Motorcycle industry, for its competitive position, depends on part design technology. This part design has a bulky amount of data and asks the accumulation of advanced technical skill and experience, and fragmentary technical application is not enough to get to the kernel of a problem. Therefore, the improvement of proper productivity - the starting point of engineering design - and useful Design Methodology for products manufacturing are needed. Thus this paper is aimed to create a program that outputs dynamic characteristics of a vehicle when the data from fully understanding on motorcycle's brake system and induced formula for brake design are inputted.

Multimedia database system can be improve data transferring efficiency by consulting catalogue database which is storing the object and serving multimedia meta-database and perform the pre-scheduling for data transferring and by delaying of transferring to reduce the responding timeand reordering the data by various method of transferring. The successful knowledge and information based companies facilitate to restructure the industry and strengthen the national competitiveness in the future. The advent of information age provides us new challenge because the information breakthrough can play a pivotal role in terms of knowledge transfer in the human resource management. Executive officer must present long term vision in order to expand enterprise continuously and establish long term management goal and strategy which are appropriate for key organizational skills of future management environment (Pfeffer, 1998). Also, long term talent management based on vision, goal and strategy and talent development strategy and employment management must be established (小池, 1994)). American HRM system's reformation cannot be defined without scientific management policy. However, currently widely discussed Japanese HRM system's reformation cannot be defined without organizational commitment focused Japanese employment system. (津田, 1992 ; 太田, 1994). Japan's development of the following policies are behind comparing to Europe : (1)Skill based talent management regardless of age, sex, nationality, race and academic background (2)Consideration of retirement age of 64 (3)Creativity and freedom promoting talent management policy. Also, there are problems to be solved. Solutions will be searched for by establishing new wage policy based on tasks and individuals in the basis of lifetime employment system.

In general, the cut or dissolve or etc., collective changeover represents the change of scene in the film. Animation film makes scene's various parts to allow intended sensibility and narrative factors by special manufacturing skill generating frame image one by one and transfer it to the different symbolic dimensional expression. Nowadays sequential scene composition is not any more the unique special treatment for 2D animation according to image handling skill like morphing, metamorphosis, etc. becomes diverse and elaborate. But 2D manual animation makes spectator to be absorbed into different visual dimensions continuously and strongly beyond character and background, namely object and space. that is 2D manual animation's strong attractiveness. Finally these characteristics enable literary function which makes it possible to do delicate metaphorical through full scene composition basis and to communicate a implicative meaning system The analysis about scene broke boundary between symbolic perspective world and plane formative world and it became more diverse and complicated. Hereupon the analyzing the composition basis of formative element in the animation film scene and it's application effect make it helpful to analysis and application in the modern image scene having new absorbing methods

According to develop the web technology, the data providers are trying to offer the efficient service for customers. Specially it is necessary to improve efficiency of the search function to help user access easily useful information their want. KISTI has introduced and customized the FAST search engine to improve search performance of the national science and technology information portal service system. But the design work for hardware and software implementation of search engine is important above all. In this paper, we discuss about the design and custormizing skill of FAST engine for the KISTI S&T information search service.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the guideline for scientific and quantitative skill acquisition methods of badminton smashing so that the novice could learn the motions of badminton smashing efficiently. The subject participated consisted of total 6 middle school students of the stilled(3) and the unskilled(3). The cinematographical experimental & Analysis equipments used in the study were composed of two Model D-5100 Video Cameras, a control point, a synchronization timer and Kwon3d motion analysis system. The conclusions obtained were as follows, 1. It was necessary for the unskilled to learn the smashing impact phase in situation of max. velocity of COG in order to minimize the timing loss phase. 2. Particularly. The power from segments of Power Zone must participate in utilization in sequence of order of trunk-upper arm- forearm-hand-racket segment in both the skilled and the unskilled.. 3. Therefore it was necessary for the unskilled to do smashing practice for cumulated sum of absolute & relative velocity transfer into shuttle cock after adjusting anterior-posterior tilting angle and max timing, in sequence of segment recruited.

