The importance of the evaluation and verification of small-size cogeneration system has been emphasized because there is no KS-code related to the small-size cogeneration system. The evaluation method of small-size engine cogeneration system was investigated by the reference of Japan evaluation code, JIS B-8122 and international standard organization, ISO-8528. Evaluation method was introduced such as start-test, rapid-load-up and rapid-load-down, etc. The evaluation method was applied to the 300kW small-size gas engine cogeneration system newly developed. The precise and strict evaluation and verification of the system will help the developing cogeneration system to optimum condition. It will also be a base document of KS-Code.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the standard size specification of the apparel item as finding out apparel products'sizing problem in the domestic and foreign interned shopping malls. Though that, to suggest basic data of web page offered sizing system given to consumer higher satisfaction and based on ISO (International Organization For Standardization), domestic industry standard and service related size. The summarized findings are as follow. 1. The result of size description research, the size description system between internet site were very different, in addition in the department shopping malls it was different by manufacturing industry. Also in domestic and foreign shopping malls, It was not correspond to ISO and domestic industry standard, used Numeric and Alphabetical size. In the foreign shopping mall it distinguish body type and age group. 2. The result of consumer's satisfaction, the superior fashion malls were Samsung, LG, Fashionpia in the domestic shopping mall, were Gap, JCPenny, Jcrew in the foreign shopping malls. In the total group, 1-5 grades were ranked in the foreign shopping malls. 3. Satisfaction of the foreign fashion mall was higher than that of the domestic fashion malls. Exactly, foreign fashion mall described size chart, size description, product size and body size measuring method but domestic fashion malls didn't describe that. Domestic fashion malls need sizing system development given to consumer higher satisfaction. In addition sizing system based on ISO and domestic industry standard and subdivided to body type and ale group must be studied. Aloe, fashion information, coordination information and product explanation must be reinforced.

본 논문에서는 인간의 시각을 가장 유사하게 구현한 스테레오 시스템을 이용하여 목표물의 크기를 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 하였으며, 기존의 스테레오 시스템에서 발전한 방법으로 물체의 실체 크기에 가깝게 얻을 수 있는 시스템을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 기존의 교차식 스테레오 시스템에서 변형된 직각 스테레오 비젼 시스템을 제시하였으며, 제시한 시스템의 결과로서 실제 측정하고자 하는 목표물의 크기를 93[%]에서 103[%] 정도로 측정하는 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 제시한 직각 스테레오 비젼 시스템은 기존의 로봇 시스템 등의 선비 시스템 분야에서 산업 전반에 걸친 영상 처리의 응용 기법으로서 그 다양성이 매우 많음이 기대된다.

Korean Government has carried out various support policies for small and midium size enterprises(SMEs). However, effect of the policy might not be realized in short term or the policy has turned out in fail. We found out the time of support is also important. Thus we propose that government should figure out the proper time to support funds according to the companies status(Technology, Production, Marketing) based on System Thinking.

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KOSHA 18001, GAP and ISO 22000 to make an integrated system and check whether an integrated system can be used at small size companies. Background: There are many certification criteria for quality, safety and health such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KOSHA 18001, GAP and ISO 22000. However, these criteria are difficult and complicated to be used at a small size company. Thus. it is not easy for small size companies to obtain certifications using these criteria. But customers and workers of small size companies want the key points of these systems to be implemented. Method: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KOSHA 18001, GAP and ISO 22000 were analyzed to find the commonality and duplications as well as the importance of the items in these standards. And a survey was conducted to check whether certain aspects of the anticipated integrated system can be implemented at small size companies. Results: Items were classified into categories based upon the importance to food safety, quality, safety, environment, and health. Items which are common among standards were also identified and thus give ideas to make the new standards simpler than the currently available standards. Items which were important but may not be easily implemented at the small size companies were also identified. Conclusion: By considering the fact that the currently used accreditation standards have many similar aspects, these systems can be integrated into one new system which small size companies can use relatively easily.

