The goal of modern nursing is to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients. If comprehensive nursing care to children (within the hospital setting) is to be provided, consideration of the stage of growth and development of the child is especially important. From clinical observation, it appeared that nurses often disregarded individual requirements of children in giving nursing care. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to show that comprehensive nursing care which is based on an understanding of the growth and development of the child contributes to both the child and the mother's adaptability to the child's hospitalization. Method: Sixty children, three to three year of age, hospitalized at the Yonsei University Pediatric Ward ware studied. From April 1, 1973 to May 5, 1973, children admitted to the hospital were assigned to either an experimental or a compare groups. There were 30 children in each group. The sex and age of the children in each group was similar. In both groups were more male than female children. In the experimental group, each mother stayed with hot child continuously during his hospitalization. In the compare groups, the mother or some other member of the family stayed with the child. Each day on the child's admission the investigator visited the ward from 1-2 P.M. to 9-10 P.M., in order to provide comprehensive care for the experimental -group. The assistance given the nurses by the investigator was in the form of conferences regarding care and in giving direct care to the child and his mother. The compare group of children received nursing care as usually provided by the hospital. The instruments used to obtain the data for analysis were as follows: 1. The fear and anxiety reaction of the child was recorded by observation of the investigator for four areas: 1) separation from parent and relatives 2) reaction to Doctor and Nurse with white gowns 3) reaction to nursing care 4) reaction to injection and tests, etc. 2. Regression in area of eating, sleeping, and elimination were recorded by the investigator by questioning the mother and by observation. 3. Adaptability to the hospitalization was recorded by direct questioning of the children for areas of emotional and social adjustment. For children older than 3 years of age or children not seriously ill, using the simple I. Q. test this was possible for only 35 of the total 60 children. Result: 1. 55 percents of the total 60 children had been prepared by their parents for hospitalization. The children who had received prior preparation accepted hospitalization more readily than those who had received no preparation. (χ²=4.6 Ρ<0.05) 2. On admission 31.7 percent of the children expressed verbal fear of their discase or treatment. 25 percent felt that the disease was due to their mistake. 3. There was a significant difference in the reaction of the child to separation from the parent or relatives between the two groups. The experimental groups showed less anxiety due to separation than the compare group. (χ²=4.34 Ρ<0.05) In both groups there was less anxiety due to separation among school age (6-12 years) children than among preschool age (3-5 years) children. (χ²=9.22 Ρ<0.05) 4. More than half of the children in both groups reacted with fear and avoidance to doctor and/or nurses wearing white gowns. (χ²=0.06 Ρ<0.05) 5. The experimental group reacted more favorably to nursing in general than the compare group. (χ²=4.8 Ρ<0.05) 6. There was no difference in the fear and refused reaction to special tests and/or such as X-rays and injections, etc. between the groups. (χ²=3.77 Ρ<0.05) 7. More children in the compare group showed regressive tendencies in eating, sleeping, and elimination habits than in experimental groups. (χ²=2.3 Ρ<0.05 χ²=3.88 Ρ<0.05 χ²=4.9 Ρ<0.05) 8. There was a significant difference in the adaptability to hospitalization between the two groups. The experimental groups adapted more readily. (χ²=2.02 Ρ<0.05) 9. For children who had higher I.Q. s the adaptability to hospitalization was better regardless of the group. (χ²=5.03 Ρ<0.05) However, because of the small number of cases (60), this finding cannot be extrapolated without further verification. The date demonstrates that there was a greater adaptability to hospitalization by the child when comprehensive nursing care was given. By planning care and applying knowledge of growth and development to meet, nurses are in a position to prevent some of the psychological trauma associated with hospitalization.

