The purpose of the research was to investigate the characteristics of technology users, their knowledge about the technology and whether that affected technology adoption, and, through the measurement utilitarian value as a mediator, to find out whether the behavior toward mobile payment technology adoption is considered most effective during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at this research locus, Central Java Province, Indonesian Batik SME consumers. The research methodology was quantitative with data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the final sample of 294 respondents' answers. To the best of the researcher's knowledge, this was an initial attempt toward a holistic and integrative approach to explain the adoption of mobile payment in Indonesia with different consumer characteristics in each region of Indonesia and varying levels of knowledge about mobile payment applications. The results show that the utilitarian value as a mediating variable only affected the relationship between the characteristics of technology users and adoption behavior. The findings of this study suggest that the stronger the knowledge of technology users, the more influential the adoption behavior of the mobile payment technology for Indonesian Batik small-, and medium-sized enterprise (SME) consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic in the new normal era.

SME(small and medium sized enterprise) 환경의 스마트공장 환경에서는 실제 제조라인에서 동작하는 센서(Sensor) 및 액추에이터(Actuator)와 이를 관리하는 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), 더불어 그러한 PLC를 제어 및 관리하는 HMI(Human-Machine Interface), 그리고 다시 PLC와 HMI를 관리하는 OT(Operational Technology)서버로 구성되어 있으며, 제어자동화를 담당하는 PLC 및 HMI는 공장운영을 위한 응용시스템인 OT서버 및 현장 자동화를 위한 로봇, 생산설비와의 직접적인 연결을 수행하고 있어서 스마트공장 환경에서 보안 기술의 개발이 중점적으로 필요한 영역이다. 이러한 SME 환경의 스마트공장 보안 내재화를 이루기 위해서는, 스마트공장 SW 및 HW 개발 단계에서 IEC 62443-4-1 Secure Product Development Lifecycle에 따른 프로세스 정립 및 IEC 62443-4-2 Component 보안 요구사항과 IEC 62443-3-3 System 보안 요구사항에 적합한 개발 방법론의 도입이 필요하다.

수출은 국가 경제 성장에 빠질 수 없는 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나로 자리하고 있어 앞으로 수출을 장려하기 위한 정책의 중요성은 더욱 강조될 것으로 보인다. 기업들이 수출에 어느 정도 기여하고 있으며 어느 경로를 통해 이루어지고 있는지를 파악하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 이를 통해 수출장려 정책을 수립하고 실증적인 근거를 마련할 수 있다. 중소기업이 수출에 미치는 기여도나 경로를 정확하게 파악을 해야 중소기업을 대상으로 수출 장려 정책을 전개할 수 있지만 그렇지 못하면 한계에 부딪칠 수밖에 없을 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 중소기업이 수출에 기여하는 정도를 측정하고 중소기업의 수출 경로를 파악하여 향후 개선 방안을 찾는데 있다. 또한 중소기업의 수출을 활성화하기 위해 적절한 정책방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The industrial revolution 4.0 in general and the trend of the digital economy in particular have affected all aspects of the economy. In the orther hand, Digital Technology has the power to impact the strategies and competitiveness of businesses in the market. It is ever evolving and creating a revolutionary stand for different professions as well. Accounting is considered to be one of the oldest and traditional professions. The rules and methodology of this profession has remained uniform for a long period of time. But due to the advent of the digital technology accounting industry is experiencing some great changes. Challenges for the accounting profession are reflected in the need for rapid adaptation and transformation of business practice and business processes. Gradually it was difficult to manage the accounting of large firms without having any machine help. This profession faced a lot of challenges and required the need to adapt technology. The requirements of finance and digital accounting, as well as the requirements of regional and international financial and accounting integration, require proactive preparation, taking full advantage of the advantages as well as limiting the impacts. disadvantage. The aim of this paper is to analyze and systematize the key challenges that digitalization brings for accounting industry and propose some solution for digital transformation of accounting industry for Small and Medium Enterprise in Vietnam

