Smart phones have brought rapid changes in this competitive world. Smart phone application developers are trying their best to consider the customer requirements in the most efficient way while considering all its attributes. However smart phone service quality has been given less consideration comparatively during the last few years. This paper proposes a measurement method for improving service quality of smart phone application. This method combines the service quality performance model (SQPM) and process capability index (PCI). The service quality performance model is used to identify service items that require improvement. Process capability index is used as a measure for prioritization of those improvements. Case study was carried out to search out important communication application service attributes. customer satisfaction level data was collected for users who used the application service. A total of twenty four service attributes were found during this survey. Using the joint approach of SQPM and PCI, five significant service attributes were prioritized for service quality improvement.

오늘날과 같은 현대사회를 융합의 시대라고 할 수 있다. 이동통신 단말기 산업계는 모바일 컨버전스 시대로 급격히 변화되고 있다. 최근 우리나라의 경우 스마트폰 이용자는 급격하게 늘어나고 있으며 지식정보화 사회로 가속화 될수록 스마트폰의 새로운 역할과 가치가 증대되어 생활 전반에 미치는 영향은 더욱 커질 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 컨버전스는 스마트폰에서 새로운 가치 창출을 제공한다. 스마트폰을 이용하여 생활가전 기기를 조작할 수 있는 기능을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 전 세계적으로 사용자 수가 급격히 증가하고 있는 스마트폰은 기존의 일반 휴대폰보다 뛰어난 기능 및 인터페이스를 제공하고 있다. 또한 사용자의 편의에 따라 스마트폰의 시스템을 커스터마이징하는 사례가 늘어나고 있어 보안이 취약한 스마트폰의 수는 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 스마트폰을 대상으로 한 악성코드는 매년 증가하는 추세로 위협이 심화되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 보고서는 스마트폰에 전파를 발생시키는 RF통신 모듈의 시스템 설정값을 변경하는 악성코드를 감염시켜 항공 통신 시스템을 대상으로 한 전파교란 취약점을 제안하고 그에 대한 대응방안에 대해 기술한다.

The rapid changes in business environments are also applicable to the delivery service field. Numerous companies are using smart phones in order to perform work of the delivery service field that is rapidly developing every year. Smart phones established ubiquitous work environments where access to the server of the head office is possible through telephones, scanners, and the internet anywhere and anytime. However, although smart appliances including smart phones have been diffused, empirical analysis of use of them in actual has not been attempted much. In this regard, current study empirically analyzes how connectivity and context-awareness function of smart phones based on the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) influence the continuous intention to use through trust, usefulness, and ease of use. The results indicate that the connectivity and context-awareness function, which are natures of smart phones, had impacts on the ease of use and trust, but not on the usefulness. Based on these results, this study suggests implications and future research directions regarding the planning and realization of smart appliances.

이모빌라이저 시스템은 자동차 키에 저장된 코드와 자동차 엔진 ECU에 저장된 암호코드가 일치하는 경우에만 자동차 시동이 걸리는 차량 도난방지 시스템이다. 이모빌라이저 시스템 자동차의 키 분실 및 차량이 도난당했을 경우 이에 대응하기 위해 스마트 폰 등을 이용 KDC와 KMC를 통하여 사용자 인증을 마친 후 새로운 비밀 번호를 부여받는 모델을 제안한다.

현재까지 제품의 표면 질감을 얻기 위해 단순히 도장과 인쇄 같은 방법으로 2차원적인 표면처리 공정을 이용해 왔다. 그러나 밀리 스케일의 자연물 표면에 마이크로 스케일의 3차원 표면 구조를 성형해야만 보다 자연물과 유사한 질감을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 3차원 표면 구조를 가지는 사출성형품을 제작하기 위해 전주 기술을 이용한 자연물 표면 복제 기술, 전주에 의해 제작된 평면 stamper를 제품 표면 형상과 같은 곡면으로 제작하는 프레스 기술, 곡면의 stamper를 장착하여 사출 성형할 수 있는 금형 및 성형 기술을 개발하여 3차원 질감을 가지는 스마트폰 케이스를 제작하였다.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보기 위하여 연구모형을 설계하였으며, 기존 연구에 비해 스마트폰 특성이라는 독립변수와 사용만족도라는 매개변수를 추가하여 확장하였다. 이동성, 다양성, 보안성 등의 스마트폰 특성, 즉시접속성, 보안성, 시험가능성, 정보풍부성, 이용편의성 등의 모바일뱅킹 서비스 특성, 사용자 친숙도, 사용자 혁신성 등의 사용자 개인특성 등의 독립변수와 사용자 만족도라는 매개변수가 스마트폰 모바일뱅킹서비스의 수용과 관련하여 어떠한 경로를 통해 중국 소비자들의 수용의도에 영향을 주는지와 관련해 이론적 모델을 제시하고 이를 설문을 통하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 스마트폰 특성 중 이동성이, 모바일뱅킹 서비스 특성 중 즉시 접속성과 이용편의성이, 사용자 개인 특성 중 사용자 친숙도가 사용만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사용만족도는 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 이동 중에도 언제 어디서나 이용할 수 있고 사용이 쉬운 인터페이스를 제공하는 것이 스마트폰 뱅킹서비스의 수용의도를 높인다는 것을 암시한다.

스마트폰의 사용이 일상화되면서 다양한 어플리케이션이 개발되고 있다. 또한 구글맵, GPS 센싱 정보 등을 자유롭게 사용하게 됨으로써 이들을 효과적으로 활용하는 위치기반 서비스의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 GPS 정보를 서버로 전송받아서 누적된 위치정보를 기반으로 일상 경로의 이탈 여부를 판단하는 어플리케이션을 개발한다. 이는 일상적으로 이동하는 경로에서 벗어나는 경우, 자동으로 이에 대한 경보를 해줌으로써 어린이, 노약자와 같은 경우에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 서버를 이용해서 최근의 누적되는 이동 경로 정보를 활용함으로써 실시간으로 이동 경로 이탈 여부를 판단하도록 하였다. 실험 결과를 통해서 개발된 어플리케이션의 효용성을 검증한다.

Recently, the fast development of communication technologies has brought a great convince for human beings' life. Lots of commercial services and transactions can be done by using mobile communication equipments such as smart phones. Consequently, smart phones have attracted lots of companies to invest them for their potential growth of market. Compared with basic feature phone, a smart phone can offer more advanced computing ability and connectivity. However, based on the responses of customers, there still are many defectives such as not friendly and smooth operation, short standby time of batteries, threat of virus infected and so on needed to be improved. Therefore, this study will propose a product innovative function development procedure into TRIZ (theory of inventive problem solving) to transform voice of customers into product design and to create novel functions, respectively. A case study of smart phones will be provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Purpose: This study is aimed to introduce the OPA-Kano method, an integrated version of OPA(Originality Practicality Analysis) and Kano's customer satisfaction method, and to examine its applicability. Methods: 30 ideas for smart phone accessories are generated using brainstorming and SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking) and they are analyzed through the OPA-Kano method. For analysis, correlation method between OPA and Kano's results is applied for the ideas. Results: The results show that there is significant correlation between the OPA and Kano's approach, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the case of smart phone accessories. Conclusion: From the result of this study, we conclude that the proposed OPA-Kano method can be used for the evaluation of ideas and customer satisfaction.
