  • The purpose of this paper is to identify keywords related to museums, gamification, and visitors, and provide basic data that the museum market can be expanded by using gamification. That used to collect data for blogs, news, cafes, intellectuals, academic information by Naver and Daum which is Web documents in Korea, and Google Web, news, Facebook, Baidu, YouTube, and Twitter for analysis. For the data analysis period, a total of one year of data was selected from April 16, 2020 to April 16, 2021, after Corona. For data collection and analysis, the frequency and matrix of keywords were extracted through Textom, a social matrix site, and the relationship and connection centrality between keywords were analysed and visualized using the Netdraw function in the UCINET6 program. In addition, We performed CONCOR analysis to derive clusters for similar keywords. As a result, a total of 25,761 cases that analysing the keywords of museum, gamification and visitors were derived. This shows that the museum, gamification, and spectators are related to each other. Furthermore, if a system using gamification is developed for museums, the museum market can be developed.

  • This study examines the factors influencing the use of mobile food ordering applications and their impact on consumption behavior amidst recent societal changes. It re-evaluates the relevance of factors from the UTAUT2 theory in predicting customers' behavioral intentions. Additionally, the study explores the moderating effect of confidence in food safety measures (CFSM). Quantitative research methods are employed. A structured questionnaire that measures the psychological factors, behavioral intention, and actual usage of mobile food ordering applications was used to collect customer data. Regression and moderation analyses are conducted to test the hypotheses and examine the moderating role of CFSM. The findings reveal that performance expectation, effort expectation, and habit significantly predict customers' intention to use mobile food ordering applications. Moreover, for customers with high CFSM, social influence, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation add additional contributions to their behavioral intention. This study extends the UTAUT2 theory by applying it to mobile food ordering applications and examining the influence of CFSM. It identifies the specific factors that drive customers' intention to use these applications and highlights the importance of CFSM as a moderating factor. The findings offer theoretical insights and practical implications for researchers and practitioners in the mobile food ordering industry.

  • This study examines the effect of SNS tourism value (economic, social) and social capital (bonding, bridging) on SNS tourism satisfaction using SNS and the effect of SNS tourism satisfaction on reuse intention. In addition, in the relationship between SNS tourism satisfaction and reuse intention, a future-oriented time perspective variable was applied to investigate the moderating effect. We verified 326 people who had accommodation tourism experience using SNS. SPSS 25.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used to analyze reliability and validity. The study results are as follows. First, economic and social values had a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, it was found that bridging social capital had a positive effect on satisfaction, but bonding social capital had no effect. Third, satisfaction was confirmed to have a positive effect on reuse intention. Fourth, in the relationship between satisfaction and reuse intention, the future-oriented time perspective was found to have a significant moderating effect. The overall implications are presented through the research results, and it is expected that these will be used as basic data for the development plan of the tourism industry.

  • Almost all Koreans recognize the Dolhareubang as a representative symbol of Jeju. However, as the development of online technology progressed, the image and perception of the Dolhareubang is also expected to change. Thus, this study explored the perceived images of Dolhareubang by focusing on residents in Seoul, Korea using Q methodology. The goal of this research was to evaluate this iconic representation of Jeju as an important component of the island's online tourism destination image. The Q-set was developed from existing literature and defined conceptually in terms of 'value', 'resource', 'story', and 'image'. Thirty five respondents were recruited as P set. Findings indicated four distinctive clusters that perceived the Dolhareubang differently and differences in perceptions were observed in terms of age. The examination of destination image and the exploration of the perceptions of Dolharuebang as a representative of Jeju could contribute to online destination image management or development, which is a crucial component of smart tourism.

Therefore, it is time to recommend chocolate according to consumers' tendency to eat out. In this paper, we propose a chocolate recommendation application based on the tendency to eat out using data on social networks. To collect keyword-based chocolate information, Textom is used as a text mining big data analysis solution.Text mining analysis and related topics are extracted and modeled. Because to shorten the time to recommend chocolate to users. In addition, research on the propensity of eating out is based on prior research. Finally, it implements hybrid app base.

  • Since the first outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, it has caused a huge blow to the restaurant industry. However, as social distancing was lifted as of April 2022, the restaurant industry gradually recovered, and as a result, interest in restaurant start-ups increased. Therefore, in this paper, big data analysis was conducted by selecting "restaurant start-up" as a key keyword through social media big data analysis using Textom and then conducting word frequency and CONCOR analysis. The collection period of keywords was selected from May 1, 2022 to May 23, 2023, after the lifting of social distancing due to COVID-19, and based on the analysis, the development of a restaurant start-up consulting chatbot service is proposed.

  • Given the increasing information overload among users of online review websites, understanding the manner in which cognitive costs are reduced and efficient information is made reliable has become increasingly important. This study targets a unique consumer review design and explores how reviews from an external peer-to-peer site embedded in an online travel agency (OTA) website influence subsequent evaluation behaviors. The empirical results indicate that (1) embedded external reviews with a high average valence tend to strengthen the influence of the positive evaluation ratio while diminishing the effect of the review volume, and (2) embedded external reviews with a large variance strengthen the positive effect of the review volume while weakening the effect of the positive evaluation ratio on subsequent positive evaluations. The findings provide practical insights for consumers and online platforms.

Thus, in the evaluation for components of development Plan, it was excellent in core projects. Second, as a result of SMART, concreteness, measurability, achievability, relevance and time frame of library development plan was presented to be 3.09. 2.99. 3.12. 3.24 and 3.10 respectively. Thus, in the evaluation components of development plan. it was excellent in relevance but it has been found that supplementary measures should be taken on measurability. Third, 'culture-oriented room with knowledge and information' was found to be superior to the 'information library with up-to-date technology' in evaluation of the objective. Fourth, 'substantiality in user service with the supplement of library contents' was excellent in evaluation of core projects but there is some problem with 'activation of library function through training and supplement of professional manpower.' Fifth. 'Enhancement in library information service' was presented to be excellent in evaluation of main business but there was problem in 'reinforcement in function of library for each location and type,' 'partnership of public-private enterprises' and 'promotion for book culture of the public' thus it need to be revised and supplemented hereafter.
