Development of ICT technologies leads exponential growth of various sharing economy over the last couple of years. The intuitive advantage of the sharing economy is efficient utilization of idle goods and services, but there are safety and security concerns. In this paper, we propose a onetime password based access control system to support secure accommodation sharing service and show the implementation results. To provide a secure service to both the provider and the user, the proposed system issues a onetime access password that is valid only during the sharing period reserved by the user, thereafter access returns to the accommodation owner. Especially, our system provides secure user access by merging the two elements of speaker recognition using voice and a one-time password to open and close the door lock. In this paper, we propose a secure system for accommodation sharing services as a use-case, but the proposed system can be applicable to various sharing services utilizing security-sensitive facilities.

Recently, human's life is more longer and the birth rate continually decrease by the development of medical technology. In 2026 the ratio of the elderly will come up to 20.8% and be a 'post-aged society'. Development of economy and industrialization not only accelerate the urbanization and formation of nuclear family, but also change the changing of traditional society and one's value. So the issue of society and value's changing in the elderly increase the centralizing in the silver industry, and by the recent research about the elderly, they not want to live with their children, but want to live independently. This study is meaningful at the next generation of Ubiquitous society and post-aged society, proposing the smart silver town in urban type and let the elderly keeping the existing life in city. It realize the concept of 'Aging in Place' and propose the smart silver town in urban type which appropriate to behavior of the elderly, and being satisfy with various requirements of the elderly. This study point up the combination of physical elements and electronic elements through the smart technology, and making an smart environment to compose the smart silver town in urban type which react the behavior of the elderly.

A new concept of piezoelectric smart panels for noise reduction in wide band frequencies is proposed and their possibility is experimentally investigated. The proposed panels are based on active and passive methods. They use piezoelectric smart structure technology for active noise reduction at low band frequencies and passive sound absorbing materials for mid-range of noise frequencies. To prove the concept of piezoelectric smart panels, an acoustic measurement experiment was performed. The smart panels exhibit a good noise reduction in middle and high frequency ranges due to the mass effects of absorbing materials or/and the air gap. The use of piezoelectric smart panel renders noise reduction large at resonance frequency. Another concept of smart panel that uses piezoelectric damping is experimentally investigated. Since piezoelectric dampings can reduce vibration and noise at resonance frequencies with simple shunt circuit, they have merits in terms of economy and simplicity. Dissipated energy method(DEM) is adopted to tune the shunt circuit precisely in piezoelectric dampings. Noise reduction at multiple resonance frequencies is demonstrated.

본 논문은 21세기 지식기반경제의 국제사회에서 경쟁할 수 있는 우리만의 강점기술을 전략적 선택으로 집중개발 필요성 증대에 따라 추진하게 된 ‘21세기 뉴-프론티어 연구개발사업’ 의 일환인 ‘스마트 무인기(Smart Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) 기술개발’ 에 해당되며, 이 중 스마트 무인기의 운용에 필요한 원격명령(Tele-Command)신호의 수신기능과 동시에 영상(Video)신호 및 원격측정(Tele-Metry)신호를 송신하는 기능 등을 수행하는 Ku-대역 탑재영상 송수신시스템을 설계하였다. 또한, 설계된 전체 통신시스템의 체계요구에 만족하기 위하여 이를 해석하였으며, 전체 시스템의 모듈별 시뮬레이션 및 제작을 통해 본 논문의 타당성을 보였다.

원자력 발전소의 안전관리에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, 관리를 위한 모니터링 시스템 개발의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 또한 스마트폰, 스마트패드의 확산과 무선 네트워크의 진화가 스마트 혁명을 촉발하고 있으며, 삶의 변화 뿐 아니라, 모바일 중심으로 산업성장 및 인터넷 경제가 부상하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 혁명 시대에 부응하기 위하여 전통 원자력 산업에 최신 스마트 기술을 융합한 방사선 안전관리 콘텐츠 시스템을 제안한다. 기본적인 영상 및 선량 데이터를 실시간으로 출력하며, 방사선 안전관리에 필요한 기본 모니터링 기능을 제공한다.