The purpose of this study was to offer body suit sizing system for young women aged 18-24. Many anthropometric measurements and other related data form 418 subjects were analyzed by various statistical methods. As a result of cluster analysis, we categorized somatotypes into 3 types: H-type, A-type, N-type as the most common. Subjects was covered 86.5% by KS body suit sizing system and 33.2% by body suit company. So we considered to produce AAA, AA cup size and small size body suit for raising the coverage. As size distribution by cluster analysis, H-type was mainly distributed ${70{\sim}85(AAA{\sim}D)}$ and M, L's hip size. A-type was mostly was ranged ${70{\sim}85(A{\sim}C)}$ and S, M size. N-type was widely showed ${65{\sim}85(AAA{\sim}I)}$ and S, M, L's hip size. Accordingly, it is reasonable to consider size distribution and physical characteristics by these figure types when suggesting sizing system as well as design and production.

As the new large buildings are continuously being built with the advanced technology and skills, an adequate size of electric room needs to be obtained so that engineers establish an efficient and reliable system in the electric room. Considering the current capacity, its expansion and its connecting system, the final size of it should be determined in order to bring an effective use of the building. Usually the extension of electricity capacity is on the increase after construction and it comes from the lack of scientific evaluation on the electric room. Later when the expansion of computer and important electric equipment that needs much capacity is impossible, it will cause a great deal of damage to the renting business of the building as well as becomes the unstable factors of the whole system. Therefore, it is important to have the exact method of calculating the effective size of electric room, the heart of the building, especially when the value of land price is very high. In addition, it should be calculated in an accurate way due to the diversification of the system and the compact size of the electricity equipment. However, the research on this area and the comparison and evaluation of the size after construction have not been made enough and the results of them have not been applied when calculating a new size of electric room. Accordingly, this study examines three methods prescribed in the standards of electricity installation technology through case analysis and suggests substantial data by system, capacity, and purpose.

Grain size of material is important factor in evaluating mechanical properties. Methods for grain size determination are described in ASTM grain size standards. However, conventional method require pretreatment of the surface to clarify grain boundaries. In this study, the grain size from the surface image obtained from scanning electron microscope was measured using the watershed algorithm, which is a region-based method among image segmentation techniques. The shapes of the crystals are similar to each other, but the size and growth height are different. In addition, crystal grains are adjacent to each other, so it is very similar to the shape image of the topography. Therefore, grain boundaries can be efficiently detected using the Watershed algorithm.

This study is aimed at the ready-mades size system and satisfaction of consumers size for woman's wear at domestic market which are made by public production systems. This study, particularly, is focused on jacket of 20-30 aged woman's wear in twenties & thirties female clothe. The procedures of this study are as follows; 1. Select 25 domestic clothing companies that its product has targeted in twenties & thirties female and investigate the system of each pattern size 2. Select 259 female in twenties & thirties randomly in Seoul survey a standad of females jacket purchase. Analysis of this study is based on SPSS statistics program, technical statistics, $X^2$ and ANOVA verification. The results of studying are as follows; 1. The survey of pattern size of the domestic females clothing companies has shown some distinctive feature at age and body type of their consumers. 2. Crucial point of female consumers in twenties & thirties is a design and fitness of their jacket while they are purchasing their jacket. 3. Female consumers have some dissatisfaction for the variety of size, difficulty of purchasing and size of bust, shoulder & length of arms of their jacket.

For proper communication among manufactures in various countries and for consumers' convenience in purchasing garments imported from foreign countries the ISO revised the size designation system in 1969. Since 1970's various countries have revised their standard sizing system by adapting the ISO system . The purpose of this study is (1) to satisfy domestic consumer's needs by developing a sizing system based on that of ISO for Korean women in their early twenties and (2) to contribute to entering the international fashion market by manufacturing high quality apparel products The results were as follows: (1) By measuring and analyzing of 464 female between the ages for 18 and 24 the data indicated that body height could be divided into following three groups. S(Short) : 152cm (19.2%) R(Regular) : 160cm (57.8%) L(Long) : 165cm(22.6%) (2) According to the results to analyzing body type of this study the medium hip(drop 6) is 47.4% the large hip(over drop 12) is 42.7% the 2 types covers 90.3% (3) Comparing Korean women's size with foreign women's size DOB size code is 17 JIS size code is 9AR, FNOR size codes are 36n. 38n. and Italian size cods are 40, 42
