  • This paper relates to the automotive silencers reduce noise generated from the actual vehicle for the activity is based on was worth. To do this, the noise from cars to distinguish them by category, characteristics of turbo charger was designed to reduce noise. In order for the design of acoustic modeling using line dynamics, was analyzed using In house & the commercial software programs. Silencers have about several basic elements. Expand, collapse, perforated plate, and the combination are the basic reactive or dissipative elements. Finally, DFSS(design for six sigma) method was designed. and it was verified in vehicle test. The new developed silencers showed good performance vehicle test results. also, the net cost also indicated excellent results compared with other company.

Development of a Rule-Based Inference Model for Human Sensibility Engineering System

  • Human Sensibility Engineering System (HSES) has been applied to product development for customer's satisfaction based on ergonomic technology. The system is composed of three parts such as human sensibility analysis, inference mechanism, and presentation technologies. Inference mechanism translating human sensibility into design elements plays an important role in the HSES. In this paper, we propose a rule-based inference model for HSES. The rule-based inference model is composed of five rules and two inference approaches. Each of these rules reasons the design elements for selected human sensibility words with the decision variables from regression analysis in terms of forward inference. These results are evaluated by means of backward inference. By comparing the evaluation results, the inference model decides on product design elements which are closer to the customer's feeling and emotion. Finally, simulation results are tested statistically in order to ascertain the validity of the model.

  • 6 시그마는 기존의 많은 방법론을 통합하고, 대상범위를 확대하여 조직적 활동, 전사적 활동으로 유도하는 체계성을 가지고있는 것으로 기존의 품질경영 기법과 완전히 다른 것은 아니다. 따라서 6 시그마를 효과적으로 도입하기 위해서는 기존의 기법이나 방법들이 바탕이 되어야 한다. 국내 기업들이 많은 초기비용을 투입하여 6 시그마를 적용하는 것은 프로젝트수행으로 인한 기대효과 때문이지만 기존의 방법이나 기법들을 무시하고 처음부터 다시 시작하는 것은 인력이나 장비운용의 비효율적인 부분이 적지 않고, 그에 따른 비용낭비도 적지 않게 발생하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 6 시그마 프로젝트 선정에 기존의 신제품 설계에 주로 적용해 오던 품질기능전개와 효율성 평가에 적용되어 오던 DEA를 어떻게 적용시킬 수 있는지를 알아보고자 한다.

大氣汚染 擴散모델 開發에 關한 硏究

  • This study was performed to develop and to evaluate an air quality model for determining long-term average concentration of sulfur-dioxide for the Seoul area. CDMQC, TCM-2, and ISCLT were applied and tested in this comparison studies with same point source, area source emission data, and meteorological data to calculate seasonal concentration. Mean emission height of area sources was assumed 6m. Six different values of initial sigma Z for eah stability class were used for area sources. And decay half life was not considered in the model calculations. The results are highly correlated with measurements, the correlation coefficients of calculated and measured for CDMQC, TCM-2, and ISCLT are 0.85, 0.93, and 0.96, respectively.

  • GE는 1995년에 자신들이 추진해 온 경영혁신의 일환으로 6시그마를 채택하면서, 이를 제조분야는 물론 비제조분야에까지 확대하여 많은 성과를 거두었다. 이에 일본의 소니 및 한국의 대기업들이 6시그마를 적극적으로 도입하기에 이르렀다. 국내에서는 삼성전관(현재의 삼성 SDI)과 LG전자(창원사업부)가 1996년에 처음으로 도입하기 시작하였고, 현재는 삼성그룹, LG그룹, 현대자동차 그룹, 동부그룹, 포스코, KT등 국내 굴지의 기업들이 도입하여 큰 성과를 내고 있어서, 현재 우리나라에서 성과가 좋은 경영전략이라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 산업측정 신뢰도 사업의 고객 만족도 향상을 위하여 6시그마의 전반적인 내용과 배정을 논의해보고, 이 사업에 맞는 적절한 세부과제에 맞는 6 시그마 프로세스를 전개 및 확산에 대해 논의한다.

  • Process Capability Indexes(PCI) are used as the measure for evaluation of process capability analysis and is the statistical method for efficient process control. The fourth generation $PCI(C_{psk})$ is constructed from $C_{pmk}$ by introducing the factor $\mid\mu-T\mid$ in the numerator as an extra penalty for the departure of the process mean from the preassigned target value T And Process Incapability Indexes(PII) are presented by inversing PCI and include the information of PCI. This paper introduces the PII $C_{ss}^*$ provide manager with various information of process and include Gage R&R. PII $C_{ss}^*$ is presented by inversing PCI $C_{psk}$ and include the information of PCI $C_{psk}$.

  • 본 사례는 국내 APT 건설 현장에서 수행된 식스시그마 프로젝트에 대한 것으로 폐콘크리트 발생 저감 및 잔량발생에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 파악하고 개선안을 도출하는 과정을 보였다. 프로젝트는 식스시그마의 방법론을 따라 정의, 측정, 분석, 개선, 관리의 절차에 따라 주요 변수를 규명하고 개선안을 찾아내는 식으로 진행되었다. 분석결과 폐콘크리트 발생을 줄이기 위해서는 첫째, 거푸집 시공 및 타설 프로세스를 개선하고 둘째, 압송관 및 펌프카 내 잔여 레미콘을 최소한으로 감소시키며 셋째, 최종적으로 남은 레미콘을 재활용할 수 있도록 하는 세가지로 요약되었다
