  • Most of the disaster situation management system is focusing in the providing the situational information to support the decision of the commander. The information includes the sensing, CCTV, and weather data. Additionally, the reporting from the field agents is an axle of the data. These systems has weak in the field response capacities about the detail mission management to field agents. In this study, we focus in the development of the integrated model for SOP(Standard Operation Procedures) and situation information management.

  • Recently, the high performance of tactical situation display console and tactical data links are used to integrate the operational situations in accordance with information age and NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The tendency to maximize the efficiency of task execution has been developed by sharing information and the state of the battle quickly through complex and diverse information exchange. Tactical data link is a communication system that shares the platform with core components of weapons systems and battlefield situation between the command and control systems to perform a Network Centric Warfare and provides a wide range of tactical data required for decision-making and implementation. It provides the tactical information such as tactical information such as operational information, the identification of the peer, and the target location in real time or near real time in the battlefield situation, and it is operated for the exchange of mass tactical information between the intellectuals by providing common situation recognition and cooperation with joint operations. In this study, still image management, audio file management, tactical screen recording and playback using the storage and playback, NITF (National Imagery Transmission Format) message received from the displayer integrates the tactical situation in three dimensions according to multiple data link operation to suggest ways to ensure data integrity between the data link processor during the entire operation time.

  • In the existing fuzzy aggregation method, the operators such as t-norm, t conorm, mean operator, Yafer's operator and $\gamma$ operator are used to aggregate the values of membership functions. However, these methods have problems in that they do not reflect the decision situation properlyin the decision process. In order to solve these problems we suggest a situation assessment model(SAM) to reflect the decision situation in the decision proess. In the fuzzy decision environment, we propose a new aggregation method to reflect the decision situation using the result of SAM. We call it the aggregation based on situation assessment (ASA) method. It makes the stepwise aggregation with derection according to the decision situation. Moreover, we compare ASA method with the existing aggregation methods.

Draw payment way that consider particular situation and korean situation and that wi introduce electron money model of the world and analyze merits and demerits and is money here upon. Electron money introduction of smart card way that support all off-line and on-line that I currency and the nearest topology here direction must is insisting and relate in use of this or presenting value of money flowchart and draw the validity and hangup by introducing electronic mono model who is presenting in Kyong-gi Province and Su-won current and go forward group. Proposed suitable electron money system in Korea situation by proposing money form and model of payment system that can satisfy all this at 1 situation and physical special quality of mon by conclusion and clarify flow of the value.

  • The progressive in English is taken to be an operator which takes a non-stative predicate and returns a predicate which denotes a process with a temporal frame around some definite time or event. When, it is combined with a predicate which has a culmination in the event, the sentence means that the culmination has not come yet. So the event denoted by the base predicate is not true at the current time. On the other hand, when it is combined with a predicate which has no culmination in the event, the event denoted by the base predicate is taken to be true. In this paper, this is explained by the semantics of the progressive based on the notion of contributiveness. I propose that a progressive sentence is verified by some subevents which are contributive to the current situation and the progress of the event beyond the threshold level of the event denoted by the base predicate. A sub-situation is contributive if the addition of it to the previous situation is more likely to lead to the whole situation than the previous situation.

  • Decision class analysis (DCA) is viewed as a classification problem where a set of input data (situation-specific knowledge) and output data (a topological leveled influence diagram (ID)) is given. Situation-specific knowledge is usually given from a decision maker (DM) with the help of domain expert(s). But it is not easy for the DM to know the situation-specific knowledge of decision problem exactly. This paper presents a methodology fur sensitivity analysis of DCA under incomplete information. The purpose of sensitivity analysis in DCA is to identify the effects of incomplete situation-specific frames whose uncertainty affects the importance of each variable in the resulting model. For such a purpose, our suggested methodology consists of two procedures: generative procedure and adaptive procedure. An interactive procedure is also suggested based the sensitivity analysis to build a well-formed ID. These procedures are formally explained and illustrated with a raw material purchasing problem.

  • "Watoji" is a Japanese traditional book binding technique. An aim of this research develops a support system which everyone can make Watoji easily by. This system uses a working situation by recognizing a position of a needle and annotating to a book directly by mixed reality technique. Additionally, a technique of recognizing a working situation at a book is sewn by a needle is proposed. The proposed system of recognizing a position of a needle is build, then we experiment recognizing of a needle from an image. Furthermore, setting up Watoji on the system, we experiment recognizing of a position of a needle. An experimental result shows recognizing a needle from an acquired image from a camera. Using this result, a working situation can be recognized. Then, suitable information to a working situation can be presented.

  • Recently, as interest in health increases, various wearable devices such as smart watch and smart band which can measure user's biometric information are being studied. Conventional wearable devices service the measured biometric information in a form that provides simple monitoring, disease prevention, and exercise amount. However, the user is Lack to deal with the dangerous situation. In this paper, we propose a hazard notification system to address these problems. The biometric information measured by the acceleration sensor and the heart rate sensor is transmitted to the application through the Arduino in real time. It identifies the risk situation through sensor priority measurement and risk situation identification algorithm. If a dangerous situation occurs, a notification message is sent to the guardian indicating the current location of the user. Therefore, it can be expected that if a dangerous situation occurs to a user who needs protection, he can respond promptly.

  • In dealing with representing knowledge under uncertainty there is a sustain tendency to increase flexibility in order to avoid problems of inconsistency in the knowledge. Many knowledge systems(information retrieval systems, expert system) include hybrid representation models. Funny retrieval systems appear as a complement or as an enrichment of this models. In this paper, we describe dynamic rule modification through situation assessment for uncertainty management.
