To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

현재 우리나라 중소기업은 혁신역량이 부족한 영세기업의 비중이 높고, 매출 규모가 건실한 기업군이 취약한 구조로 발전을 기대하기 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 정부 3.0을 기반으로 한 중소기업의 빅 데이터 활용방안을 제시한다. 정부 3.0을 기반으로 중소기업의 활성화를 위한 정부지원 빅 데이터 활용 방안을 제시한다. 정부3.0을 기반으로 빅 데이터 인프라를 중소기업과 중소 벤처들이 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 개방형 빅 데이터 서비스 플랫폼의 구축이 반드시 필요하다.

As business needs are accelerating exponentially due to globalization and other market forces, companies regardless of its size need data which can operate flexibly and rapidly across disappearing physical and organizational borders. To meet the growing Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] needs for small and medium sized firms, large ERP vendors have introduced new and inexpensive products to these markets. They can customize to businesses of all sizes as long as they have the need for the services and the budget to support the system. Based on the observations in this research, most ERP vendors, regardless of their size, are now focusing more on improving the implementation curve and reporting capabilities through compartmentalizing business applications along industry verticals. Also ERP systems are becoming more open thereby consultants and subject matter experts now have the opportunity to create modules based upon verticals to form a best-of-breed ERP implementation. of enterprises.

The SMB supercomputing service provides a supercomputing infrastructure for Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) to enhance the efficiency of product development activity. In this study, the economic value of SMB supercomputing service is presented. The economic value of service is comprised of a direct and an indirect economic value. A direct economic value was estimated based on the result of user survey on service effectiveness. The input-output analysis method was adopted to estimate an indirect economic value induced from a direct economic value. The future economic value based on the result of user demand survey is also presented. As a result, the annual and future economic value of service were estimated about 55,215 million won and 323,928 million won, respectively.

본 연구는 정보화 분야에 있어서 우리나라 중소기업이 처한 일반적 상황 속에서 부산지역 중소기업의 위치를 확인하고 그에 대한 시책의 현황 및 실태 그리고 시책에 대한 수요자의 태도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 부산은 전자상거래율을 포함하여 전국 평균 이하로 나타났다. 국내 총생산에서의 부산경제 비중을 고려할 때 부산지역의 중소기업 정보화 격차는 시급히 개선되어야 하는 과제이며 더욱 심각한 점은 제조업의 정보화 격차이다. 따라서 제조업 정보화 지원시책의 활성화와 현행 생산기술 정보화 지원사업의 확대가 필요하다고 보인다. 또한 문제해결과정에서 부산광역시도 적극적으로 자기 역할을 찾아야 할 것으로 보인다.

이 연구에서는 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업과 취업맞춤반의 성과 목표에 대한 타당도와 만족도를 분석함으로써 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업과 취업맞춤반의 효과적인 운영을 위한 시사점을 제시하기 위하여 107개 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업 참여 학교(공업 농업 계열)의 담당 교원 총 166명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 담당 교원은 본 사업의 목적을 특성화고의 취업 확대와 중소기업의 인력 제공으로 인식하고 있다. 그리고 본 사업이 학교 성과 향상에 중요하며 실제로도 성과 향상에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다고 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 담당 교원은 중소기업에 대한 학생의 이해 증진, 중소기업에 대한 교원의 이해 증진, 특성화고에 대한 중소기업의 이해 증진, 학생의 직업관 함양, 취업 과정을 기반으로 한 진로지도 프로그램의 체계화, 산학협력 교육 강화, 학생의 기술수준 향상, 현장견학보다 현장체험 및 실습 위주의 현장학습 실시, 협약기업에 대한 맞춤형 기능인력 양성, 학생의 현장적응력 제고, 중소기업 취업률 제고, 중소기업 취업 기회 확대, 학교와 중소기업 간 취업 연계 기반 마련, 자기 조직(학교)의 외부에 대한 홍보, 산학협력 기회 확대, 산업 업종별 협회 및 단체와 학교 간 협력 체계 구축, 공동 교육 채용을 위한 취업 연계 모델 도입 및 운영, 교원의 현장 전문성 강화가 본 사업의 성과 목표로 타당하다고 인식하고 있다. 그러나 산학협력 교육 강화, 중소기업 취업률 제고를 제외한 나머지 성과 목표의 달성 정도에 대한 만족도는 타당도에 비해 상대적으로 낮다. 셋째, 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 담당 교원은 학생의 취업 기회 확대, 양질의 취업처 발굴, 산학협력 기회 확대, 현장 중심 교육 실시, 학생의 전공 기초 및 심화 기술 향상, 학생의 직무 수행에 필요한 문해 수리 팀워크 커뮤니케이션 능력 향상, 학생의 업무 태도 향상, 학생의 바람직한 진로 탐색 결정이 취업맞춤반의 성과 목표로 타당하다고 인식하고 있다. 그러나 성과 목표의 달성 정도에 대한 만족도는 타당도에 비해 상대적으로 낮다.

This paper proposes a Product Data Management (PDM) system architecture that supports end-user computing for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Korea to build and maintain efficient and sustainable information systems for their product development. Its open database with relational tables enables existing common application programs such as Microsoft office suites to access product data in PDM systems. In addition, the interactive query processor provided by database management systems helps design engineers to build ad hoc queries in standard SQL database language to response different data requirements during their product development. The PDM architecture with the open database allows design engineers or technical staffs in SMBs to build and maintain their application programs for product development by themselves. To show the feasibility of the proposed architecture, this study implemented a prototype PDM system based on the architecture and database, and represents real-world product data with the implemented PDM system.

무선 네크워크는 유선과 비교해서 편리하고, 또한 용이하다. 따라서 전국에 있는 중소기업에서는 무선을 더 선호하고 있어 많은 중소기업들이 유선 설치에 대한 부담을 느껴 유선네트워크의 확장개변으로 무선을 많이 사용하고 있는 추세이다. 무선네트워크는 유선 네트워크보다 보안에 취약한데, 그 이유는 브로드캐스팅을 통해 패킷을 전달하기 때문이다. 따라서 무선 네트워크의 취약점들을 분석하고, 중소기업에서 무선네트워크 보안에 관한 대응책을 제시하고자 한다.
