With advanced technologies of information and communication technologies, ubiquitous computing becomes popular. U-learning(Ubiquitous Learning) is a new paradigm that was started with ubiquitous computing environment. U-learning has characteristics such as anytime, anywhere, any network and any device, The U-learning support system(ULSS) is the system for supporting the u-Learning. Also, with recent fashion of smart phones, their use in education becomes interested. In this paper, The ULSS is defined in smart phone environments.

In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service in China. We include the characteristics of smart-phone, mobile banking service, and users to the research model and also consider user satisfaction as an intervening variable. We try to find and prove the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service by surveying 206 chinese users and using structural equation model. This empirical paper proves that mobility, instance connectivity, use convenience, and intimacy give positive effects to intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service. In addition, this paper indicates some managerial implications that mobility, access speed and the easy user interface can help to increase the degree of user acceptance.

The Next-generation IT technology has been evolving from single technique to another which has merged, converging characteristics. The government categorized the 5 essential technologies to secure competitiveness in designing system semiconductors as smart motor vehicle info-tainment platform, smart TV multimedia system, smart phone analog interface technique, smart convergence digital communication and RF techniques, and advanced power management for smart devices. Also, it designated smart phone, smart TV, smart motor vehicle, and smart pad as the key industries. Such core techniques will become the key technologies of semiconductor design to secure the competitiveness of the next generation smart devices and the techniques can be transferred to fab-less design companies. In this contribution, we analyze the issues and the problems of the smart phone analog and interface techniques.

As the IT industry develops, the smart-phone technology and functions which are actively being studied at the moment greatly influence the entire living environment. With the smart-phone technology and functions, people's interest for the wireless LAN which can be used to get access to the Internet anytime anywhere is gradually increasing. However, since the malicious attacker can easily carry out hacking or approach the contents due to the characteristics of the wireless radio wave, the personal information with a high level of importance for data security is easily exposed due to Spoofing, Denial of Service attack and Man in the Middle attack. Therefore, the demand for security is gradually increasing. In this paper, the safe wireless network service environment is provided by supplementing the vulnerability in regard to Spoofing, Session Hijacking and Man in the Middle attack after executing the client's authentication process, the AP authentication process and the Mobile Agency authentication process with the client's information in the USIM, the AP information and the Mobile Agency information when the client uses the wireless Internet through the Mobile Agency AP access in the smart phone environment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of intent to use the medical-application(M-APP) of smart phone of nurses working at the nursing department of two university hospitals in Korea. The independent variables used in the study are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, attitude toward using technology, self efficacy, anxiety, ability to use a smart phone easily and socio-demographic characteristics. The sample used in the study consisted of 378 nurses selected from two university hospitals located in Seoul and Wonju, Korea. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study revealed 5 independent variables of attitude toward using technology, self efficacy, anxiety, ability of using APP and interest in smart phone have the significant effect on the intent to use the M-APP. The results imply that the hospital administrators and nursing managers should try to give more chances to learn the skills of using M-APP, provide sufficient resources and establish the stable hospital information system in order for their employees to use the M-APP more easily at their working places.

Principles of Radiation Detection and measurement include luminescence, ionization and chemical reactions. In this study, thermoluminescent properties were analyzed by exposure radiation on the glass for protective glass of smart phone. In order to analyze the thermoluminescent characteristics by radiation, 6 MV X-ray 100 cGy was irradiated to the powder annealing at 300 ℃ by grinding the tempered glass and original tempered glass. As a result of measuring the amount of thermoluminescent respectively irradiated material, the thermoluminescent increased by 3 times in the tempered glass, and when the tempered glass was grinding by powder the thermoluminescent was 2.4 times increased. Based on these results, the liquid crystal protective glass of the smart phone is evaluated as a tracer material to evaluate the radiation exposure and dose of the personal radiation monitoring.

To identify characteristics of social network farm game based on smart phone platform, this study analyzed how social network play experience connects with the space of farm game. The play experience of social network farm game based on smart phone platform is mainly composed of three modules for cultivating, placing environment, extending space. This study categorized space for external perspective space, internal perspective space, symbolic design space according to space experience theory and researched play experience in these spaces. In farm game players perceive space by fixed point of view, and make their own space a standard unit for reinterpreting and rearranging modules. In this process the space played subjective role not only background to bring co-work play is essential in social network game.

Purpose - This objective of this study is to analyze the factors that impact Chinese consumers' purchasing intent for high-tech products. The study examines smart phones'features, Chinese personal consumer characteristics, and social influence. Research design, data, and methodology - The study employed survey data based on 200 questionnaires in principal Chinese cites between October and December 2011. SPSS 17.0 was employed to analyze the data used to test the hypotheses the analysis results confirmed some hypotheses proposed. Results - Hypothesis 1, Hypothesis 4, and Hypothesis 7 proposing that utilization, social image, and attractiveness, respectively, of smart phone elements influence the Chinese consumers' purchasing intent are supported. Conclusions - This study found the factors that impact purchasing intent for high-tech products among Chinese consumers, with some factors like social image, attractiveness, and utilization playing critical roles; however, hypotheses proposing factors such as ease of use, pleasantness, personal innovativeness, and compatibility were rejected. In future, more research focusing on the elements of smart phones is required.

The purpose of this study is to carry out the exploratory study on the easiness of using smart phone applications for searching food service information based on consumer characteristics. Examining the attributes of the easiness of using smart phone applications for searching food service information, this study checks the order of priority in the attributes and analyzes the correlation among the constructs of easiness of use, along with the difference in easiness of use based on demographic characteristics. The survey was conducted to the users of smart phones who live in 3 areas such as Seoul/Kyongki, Daegu/Kyongbuk, and Busan/Kyongnam from Jan. 3-Feb. 3, 2011, and total 264 copies of questionnaire were used for the final analysis. The result showed that the respondents considered the functions of searching restaurants, recommended restaurants, and the popularity list more important among the measurement items of easiness of use, and there was highly positive correlation between easiness to select restaurants and communication functions among all the factors drawn. It was found that there was significant difference in the function of searching restaurants, practicality, the easiness to select restaurants, communication, and the easiness to select menu on areas.

The popularity and adoption of smart-phones has greatly stimulated the spread of mobile malware, especially on the popular platforms such as Android. The fluidity of application markets complicate smart-phone security. There is a pressing need to develop effective solutions. Although recent efforts have shed light on particular security issues, there remains little insight into broader security characteristics of smart-phone application. Now, the analytical methods used mainly are the reverse engineering-based analysis and the sandbox-based analysis. Such methods are can be analyzed in detail. but, they take a lot of time and have a one-time payout. In this study, we develop a system to monitor that mobile application permissions at application update. We had to overcome a one-time analysis. This study is a service-based malware analysis, It will be based will be based on the mobile security study.