Internet-based social and interactive video applications have become major constituents of the envisaged applications for next-generation multimedia networks. However, inherently dynamic network conditions, together with varying user expectations, pose many challenges for resource allocation mechanisms for such applications. Yet, in addition to addressing these challenges, service providers must also consider how to mitigate their operational costs (e.g., energy costs, equipment costs) while satisfying the end-user quality of service (QoS) expectations. This paper proposes a heuristic solution to the problem, where the energy incurred by the applications, and the monetary costs associated with the service infrastructure, are minimized while simultaneously maximizing the average end-user QoS. We evaluate the performance of the proposed solution in terms of serving probability, i.e., the likelihood of being able to allocate resources to groups of users, the computation time of the resource allocation process, and the adaptability and sensitivity to dynamic network conditions. The proposed method demonstrates improvements in serving probability of up to 27%, in comparison with greedy resource allocation schemes, and a several-orders-of-magnitude reduction in computation time, compared to the linear programming approach, which significantly reduces the service-interrupted user percentage when operating under variable network conditions.

Collaborative awareness between persons with various smart multimedia devices is a new trend in the Internet of Things (IoT). Because of the mobility, randomness, and complexity of persons, it is difficult to achieve complete data awareness and data transmission in IoT. Therefore, research must be conducted on mobile-aware service models. In this work, we first discuss and quantify the social relationships of mobile nodes from multiple perspectives based on a summary of social characteristics. We then define various decision factors (DFs). Next, we construct a directed and weighted community by analyzing the activity patterns of mobile nodes. Finally, a mobile-aware service routing algorithm (MSRA) is proposed to determine appropriate service nodes through a trusted chain and optimal path tree. The simulation results indicate that the model has superior dynamic adaptability and service discovery efficiency compared to the existing models. The mobile-aware service model could be used to improve date acquisition techniques and the quality of mobile-aware service in the IoT.

Hence, in this research, we will think about social characteristic and design paradigm of digital age by questioning how spatial design is changing in the digital age and how digital technology is affecting spatial design. this study analyzed about the space form, digital media setting, user interactivity of the examples of experience space using digital media. fields of our society, interactive space with the concept of HCI became a big issue in environmental design field. In this interactive space, various types of informative factors of the given space are sent using sensor and computer networking technology to the main system, and the main computer system sends manipulated output media to interactive devices. So, a user's movement in the space is more than just a movement itself user's movement now forms a important spatial structure that leads the narrative of the space. Researcher will analyze the characteristic of a public space and progress this research supposing that space needs this interactive design.

In this paper, we propose a study on the purchasing intent of the new e-commerce consumer, the coronavirus may once again drive the structural change of China's economy, and the new online marketing model will be noticed during the epidemic. Through 438 questionnaires collected on the Internet, frequency analysis, element analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation analysis were performed using SPSS V22.0 and AMOS V22.0 methods. Study the validation of hypotheses in the model to reveal the reasons why consumers in the new e-business are exposed. The results show that e-commerce features of Internet celebrities and individual characteristics of Internet celebrities can only enhance consumers' satisfaction. Quasi social relationships only increase consumer satisfaction without generating the will to purchase directly. Consumer satisfaction is the core foundation that dominates long-term consumption. E-commerce should focus on the ability of online celebrities to sell their expertise and the adaptability of value and product characteristics when conducting online celebrity marketing.

