IoT Data Processing Model of Smart Farm Based on Machine Learning (머신러닝 기반 스마트팜의 IoT 데이터 처리 모델)

  • Recently, smart farm research that applies IoT technology to various farms is being actively conducted to improve agricultural cooling power and minimize cost reduction. In particular, methods for automatically and remotely controlling environmental information data around smart farms through IoT devices are being studied. This paper proposes a processing model that can maintain an optimal growth environment by monitoring environmental information data collected from smart farms in real time based on machine learning. Since the proposed model uses machine learning technology, environmental information is grouped into multiple blockchains to enable continuous data collection through rich big data securing measures. In addition, the proposed model selectively (or binding) the collected environmental information data according to priority using weights and correlation indices. Finally, the proposed model allows us to extend the cost of processing environmental information to n-layer to a minimum so that we can process environmental information in real time.

Mutual Anonymous Authentication Using Smart Cards in Multi-server Environments (다중서버 환경에서의 스마트카드를 이용한 상호 익명 인증)

  • In a network environment, when a user requests a server's service, a remote user authentication system using smart cards is a very practical solution to validate the eligibility of a user and provide secure communication. In these authentication schemes, due to fast progress of networks and information technology, most of provided services are in multi-server environments. However, there are no studies in multi-server authentication schemes using smart cards providing mutual anonymity so far. In this paper, we propose a novel user authentication scheme using smart cards providing mutual authentication and mutual anonymity for multi-server environments. Our proposed scheme achieves the low-computation requirement for smart cards and a user can use permitted various services in eligible servers by only one registration. Also, this scheme guarantees perfect mutual anonymity of participants.

  • With the rise of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and I-Korea 4.0, both of which pursue strategies for industrial innovation and for the solution to social problems, the real estate industry needs to change in order to make effective use of available space in smart environments. The implementation of smart spaces is a promising solution for this. The smart space is defined as a good use of space, whether it be a home, office, or retail store, within a smart environment. To enhance the use of smart spaces, efficient decision-making and well-timed and accurate interaction are required. This paper proposes a smart space based on platform which takes advantage of emerging technologies for the efficient storage, processing, analysis, and utilization of big data. The platform is composed of six layers - collection, transfer, storage, service, application, and management - and offers three service frameworks: activity-based, market-based, and policy-based. Based on these smart space services, decision-makers, consumers, clients, and social network participants can make better decisions, respond more quickly, exhibit greater innovation, and develop stronger competitive advantages.

  • With the development of RFID and USN technology, kinds of services are appeared and industrialized to maximize management, maintenance and efficiency of production. In the agricultural field, it is important to increase productivity and quality of food by managing growth environment of plants. In this paper, to apply IT technology to agriculture, we present a mobile service application called WiSEMobile which support growers to monitor and manage the information in the field from remote sites. By using the service with mobile devices, farmers can monitor the change of environment with data from sensor nodes, manage and exchange kinds of data gathered by farmers in the field.

  • Mobile devices like iphone, ipad, kindle, and PDA are used as everyday tool. In the mobile environment, smart phones and other mobile units are also used as a tool for protection or infringement of personal information. Therefore, smart monitoring technology is required to protect personal information and privacy. On the other hand, with smart phones and the mobile environment, diverse application technologies are realized on hardware and software platforms. Therefore, this paper designs the network structure that forms privacy trust zone, and based on this, deals with the monitoring and monitoring prevention system with a focus on CCTV, through which this paper proposes a system that provides privacy trust zone information and its utilization which is capable of smart monitoring.

  • With the popularity of smart phones for mobile learning on the rise, cyber universities in Korea are trying to build a reliable mobile campus infrastructure. Such advances in smart phone technologies have made it increasingly easy for users to stay connected and this heightened interaction through smart phones has educational potential for collaborative learning. Thus, to fulfill its educational potential and ultimately provide optimal learning environments on the smart phones, this study has developed a discussion-based interface prototype for collaborative learning. The proposed interface design was evaluated through cognitive walkthrough of the expert reviewers and its usability improvements were also offered.

  • Lately, information and communications environmentis in accordance with the smartphone release is changing the paradigm of working environments setting a high value on mobility and efficiency as well as the ecosystem of information and communication technologies. In this paper, we proposed smart work-based IT system modeling suitable for SMEs in order to transform the paradigm of working environments, strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs, and to establish a foundation on which SMEs could leap to the global economy, by fostering the acceleration of information service implementation and smart work foundation. We conducted a survey of the change in awareness and creation of smart work environment targeting companies with less than thirty workers and proved it. will also contribute to smart work diffusion in SMEs by drawing a positive result of more than 75%.

  • Recently, urbanization has become a serious issue, as there is imbalance between regions and various environmental problems occur intensively in cities. Therefore, cities all over the world are promoting the Green New Deal and trying to realize carbon neutrality. Accordingly, the European Union is leading the creation of carbon-neutral cities by promoting policies aimed at rapidly realizing carbon neutrality. In Korea, projects such as U-City and Smart City have also been promoted continuously for many years, and recently, the projects Smart Green City and Carbon Neutral Green City have been introduced. Therefore, this study aimed to derive directions and implications for future projects based on policies to address climate change by analyzing the guidelines for the Smart Green City project and the project plans of Gimhae-si and Gangjin-gun, which are the leading projects in the Smart Green City business model and are equipped with an extensive budget.

  • An explosive growth of mobile devices and smart phones, such as Tablet PC using wireless Internet, is changing the Information environment rapidly. Smart technology telecommuting work or smart work centers, mobile devices, and configure your environment to take advantage of remote collaboration. Also, you do not have the limitations of time and space provides a flexible working environment. Smartwork environment is an IT environment to be provided to carry out the business by accessing remotely via smart device outside of the internal IT infrastructure of an existing. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency is present to what information protection threats according to their convenience. Safeguards information that can be utilized to build a secure smartwork environment is required. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the worksmart information protection measures that can protect the information be reconciled smoothly to fit the smartwork environment.

  • Environment is an important factor in city life. Environmental elements are a subject that must be discussed in the smart city plan, but there is still a lack of information and data sharing in the urban environment, so improvements are needed. As part of the intelligent of Nanjing, this research has made in-depth investigation into the construction and service demand of environmental information, and has carried out the research on the design and construction of intelligent information platform that conforms to Nanjing intelligent city planning, improves environmental quality and provides environmental information service. The visualization of information is also studied. The result is an important module in the construction of intelligent city in Nanjing.
