Purpose: Instead of a chaotic non circadian environmental approach, continuing regular day-night rhythm in neonatal nurseries may benefit the development of preterm infants. The purpose of this study was to define the effects of cycled lighting on circadian rhythms of premature infants. Methods: The experimental group included 15 preterm infants, and the control group, 15 premature infants in the NICU of a general hospital in Seoul. All infants were between 32 and 37 weeks' postconceptional age. The experimental group infants were provided with cycled lighting before discharge. The incubator or bassinet cover of the experimental group was off between 7 AM and 7 PM, and was covered between 7 PM and 7 AM. Results: There were significant differences in the NNNS score ($p$=.039), and some significant differences in the sleep-activity pattern between the experimental group and the control group, but distinct differences in sleep-activity patterns between the two groups could not be defined. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that cycled lighting can be helpful in the neurobehavioral development of preterm infants. By modifying the NICU environment to provide a more developmentally supportive milieu, nursing professionals can better meet the infants' physiologic and neurobehavioral needs.
Early extra-uterine development of the newborn infant has the potential for clarifying important questions of nature and care taking environment. In this study, tactile and auditory stimulation is used on .a group of infants to determine the effects of their response. Infants were tested by EKG at 24∼48 hrs after birth ana all they are free from complication. Stimuli presented were-touch and sound (40dB, 70dB and 40∼70dB). The result of the study were as follows: 1) The heart rate was seen to depend on their sleep-wake state. (light sleep ; 125/min, eyes: open & motor activity increase ; 151/min crying ; 185/min). 2) The heart rate affected by tactile & auditory stimulus. The heart rate response was acceleration above the prestimulus level. (tactile, 231min increase, auditory ; 16∼21/min increase), and heart rate change was seen to depend on prestimulus rate. (γ=.73) 3) There was a decrease in heart rate when they were soothe. (touch ; 24.8sec, 21/min decrease, pacifier ; 14.5sec, 26/min decrease) and significant difference in time between touch and pacifier (t= 1.76, p<0.05). This result support the evaluation of newborn infant's sensory abilitics, and has even begin to influence changes in nursing care. But systemic monitoring of newborn infants response would. further define.
It followed in system development and SMRT(Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Co)System reached to an automatic train operation(ATO) and driverless operation(DLM) from the manual operation due to the train driver. The train like the general bus or the car vehicle was not serial riding in a car and the Parallel concept which the numerous passenger rides in a car simultaneously occur frequently the charge of the train driver unmanned bitterly from existing manual handling was a possibility of doing, train open door control(ODM) which bites also ATO, it handles it minimized. Like this ATO/DLM, the control system which bites being a Wayside to Train communication for immediacy, it is a system of the Vital concept the immediacy of the citizen Data evil the radio information transmission and the train of the interface which is accurate from unmanned operation and, will decipher, will accomplish it will guarantee. The core services in cloud computing environment are SaaS (Software as a Service), Paas (Platform as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). Among these three core services server virtualization belongs to IaaS and is a service technology to reduce the server maintenance expenses. Normally, the primary purpose of sever virtualization is building and maintaining a new well functioning server rather than using several existing servers, and in improving the various system performances. Often times this presents an issue in that there might be a need to increase expenses in order to build a new server. This study intends to use grid service architecture for a form of server virtualization which utilizes the existing servers rather than introducing a new server. More specifically, the proposed system is to enhance system performance and to reduce the corresponding expenses, by adopting a scheduling algorithm among the distributed servers and the constituents for grid computing thereby supporting the server virtualization service. Furthermore, the proposed server virtualization system will minimize power management by adopting the sleep severs, the subsidized servers and the grid infrastructure. The power maintenance expenses for the sleep servers will be lowered by utilizing the ACPI (Advanced Configuration & Power Interface) standards with the purpose of overcoming the limits of server performance.

Recently, technological differentiation(sensor, AI) of products using IoT technology to satisfy consumer needs in the mature market for smart home appliances has received a lot of positive responses. However, air conditioner products are in the early stages of convergence technology. Therefore, air conditioner products are fields that require ICT technologies for information production, collection, processing, storage, and service development beyond IoT. In this paper, we collect and store contactless bio-signal using IR-UWB radar technology. The blowing direction of the air conditioning is controlled according to bio-signal and user's sleep is monitored to provide an optimal sleep environment. In addition, we propose a service algorithm that can provide comfort with changes in the optimal conditions of air conditioning and emotional lighting depending on the discomfort index environment. Through this study, we developed an intelligent smart air conditioning service platform with ICT technology of bio-signal, discomfort index, and emotional lighting.

Recently, importance of working environment is increased in commercial vessel and offshore structure. Marine facility design and ambient environment condition are influenced to enhancing human performance and reducing human errors. Consequently, the quality of accommodation where offshore facility crews sleep, eat and relax will influence their job performance and overall sense of comport and well-being. Therefore, adequate acoustic isolation between adjacent spaces is normally required to achieve satisfactory internal noise levels, acoustic privacy and speech intelligibility. In this study, the reverberation time is investigated in the public areas where there are not provided the information of material's noise reduction coefficient (NRC). The experiment of reverberation time is rarely performed for the various type public areas in a marine structure. Therefore, the reverberation time in a vessel is investigate in order to evaluate the room's noise reduction coefficient (NRC) in a public area.
The United States Intel company and these enterprises which Andy Grove President talks exception are without coming out at the Internet enterprise and the hereafter 5 year back side separately it means the necessity which will write the word which is a Internet enterprise will lose. When that time about, it puts upper volume from the Internet territory which is will open the competition where the relation enterprises are keen the winner will be undertaken the existing enterprises and the place where it receives the footlights where the e-business is many in this recent times which it talks, the reason the whole world becomes connection with the Internet, the frame of the social whole changes and the arrival result completeness sincerity pursuit of information comes to be possible simultaneously, it is changing as the product army which is complicatedly diversified from the product army where the craving of the customer becomes simplification. The consequently quick doctor decision and efficient manufacturing environment construction are demanded and Product Life cycle becomes shortening, the e-Business from the digital management environment which changes suddenly the necessity is plentifully raising its head with plan of competitive power security of the enterprise and management renovation. Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the noise levels in intensive care units (ICUs) and to analyze the causes of the noise and patient perceptions of the noise. Methods: Noise levels were recorded in adult ICUs for 24 h over a week from the patients' bedside with a sound level meter. Noise sources were categorized into three groups: medical equipment, health care providers, and the environment. Noises from the environment were recorded in an empty ICUs side room. Perceptions of the noise of 125 patients admitted to the ICUs were recorded using a questionnaire. Results: The mean level of noise in the ICUs was 58.5 dBA (range: 34.2-80.2 dBA). The causes of noise higher than 70 dBA were nebulizers and infusion/syringe pumps among medical equipment, and drawer slamming, phone ringing, and stripping packages of medical fluids among environmental noises. According to the questionnaire, 64.0% of the patients responded that the ICUs were noisy and that they suffered from sleep disturbance because of the noise. Conclusion: Noise is considerably high in ICUs and is an annoying factor for the patients. Most noise sources are adjustable, and we should try to reduce noise whenever possible to make the ICUs environment more pleasant.