Recent drought events in the South Korea and the magnitude of drought losses indicate the continuing vulnerability of the agricultural drought. Various studies have been performed on drought hazard assessment at the regional scales, but until recently, drought management has been response oriented with little attention to mitigation and preparedness. A vulnerability assessment is introduced in order to preemptively respond to agricultural drought and to predict the occurrence of drought. This paper presents a method for spatial, Geographic Information Systems-based assessment of agricultural drought vulnerability in South Korea. It was hypothesized that the key 14 items that define agricultural drought vulnerability were meteorological, agricultural reservoir, social, and adaptability factors. Also, this study is to analyze agricultural drought vulnerability by comparing vulnerability assessment according to weighting method. The weight of the evaluation elements is expressed through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which includes subjective elements such as surveys, and the Entropy method using attribute information of the evaluation items. The agricultural drought vulnerability map was created through development of a numerical weighting scheme to evaluate the drought potential of the classes within each factor. This vulnerability assessment is calculated the vulnerability index based on the weight, and analyze the vulnerable map from 2015 to 2019. The identification of agricultural drought vulnerability is an essential step in addressing the issue of drought vulnerability in the South Korea and can lead to mitigation-oriented drought management and supports government policymaking.
The purpose of this study is to provide necessary information to understand characteristics of vocational high school students and to enhance academic engagement through social support of teachers, leading to help research of teaching and learning strategy. A survey was conducted on 990 engineering major students attending 11 vocational high schools in Seoul metropolitan, Chungcheong, Jeolla, Kyeongsang and Kangwon regions. A questionnaire consists of measurement tools for the academic engagement (21 questions) and the social support of teachers (25 questions). The findings of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the level of students' academic engagement was high. But it appears that the students showed low engagement of emotion compared with that of behavior and cognition. There was no level difference according to gender, but there was a considerable difference according to a school year. The first year students' level of engagement was higher than the second and the third year students' in terms of cognition and emotion. Second, it shows that the level of the teachers' social support was normal, which was in the order of appraisal support, instrumental support, informational support, and emotional support. Especially, the level of appraisal support and instrumental support was most. Third, there were correlation and explanation between students' academic engagement and teachers' social support. Moreover, the result that teachers' emotional support has high correlation and explanation in qualitative terms of academic engagement support the importance. Therefore, it is concluded that the social support of teachers can make an positive influence on improving the academic engagement of students and provide students with adaptability and satisfaction with their school life, which may give students a positive effect in emotional development, self-formation, and complement.
The purpose of this research is to find relationships between safeguards' personality traits and stress coping behaviors. The findings then could provide data to adapt safeguards to their duties. For that, personality traits such as sociability, stability and stress coping behaviors and the effects were investigated. In addition, cognitive aspects which were known to influence stress coping behaviors were appraised. The findings of this research are as follows, First, regarding personality traits and stress coping behaviors, the unstable and unsocial group used the emotion-focused coping style more than the stable and social group. The two groups didn't show any significant differences in the problem-focused coping style. The A-type group used both the problem-focused style and the emotion-focused style more than the B-type group. The common characteristic of the unstable, the unsociable and the A-type groups was the heavy use of avoidance behaviors of the emotion-focused coping style. Second, In the correlation between the personal traits and the stress coping effects regarding adaptability, the stability influenced stress coping effects. Third, regarding the personality traits, the coping styles and the coping effects, A-type group showed high correlation with the sociability but not with the stability. The problem-focused coping style showed high correlation with the emotion-focused style. Fourth, the cognitive appraisal on the stress causes influenced the stress coping styles but not the stress coping effects. Fifth, the cognitive appraisal on the same stress causes didn't show any significant differences among the personality traits.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate personality traits of oriental medical students in graduating class by using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). Methods : The subjects of this study were 164 (male 108, female 56) oriental medical students in Busan. MMPI scores were analyzed about validity scales, clinical scales and personality disorder scales in aspects of whole student, attendant year, gender and ages. Results & Conclusions : First, The average scores of MMPI scales showed that oriental medical students in graduating class lay within the range of normal. There was no difference among attendant years, and averages of each year made little difference to whole student. The students belonged to 'defensive group' that were doing adaptive defense relatively Second, in comparison with gender, female students got more social adaptability and less stress than male students. In comparison with ages, group of $28{\sim}42$ years old tended to make up themselves with defensive attitude.

Williams syndrome is a rare genetic disorder with a frequency of one per 20,000~50,000 live births. It is caused by a deletion of one elastin allele located within chromosome subunit 7q11.23(long arm). This syndrome is frequently accompanied by disorders such as congenital heart disease, facial anomalies, mental retardation, and so on. The characteristic facial appearance includes full lips, rounded cheeks, broad forehead, periorbital fullness, flattened bridge of nose, small nose with anteverted nostril, long filtrum and low-set ears. In oral features, hypodontia, high prevalence of dental caries, microdontia, enamel hypoplasia, delayed eruption, and malocclusions have been found. Most adult patients with Williams syndrome lack social adaptability and lead seclusive lives, however, young patients are rather very friendly and talkative, and seem smarter than their actual intellectual quotients. They also tend to favor staying with grown-ups rather than mixing with their peers, and tend to present problematic temper tantrum during dental treatment.
