점포창업자의 창업 전 창업교육 및 현장체험이 점포의 운영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Store Entrepreneur's Start up Education and Experience before Start up to Performance of Stores)

  • 본 연구는 자영업의 높은 실패율을 낮추고 자영업자의 안정적 사업영위에 기여하고자, 중요한 창업 성공요인인 사전 창업교육 및 현장체험이 실제 점포의 운영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 우리나라는 체계적인 창업교육 프로그램과 사전에 실전경험을 해볼 기회가 충분하지 않다. 게다가 학계의 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구의 한계점을 제시하고, 점포 창업자의 창업교육 및 현장체험이 창업스킬과 창업가정신을 함양해 최종적으로 점포의 운영성과로까지 이어지는 과정을 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 실습교육은 창업스킬에, 이론교육은 창업가정신에 각각 영향을 미치고, 현장체험은 창업스킬과 창업가정신에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 창업스킬과 창업가정신은 점포의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 모두 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 학문적 시사점 외에, 점포창업자의 창업교육 및 현장체험을 활성화하기 위한 정책방안도 제시하였다.

산학연계(기업.공고) 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램 수료근로자의 취업 후 초기 2년간 습숙경험 (Skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company)

  • 이 연구는 산학(기업 공고) 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램(이하 '맞춤과정')을 수료하고 입직하여 2년 정도 근무한 수료근로자 3명을 인터뷰하여 그들의 취업 후 습숙경험을 분석한 것이다. 연구자는 2008년 선행된 경력설계 연구를 기반으로 초기습숙의 과정을 의존적 근로자에서 독립적 근로자로 이행하는 단계로 보고, 맞춤과정 수료근로자가 현장에 배치된 이후 약 2년간 어떤 습숙경험을 하는지에 초점을 두고 면담하고, 그 내용을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업이 신입자의 습숙을 돕기 위해 실시하는 안내 및 교육으로서는 회사의 역사 및 현황, 근무수칙, 안전 등을 담은 신입사원 교육, 여러 작업 실무현장의 '맛 보이기', 사수-조수관계 맺어주기, 매뉴얼 및 직무기준 제시 등이었다. 이는 '통과의례' 같은 것으로서 습숙의 기본적인 디딤돌이 된다. 둘째, 습숙을 이끌어가는 상호작용과 자기성찰로서 구조화되어 있는 질책, 구성원간 유대, 경험의 누적과 성찰을 통한 깊은 학습 등이 있었다. 공식적 조치에 의해 안면을 익힌 신입자는 선임자의 질책을 받으며 상당기간(1-2년) 험난한 인고의 과정을 거쳐 질책을 받지 않고 스스로 일을 할 수 있는 수준에 이른다. 수직적 위계질서보다 수평적 유대가 강조되는 조직에서는 쉽게 경험을 공유한다. 그리고 제보자는 자신의 경험을 돌아보아 적응하기, 조직에서 살아남기, 발견한 기술을 함께 공유하고 성장하기와 같은 것을 학습하였다. 셋째, 습숙에 장애가 되는 환경 여건으로는 신입자의 습숙에 대한 숙련자의 경계, 장시간 근로와 여유시간의 결핍, 저임금 등이 있었다. 일반적으로 숙련자들은 신입자에게 경계의식을 갖고 자신이 가지고 있는 암묵지를 노출시키려고 하지 않는다. 그러나 수평적 유대가 강조되는 조직에서는 서로 쉽게 기술을 공유한다. 단순 기술과 저임금의 기업특수기술도 습숙동기를 유발하지 못한다. 연구결과는 맞춤과정 개발시 협약기업이 제시하는 직무뿐 아니라 그 직무수행자들을 위한 습숙지원제도 및 과정 등에 대해서도 분석하여 반영해야 함을 시사한다.

델파이법을 이용한 과학기술분야 인재의 직능 수준 도출 (Extracting the Skill Level for Human Resource in the Field of Science and Technology Using the Delphi Technique)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract a skill level of human resource in the field of science and technology. To accomplish the goal of this study, precedent research was conducted and then, the draft of skill level for Human Resource in the field of Science and Technology (HRST) was created by wrap-up meeting. The skill level of the HRST was finalized after confirming verification of 20 SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) from January to February 2016 by two times. The conclusions are as follows; First, the skill level of the HRST consists five categories. Each of the level has educational background, work experience, certification, duty, major and so on. Second, the contents of the skill level were found to be mostly valid.

