국내 수목원 전문인력 교육과정의 분석과 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis and Utilization of Gardener Training Program in Korea)

  • In connection with biodiversity that has recently become the topic, competition to secure biological genetic resources is being heightened all over the world. Korea also has a variety of efforts to secure and preserve plant genetic resources, and has recognized the importance of the function and role of arboretums. Arboretums in Korea, however, have the problems in terms of quality due to the rapid increase. One of the problems is shortages in experts who are essential for the proper functioning of arboretums. To solve the problem, the State introduced Gardener Training Program certification system and started to train gardeners. However, gardeners who have actually employed at arboretums are less than 20% and thus the problem of shortages in experts still exists. In this context, this study examined 44 registered arboretums in Korea to find out the current situation of experts; analyzed arboretum experts and the program certification system in view of relevant laws; and investigated the current situation of training programs being operated in three Gardener Training Program certification organizations. Finally, this study conducted a survey of 68 gardeners who completed the training program at Chollipo Arboretum and tried to suggest a plan for securing experts from the gardener training programs. The plan for utilizing the trained gardeners as experts in arboretums is as follows: First, legal standards for the employment of experts in arboretums should be strengthened. Second, it is necessary to evaluate training programs, in order to raise the reliability of arboretum experts' expertise. Third, official validity that can be honored in all arboretums should be granted to a certificate of program completion. Finally, networks of gardeners who completed the programs should be formed through follow-up management of them.

실습선 나라호의 추진력 상실에 따른 동적위치제어시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance analysis of dynamic positioning system with loss of propulsion power of T/S NARA)

  • In order for the probe to perform ocean exploration and survey research, it is necessary to adjust the position of the ship as desired by dynamic positioning system. The dynamic positioning system of T/S NARA is applied to K-POS dynamic positioning system of Kongsberg, which makes maintaining the ship's position, changing position and heading control possible. T/S NARA is not capable of dynamic positioning if one or more propulsive forces are lost with DP Level One. However, it is predicted that dynamic positioning can be achieved even at the time of missing one thrust in a good sea condition. Therefore, we want to analyze the effect of each propulsion on the performance of dynamic position system. When one of the bow thruster and azimuth thrusters lost their propulsion, maintaining the ship's position, changing position and heading control performance were compared and analyzed. If the situation occurred disable from using the bow thruster, they can not maintain ship's position. Azimuth thruster was influential for the ship's position control and bow thruster was influential in heading control. The excellent dynamic positioning performance can be achieved, considering the propulsion power that will have a impact on each situation in the future.

가상현실을 이용한 항로표지 숙달 시뮬레이터 구축

  • The paper deals with the design and implementation of Navigational Aids Training Simulator (VR-NATS) by Virtual Reality (VR). To gave interaction and immersible training situation to the user, prototype VR-NATS was developed based on the object-oriented operating system with 3D objects of navigational aids. Using the VR-NATS we created virtual navigational aids. As results from the assessment tests, students can obtain IALA (International Association of Lighthouse Authorities) rules of the navigational aids exactly and quickly comparing with conventional education methods. Thus, we found that he proposed VR-NAT is very effective for the next-generation simulation system.

  • 현재 항공기, 자동차 훈련용 시뮬레이터는 지상에 설치된 시뮬레이터에 가상의 상황을 구현하여 교육생에게 다양한 교육훈련 내용을 제공하고 교관은 다른 공간에서 교육훈련에 대한 내용을 모니터링하고 교육훈련에 필요한 내용은 바로 지시하여 교육훈련의 효과를 극대화하고 있다. 하지만 교육생이 실제 항공기나 자동차를 탑승하여 훈련을 진행 할 경우 지상의 교관은 항공기나, 자동차에 대한 내용을 지상에서 모니터링 할 수 없고 교육 종료 후 교육훈련 내용에 대한 평가가 쉽지 않아 교육생에게 양질의 교육이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 항공기, 자동차에 GPS정보와 항공기 또는 자동차의 각종 정보를 실시간으로 수집하여 3D 영상 시뮬레이션을 구현하며 화면에 현재 항공기 또는 자동차의 영상을 3차원으로 구현하여 관제센터에서 교육훈련 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링 및 교육훈련에 활용하고 3D 영상 파일을 저장하여 교육훈련 종료 후 교육생과 교관이 교육훈련 내용에 대하여 평가와 분석을 할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 개발하고자 한다.

