Designed by star architect of Moshes Safdie, Raffles City Chongqing includes a total of 6 mega high-rise towers 250 to 380 m tall, a sky conservatory, a 5-storey high shopping mall and a 3-storey basement car parking. Located at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jailing Rivers, the site for the project is imbued with a significance that is immediately symbolic, both as a sign of Chongqing's important past and as a vivid indicator of the city's thriving present and future. The design for the project to be situated at this gateway takes as its governing idea the image of powerful sails upon the water. The outer facades of the project's eight towers - the transparent surfaces that will face the water to the north - are meant to recall a fleet of ancient Chinese ships, with their huge rectangles of white canvas filled by the wind. This is a $1.13million\;m^2$ mega scale integrated project of office, retail, hotel, service residence and high-end residence with the transportation hub and traffic circulation at various levels of the project. This paper presents the multi-dimensional hybrid design, engineering and construction of this mega scale project. The innovations and the cutting-edge technology used in this project are introduced and discussed benchmarking the design and construction of the skyscraper cluster in a major city like Chongqing of China.

창업을 통한 일자리 창출은 지구상의 대부분 국가들의 중요한 이슈이다. 창업분위기 조성에서 있어 대학은 중요한 역할을 한다. 이스라엘 대학들은 기술이전과 사업화 및 창업에서 우리나라 대학들과 비교해 볼 때 성공률이 월등히 높다. 본 연구에서는 이와 관련한 이스라엘 대학의 특성을 찾아, 우리나라 대학들에게 적용될 수 있는 방안을 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이스라엘 대학들은 자체 전문가를 보유 기술이전부서의 팀을 갖추고 있으며, 유망기술의 경우 미리 기술이전을 통한 창업자금을 지원하여 창업환경을 조성한다. 기술이전 사업화 및 창업 단계마다 체계적으로 차별화된 집중지원 방법이 지원된다. 또한, 대학은 특정 기술 분야에 집중, 기술사업화 및 창업 성공 이후에야 사용료 수입을 얻는다. 일정부분의 위험을 대학과 창업파트너와 공유하고 있다. 이스라엘의 창업 성공이 높은 것은 대학의 단계별 차별적 지원과 대학과 기업이 위험을 공유하기 때문이라 판단된다.

In the present study, seakeeping performance for an amphibious vehicle in regular head waves was analyzed and evaluated experimentally and numerically. First, seakeeping tests were performed to confirm the vehicle's motion response of heave, pitch motion and vertical acceleration in restricted wavelength ratio conditions for a simplified vehicle shape. Numerical analyses were also conducted for a simplified vehicle shape to validate the numerical solver. To simulate the vehicle's motions, multi-degrees of freedom were calculated by a dynamic fluid-body interaction solver in STAR-CCM+. Comparison between numerical and experimental results was carried out for a simplified vehicle shape. Numerical results are in good agreement with experimental results. Second, numerical analyses were performed for a detailed vehicle shape considering seaway wavelength conditions. The seakeeping performance for an amphibious vehicle was evaluated by comparing with the existing ship's seakeeping performance standards.

This study multi-dimensionally analyzes a sport documentary, All or Nothing: Manchester City, which is an original content on Prime Video, an American Over-The-Top (OTT) platform. Due to the success of South Korean soccer player Heung-min Son who plays Tottenham Hotspur of England, the popularity of the English Premier league is recently the greatest in South Korea along with the fact that soccer has been a popular sport for a long time. This study focuses on the success of the soccer club, Manchester City, which has become a rising star with its huge investment from United Arab Emirates; Manchester City won the league four times since 1992/1993 season. Also, during the 2017/2018 season, the background the documentary, Manchester City won the league title with new records, which shows the greatness of Manchester City. Especially, this study examines the documentary by 1) Story 2) Type of Scene 3) How to watch. Thus, this study explores not only the aspects of team-themed sport documentary that shows how and why Manchester City is excellent, but also the traits of the original content that explores the structure of the media platform.

The integrated global position system (GPS) and inertial navigation system (INS) has been considered as a cost-effective way of providing an accurate and reliable navigation system for civil and military system. Even the integration of a navigation sensor as a supporting device requires the development of non-traditional approaches and algorithms. The objective of this paper is to assess the feasibility of integrated with GPS and INS information, to provide the navigation capability for long term accuracy of the integrated system. Advanced algorithms are used to integrate the GPS and INS sensor data. That is fuzzy inference system based Weighted Extended Kalman Filter(FWEKF) algorithm INS signal corrections to provided an accurate navigation system of the integrated GPS and INS. Repeatedly, these include INS error, calculated platform corrections using GPS outputs, velocity corrections, position correction and error model estimation for prediction. Therefore, the paper introduces the newly developed technology which is aimed at achieving high accuracy results with integrated system. Finally, in this paper are given the results of simulation tests of the integrated system and the results show very good performance

4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 대유행의 영향으로 비대면 환경이 활성화되면서, 정부24 앱을 활용한 민원 서비스 이용량이 급증하고 있다. 따라서 공공 앱에 대한 사용자들의 불만과 개선 요구도 늘어나고 있으며 이에 대한 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정부24 앱 사용자의 불만 사항을 분석하여 민원인의 불만 현황을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 구글 플레이 스토어에서 2013년 5월 2일부터 2023년 6월 30일까지 데이터 6,344건을 수집하였으며, 이 중 평점이 1점이면서 '좋아요(thumbsUp)'를 1회 이상 받은 1,199건의 데이터를 토픽 모델 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 '증명서 발급 문제', '사이트 작동 및 UI 문제', '사용자 아이디 관련 문제', '업데이트 문제', '공무원의 앱 관리 문제', '예산 낭비 문제((별 한 개도 or 세금이) 아깝다)', '비밀번호 관련 문제'라는 총 7개의 토픽을 추출하였다. 또한, 전체 토픽은 2021년까지 증가세를 보이다가 2022년에는 약간 감소하였으나 2023년에 다시 증가하는 추세를 보여 업데이트와 관리가 매우 시급하다. 본 연구의 결과가 현재 공공 앱의 문제점을 파악하여 앞으로 민원인이 만족하는 공공 앱 개발 및 관리에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