1인 창조기업의 손익분기점 도달 영향요인 분석 (Analysis on Factors Influencing the Achievement of Break-even Point among the Creativity and Skill-based Sole Proprietors)

  • Purpose - The break-even point refers to the point where total profit and total cost coincide, and from this point on, the entrepreneur's decision-making takes a different route. Strategic decisions can be made for more efficient operation and eventually for more likelihood for growth and sustainability if a startup figures out when it recoups the investment and switches to a net profit. Design/methodology/approach - 748 creativity and skill-based sole proprietors in manufacturing industry were examined to demonstrate the effect of the entrepreneur's entrepreneurial experience and education level, the business launch preparation time, or the self-financing on the achievement of break-even point. Findings - While the business launch preparation time lowered the likelihood of reaching a break-even point, self-financing increased the likelihood. As a result of further analysis by subdividing into subgroups according to skill level, only the business launch preparation time was statistically significant in the highly skilled industries. In the low skilled industries, in addition to the business launch preparation time, the CEO's education level and the self-financing were statistically significant. Research implications or Originality - The longer the business launch preparation time, the higher the start-up cost, which increases the burden of initial cost recovery, and the agile response to market changes is thereby delayed, resulting in the business idea losing its appeal. Self-financing not only provides stability and strong motivation for the business operation but also promotes careful spending which contributes to the achievement of break-even point. In particular, it is found that practical experience is more useful than theoretical knowledge in low skilled industries. Due to the limitation of secondary data based on the recollection, the time required to reach a break-even point, percentage of financing sources, etc. may include cognitive errors. In addition, variables are not included that explain the characteristics of creativity and skill-based sole proprietorship, so it is necessary to exercise caution with the actual application.

응급구조과 학생의 첫 임상 실습 경험에 대한 연구 (An Initial Clinical Experience of EMT Students)

  • This study was conducted to identify an initial clinical experience of EMT students, so to better understand their' experience in clinical training. The subjects were 30 EMT students of C department of Emergency Medical technology in C city, who were demonstrating at the emergency room in C, T, S, W city. This study was approached by phenomenological method, collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method. the results were as a follows. From the protocol, significant statements were organized into 34 formulated meanings. from the formulated meanings, 21themes were identified, organized into 8 theme clusters, and then categories. EMT students got experienced 'tension resulting from new situation', 'fear in contacting with patients', 'lack of knowledge and skill', 'confidence feeling from being adapted', 'facing up to Paramedic role', 'experience of death' and 'stress'. The results of this study are to use as basic data for students attending clinical experience for the first time.

콜센터 상담원의 감성지능, 조직시민행동과 IT활용능력이 직무 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 상담원의 경력 비교 (An Exploratory Study on Effect of Call Center Representatives' Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and IT Utilization Ability on Job Performance : A Comparative Analysis by Representatives' Career)

  • Corporations look for their competitiveness in many different areas, and one of them is customer call center, which provides professional, special service to the customers. The importance and the value of realization of customer satisfaction at each call center have become significant as it plays a leading role and is responsible for customer recreation and follow-up services. This study held in-depth interviews with 3 groups of professional call representatives (categorized by experience) from popular property and life insurance companies in Korea who operate in and outbound calls. Three variables, emotional quotient, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and IT utilization skill, were selected and it was observed how these variables affect the job performance of in and outbound call center representatives. The importance of the relationship between the variables and the key factors in the future direction of improvement of the call center representative organization was analyzed. Emotional quotient refers to the ability to recognize and use the emotion of oneself and others. It was considered it would be effective in enhancing the counseling ability of call center representatives, This study identifies the effect of emotional quotient on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, which is defined as actions outside of normative roles in the organization. Also, the study aims to prove the effect of emotional quotient on the rapidly developing IT utilization ability in relation to job performance. As a result, it was found that service career (3 months, 3 years, 10 years) had a significant effect on the key factors that affect the organization-emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB. Especially for OCB, it was considered relatively less important to the new employees, while it greatly affected the job performance, rate of settlement, and sustainment of the working life for those with longer experience. Also, the result of the interview for each variable differed by the service career. Emotional quotient, IT utilization skill, and OCB were close connection for the representatives with longer experience than for those with shorter experience. And the level of intimacy of their relationship with job performance was in proportion to the years of service. Thus, to secure stability for the call center representatives and enhance their job performance continually, the importance of emotional quotient and IT utilization skill shall be reflected in the operation process actively. In particular, in order to lead a organization with outstanding culture, a management system shall apply OCB from the recruitment process.