  • 현재 군부대 신병훈련소 및 경찰훈련, 서바이벌 게임장에 적용된 전술훈련시스템은 개활지 및 야지에서 별도의 훈련시스템이 없는 재래식 훈련 방식을 통한 훈련으로서, 실질적인 전장 상황 묘사에 따른 훈련성과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 전술훈련시스템의 문제점을 개선하고, 고성능 MICOM을 탑재한 PCB를 이용하여 센서 감지, PC와 연동을 무선으로 제어하는 컨트롤러 및 실시간 전술훈련 평가 모니터링 시스템을 개발하고 GUI방식의 전술훈련 평가시스템을 설계 했다. 전술훈련 평가시스템은 센서 컨트롤 모듈과 전술훈련시스템을 원격으로 통제하고 훈련병들의 행동요령에 따른 훈련을 평가할 수 있고, 전술 훈련 시스템을 위한 센서 컨트롤러는 센서입력포트에 반사형 및 투과형 등을 상황에 맞게 선택적으로 설치할 수 있으며, 전장상황 묘사를 위한 24V 하드웨어 구동 모듈이다.

효율적인 산업체 현장실습 운영에 대한 연구 (A Study for the Effective Industry Field Training Management)

  • 현장실습 제도는 대학생들의 실무능력 향상을 위한제도이다. 이러한 현장실습제도는 대학의 정규 교육과정과 산업현장의 일을 연계한 학습경험 및 활동이다. 효율적인 현장실습제도를 실천하기 위해서는 기업과 대학, 학생 그리고 정부의 관심과 도움이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 산업체는 현장실습을 위한 전담직원이나 별도로 확보된 예산이 없는 상태에서 현장실습 인력을 수용하기가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 대학은 현장실습제도를 운영하는데 가장 큰 애로사항으로 실습을 위한 산업체를 확보하는 일이라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 학생들은 보다 선진화된 시설과 장비를 갖추고 있는 산업체에서 정당한 보수를 받고 실습에 참여하고 싶지만 현실적으로는 상당히 어려운 상황이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 효율적인 산업체 현장실습제도를 운영하기 위해서 산업체 현장실습 운영과정을 위한 모델과 방법론을 제시하였다. 제시된 운영과정 모델과 방법론을 기반으로 현장실습제도가 운영된다면 학생들은 산업체의 현장 경험으로 창의력과 순발력을 발휘할 수 있는 기회와 다양한 차원의 교육을 받을 수 있는 현장실습 제도가 운영될 것으로 기대한다.

WMN 기반 전술훈련 평가시스템(TTES) 개발 (The Development of Tactical Training Evaluation System using WMN)

  • 유선을 통한 전술훈련시스템은 개활지 및 야지에서 실질적인 전장 상황 묘사에 따른 훈련성과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국내 외 적용된 사례가 없는 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) WMN(Wireless Mesh Network)을 활용한 전술훈련 및 훈련평가 시스템을 구축하여 보다 높은 훈련성과를 증대시키고, 원격제어를 통한 전술훈련 모니터링시스템을 구현하여 감지데이터를 통한 훈련장비의 상태 및 자동화된 훈련결과 출력 및 관리자의 편이성을 보장하고자 한다. 현재 사용되고 있는 전술훈련시스템의 문제점을 개선하고, USN을 이용하여 센서에 의해 수집된 훈련정보를 전송하고 처리하기 위해 서버와 연동을 제어하는 컨트롤러 및 GUI방식의 시스템을 개발했다. 이 시스템은 하드웨어의 다양한 기능을 처리하기 위해 기존 프로토콜의 개선과 신규 프로토콜의 적용이 수월하며, 통제시스템의 제어의도에 따라 발생할 수 있는 다양한 상황대처에 대한 알고리즘을 쉽게 적용 및 수정 할 수 있다.

