본 연구에서는 마제형터널 주변에 공동이 존재하는 경우에 대해 동적해석을 수행함으로써 터널주변의 공동이 터널의 동적거동에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 반무한 평면상에서 터널의 동적응답해석을 수행할 수 있는 해석기법을 개발하였다. 먼저 주파수 영역에서의 다층 반무한 지반내에서의 동적 기본해를 유도하였고 이를 경계요소에 적용하였다. 외부영역을 모형화한 경계요소를 내부영역의 유한요소와 조합하여 반무한 영역에서의 터널구조의 동적응답을 구할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 기법의 검증을 위하여 단층 및 다층 반무한 구조계에 대해 Ricker 파형을 이용한 동적해석을 수행하여 기존의 해석결과와 비교하였고, 개발된 기법을 이용하여 석회암층에 있는 터널에 대해 공동의 유무 및 터널과의 이격거리에 따른 터널의 동적거동을 고찰하였다.

Serial ultrasonographic examinations were performed on pregnant Korean Jindo bitches. Measurements of inner chorionic cavity diameter and fetal head diameter were made from pregnancy day 15 to parturition. These measurements were converted retrospectively based on the day of parturition (day 0). The data of inner chorionic cavity diameter obtained from day -42 to day -25 and fetal head diameter obtained from day -24 to day -1 were used to prediction of parturition day. Formulas for the prediction of parturition day using the method of least squares were derived. These formulas were then used to predict parturition dates based on single measurements of inner chorionic cavity diameter or fetal head diameter in 17 additional pregnant Korean Jindo bitches. Predicted date of parturition was then compared to actual whelping date. In the prediction of parturition based on inner chorionic cavity diameter, 7 of 10 bitches were coincided prediction date and actual whelping date, and the prediction was accurate to within 1 day in 3 of 10 bitches. The prediction of parturition based on fetal head diameter was accurate to within 1 day in 6 of 7 bitches and within 2 days in 1 of 7 bitches. In conclusion, the ultrasound measurement of inner chorionic cavity diameter and fetal head diameter are practical and accurate tool in the prediction of parturition.

배 경: 한 개의 공동이 있는 활동성 폐결핵환자에서 객담도말검사 결과와 관련된 흉부CT 소견을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법: 흉부CT에서 한 개의 공동이 있는 32명의 활동성 폐결핵환자를 대상으로 하였다. 객담도말검사의 결과에 따라 객담도말검사 양성(n=19)과 음성(n=13)인 두 군으로 나누었다. 흉부CT 소견을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 흉부CT 소견은 공동의 크기, 공동 벽의 모양, 공동 벽의 최대 두께, 그리고 동반된 소견들을 분석하였다. 공동의 크기는 최대직경으로 하였다. 동반된 소견은 간유리음영, 폐경결 미세결절과 결절로 나누어 분석하였다. 각 소견의 유무와 소견이 보이는 폐엽의 수를 기록하였다. 두 군 간에 흉부CT 소견에 어떤 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 결 과: 공동의 평균 최대직경은 객담도말검사 양성인 군은 $33.84{\pm}13.65mm$이었고, 음성인 군은 $27.08{\pm}9.04 mm$로 음성인 군에서 작은 경향이 있었으나 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 폐경결은 객담도말검사 양성인 군은 89.5%, 음성인 군은 30.8%에서 보였고(p=0.01), 폐경결이 보이는 폐엽의 수는 객담도말 양성인 군은 평균 $1.37{\pm}0.90$, 음성인 군은 평균 $0.31{\pm}0.48$개로 두 군 간에 의미 있는 차이가 있었다(p=0.0002). 두 개 이상의 폐엽에 폐경결이 동반된 예는 객담도말검사 양성인 군의 31.6%에서 있었고 음성인 군에서는 없었다(p<0.05). 다른 소견들은 두 군 간에 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 객담도말검사에 대한 폐경결의 민감도, 특이도, 양성예측도, 그리고 음성예측도는 각각 89.5%, 69.2%, 73.9%, 81.8% 이었다.

Single crystals of YBa2Cu3O7-x have been grown in BaCuO2 flux at temperature of 125$0^{\circ}C$ and examined using XRD, EDAX and light microscopy. The YBCO crystals were grown in a cavity which was formed by the reduction of CuO and became large by the directional solidification in the crucible. The observed crystal growth habit is square planar with the c-axis normal to the plane. The surface morphology of grown crystals were growth ledges and growth sprial paterns on a (001) face.

Single mode pulsed incidence dye laser which has TEMoo spatial beam pattern, near gaussian temporal shape and narrow band width(less than 500MHz) has been constructed The improved performance comes as a results of cavity length(~5cm) and definition of optical path by means of longitudinal pumping. Using 1.0X10-4M RH-6G dye, conversion efficiency was approximately 2.2% and tuning range was 548-564nm.

This work reports the stability of the resonant characteristics in multimode interferometer coupled square ring semiconductor cavities. Based on the analysis of single square ring cavities, the single mode operations in the multimode interferometer coupled ring cavities are analyzed and the devices are demonstrated on the semiconductor multiple quantum well epitaxial structure. By varying the lasing conditions such as substrate temperature and input pump power, single resonant mode operations are also observed.

본 연구에서는 중 소형견에서 1개의 복강경 통로를 통한 내시경적 담낭 제거술을 실시함으로써, 개에서 최소 침습적 수술로 담낭 절제술을 실시할 수 있는 방법을 확립하기 위하여 실시하였다. 실험 동물로 총 3마리의 수컷 비글견 ($10.3{\pm}0.62$ kg)을 이용하였으며 배꼽 주위에 하나의 절개창을 만든 후 단일 통로 내시경 시스템을 장착하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 내시경과 Maryland 복강경용 겸자로 담낭을 견인, 제거하였다. 3마리 모두 성공적으로 담낭 절제술을 실시하였으며, 수술 후 감염과 같은 합병증은 발생하지 않았다. 또한 술전, 술후를 비교한 혈액, 혈청 검사상에서도 특이적인 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 술후 7일 후에 이루어진 부검 소견에서도 출혈 및 담즙의 유출 및 복막염 등과 같은 부작용은 관찰되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해, 단일 통로를 이용한 내시경 유도하 담낭 절제술은 중소형견에서 실시할 수 있는 복강 수술 방법 중 최소한의 절개를 통해 비침습적으로 이루어질 수 있는 유용한 수술 방법이라 할 수 있다.

We study both theoretically and experimentally the motion of fluid driven by electro-thermally ablated gas pressure in a cavity with a single exhauster. A possibility of jet propulsion engine for steamers is also discussed as an application of the fluid motion.
