중소규모 SW개발 프로젝트를 위한 시각화 기반의 Tool-Chain 품질관리 방법 제안 (A Method for Tool-Chain-driven Quality Control based on Visualization for Small and Medium Scale Software Development Projects)

  • Since the concept of software engineering was first used in 1968 by NATO Science Committee, a lot of research work and improvements have been made on software development methodology and software quality control, but they still fall short of ensuring successful development of small and medium scale software systems. Under these circumstances, Center for Software Engineering (CSE) at National IT Industry Promotion Agency(NIPA) has been conducting studies on quality control methodologies of software visualization well-suited for small and medium scale software systems, and also working on the systemization and quantification of software quality control. In this paper, we attempt to scope on the software development management of domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises that are lying in the blind spot, compared to large enterprises with well-organized software development systems. In particular, based on software visualization that CSE is pursuing for small and medium-sized developers, we propose a practical quality control methodology well-suited for small and medium scale projects, and a low-cost quality control management tool by combining open-source quality control tools. Our proposal is expected to induce developers' mind change in SI-specialized small and medium-sized software enterprises, increase their profits and improve customer satisfaction through project quality control.

  • Due to the globoal economic effect, Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) is much threatened by China. Since remarkable advances have being made in information technology, taking competition advantage for an enterprise has become a very important issue when facing rigorous global competition. However, the business of the enterprise starts with finding the customers' demands, and ends with fulfilling customers' demands. Therefore, in order to increase competition advantage for SME, the customer management must be effectively strengthened, especially by increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationship with the customer. This is the key for an enterprise leading to success. The purpose of this study is aiming to discussing the relational analysis between customer and SME by viewing the four aspects of customer relationship management (CRM), which are relation marketing, customer service, customer value, and customer satisfaction. Moreover, this research will perform an empirical analysis on CRM for a typical small and medium-sized company so as to grasp its real definition and enterprises' demands. The conclusions will be drawn from our literature survey and practical experience as well as site investigation. Recommendations are evolved from discussing the interaction between customers and enterprises in improving their constructing factors and increasing benefits and values.

  • The study examines the influence of the five pillars of inclusive financing on the empowerment of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and the influence of institutional conditions on the empowerment of MSMEs. This study uses primary and secondary data. The population of the study are MSMEs; the is a total of 930,620 MSMEs in Jakarta. Owners of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises is a good population to be measured because they are the main actors that know exactly the challenges and the obstacles in doing business addressing problems faced in inclusive financing, which is related to the purpose of the study. The research borrows from finance and entrepreneurial theories for model design. The results of the study show that all the variables are significant and positive in the efforts to finance MSMEs in Indonesia, which means that financial education plays an important role in the sustainability of financial inclusion. The financial theory, developed to explain financing at the company level, needs to be adapted to the entrepreneurial situation, so that it can explain the behavior of small businesses. This means that, with correct financial knowledge, financial inclusion plays an important role in the sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia.

  • 본고는 영국 중앙정부가 지역발전 정책수단의 하나로서 시행해온 기업의 육성 및 투자활성화를 위한 재정 금융 지원을 고찰했다. 특히 중소기업 대출에 대한 중앙정부의 지급보증, 중소기업(특히 쇠퇴 정체지역 및 사회적 약자 그룹의 중소기업) 전문 금융기관에의 개인 및 법인 투자에 대한 세금공제, 중앙정부 참여에 기반을 둔 중소기업 전문 벤처캐피탈 투자조합의 설립 및 운용 등에 초점을 맞추었다. 또한 영국 중앙정부의 중소기업 육성을 위한 정책수단이 우리나라에 가져다주는 정책적 시사점을 논의하였다.

기업 간 유대강도가 지식획득과 지식통합 및 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 산업단지 내 중소기업을 중심으로 (The Impact of Tie Strength on the Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Integration and Innovation Performance: Focusing on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in the Industrial Clustering)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of tie strength in the network of industrial clustering on the knowledge acquisition, integration and innovation performance of small and medium sized enterprises. We test the positive relationship of weak tie and knowledge acquisition, strong tie and knowledge integration, and the interaction effect of two tie strengths on both processes of knowledge acquisition and integration. By identifying these relationships, we can better understand how to manage the attributes of social networks in terms of tie strength in order to improve the performance of innovation for the small and medium sized enterprises. Design/methodology/approach We collect 200 survey data from 2 industrial cluster respectively: Pankyo and Guroo. In Pankyo, the proportion of IT industry is the highest (35%) while the proportion of manufacturing is highest (35%) in Guroo. Pooling the data from two industrial cluster, we check the reliability and validity of our research model and test the hypotheses. Findings First, we find the positive relationship of weak tie and knowledge acquisition from both industrial clustering. Weak tie is composed of heterogeneous organizations with various background and expertise. The communication and information sharing of organizations in the weak tie network helps the idea generation for organization's innovation, which is the knowledge acquisition process. Second, the relationship of strong tie and knowledge integration is insignificant. Typically the strong tie from long-lasting partnership is expected to be beneficial in the action stage of innovation, which is the knowledge integration process. However it is not identified in our industry cluster. Finally, the interaction effect of weak and strong tie is identified to be effective on both knowledge acquisition and integration processes.

