After the 1%S-Al metal is deposited, a thin oxide is formed thereon. Then, a single charged Argon(Ar$^{+}$) is ion implanted into the oxide layer, thereby causing the metal grain in the upper surface of the metal layer to become amorphous. Consequently, the grain size will be reduced and the rough surface of the metal layer flattened. However, the remainder of the metal layer beneath the upper surface thereof will still exhibit large grain size and low resistance, because the Argon ion is only implanted to characterized by a dual-sized grain structure which served to reduce interlayer stress, thereby decreasing the rate of stress migration, and to lower the resistivity of the metal line, thereby enhancing the electromigration characteristic thereof. Experiments have shown that the metal line exhibits a metal migration rate which is approximately 700% less than the control group and a standard deviation which is approximately 200% less than these group.p.
For this study, 148 female adults between the ages of 20 and 60 who satisfied the plus-size judgment criteria took part in this study. Criteria were Rohrer index is higher than 1.5, bust girth larger than 90cm, and RBW(relative body weight) index higher than 110. Using anthropometric measurement values, indirect measurement values, and index values, this study analyzed frequencies, Duncan multiple range, and ANOVA to obtain information on characteristics that determine a representative body shape, by age, 1'3r Plus-sized women. The results are as follows: Physical Characteristics of Pius-Sized Women by Their Age: Women in their 20s md 30s had broader shoulders with smaller waists, with large buttocks and thighs. Among women in their 50s and 60s, body fat level increased significantly in regions such as the chest and abdomen, which made their upper body heavier.

The majority of small/medium sized shipbuilders in Korea is poor in capital and then, should be restructured as an efficient production system with low investment. Due to considering this situation, the cooperative work system is proposed, in this study, as more effective production system for small/medium sized shipbuilder The cooperative work system Is the production system that many small/medium sized shipbuilders in a group jointly share the common facilities except minimum equipments and have managerial cooperation such as joint purchase of raw materials. The efficiency of cooperative work system is proved from economic and technical point of view with the case study of FRP shipbuilders of Sapjin industrial complex located at Mokpo area.

Neodymium is a future-oriented material due to its unique properties, and its use is increasing in various industrial fields worldwide. However, the toxicity caused by repeated exposure to this metal has not been studied in detail thus far. The present study was carried out to investigate the potential inhalation toxicity of nano-sized neodymium oxide ($Nd_2O_3$) following a 28-day repeated inhalation exposure in male Sprague-Dawley rats. Male rats were exposed to nano-sized $Nd_2O_3-containing$ aerosols via a nose-only inhalation system at doses of $0mg/m^3$, $0.5mg/m^3$, $2.5mg/m^3$, and $10mg/m^3$ for 6 hr/day, 5 days/week over a 28-day period, followed by a 28-day recovery period. During the experimental period, clinical signs, body weight, hematologic parameters, serum biochemical parameters, necropsy findings, organ weight, and histopathological findings were examined; neodymium distribution in the major organs and blood, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), and oxidative stress in lung tissues were analyzed. Most of the neodymium was found to be deposited in lung tissues, showing a dose-dependent relationship. Infiltration of inflammatory cells and pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) were the main observations of lung histopathology. Infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed in the $2.5mg/m^3$ and higher dose treatment groups. PAP was observed in all treatment groups accompanied by an increase in lung weight, but was observed to a lesser extent in the $0.5mg/m^3$ treatment group. In BALF analysis, total cell counts, including macrophages and neutrophils, lactate dehydrogenase, albumin, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha, increased significantly in all treatment groups. After a 4-week recovery period, these changes were generally reversed in the $0.5mg/m^3$ group, but were exacerbated in the $10mg/m^3$ group. The lowest-observed-adverse-effect concentration of nano-sized $Nd_2O_3$ was determined to be $0.5mg/m^3$, and the target organ was determined to be the lung, under the present experimental conditions in male rats.
The increasing frequency of post-tracheostomy stenosis parallels the increase in the incidence of tracheostomy. The development of stenosis of trachea following the operation of tracheal tumor or tracheostomy is a very serious complication. The continuing need for an adequate tracheal substitute has not been answered, despite the necessities of excision and reconstruction of the trachea to keep for effective ventilation. Experimental tracheal reconstuction, with a prosthesis of heavy Marlex mesh and pericardium, _ vas performed in twelve dogs. Five to six tracheal ring circumferential defects were created and were bridged with heavy Marlex mesh fashioned into a tube of suitable diameter. Group A: A prepared cylinder of Marlex mesh was anastomosed outside the cut ends of the trachea. Group B: The external surface of the prepared cylinder of Marlex mesh was completely covered with suitably sized patch of pericardium and overlapped all margin of the Marlex mesh by 2 to 3 mm in each direction. Group C: The internal surface of the prepared cylinder of Marlex mesh was covered with suitably sized patch of pericardium and overlapped all margin of the Marlex mesh by 2 to 3 mm in each direction. The results of this exepriment were as follow: 1. In group A and B, the graft was well bridged with new granulation and fibrous tissue, and the lumen of trachea kept good patency for effective ventilation.. The interstices of Marlex became uniformly infiltrated with young well vasculated connective tissue. Epithelization has not yet occurred at 4 weeks in each group, but there were evidences of new growing mucosa at grafted site in 6 weeks. The remainder of the prosthesis was completely covered with glistening epithelium and the underlying fibrous tissue became more matured with little inflammation. These findings were more striking in group B than group A. 2. In group C, the covered pericardium was necrotized with stenosis of the lumen of grafted site due to poor blood supply.
There was a difference in recognition of chemical substances according to cognitive level of GHS, knowledge level of organic solvents and each department of workers. they were showed higher recognition of chemical substances by research group, partially group and good group. To identify the relationship between types of job classification(group of department, group of GHS cognitive level and group of organic solvents knowledge level) and the levels of recognition of chemical substances, a total of 153 workers in a small and medium business workplace. Descriptive statistics(SAS ver 9.2)was performed. the results of recognition of chemical substances were analyzed the mean and standard deviation by t-test, and anova, (P=0.05). These results In general, small- and medium-sized workplaces have low levels of GHS awareness and organic solvents knowledge. The perception of chemical substances according to the departments. In general, the demand for chemical substances education was highly suggested regardless of the job type. There was a significant difference in the perception of health, safety and practice according to the level of GHS cognitive, and a high perception in the incomplete group. There was not much difference in average awareness of health, safety and practice according to organic solvents knowledge level, but there was a high perception in good group. It is very important to regularly check the worker's perception of the workplace and identify problems with the work environment and improve the work environment. In addition, each department presents appropriate safety and health education such as chemical process safety, toxicity of chemical substances and human exposure. We also propose a chemical substances assessment and management plan that integrates safety and health.

