conducted on the real-time provision of spatial data services through a variety of mobile and Web-based contents. Big data or cloud computing can be presented as alternatives to the construction of spatial data for the effective use of large volumes of data. In this paper, the process of building HLM (Hyper Live Map) using multi-source data to acquire stereo CCTV and other various data is presented and a big data service architecture design is proposed for the use of flexible and scalable cloud computing to handle big data created by users through such media as social network services and black boxes. The provision of spatial data services in real time using big data and cloud computing will enable us to implement navigation systems, vehicle augmented reality, real-time 3D spatial information, and single picture based positioning above the single GPS level using low-cost image-based position recognition technology in the future. Furthermore, Big Data and Cloud Computing are also used for data collection and provision in U-City and Smart-City environment as well, and the big data service architecture will provide users with information in real time.

In the initial stage, domestic games based online concentrated on game development focusing on income for some genres. However, various contents focusing on smart environment and social network are expanded at present and game materials are developed for more various objects. So, this study intends to examine new category, positive game, from the aspect of game designer for game approach based on various objects. And, game approaching process in the category based on pleasure was organized from the standpoint of designer, for the designer approach in the precedent stage of positive game development. From the aspect of designer, systemicity of game category and design approach are necessary to expand wire-wireless environment and new environment based on the convergence media to interactive contents focusing on games.

With the development of high performance CPU / GPU, artificial intelligence algorithms such as deep neural networks, and a large amount of data, machine learning has been extended to various applications. In particular, a large amount of data collected from the Internet of Things, social network services, web pages, and public data is accelerating the use of machine learning. Learning data sets for machine learning exist in various formats according to application fields and data types, and thus it is difficult to effectively process data and apply them to machine learning. Therefore, this paper studied a method for building a learning data set for machine learning in accordance with standardized procedures. This paper first analyzes the requirement of learning data set according to problem types and data types. Based on the analysis, this paper presents the reference model to build learning data set for machine learning applications. This paper presents the target standardization organization and a standard development strategy for building learning data set.
