  • In current society, the digital era that makes enormous amount of data, and the diversified city, the smart space, which has characteristics of creating, collecting and representing data, is appeared. After 2012, in the social media environment called hyper-connected society with wide-spread smart phone, people started to get interested in public data and big data by generalized mobile device and SNS. At first, development of forming platform of data was focused, but now, many different idea from diverse area have been suggested about data analysis and usage to visualize the space intellectualization service. To focus on the visualization process to increase the usage of this public data for ordinary people more than specialized people, this research grasps the present condition of open data and public data service from the current public data portal and considers the applicability of them. As the result of research, the analysis and application of data to ordinary people decrease the use of paper documents, and this research will help to develop the application which is fast and accurate about individual behavior and demand to utilize public data service in intellectual space.

In contrast, studies concerning library application service that cast a long shadow over the life of students and citizens still lacking in many ways. This study evaluates user experience of Young-in Si public library application service, and investigates user requirements. I searched the real user reviews about Young-in Si library application both App store and Android market. As the final outcome, I found inconveniences and improvements of this service. The application is intuitive, but requires consistent design, strong identity and customizing main page. It will be suggested specific guidelines for the public library mobile services in other areas.

  • Cloud services are recognized the essential IT infrastructure in the optimal smart society which is changing rapidly as a low-cost and high-efficiency. This service of starting from prominent overseas companies such as Google, Amazon, had influenced on the introduction of the service for the various policies of foreign governments, including the United States and the United Kingdom. Such countries adopting to the cloud computing and make transform to the cloud service of existing public service for the effective management of information resources. In this study, we have proposed the main determining factors of cloud adoption, the model of cloud governance for the adoption of public cloud service.

  • Many people expect remarkable growth in Cloud Computing industry because of it's effectiveness. But Cloud Computing industry is still at an early stage. Especially, people who in the public sector hesitate to adopt Cloud Computing Services due to security issues and their conservative views. Also, they just have limited understanding, so we need to investigate what they really know and understand. The purpose of this study is to propose Improvement plans on cloud-based smart work service of a quasi-governmental agency based on the view point of preference and tendency. To discover three types of cloud-based smart work issues and interpret theoretical definitions of those, we conducted a subjectivity analysis through qualitative methodology. At the result, the study draws three elements of typology: convenience type, concentration type, and collaboration type, and provides directions to strategic-policy studies for future cloud-based smart work services of quasi-governmental agency.

  • Due to the popularity of smart phones based on personal propensities and individual lifestyle changes customerized services is increasing interest in the individual. The system for personalized services make a difference in the public institutions, museum of science and history. In particular, museums and art galleries have a common motivation which is sightseeing. Museum for the history and science education a national purpose that is put, unlikely art gallery. Museum of science and History, unlike the theme parks have a combination of entertainment and education as a public institution is a large consensus. In order to achieve this objective, exhibits raise a sufficient commitment to and the exhibits should be described by age. Using augmented reality combined with effective entertainment and education measures, we propose the effective smart guide service strategies for museum.

  • Cloud Computing has drawn attention as one of 10 IT strategic technology trends and has various advantages such as cost reduction and enhancing business flexibility. However, corporations hesitate to adopt the service because of unexpected risks. Especially compared to large firm, medium and small ones use public cloud that security risk is high. Meanwhile, real option strategy has drawn attention as the method to hedge uncertainty in IT projects. Therefore, in this study causal relationships among technical, security, relational, and economic risks of cloud service will be investigated. Eventually, this study investigates how those risks influence the intention to choose the real option about the cloud service. For this study, five hypotheses is drawn, and a survey is conducted about the medium and small firms which are currently using cloud service to examine hypotheses. Since the study is at organizational level, 287 questionnaire replies are recalculated to 120 firms. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS and SPSS Statistics18 are used. As a result, technical risk of cloud service has significantly positive influence on security risk. Second, security risk and relational risk of cloud service has significantly positive influence on economic risk. Third, economic risk of cloud service has significantly positive influence on the intention to purchase the delay option or abandon option. Based on this result, this research discussed practical and academic implications and the limitations.

  • Purpose With Intelligent public service (IPS), it is possible to automate the quality of civil affairs, provide customized services for citizens, and provide timely public services. However, empirical studies on factors for the successful use of IPS are still insufficient. Hence, the purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors that affect the success of IPS with classification function. ISSM (Information System Success Model) is considered as the underlying research model, and how the algorithm quality, data quality, and environmental quality of the discrimination system affect the relationship between utilization intentions is analyzed. Design/methodology/approach In this study, a survey was conducted targeting users using IPS. After giving them a preliminary explanation of the intelligent public service centered on the discrimination system, they briefly experienced two types of IPS currently being used in the public sector. Structural model analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS 4.0 with a total of 415 valid samples. Findings First, it was confirmed that algorithm quality and data quality had a significant positive (+) effect on information quality and system quality. Second, it was confirmed that information quality, system quality, and environmental quality had a positive (+) effect on the use of IPS. Thirdly, it was confirmed that the use of IPS had a positive (+) effect on the net profit for the use of IPS. In addition, the moderating effect of the degree of knowledge on AI, the perceived accuracy of discriminative experience and IPS, and the user was analyzed. The results suggest that ISSM and TOE framework can expand the understanding of the success of IPS.