This study focuses on determining the impacts of organizational culture on the accounting information system and the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The paper is organized in five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. Based on the samples of 353 respondents working in small and mediumsized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, the research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to find the answers for research questions. Group discussion, which yields final observed variables of the factors of organizational culture is used for qualitative method. Statistics, assessment of the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) are used for quantitative procedure. The results show that mission, involvement and inconsistency in organizational culture positively affect the accounting information system of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam. In addition, mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency in organizational culture are found to have positive impacts on the firm operational performance. Another finding of the study is that the accounting information system has a positive effect on operational performance of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.
This study was performed to provide the analysis on their size and the structural factors required in the process of design and manufacture of school girls' shoes. 371 elementary school girls in Kyungin and Youngnam area were participated in the size measurement. 25 foot items and 6 main body items were measured directly or indirectly using a digital photography. The results of the study are as follows: first, by most of measured items, the range of their foot size was very wide from the size of toddlers to adults'. That shows that the change of school girls' foot size occurred with their growth is pretty big. Second, from the structural factor analysis on 25 foot items, five factors were extracted such as 'the size of the foot', 'the volume of the foot,' 'the height and inclination of the foot,' 'the shape of the foot,' and 'the inside and outside inclination of the foot'. Third, from the cluster analysis, three clusters were classified: Cluster 1 was the group of 10 to 11 year old girls who had big-sized feet. The elementary school girls in the fourth to sixth grade belonged to this group. Cluster 2 consisted of girls who had small-sized and big-volumed feet. Cluster 3 had medium-sized and slim-shaped feet. Most of 6 to 7 year old elementary school girls belonged to this group. The above-mentioned results imply that many continual researches are required on children's shoe production reflecting the change of elementary school girls' feet size owing to their growth. The quantitative data on elementary school girls' feet size in this study could be used as basic information for the development of children's shoe design and its production.
Wii® balance board (WBB) is a device that can measure and record body sway. This study was conducted to evaluate the reliability of WBB in small sized dog as inexpensive, portable and convenient tool. The center of pressure path length (CPPL) and 95% confidence ellipse area (Area 95) were evaluated with only two plates of WBB. The parameters were evaluated between no load (0 kg) and mass group (0.25-4 kg on each one plate). 23 dogs (2.3-7.3 kg) were evaluated for with hindlimb standing for 10 seconds. The mass group showed a significant value in comparison to the no load during the measurement. And intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) between CPPL and Area 95 revealed very high both mass and dog group. In the evaluation of medial patellar luxation (MPL) as a diagnostic tool, 80 dogs with MPL and 23 non-affected dogs were used. In studies of CPPL and Area 95, significant differences were found between non-affected and MPL groups for 10 and 30 seconds, respectively. The WBB can be used as a valid tool for evaluating hind limb standing balance and can be useful as an objective tool to present clinical results in small sized dog with MPL.

Background: Zinc (Zn) is an essential cofactor for physiological homeostasis in the body. Zn oxide (ZnO), an inorganic compound that supplies Zn, exists in various sizes, and its bioavailability may vary depending on the size in vivo. However, comparative studies on the nutritional effects of micro-sized ZnO (M-ZnO) and nano-sized ZnO (N-ZnO) supplementation on Zn deficiency (ZnD) animal models have not been reported. Objectives: This study investigated the nutritional bioavailability of N-ZnO and M-ZnO particles in dietary-induced ZnD mice. Methods: Animals were divided into six experimental groups: normal group, ZnD control group, and four ZnO treatment groups (Nano-Low, Nano-High, Micro-Low, and MicroHigh). After ZnD induction, N-ZnO or M-ZnO was administered orally every day for 4 weeks. Results: ZnD-associated clinical signs almost disappeared 7 days after N-ZnO or M-ZnO administration. Serum Zn concentrations were higher in the Nano-High group than in the ZnD and M-ZnO groups on day 7 of ZnO treatment. In the liver and testis, Nano-Low and Nano-High groups showed significantly higher Zn concentrations than the other groups after 14-day treatment. ZnO supplementation increased Mt-1 mRNA expression in the liver and testis and Mt-2 mRNA expression in the liver. Based on hematoxylin-and-eosin staining results, N-ZnO supplementation alleviated histological damage induced by ZnD in the testis and liver. Conclusions: This study suggested that N-ZnO can be utilized faster than M-ZnO for nutritional restoration at the early stage of ZnD condition and presented Mt-1 as an indicator of Zn status in the serum, liver, and testis.