우리나라 해운계 고등학교의 발전 과제와 대책 (Some Suggestion for Development of Maritime High School in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose what developments for Korean Maritime high school are. In order to find out some proposals, the concerned literature survey and sata are used accordingly. This paper is consisted of 4 chapters. The contents of first chapter are focused on the study purpose and problems facing on the maritime high schools. The second are on the present situation of these schools. The third are on the improving proposals, the fourth are on the conclustions of this paper. The following proposals are abstracted through this study. The first, competent authority should be transferred to ministry of education from ministry of marine. The second, education system should be upgraded to junior college or 5 years education course. The third, maritime university permission should be opened for maritime high schol graduates. The fourth, training ship should be build for effective training course required from STCW 95. The fifth , if the graduates from maritime high school engage on board , all of them should be exempted from military service responsibility. The sixth , the education course should be diversified according to the need and demand from the industry society and students. The seventh, the on board-training system for teachers and instructors should be programmed in order to help them keep and utilize the on board experience in actural eudcation situation.

한국 봉제기술자의 직무 환경 만족도와 교육 실태 파악을 위한 현장 조사 (On-Site Survey of Satisfaction with Job Environments and Training Situation of the Korean Sewing Technicians)

  • Domestic sewing industry is showing signs of a redevelopment and the demands of the sewing technician are gradually increasing. This study would investigate the opinions of sewing technicians about job environments and training situation in order to solve the shortage of sewing manpower. As a result of a survey with 100 sewing technicians, of the pay systems, the salary system showed the highest satisfaction and preference. Their satisfaction with pay was low. There was a tendency that they work on Saturdays and national holidays, and their satisfaction with the number of holidays was low. Most worked for 10 to 11 hours per day, and they showed low satisfaction with their working hours. There were no places to rest in the company. They showed law satisfaction with the air and vent. The sewing technicians were concerned about respiratory and musculoskeletal diseases because of the working and workplace environment and needed places to rest, vent facilities, and spacious and comfortable spaces. The total lead-time that they were sent to the field as skilled workers was 1 to less than 2 years; they received training from seniors; and the training period, mostly, was 6 months to 2 years. Most of the sewing technicians surveyed had the expertise, did not feel the necessity of retraining related to their tasks, and did not have any willingness to take reorientation due to a lack of time even with their tasks.

보건전문대학의 산학협동교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Co-operative Education of the Junior Health College)

  • This study aimed at inquiring into the basic theory on co-operative education, grasping and analyzing the present situation of the junior health college, the present condition of co-operative education and into problem. and seeking to find a solution to activate the co-operative edcation of the junior health colleges. For this purpose this study compared the co-operative education system in our country with that of foreign countries revolving around the related literature to co-operative education, analyzed it, and the pointed out its problem. And this study classified into the solution of establishing co-operative education system, the solution of consolidating the on-the-spot training system, the solution to activate the co-operative education of the junior health college. First this study suggested three methods as a part of establishing co-operative education system as below. 1. The need to set up the ideology concerning co-operative education. 2. The construction of the advisory committee for co-operative education. 3. The establishment of an agency for co-operative education. And this study suggested nine methods as the method of consolidating the on-the-spot training as below. 1. The execution of the basic research for the on-the-spot training. 2. The reorganization of the existing curriculum into the curriculum the industrial organization requires. 3. The establishing of the system in a closer cooperation with the industrial organization for the on-the-spot training. 4. The participation in solving commonly the problems of the industrial organization and in education. 5. The establishing of the guidance system assuming exclusive charge of the on-the-spot training. 6. The submission of the evaluation sheet for the on-the-spot training. 7. The extension of the period of the on-the-spot training and the reorganization of an educational system. 8. The persistent support for the on-the-spot training at the governmental dimension. 9. The securing of the educational dost spent on the on-the-spot training and the imposition of benefits on the industrial organization.
