The High Rate Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPAN) is mainly targeted to consumer electronics and portable communication devices which need high rates and QoS. To achieve these goals, the WPAN provides data rates up to 1Gbps and adopts a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) MAC protocol. Since IEEE 802.15.3 MAC is based on TDMA scheme, it has good performance in dealing with real traffics. But it does not give better results for dynamic traffic. For dynamic traffic, IEEE 802.15.3 MAC needs a kind of request and response policy that brings about the degradation of performance in order to adapt to network changes. To overcome this problem and enhance the data throughput, this paper proposes a superframe structure which uses the Enhanced Contention Access Period (ECAP) to transmit data during sleep-CTA in PM mode.

Objectives: Analysis and understanding on the health trend of college and university students are paramount to creating healthy campus communities. We evaluated the change of health status, health behavior, and influencing factors among them in the last ten years. Methods: Using the results of the ACHA-National College Health Assessment from 2000 to 2009, we reanalyzed the trend of health condition, health behavior, and health risk factors in linear regression model. Results: In general health of college and university students, major health problem were allergy problems, back pain, and sinus infection. Academic impacts were stress, sleep difficulties, cold/flu, concern for troubled friend or family member, relationship difficulty, and internet use or computer games. Although regular exercise was decreasing among them, it were more likely to have never smoking, no sexual partner, and eating of fruits/vegetables as time passed (p<0.05, p<0.01). Obesity and sleeping difficulty were increasing, while it were less likely to have feeling very sad, feeling hopelessness, and considering attempting suicide (p<0.05, p<0.01). Conclusion: These data expand the understanding of the health needs and capacities among young adults. For Korean college and university students, it is necessary to standardize the data-collection survey to set the college health and healthy campus.

Lately majority of churches have preferred to enlarge their worship area to both horizontal and vertical axis. According to expand their area which brings more devotees to the limited service area. Transform from a small church into a large church is no longer unprecedented issue in South Korea. As the size of church getting bigger, many unexpected issues become matters. One of the significant problem is that the number of people have experienced either fall a sleep or feel a doziness during their service period. Due to the limited condition for the specific building type such as religion facility(church), IAQ improvements is seriously concerned. Therefore, we are going to examine by using simulation tool, CF, a difference of ventilation efficiency about the location and number of windows, and find the best way of the ventilation efficiency in a multi-stories type church by changing the exhaust pipes location and size. Furthermore, in this thesis, by changing a ceiling height from the existing building to confirm that $CO_2$ have been satisfied for both the ventilation efficiency and IAQ.

This study was done to identify burnout factors and coping methods surveyed upon 59 out-patients who have continuous peritoneal dialysis. Raw data was collected after being filled the questionnaire by subjects or directly interviewing at the peritoneal dialysis room of the K hospital. Taegu. Then. data was classified and analyzed according to categories of questions and revealed facts. The following results are obtained: The average age of subjects is 43.8 years old and the average duration of continuous peritoneal dialysis is 16.9 months. The reasons of choosing continuous peritoneal dialysis are 61. 0% by recommendation of doctor and nurse ranked as the first, 32. 2% by patient own decision ranked as the second. The 57.6% of subjects were experienced complications related to continuous peritoneal dialysis. The major psychosocial burnout factors because of the dialysis are confinement, wasting time, change in responsibility and role as a member of family, worriment for infection, interference in job: and the major physiological burnout factors are fatigue and weakness. Among the main coping methods, the problem-oriented coping methods are "accept the given situation itself, "actively try to change the situation", "try to maintain some controls over the situation", and the affective-oriented coping method are "give up and accept as fate", "pray", "ask comfort or help from family and friends", "sleep", "cry". Conclusively, it can be said that effective nursing intervention is needed to prevent continuous peritoneal dialysis burnout.

Purpose There is much information in customer reviews, but finding key information in many texts is not easy. Business decision makers need a model to solve this problem. In this study we propose a multi-topic sentiment analysis approach using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for user-generated contents (UGC). Design/methodology/approach In this paper, we collected a total of 104,039 hotel reviews in seven of the world's top tourist destinations from TripAdvisor (www.tripadvisor.com) and extracted 30 topics related to the hotel from all customer reviews using the LDA model. Six major dimensions (value, cleanliness, rooms, service, location, and sleep quality) were selected from the 30 extracted topics. To analyze data, we employed R language. Findings This study contributes to propose a lexicon-based sentiment analysis approach for the keywords-embedded sentences related to the six dimensions within a review. The performance of the proposed model was evaluated by comparing the sentiment analysis results of each topic with the real attribute ratings provided by the platform. The results show its outperformance, with a high ratio of accuracy and recall. Through our proposed model, it is expected to analyze the customers' sentiments over different topics for those reviews with an absence of the detailed attribute ratings.

MS-Contin is an oral controlled-release preparation of morphine sulfate that has been used widely in the management of advanced cancer pain. It prolongs plasma concentration of morphine with no observable accumulation properties following repeated dosing, thereby promoting uninterrupted sleep and hopefully improving patient's quality of life. The common side effects of MS Contin are nausea, vomiting, drowsiness and constipation. But these symptoms are usually mild and respiratory depression is a rare problem. We experienced respiratory depression during oral administration of MS contin for the pain management of advanced gall bladder cancer of 76 years old male patient with metastasis at liver, intestine and cervical lymph node. After we increased the dosage of MS Contin from 160mg to 220mg per day, due to abdominal pain, we observed morphine reaction of MS Contin overdose such as pinpoint pupil, deeply slow respiration below 8/minute, and drowsiness. After intravenous bolus injection of 0.4 mg naloxone followed by continuous administration of 0.2 mg/hr for 4 hours, the patient regained consciousness. The administered route of morphine was changed to intravenous PCA (patient controlled analgesia). There was no aspiration sign as confirmed by chest x-ray. The patient was comfortable and delayed no signs of respiratory depression until now.
