In this paper we propose a distribution-free rank test for ordered alternatives in a randomized block design and investigate the properties of the proposed test. The proposed test is an extension of the Page test to allow replications in each cell. Some asymptotic properties including ARE's are investigated. A small sample Monte Carlo study was performed to compare the powers of the test considered in this paper for small samples. The results show that our proposed test is robust and efficient in the case of equally-spaced treatment effects.

The purpose of this study ws6 to find out women's informationized conditions and their life changes. The subjects of this research were 482 women living in large and small-medium sized cities. The data analysis used average, pearson's correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression by SAS/PC. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women's level of informationized conditions is under median in computer using and information technology. The effect of informatization is over median about improving the ability, recognizing from family and neighbor, achieving the occupation. The change of individual and family is under median except educational stimulus, life vitality and educational effect on the family. 2. The effect of informatization was influenced by ability of using computer, necessity and purpose of informatization. The change of individual was influenced by ability of using computer, purpose and effect of informatization and also the change of family was influenced by handicapped reason in information education and the effect of informatization.

This paper presents a ZigBee wireless communication system for remote diagnosis in overhead distribution power lines. The system is divided in three parts in the functional aspect - a host computer module, a remote controller module and a diagnostic system module. The host computer module designed as USB interface transmits control signals and receive data measured by sensor. The remote controller module operates the diagnostic system. Diagnostic system module communicates with internal main controller and host computer USB. Multiple communication channel is adopted for simultaneous operations of several diagnostic system. Dedicated protocol for each module is developed. The system is designed with a focus on low cost and small size suitable for lightweight and small diagnostic system.

Previous mutual authentication schemes operate on the basis of validated cryptographic functions and hash functions, but these functions require a certain amount of memory capacity. However, since ultra-lightweight IoT devices have a very small amount of memory capacity, these functions can not be applied. In this paper, we first propose a text steganography communication scheme suitable for ultra-lightweight IoT devices with limited resources, and then propose a mutual authentication scheme based on the text steganography communication. The proposed scheme performs mutual authentication and integrity verification using very small amount of memory. For evaluation, we implemented the proposed scheme on Arduino boards and confirmed that the proposed scheme performs well the mutual authentication and the integrity verification functions.

The fifth generation (5G) mobile communication technology is designed to meet all communication needs. Heterogeneous networks (HetNets) are a new emerging network structure. HetNets have greater potential for radio resource reuse and better service quality than homogeneous networks since they can evolve small cells into macrocells. Effective resource allocation techniques reduce inter-user interference while optimizing the utilization of limited spectrum resources in HetNets. This article discusses resource allocation in 5G HetNets. This paper explains HetNets and how they work. Typical cell types in HetNets are summarized. Also, HetNets models are explained in the third section. The fourth component addresses radio resource control and mobility management. Moreover, future study in this subject may benefit from this article's significant insights on how HetNets function.

Wireless access technologies are emerging to enable high data rates for mobile users and novel applications that encompass both human and machine-type interactions. An essential approach to meet the rising demands on network capacity and offer high coverage for wireless users on upcoming fifth generation (5G) networks is heterogeneous networks (HetNets), which are generated by combining the installation of macro cells with a large number of densely distributed small cells Deployment in 5G architecture has several issues because to the rising complexity of network topology in 5G HetNets with many distinct base station types. Aside from the numerous benefits that dense small cell deployment delivers, it also introduces key mobility management issues such as frequent handover (HO), failures, delays and pingpong HO. This article investigates 5G HetNet mobility management in terms of radio resource control. This article also discusses the key challenges for 5G mobility management.

본 논문은 동물 이미지 분류를 한 작은 데이터 세트를 기반으로 개선 된 딥 러닝 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 소규모 데이터 세트에 대한 훈련 모델을 구축하기 위한 CNN이 사용되는 반면, 데이터 보강은 훈련 세트의 데이터 샘플을 확장하는 데 사용한다. 둘째, VGG16과 같은 대규모 데이터 세트에서 사전 훈련 된 네트워크를 사용하여 소규모 데이터 세트의 병목 현상 기능을 추출하여 두 개의 NumPy 파일에 새로운 학습 데이터 세트 및 테스트 데이터 세트로 저장한다. 마지막으로 새로운 데이터 세트로 완전히 연결된 네트워크를 학습한다.

This paper describes the simple payback period analysis of small co-generation system based on the existing apartment and building data. First, We investigate apartment and building data more than $2000[m^2]$ using Ministry of Construction & Transportation's computer system. And then we calculate the latent amount of small co-generation system considering gas company and CHP. Second, we classify the latent amount of small co-generation system into office, hospital, hotel, department store, complex building and apartment. Finally, we perform the simple payback period analysis for small co-generation system. The results show the simple payback period of small co-generation system is less then 10 years.

In this paper we propose a class of tests for the parallelism of two regression lines based on linear placement statistics. The results of a small-sample Monte Carlo study show that the proposed tests are reasonably good in level control and powers.

What characteristics of computer games encourage persistence, engagement, and learning for both girls and boys\ulcorner The purpose in conducting this research was to identify characteristics of computer games that engage all children-girls and boys- in significant mathematical learning. A set of criteria for evaluating gender fair computer games was developed. Much of this research had involved observing children playing computer games in pairs and small groups. Two game softwares were analyzed by way of dialogues that occurred with the games.