A low-cost wireless sensor network (WSN) solution with highly expandable super and simple nodes was developed. The super node was designed as a sensing unit as well as a receiving terminal with low energy consumption. The simple node was designed to serve as a cheaper alternative for large-scale deployment. A 12-bit ADC inputs and DAC outputs were reserved for sensor boards to ease the sensing integration. Vibration and thermal field tests of the Chi-Lu Bridge were conducted to evaluate the WSN's performance. Integral acceleration, temperature and tilt sensing modules were constructed to simplify the task of long-term environmental monitoring on this bridge, while a star topology was used to avoid collisions and reduce power consumption. We showed that, given sufficient power and additional power amplifier, the WSN can successfully be active for more than 7 days and satisfy the half bridge 120-meter transmission requirement. The time and frequency responses of cables shocked by external force and temperature variations around cables in one day were recorded and analyzed. Finally, guidelines on power characterization of the WSN platform and selection of acceleration sensors for structural health monitoring applications were given.

The importance of international co-production that enables content production, diversification of overseas markets, and diversification has been highlighted as demand for content has soared due to intensifying competition between media outlets, while contents provision has become easier due to changes in media environment such as convergence of broadcasting and communication and the spread of mobile Internet. In particular, the boom in Korean dramas, called the Korean Wave in China, opened up a new market after "My Love from the Star" in 2014, and in 2016, Netflix's entry into Korea served as an opportunity for local broadcasters and producers to seek international co-production. In addition, "Good Doctor" which was aired on American Broadcasting Co. (ABC) in 2017, has topped the same time slot for the first time in 29 years, and is set to air season 4 this fall. Accordingly, overseas broadcasters and production companies wanted to collaborate with domestic broadcasters and producers, and since 2011, they have conducted a total of 12 co-produced dramas until 2019. Unfortunately, however, there are few studies related to international co-production dramas in the domestic industry and academia. In this paper, we present to help Korea, which used to be a powerhouse in complete export-type content, move toward becoming a powerhouse in international co-produced dramas. In addition, it is meaningful that the research focused on the current status and achievements of international co-production dramas, which have not been studied much, and the diversity of international co-production dramas in the future through the analysis of the form and structure of international co-production.

본 논문에서는 AI 기반 설계 탐색 기법을 활용하여 선박의 주요 치수 최적화를 수행하였다. 설계 탐색 기법은 최적화 프로그램 HEEDS의 SHERPA 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 유동 해석은 상용 CFD 코드인 STAR-CCM+를 사용하였고, 주요 치수 변환은 전처리 과정에서 JAVA Script와 Python을 사용하여 선박의 치수가 자동으로 변환되도록 설정하였다. 대상 선박은 소형 쌍동선형으로 주요 치수 최적화는 한쪽 선형의 길이, 폭, 흘수 그리고 단동선형 간의 간격에 대하여 수행되었다. 최적화 알고리즘에 사용된 목적함수는 총저항이며, 내부 의장 시스템의 크기 등을 고려한 배수 체적의 범위를 제한조건으로 선정하였다. 그 결과 최적 선형의 주요 치수는 기존 선형 대비 ±5% 내에서 변화가 있었고 총저항은 약 11% 개선된 결과를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 선박의 형상을 직접 변경하지 않더라도 주요 치수 최적화를 통해 선박의 저항 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였고, 다양한 선박의 주요 치수 최적화를 통한 성능 향상에 활용이 될 것으로 기대한다.

네트워크를 통한 정보의 창출 및 교류는 온라인 커뮤니티를 형성하고 온라인 게임과 접목하면서 Social Network Online Game (SNOG)라는 새로운 엔터테인먼트 분야를 만들고 있다. SNOG는 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 Social Network Service (SNS)의 사회적 요소와 게임적 요소를 융합한 서비스로, 소셜 플랫폼에서 동작하며 사용자들의 오락적 유희와 상호작용 관계를 촉진시키고 있다. 국내 SNOG 시장은 현재 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 급속하게 교체되고 있는 스마트 환경에 따라 빠른 변화가 예상된다. SNOG는 비용적인 측면에서 기존 온라인 게임과 비교해볼 때 경쟁력을 가지기 때문에 더욱 발전될 전망이다. 이와 더불어 페이스북, 트위터 등 해외 SNS 플랫폼 기반 SNOG 서비스와 관련하여 국내 NHN, Daum, SK 컴즈 등에서 개방형 SNS를 선보이면서 SNG 유치를 위한 경쟁이 치열해 질 것이다. 또한, 모바일 연동 기반 서비스와 관련하여 관련 SNOG 개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 관련 국내 인터넷 업체들이 적극적으로 개발 참여하고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 본 연구는 SNOG 시장에 비교적 성공적으로 진입한 Nexon 'Maplestory adventure'사례를 연구함으로써 성공적인 SNOG 요인 분석 및 전략을 정리하고 분석하였다. Maplestory adventure 성공 가능 요인으로는 기존의 인기 있는 온라인 게임에 SNS 접목, 기존의 유저를 통한 marketing, NexonStar 실패요인이었던 Platform문제 해결 등을 들 수 있다. 이 연구는 이후 계속 확산 발전될 SNOG 성공 전략 문제에 함의를 제공하여 국내 게임산업 발전에 기여할 수 있으리라 기대된다.