최근, 스마트폰 출시에 따라 정보통신 환경은 정보통신 기술의 생태계 변화는 물론이고, 이동성과 효율성을 중요시하는 업무 패러다임까지 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 정보화 추진 가속과 스마트워크 기반을 조성하여 업무환경의 패러다임을 변화시키고, 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에 도움을 주며 글로벌 경제로 도약할 수 있는 토대를 마련하기 위해 중소기업에 적합한 스마트워크 IT 시스템을 모델링하여 제안하였다. 30명 이하의 중소기업 CEO와 근로자들을 대상으로 스마트워크 환경 조성과 인식 변화와 관련된 설문조사를 하였으며 75%이상의 긍정적인 결과를 도출함으로써 중소기업에서도 스마트워크 인프라 확산에 기여할 것으로 증명되었다.

The purpose of the article is to identify priority trends of technological innovations and strategic opportunities for using the smart potential to the benefit of the Russian industrial production development in the context of digital transformation. The article substantiates the demand for technological process automation at industrial enterprises in Russia and considers the possibilities of using artificial intelligence and the implementation of smart manufacturing in the industry. The article reveals the priorities of the leading Russian industrial companies in the field of digitalization, namely, an expansion of the use of cloud technologies, predictive analysis, IaaS services (virtual data storage and processing centers), supervisory control, and data acquisition (SCADA), etc. The authors give the characteristics of the monitoring of the smart manufacturing systems development indicators in the Russian Federation, conducted by Rosstat since 2020; presents projected data on the assessment of the required resources in relation to the instruments of state support for the development of smart manufacturing technologies for the period until 2024. The article determines targets for the development of smart technologies within the framework of the Federal Project "Digital Technologies".

Purpose - This study aimed to examine the influence of various factors on customer satisfaction and the continuance usage intention, based on the purchasing type of smart speaker users. Design/methodology/approach - Data was gathered through surveys, collecting responses from 180 smart speaker users in Korea. Structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the data. Findings - Both perceived usefulness and perceived security were observed to have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction across all user groups. Moreover, perceived ease of use and perceived versatility showed a significant positive effect on the continuance usage intention. Notably, for those who acquired the smart speakers for free, perceived usefulness had a positive impact on the continuance usage intention. Conversely, for those who made a paid purchase, perceived versatility played a significant role in driving customer satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This research offers insights into the Korean smart speaker market, a unique environment where local competitors thrive in the absence of giants like Amazon and Google. It provides a nuanced view of customer reactions to these innovative devices. The study further distinguishes between high-involvement (paid purchase users) and low-involvement (free acquisition users) consumers, offering a more detailed understanding of user perspectives based on their acquisition mode.

최근 스마트도시 조성을 도시의 지속가능한 경제성장 동력으로 접근하는 시각이 늘어나고 있다. 스마트시티를 통한 산업활성화를 위해서는 기술과 서비스 개발에 대한 투자가 필요하기 때문에 정부와 지자체 차원의 지원 확대가 예상된다. 도시 성장 동력으로써의 스마트도시서비스 활성화와 스마트도시 산업의 지원을 위한 스마트시티 정책을 추진하기 위해서는 우선적으로 스마트시티 서비스 개발과 적용 현황 분석을 통해 서비스 개발 현황을 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 서비스 추진 경향을 분석함으로써, 이를 바탕으로 스마트시티 산업 활성화와 스마트도시 산업 지원을 위한 정책적 의사결정과정에서의 근거자료를 구축하고자 한다.

Augmented reality, which has recently drawn great attention, has along history in technical terms. However, the latest emergence of mobile augmented reality using smartphones is allowing people to access augmented reality more easily and faster than ever. However, a review of existing studies shows that most of them have focused on the technical realization of augmented reality, whereas few studies have dealt with how users perceive augmented reality. For users, augmented reality is a means of knowledge transfer, which enables the experience of more abundant reality by providing additional informatio nsources to objects or landscapes. There fore, the element of experience must be considered for the perception of users. In addition, the current augmented reality technology certainly provides users with more fun than any other existing technologies. In this regard, this study intended to divided experiences not only into sensory experiences, but also into entertainment, educational, escapist, and esthetic experiences based on the experience economy theory suggested by Pine and Gilmore(1998). Moreover, this study intended to examine whether mobile augmented reality applications, which are highly popular as a means of the experience economy, influence the usefulness, convenience, and enjoyment perceived by users, and to identify which of these cognitive elements influence usage intentions.