This study empirically explored what promotes exploration, through a case analysis of a Korean SME (small and medium sized enterprise), based on the research framework which focuses on the identification and the selection of exploratory NPD (new product development) alternatives, and the accumulation of novel capabilities in new technology domains. The learning process of the exploratory NPD project described is as follows. The identification barrier of exploratory NPD project is relatively low. Constructive crisis is germane to selecting exploratory NPD alternatives and to enduring the long payback period. New separated R&D unit is likely to implement the exploratory NPD project. The length of the gestation period of the exploratory NPD project is related with the level of the conflict between old members and new members. This study identified several antecedents of the exploratory NPD project. Prior success promotes the identification process of the exploratory NPD projects. Constructive crisis is related with CEO's personal characteristics such as future oriented and proactive personality. The proactive involvement and persuasion of CEO are germane to reducing the conflict between old and new members and to the success of the exploratory NPD project. Based on the results, this study discusses several implications and future research directions.

With Zohar(1980)'s research on safety climate and industrial safety, occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of organizational context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety efforts and employee safety participation, and the moderating effect of safety motivation on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that company precaution activity and management safety involvement have affirmative effects on the employee safety participation, but safety education has not. The extent precaution activity forces on participation activity was proved to be influenced by employee safety motivation.

With Balling, Loughlin and Kelloway's(2002) research, occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of superior and organizational context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety-specific transformational leadership and employee safety compliance, and the moderating effect of A-type personality on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that perceived charisma and individual consideration have affirmative effects on the employee safety compliance. The extent individual consideration impacts on employee compliance is proved to be positively influenced by A-type personality.

In this paper, due to the instability of the domestic market, global competition is intensifying in the current situation of global capacity building of SMEs for the purpose of developing a diagnostic indicator placed on the purpose. In this model, the results of applying several companies overall global innovation pilot enterprises and non-rated global innovative companies awarded significant difference between the score and the ability to believe the show. Non-global innovation companies, the relative firm size factor and R&D investment and patent number of factors are lacking appeared shone This is a common small business nature of the majority of companies small and R&D investment, the absolute amount is insufficient to reflect that, but the global innovator in the case of firm size and the relatively large amount of investment that never shows.

본 연구는 2015년도 5만 여개의 기업거래정보(KED(한국기업정보))를 이용하여, 유통업체와 관련이 있는, 지속적인 거래관계를 가진 기업들의 거래관계 네트워크를 형성하여 유통업체의 생태계를 파악하고자 하였다. 클러스터링의 방법을 사용한 결과, 5개 이상의 기업들로 이루어진 731개의 클러스터로 묶여진다. 이들은 KED 자료에서 파악되는 유통산업 매출의 약 80%룰 차지한다. 클러스터들은 소속된 업체들의 거래가 대부분 내부에서 완결되는 모듈화된 거래 패턴을 가진다. 유통 클러스터들은 그들 매출의 70% 이상을 하나 또는 2, 3개의 업체(주기업)가 차지하고 있다. 이러한 특징은 제조업과 유사하다. 그렇지만 유통 클러스터들은 소속 기업수가 제조업과 비교하여 작은 특징을 지니고 있으며 조립 제조업체들에 비해서는 특정 업체와 클러스터에 매출이 집중된 정도도 약하다. 기업연관분석의 결과를 보면, 30대 유통업체들이 소속된 클러스터내의 중소기업들의 주기업에 대한 매출의존도는 롯데쇼핑, 이마트, 이랜드리테일, 신세계, 현대홈쇼핑 등이 최소 35% 이상의 값을 보인다. 이들 클러스터 내에서의 공정거래정책을 통한 중소기업 육성정책의 여지가 크다는 점을 암시한다. 씨제이홈쇼핑, 현대홈쇼핑, 한무쇼핑 등은 아주 높은 생산유발효과를 가지며, 앞의 두 업체는 동일 클러스터 소속 중소기업들에 특히 높은 생산유발효과를 가지고 있다. 그리고 1-9번 클러스터들은 중소기업의 고용 비중이 높고 중소기업의 고용계수가 매우 높은 10번 기업군과 31번 기업군에서 상품을 조달하는 경우가 많다. 중소기업에 높은 생산 및 고용 유발효과를 가지고 있거나, 10, 31번 기업군에 후방연관효과가 높은 기업들은 중소기업 성장 및 고용 정책에서 중시되어야 할 것이다.