This research began by recognizing the development of telecommunication skill in a short period of time as one achievement of launching the national research and development (R&D) project for the diversification of telephone service and for the solution of telephone holdup rate. Under this concern, this research is focusing on searching the influential elements on successful outcome by analyzing the case of Time Division Exchange R&D Project carried out by Korea. Those variables for analyzing the case is limited to 7 definite variables, which are "willingness of policy making organization", "participation of manufacturers and buyers", "support from research and development group", "economy of operating methods and selection of machinery", "rate of technology transfer", "support from Fixer", and "quality management". Summarizing the result of analysis, in order to bring about technological innovation, knowledge creation activity leading to upward efficiency through competition and cooperation making a harmony should be done in one mechanism. I.e., launching an innovative policy should be done in an arena of competition and cooperation, where stability of implementing system is achieved, the entity of "Fixer" is an adequate operator, and competition and cooperation is efficiently managed, among where agreement on purpose and professional opinions are reflected.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to present the basic data for qualitative improvement of emergency care for emergency patient by paramedic in fire station by understanding the level of awareness and practice in prehospital and transfer step, and understanding the level of emergency care and improvement of clinical knowledge through hospital clinical training. Methods: The researchers explained the objective for 143 persons who completed hospital clinical training from June 2nd, 2006 to October 23rd, 2009 among paramedic in fire station. The questionnaire in this research consisted of 80 questions. In the reliability for the awareness of emergency patient assessment, cronbach's $\alpha$ was 0.95, and in the reliability for emergency care fulfillment, cronbach's $\alpha$ was 0.93. reliability for clinical knowledge improvement is cronbach's $\alpha=.95$, and reliability for emergency care fulfillment is cronbach's $\alpha=.82$. Collected data was analyzed through SPSS 18.0 statistics program for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Paired t-test, t-test, Correlation Coefficient, and internal consistency reliability was analyzed by cronbach's $\alpha$. Results: 1) The paramedic awareness and practice difference for emergency patient is statistically signification for general patient assessment(t=14.159, p=.000), trauma patient assessment(t=11.288, p=.000), internal medicine patient assessment(t=10.898, p=.000), and it shows the level of practice is lower than the level of awareness. 2) The paramedic difference between the level of awareness and practice according to whether or not they have clinical career is not signification on awareness(t=3.119, p=.125), and is high on practice(t=3.119, p=.002). 3) The correlation between paramedic awareness and the level of practice shows positive correlation(r=.61, p=.000). The higher the awareness of emergency patient assessment is, the higher the level of practice is. 4) The difference between paramedic clinical knowledge improvement and the level of emergency care practice is statistically significant(t=3.351, p=.001). 5) 89.6%(128 persons) of paramedic replied hospital clinical training experiences are helpful for field activity. 92.3%(133 persons) replied they apply well for clinical knowledge learned during hospital clinical training and emergency care skills in the field. Conclusion: Paramedic in fire station must evaluate the patient's initial assessment and activate the transfer system to the emergency department. It is necessary to develop and implement the effective education program continuously. The education program should systemize currently operated hospital clinical training. emergency disease and symptoms emergency care method, and practice mainly skill education should be progressed. In the prehospital and transfer management, high quality of medical assessment is required to the emergency medical service system. Medical direction from the doctors can feedback the paramedic continuously and continuing education must be provided to the paramedic in fire station.

Wonsam, a type of korean women's gown in Choseon Dynasty, was used as a small ceremonial costume for queens, crown princesses and princesses and as a grand ceremonial costume for royal concubines and wives of high rank officials. It was also worn as a wedding dress for commoners. In the families of illustrious officials, it was also used as burial accessories or garments for the dead. In this context, Wonsam is a formal dress for the people's most important four ceremonies of coming-of-age, marriage, funeral, and ancestor worship. It is worth emphasizing the costume since it was widely and importantly used by all ranks of women, from royal families to commoners. Through the Wonsam of An-dong Kim Clan's, we can see what the society was like at the end of Choseon Dynasty. First, a status system that strictly divided costumes for each class, was, in many parts, broken down. Second, the highly wrought patterns and texture of fabrics of the Wonsam reveal that it was granted from Court, or, if woven by the Kim family, it is considered to be produced by the Court's craftsman or through technical transfer, considering that the weaving skills used are as good as those in Courts. Third, regarding the precise needlework that is uncomparable to textiles used by other illustrious officials families, the Wonsam is considered to be granted from Court or, produced through the needlework skills that were handed down from needlewomen in Courts. The Wonsam of An-dong Kim Clan's has noble beauty in it, with outstanding weaving skills, fabrics, needlework and shape. Thus, it is no exaggeration to say that it has those qualities to be the standard costume that inherits the tradition of Korean people.
