  • Most common web or application system architectures have central network. As a result, central network can be supervised and controlled in all situation. And It has the advantage of easy to manage and fast to work. However, central network have a disadvantage of weak to security and unclear. In particular, many institutions used by web system be has many problems by central network. In this paper, we proposed blokchain technology based on ethereum to resolve of problem and trading structure that arise in cental network. We propose a decentralized application based on points including cryptocurrency functions and smart contract to the advantages of blockchain with a decentralized structure. The results of the performance experiment are as follows; It has shown the advantages of reliable use and security in a variety of environments(Windows, Ubuntu, Mac).

펄스폭변조를 이용한 지능구조물의 능동진동제어 (Active Vibration Control of Smart Structure Using Pulse Width Modulation)

  • This paper is concerned with the active vibration control of smart structure using actuator signal made of pulse width modulation. The pulse width modulation has been used in motor control, where the amount of energy fed into the motor is controlled by the pulse width instead of applied voltage. The advantage of using the pulse width modulation is that analog signal can be replaced by the digital signal so that we can reduce system costs and power consumption. The effect of pulse width modulation on the vibration response was investigated in this study and the valid transformation rule was found. Then, the pulse width modulation was realized using a microprocessor and electronic circuit. The active vibration suppression was carried out by combining the positive position feedback controller and the pulse width modulation. The experimental result shows that we can replace an expensive amplifier with a pulse width modulation system thus reducing the system cost. The result also shows that the active vibration control can be achieved by the pulse width modulation technique.

  • Even though the existing train route controlling method, using track circuits, ensures the sufficient number of operation, it still has problems such as discordance between train numbers which was planned for operating and train numbers being operated on the track, and allowing only one train entering for one route. To solve those problems, we study and develop the Smart train route controlling system which uses the real-time informations of train positions. This system enables improve the coefficient of utilization in a certain train route controlling section, and the safety level of train route controlling, but we should ensure satisfying reliability of data about tracks operated by trains. In addition, there is a need to protect accidents caused by erroneous information of train position, by reflecting changes of tracks, for example maintenance, improvement, expansion of tracks. In this paper, we proposes and describes a developed program which required to change AutoCAD files to wiring diagrams, to generate them to data of tracks, to identify errors of those data, to construct the structure of necessary resource(s) for sub-systems of a train control system, and to provide simulations of data structure.

  • In this paper, the performance of the W-CDMA system with smart antenna is investigated. The realistic wideband channel is assumed, one of which is JTC(Joint Technique Committee) channel model. It is also assumed that multipaths are clustered. The beamforming-RAKE receiver structure of W-CDMA system is proposed, whose performance is analyzed on the assumption of perfect channel estimation. The probability density function (pdf) of SINR(Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) for different number of antennas and users is presented, and the BER(Bit Error Rate) is presented based on that. As a result, the performance of the W-CDMA system with smart antenna in the realistic wideband channel has been considerably improved.

  • 각종 정보가 범람하고 있는 현대에서 메모는 간단한 기록을 통해 쉽게 정보를 관리할 수 있는 수단으로 자리 잡았다. 특히, 정보화시대의 도래로 널리 보급된 컴퓨터 상에서 사용가능한 전자 메모는 비즈니스 사회에서 매우 유용하게 이용되고 있다. 점차적으로 지능화 되어가는 비즈니스 환경을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 해당 환경에서 지능적으로 정보를 관리할 수 있는 다기능 전자 메모 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 데이터베이스를 활용한 메모 정보 관리를 통해 시공간의 제약을 줄인다. 더불어, 해당 시스템은 음악 재생, 화면 캡쳐 및 일정관리 등의 기능을 지원한다. 이러한 기능들은 비즈니스 환경에서 제안된 시스템의 활용도를 높여준다.

  • Electronic watt hour meters(WHM) for high pressure running in domestic were installed to the digital type meter and ones for low pressure are expected to complete within several years. Domestic power metering technology is being beyond a simple framework with an electronic type and is rapidly evolving to intelligent smart metering systems in conjunction with promotion of a national smart grid project. Major policy outlook of the world's major power company regarding Intelligent metering is the application of the fare structure diversification and is the improvement of level of service to customers. In addition, electric power companies should focus on the cost reduction and the improvement of management efficiency through an efficient operation of distribution facility. In this paper, we are about to make an observation of the additional services technology development trend of the overseas smart meter and to have a view of value-added services(VAS) system of smart meter suitable for the domestic environment based on the technology development of VAS utilizing electronic watt hour meter performed by recent research projects.

  • Now is the applications are using WSN for environmental monitoring and surveillance applications, intelligent transportation systems, monitoring, disaster recovery, and the structure used in the field. Also, the low cost of the communication and control functions can be provided, in particular management of smart grid demand may be used in many applications. In this paper, WSN in smart grid is based on the building blocks of smart grid management system proposed for the fuzzy demand.

  • To address the need for new intelligent sensing, this paper introduces nano sensors made of carbon nanotube (CNT) composites and presents their preliminary experiments. Having smart material properties such as piezoresistivity, chemical and bio selectivity, the nano composite can be used as smart electrodes of the nano sensors. The nano composite sensor can detect structural deterioration, chemical contamination and bio signal by means of its impedance measurement (resistance and capacitance). For a structural application, the change of impedance shows specific patterns depending on the structural deterioration and this characteristic is available for an in-situ multi-functional sensor, which can simultaneously detect multi symptoms of the structure. This study is anticipated to develop a new nano sensor detecting multiple symptoms in structural, chemical and bio applications with simple electric circuits.

  • 본 논문에서는 고속으로 이동하는 차량에 실시간 교통정보서비스를 연속적으로 제공하기 위하여 C&R 서비스에 대한 개념 및 서비스 시나리오를 제시하고, seamless 서비스 구현에 필요한 정보통신 요소기술들과 C&R 통신시스템의 구조와 제공방법에 대해서 기술하였다 향후, 스마트 하이웨이 서비스는 160km/h 이강 고속으로 이동하는 차량에 실시간 C&R 서비스가 이루어지는 정보통신 환경을 구축하는 개념이라 할 수 있다. 지금까지 DSRC 시스템을 기반하의 환경에서는 저속 차량과 통신이 가능하였으나, 고속 이동 환경에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 DSRC 기지국과 다수의 중계기의 핸드오버 기술을 이용함으로써, 고속이동 환경에도 적용 가능하며 스마트 하이웨이 환경에 대응할 수 있는 구조를 제안하였다.

스마트 학습 환경에서 웹 콘텐츠 적응을 위한 부분화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Segmentation for Adaptation of Web Contents in Smart Learning Environment)

  • The development of smart technology has brought the conversion of closed traditional e-learning contents into open flexible smart learning contents consisting of learner-centered modules, without the constraints of time and space by use of smart devices from the uniformed and passive classroom between teachers and learners. It has been demanded an open, personalized and customized teaching and learning contents of smart education and training systems according to wide supply of various smart devices. In this paper, we discuss about the status of the smart teaching and learning systems and analyze the characteristics and structure of the web contents for smart education and training systems by use of smart devices. And we propose a method how to block web contents, to extract them, and adapt personalized segments of web contents by adaptive algorithm into smart learning devices. We extract blocks from the web contents based on the smart device information and the preference information of the learners from existing web contents without the hassle of learners environment. After specifying a block priority from the extracted web contents by the adaptive segment algorithm, it can be displayed directly to the screen to fit the individual learning progress of the learners.
