Influence of Deposition Pressure on Structural and Optical Properties of SnS Thin Films Grown by RF Magnetron Sputtering (RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 성장 된 SnS 박막의 구조적 및 광학적 특성에 대한 증착 압력의 영향)

  • Single-phased SnS thin films have been prepared by RF magnetron sputtering at various deposition pressures. The effect of deposition pressure on the structural and optical properties of polycrystalline SnS thin films was studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (UV-Vis-NIR) spectrophotometer. The XRD analysis revealed the orthorhombic structure of the SnS thin films oriented along the (111) plane direction. As the deposition pressure was increased from 5 mTorr to 15 mTorr, the intensity of the peak on the (111) plane increased, and the intensity decreased under the condition of 20 mTorr. The binding energy difference at the Sn 3d5/2 and S 2p3/2 core levels was about 324.5 eV, indicating that the SnS thin film was prepared as a pure Sn-S phase. The optical properties of the SnS thin films indicate the presence of direct allowed transitions with corresponding energy band gap in the rang 1.47-1.57 eV.

Synthesis of Nanosized SnS-TiO2 Photocatalysts with Excellent Degradation Effect of TBA under Visible Light Irradiation

  • SnS-$TiO_2$ nanocomposites are synthesized using simple, cheap, and less toxic $SnCl_2$ as the tin (II) precursor. The prepared nanoparticles are characterized using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The XRD and TEM results indicate that the prepared product has SnS nanoparticles and a grain diameter of 30 nm. The DRS demonstrate that SnS-$TiO_2$ possesses the absorption profile across the entire visible light region. The generation of reactive oxygen species is detected through the oxidation reaction from 1,5-diphenyl carbazide (DPCI) to 1,5-diphenyl carbazone (DPCO). It is found that the photocurrent density and photocatalytic effect increase with the modified SnS. Excellent catalytic degradation of Texbrite BA-L (TBA) solution is observed using the SnS-$TiO_2$ composites under visible light irradiation. It is proposed that both the strong visible light absorption and the multiple exciton excitations contribute to the high visible light photocatalytic activity.

  • CRT용 고전압 형광체인 ZnS를 저전압용에 적용하기 위해 ZnS 분말표면에 졸-겔법으로 SnO$_2$코팅조건을 연구하였다. Sn의 코팅량은 Sn/ZnS=0.02~0.07 범위에서 변화시켰으며, 코팅된 ZnS분말의 열처리는 450~90$0^{\circ}C$/2hr 범위에서 수행하였다. Sn/ZnS=0.035일 때 최적의 코팅이 이루어졌으며, 과도한 열처리는 ZnS에서 ZnO로 상전이가 발생하므로 500~$600^{\circ}C$ 정도가 안전한 조건임이 규명되었다. Sn량이 증가할수록 코팅된 ZnS의 형광강도는 감소하였으나 저전압 형광특성은 향상될 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다.

  • 최근 태양전지에 대한 연구가 활발하기 이루어지고 있다. 그 중 본 연구에선 태양전지에 사용될 광흡수층에 대한 연구로 광흡수층은 광흡수계수와 밴드갭의 영향을 받고 SnS가 적합한 특성을 지니고 있다고 판단하여 이에 대한 합성과 특성에 대한 연구를 진행 하였다. SnxSy 박막은 Electrochemical deposition, Spray pyrolysis deposition, Furnace를 이용하는 등 다양한 방법이 있다. 이러한 방법들은 대부분 막질이 좋지 않다고 알려져 있는데 그 중 Furnace를 이용하는 방법은 간단하며 넓은 면적에 쉽게 증착이 가능하다는 장점이 있지만 S의 양과 온도에 민감하다. 본 연구에서는 Sn과 SnO 박막을 전구체로 사용하였으며 S의 양과 온도를 조절하여 로를 이용하여 합성하였다. 이에 대한 조성 및 구조적 특성을 분석하기 위해 XRD를 전기적 특성을 확인하기 위하여 Hall effect measurement를 통하여 측정하였다.

  • SNS allowed users to serve not only as the content and message producer but as the consumer, with development into various types of SNS platforms. Instead of a traditional media structure of media-to-many and unspecified users, it also made it possible to achieve one-to-one or one-to-many interactions, regardless of time and space, through SNS platforms. Moreover, according to development of digital communication technology, IT, media contents and communication network have been mutually connected, though they were once separate. The changes in communication environments have caused rapid disorganization and reorganization in popular culture led by specific expert groups. Such trend has a greater influence on marketing strategies of enterprises. In other words, it will lead them to mostly introduce new information technologies, based on consumer market, and to strategically participate in SNS for promotion and marketing for their products and brands. Likewise, SNS has currently appeared as the main media affecting consumers' behaviors. In consideration of the importance of SNS features, which can stimulate responses of other users, analysis of main features affecting SNS user acceptance decision is required, as well as its utilization strategies. Accordingly, this study conducted division of SNS features into openness, quickness, interactiveness and economical efficiency to derive strategies for increasing the usage frequency of SNS and ultimately maximizing the expectation effect, in addition to an empirical analysis of effects of SNS features on usefulness, easiness and pleasure perceived in SNS, and SNS user intention.

