The intent of this paper is to identify key actors of a sustainable Smart City and define metrics that will allow assessment and better management of Sustainable Smart Cities. The paper is organized in two major segments. The first segment reviews the definition, six components, six action items of Smart Cities. It describes briefly a sample Smart City project and presents a selection of different dimensions along which Smart Cities are ranked and the rankings. The segment also discusses the technology architecture of a Smart City and then examines the definition and components of an innovation platform. The second presents the original contributions of the paper. It first introduces the dynamics created seven key actors of a Smart City ecosystem and describes their existing and potential contributions. It then defines Innopreneurship platform and presents a triple bottom line based quality metric to evaluate such a platform. This segment also discusses reengineering an economy and suggests a Smart City's Innovation Platform Score. The actions to be taken by the key actors of a Smart City in order to make it a Sustainable Smart City are described in several subsections. We hope these concepts and metrics will be a good starting point and will be refined over time by others.

Recently, the environment contamination problem and energy saving are the social issues. So, the Green IT based Smart Grid was suggested. The smart grid will let rates fluctuate even more dynamically, depending on conditions using energy. Thus, green IT includes the dimensions of environmental sustainability and the economics of energy efficiency. The smart controller in which it is controlled by DR in order to manage the energy consumption by using AMI is needed in order to apply its technology to the real life. In this paper, DR_WTIM of the IEEE1451.5 base which has the DR function for connecting to AMI of the wireless base is developed. By using this apparatus for the power control system, the energy saving effect is shown. Moreover, by using the IEEE1451.5 technology, the problem of energy consumption is solved in order to apply to power controller designed for efficient use energy.

최근 스마트 폰이 대중화되면서 이동통신 가입자들의 스마트 폰 애플리케이션 이용률도 점차 증가하고 있다. 스마트 폰은 사용자들의 실생활에 적지 않은 영향을 주고 있다. 특히 스마트 폰을 활용한 모바일 결제 기능은 온라인에서 간편하게 이뤄지기 때문에 편리성이 뛰어나다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 편리성을 바탕으로 Take-out 상품을 조회하고 예약 주문할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 주문정보를 정형화 시킬 수 있는 예약주문 설계와 가맹점 메뉴들을 점주가 등록하고 관리할 수 있는 메뉴, 매출을 바탕으로 한 통계자료를 제공한다. 가맹점별로 통일된 예약주문 시스템을 이용함으로 시간과 비용이 절약된다. 이러한 Take-out 예약주문 시스템이 널리 보급된다면 사용자와 가맹점 모두 시간과 비용 절약에 따른 이익을 증대할 수 있다.

Smart metering is one of the most implementable internet-of-thing service. In order to implement the smart metering, a wireless communication network should be newly designed and evaluated so as to satisfy quality-of-service of smart metering. In this paper, we consider a wireless network for the smart metering implemented with multi-purpose wireless chips and channel coding-functioned micro controllers. Especially, channel coding is newly adopted to improve successful frame transmission probability. Based on the successful frame transmission probability, average transmission delay and delay violation probability are analyzed. Using the analytical results, service coverage expansion is evaluated. Through the delay analysis, service feasibility can be verified. According to our results, channel coding needs not to be utilized to improve the delay performance if the smart metering service coverage is several tens of meters. However, if more coverage is required, chanel coding adoption definitely reduces the delay time and improve the service feasibility.

In this paper, we proposed the store monitoring system using smart hanger. This system consists of smart hanger, server, and wireless communication module. The smart hanger consists of LCD, MCU, RF module. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed smart hanger, we performed the experiment. This smart hanger can be used for shopping mall to increase sales.

Many efforts have been made and many tools have been developed in order to manage construction projects by a smart device such as a smart phone and smart pad. This research proposed a method to manage construction schedules via a smart device using Flash. The interactive and graphic property of Flash enables a field manager to manage schedules easily and efficiently. A prototype was implemented by Adobe Flex Builder, and it applied a sample network in a smart pad. Further studies would develop network diagrams such as CPM(Critical Path Method).

The purpose of this study is to verify the difference between the importance level and the satisfaction level of each purchase decision factor of smart phone. Through review of literatures about purchase decision factors, we have derived about attributes of 6 factors. T-test, importance performance analysis (IPA), and regression analysis were conducted to identify priorities among the details of the importance and satisfaction and to analyze the effect relationship between satisfaction of each factor and overall satisfaction. Looking at a few high-priority order, battery capacity, memory capacity, fast and accurate repair, the adequacy of the repair cost, and processor in the top five factors were shown to be an important factor when purchasing smart phones. The results of this study can provide the marketing strategies for smart phone suppliers. In addition, these results imply what factors of smart phones should be more considered before launching into chinese smart phone market.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to support SMEs' introduction of smart factories during the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era. Through this study, we developed the readiness assessment framework for SMEs. This study draws practical implications for improving the readiness of SMEs to introduce smart factories. Methods: Readiness Assessment Framework Design method, Case Studies Analysis Results: This study identified SMEs suitable for smart factories and identified key issues for nonconforming companies. And the diagnostic framework has been determined whether it works in a real-life SME environment. Conclusion: In order to succeed in the smart factory deployment, readiness assessment for SMEs should be performed as necessary. Prior to the introduction of smart factories, quality innovation activities should be carried out according to factory level.

Extended reality-assisted training offers repeatable learning opportunities at a low cost. This paper proposes a smart glass application for training core nursing skills to nursing students, who often need to memorize and practice training sequences. The proposed smart glass application interactively presents a series of instructions to help students remember and perform two core nursing skills in the correct order. We conducted a usability test on 30 undergraduate nursing students in their third year using the smart glass application. Our initial findings show that many students have positively evaluated the possibility of using smart glasses for training, but have also encountered several challenges with the smart glass application's user interface, which takes time to adapt.