공업계 고교 NCS 기반 교육과정의 편성 실태와 과제 (The Actual Situation and Task that The Industrial Area Highschools Organize National Competency Standard Based Curriculum)

  • 이 연구는 공업계 고교의 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성 실태와 문제점을 파악하여 NCS 교육과정을 기반으로 지속적인 성장 발전을 위한 과제가 무엇인지 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 특성화고, 마이스터고 및 전문계학과를 설치한 일반고를 포함하여 총 583개교를 대상으로 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성에 대한 기초자료를 조사하였고, 그 중 283개 단위학교의 공업분야 교육과정 편성 실태와 문제점을 분석하였다. 연구결과 파악된 문제점은 첫째, 산업분야별 인력수요 전망을 고려하여 객관적으로 기준학과를 설치하지 못했다는 점. 둘째, 공업분야 특성화고의 경우 실무과목의 수와 과목당 평균단위수가 다른 특성화고보다 많은 비중을 차지하고 있지만 학습모듈 활용, 교수학습방법 개발 및 교원 역량 강화 방안은 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다는 점, 셋째, 공업분야 특성화고의 전문교과 담당교사의 수업부담이 더 증가한다는 점, 넷째, 인력양성목표와 NCS 기반 고교 직업교육과정과의 연계성이 약하다는 점, 다섯째, NCS 실무과목을 3학년에 집중 편성함으로 인해 체계적이고 균형잡힌 학습에 한계가 있다는 점이었다. 공업계 고교에서 NCS 기반 교육과정이 선순환적으로 작동하고 안착하기 위한 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무역량 향상과 Career Path(진로경로)를 고려하여 NCS 기반 교육과정을 편성해야 한다. 둘째, NCS 학습모듈 내용을 재구조화해야 한다. 셋째, NCS 직무 역량 강화를 위하여 모듈식 교수학습방법 등 적합한 교수학습방법을 연구 적용해야 한다. 넷째, 교원의 역할변화로 요구되는 추가역량에 대한 대응 방안을 마련해야 한다. 다섯째, 교원의 수업부담 경감방안과 수업역량 강화방안을 확립하여야 한다.

의류제조 직업능력개발교육 학습자의 학습참여동기가 교육 및 취업서비스만족도와 직업능력개발성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Learner's Motivation on Professional Development in Vocational Education of Clothing Manufacturing)

  • This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.

청소년의 약물남용 경험 (The Adolescents' Experience in Drug Abuse)

  • This study was to provide understanding for the juvenile problem of drug brought about by industrialization, and the importance people that we should take a role in helping to resolve the problem. The purpose of this study lies in approaching the effective methods to prevent Korean adolescents from being involved in drug by examining the factors of their experience. The method of this study is designed to grasp the adolescents' drug experience, its meaning, its structure and the nursing intervention ways. By applying a phenomenological approach which is based on a qualitative research method, the researchers hoped to reveal key data in each group. It has been carried on from October 1998 until September 1999 with sample of 5 adolescent inmates in K mental hospital located in Seoul. The data were collected by sereous personal deep interviews and observations. Collected data were analyzed according to the phenomenological method suggested by Giorgi. The results of this study are as follows: First, pleasure seeking: curiosity, joy, and fun; Second, affiliation: formation of clique with the same age; Third, escape from reality: loneliness, emptiness, heroic mind, self- confidence, self-absorption, and comfort; Forth, feeble- mindedness: anxiety, fear, and temptation; Fifth, psychological unadaptation: wandering, forfeiture, and incompetence; Sixth, physical counteraction: headache, vomiting, loss of memory, loss of appetite and loss of sensibility; Seventh, psychological confusion: illusion, auditory hallucination and dream; Eighth, recovery of self-consciousness: repentance, desire and awareness This study results in the following suggestions of the nursing intervention 1. To cultivate a wholesome game culture for the adolescents. 2. To make up the group activities so that the adolescents can establish their sense of identity through a variety of group counseling program. 3. To foster the capability to cope with the change in the process of social accommodation. 4. To enforce the social life skill for the adolescents. 5. To practice the systematic education about drug use. 6. To develop the social education programs. 7. To help the adolescents build up their sense of identity by applying the adolescent cure programs. Above all, it is necessary that school and community as well as home should establish the educational environment paying special concern and consideration to the adolescents.

Characteristics of Motorcycle Collisions by Work Experience of Delivery Postmen

  • Objective:This study is on the characteristics of motorcycle accidents occurring in the mail delivery process by skill level. Background: The tendency of delivery postmen's driving in a hurry may become the cause of accidents since there is a constraint that delivery should be completed within a limited time. Method: This study analyzed the traffic accident data of 259 delivery postmen, who had been approved as occupation-related industrial accident victims from 2009 to 2012, by their work experience in view of season, day of the week of an accident occurrence, accident occurrence time, accident cause, collision type, and driving situation. Results: Accident characteristics of delivery postmen show that the ratio of accidents occurring to those who had less than 10 years of work experience was high. There were many motorcycle collisions in winter and summer by season and an unexpected object, along with road condition, took up 70.7% of the accident sources. There were no differences in accident occurrence time, the day of the week, season, accident source, and collision type between the group of delivery postmen with less than 10 years of work experience and those with 10 years or more of work experience. However, there was a difference in distribution of driving condition. Conclusion and Applications: The results of this study can be used to present the policies or guidelines for the accident prevention of delivery postmen since the results show the characteristics of the injured and accident occurrence characteristics in relation with the delivery postmen's motorcycle collisions.