중소기업수출경기지수 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing SMEEBI(Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Export Business Index))

  • Korea, a resource-scarce country, has been undergoing export-led economic growth in the form of processing and intermediary trade for the past several decades. In Korea, which has an export-led economic structure centered on processing trade, the export economy precedes the domestic economy, so Korea's monthly export performance has been used as an important indicator of economic indicators in itself. In recent decades, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which account for 99% of the total number of domestic enterprises, account for about 35% of exports as of 2021. In this study, from the viewpoint of emphasizing the export contribution of SMEs, the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Export Business Index is developed based on the actual export performance of SMEs, through which this paper could present alternative index differentiated from the existing Business Survey Indexes.

IT중소기업 정부자금 지원정책 성과 평가를 위한 DEA/(AR-I, ARGM) 모형 설계 및 민감도 분석 (Design of DEA/(AR-I, ARGM) Models and Sensitivity Analysis for Performance Evaluation on Governmental Funding Projects for IT Small and Medium-sized Enterprises)

  • Recently, it has been strongly required to establish a systematic and sustainable performance investigation and evaluation framework on governmental funding projects for IT small and medium-sized enterprises. In this paper, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models are adopted for performance evaluation on governmental funding projects for IT small and medium-sized enterprises. A new data structure is proposed for the DEA performance evaluation. Generally, in using DEA models, DEA multipliers restriction is critical to achieve the reliability of DEA optimal solutions. Based on the outputs and inputs considered in this study, Acceptance Region (AR) constraints are generated and incorporated into the DEA models so as to improve the reliability of DEA efficiency scores. Associated with AR Type I (AR-I), AR Global Model (ARGM) constraints, DEA/ (AR-I, ARGM) models are designed and then sensitivity analysis follows investigating the robustness of DEA efficiency scores relating to AR constraints adjustment. Finally, a performance evaluation is illustrated regarding governmental direct funding projects from Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) in Korea where each project unit (i.e. Decision Making Unit (DMU)) is determined whether it is efficient or not. By using DEA/(AR-I, ARGM) models designed in this paper, robustly efficient DMUs are gradually identified according to the successive AR constraints adjustment. Among 25 DMUs, results show that 6 DMUs such as B, E, G, Q, S, Y are determined as robustly efficient against AR constraints intermediate adjustment.

중소기업 근로자의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Workers' Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises: Focused on Moderating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 근로자의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2015년 9월 7일부터 9월 25일까지 실시한 중소기업 근로자의 설문응답 중 117개가 분석에 이용되었다. 분석결과, 중소기업 근로자의 조직지원인식이 직무만족과 조직몰입의 관계에 정적영향을 강화시키는 효과를 나타냈다. 특히 중소기업 경영의 효과성을 제고하기 위하여 근로자를 위한 업무 및 복지 향상을 위한 조직지원의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 기업은 효과적인 기업복지제도를 도입하여 근로자에게 제공해야 하고, 둘째, 정부는 중소기업에 특화된 기업복지제도를 개발하고 이를 적극적으로 활성화해야 하며, 셋째, 근로자는 스스로의 복지욕구를 표출할 수 있도록 노력해야 하며 기업과 정부는 이를 적극적으로 경청하고 실천해야 할 것이다.

전문가의 지도가 중소기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The effects of expert's consulting on management performance in small and medium sized enterprises)

  • 오늘날에는 기업의 규모에 상관없이 생산성향상과 원가절감을 도모하기 위하여 외부의 전문가를 활용하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 기업지도에 따른 경영성과 제고에 지도위원이 어느 정도 기여하고 있는지를 확인하고 그 역할 관계성을 살펴보기 위하여 2011년도에 제품품질혁신을 위한 지도에 자발적으로 참여한 중소기업 235개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 토대로 분석하였다. 수집된 설문조사 자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후, SPSS의 Amos를 이용한 구조방정식 분석과 함께 각 연구 가설과 연구모형을 검증하는 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지도 대상기업의 여건뿐만 아니라 지도위원의 역량이 지도의 성공을 이끄는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 전문가의 지도가 성공하기 위해서는 지도위원의 성실성, 전문성뿐만 아니라, 회사 여건에 적합한 지도내용이 따를 때 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

BPO·공급망금융의 이용을 통한 중소수출기업의 경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Competitive Power of Small and Medium Export Business through using the BPO and SCF)

  • 국제무역의 대금결제방식이 기존에는 신용장방식, 추심방식 등이 많이 이용되었지만 최근에는 오픈어카운트 방식으로 그 이용이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 오픈어카운트 방식의 증가추세에 금융권이 대응하고, 정보화 시대에 발맞추고자 새로이 등장한 BPO 제도는 신용장의 지급보장은 물론 전자거래의 편리성을 결제제도에 유용하게 접목시켰다고 할 수 있다. 한편 공급망금융은 기업이 물품을 생산 및 공급하는 과정에서 필요한 운전자금을 보다 신속하게 제공하기 위하여 사용하는 금융으로 특히 자본여력이 충분하지 않은 중소수출기업이 이용함으로써 효율성을 보다 극대화할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소수출기업이 국제무역거래에서 필요한 자금운용을 적절하게 이용하고, 다국적 기업과 경쟁하여 도태되지 않기 위하여 BPO 제도 및 공급망금융의 효율적 이용을 도모하고자 연구를 진행하였다.