Microstructure and Contact Resistance of the Au-Sn Flip-Chip Joints Processed by Electrodeposition (전기도금법을 이용하여 형성한 Au-Sn 플립칩 접속부의 미세구조 및 접속저항)

  • Microstructure and contact resistance of the Au-Sn solder joints were characterized after flip-chip bonding of the Au/Sn bumps processed by successive electrodeposition of Au and Sn. Microstructure of the Au-Sn solder joints, formed by flip-chip bonding at $285^{\circ}C$ for 30 sec, was composed of the $Au_5Sn$+AuSn lamellar structure. The interlamellar spacing of the $Au_5Sn$+AuSn structure increased by reflowing at $310^{\circ}C$ for 3 min after flip-chip bonding. While the Au-Sn solder joints formed by flip-chip bonding at $285^{\circ}C$ for 30 sec exhibited an average contact resistance of 15.6 $m{\Omega}$/bump, the Au-Sn solder joints reflowed at $310^{\circ}C$ for 3 min after flip-chip bonding possessed an average contact resistance of 15.0 $m{\Omega}$/bump.

  • 최근 스마트폰 열풍과 함께 트위터, 페이스북 등으로 대표되는 SNS의 이용이 크게 확대되었다. SNS가 개인간 네트워크 유지 및 확대를 위한 소통의 도구로 자리매김함에 따라 기업들도 고객과의 관계 강화를 위한 마케팅 도구로 SNS를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 개인 프로필을 기반으로 하는 정보의 공개 및 공유가 특징인 SNS는 개인정보 노출이나 퍼블리시티권 침해, 저작권 침해 등 여러 가지 사회적 이슈를 야기하고 있다. 이에 SNS 이용자들은 정보의 공유에 대한 범위 설정 등을 통해 자신의 권리는 물론, 타인의 권리도 보호해야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 SNS 상에서 발생하는 권리침해 문제들을 개괄하고, 주요 SNS의 이용약관을 살펴봄으로써 SNS 이용자의 정보공유 및 권리보호를 위한 권한과 책무를 파악하고자 한다.

  • Social networking services (SNS) are developing significantly with the Internet and smartphones. It's a friendly social media, but if you think deeply about it, you'll find that it has a variety of faces. It is a communication tool between users, a medium for delivering information, an infrastructure for providing applications, and a community where people with common interests gather. In recent years, business tools, shopping and payment methods are also being swallowed. The influence of the spread of SNS on the real world is also expanding, and the work being dealt with from a sociological perspective is also increasing. Also, if you pay attention to the technical aspects of SNS, it is composed of various technical elements, such as infrastructure that handles large-scale access, user interface that supports comfortable use, and big data analysis to understand people's behavior more deeply. However, I usually use it as usual. However, if you look through SNS, you can see that the situation is surprisingly profound and multifaceted. This study began by looking at the history and current status of SNS and attempted to find its status through comparison with other media. From the point of view of relationship with society, it can be a risk and legal issue when using SNS, such as crimes using bad social media or social media. It is also necessary to comment on the activities on SNS or the guidelines established by the operators. Therefore, various legal issues on SNS will be discussed. Also, as an example of using SNS, I will introduce an example of using SNS in disaster response. From a more technical point of view, you will receive commentary on SNS's network-based technology and SNS's information use, and these articles will help you understand and use SNS safely and help you further utilize or develop SNS.

The Effects of Fe and V on the Characteristics of $\beta$to$\alpha$ Transformation for Zr-0.8Sn Alloys (Fe와 V이 Zr-0.8Sn 합금의 $\beta{\rightarrow}\alpha$ 상변태 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • The effects of Fe and V content on the characteristics of $\beta$ to $\alpha$ phase transformation for Zr-0.8Sn alloys were studied by optical and transmission electron microscopy. With increasing V content, $\beta{\rightarrow}\alpha+\beta$ transformation temperature decreased, thus allowing the width of $\alpha$-lath to be fine air-cooled Zr-0.8Sn-xV alloys. The width of $\alpha$-lath, however, was slightly increased with Fe content. While the $\beta$ to $\alpha$ transformed microstructures of water-quenched Zr-0.8Sn, Zr-0.8Sn-0.1Fe, Zr-0.8Sn-0.2Fe, Zr-0.8Sn-0.4Fe, Zr-0.8Sn-0.1V and Zr-0.8Sn-0.2V were mainly slipped martensite, that of water-quenched Zr-0.8Sn-0.4V was predominantly twinned martensite. The transition of slipped martensite to twinned martensite in Zr-0.8Sn-Xv was thought to be due to the decrease of $M_S$ temperature.

Interfacial Microstructure Evolution between Liquid Au-Sn Solder and Ni Substrate (액상 Au-Sn 솔더와 Ni 기판의 계면현상에 대한 고찰)

  • Eutectic Au-20Sn(compositions are all in weight percent unless specified otherwise) solder alloys were soldered on the Ni substrate with various time and temperature. The composition, phase identification and morphology of intermetallic compounds(IMC) at the interface were examined using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM). There were two types of IMCs, $(Au,Ni)_3Sn_2$ and $(Au,Ni)_3Sn$ at the interface. The transition in morphology of $(Au,Ni)_3Sn_2$ has been observed at $300{\~}400^{\circ}C$. The morphology transition of $(Au,Ni)_3Sn_2$ is due to the decrease of enthalpy of formation of $(Au,Ni)_3Sn_2$ phase and has been explained well by Jackson's parameter with temperature. Because the number of diffusion channel is different at each soldering temperature, IMC thickness is nearly same at all temperature.
