  • This article aims to explore the contribution of social media value to a company's financial performance in a digital environment economy since the awareness of companies and investors in the use of social media opens up new mechanisms for disseminating information. Quantitative method is used in this study with Multivariate Analysis of Variance as the analysis tool. The data used is secondary data gathered from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using 308 companies as samples. In the multivariate test, four kinds of multivariate significance tests were carried out, namely Pillai Trace, Wilk Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root. It was found that social media value has a small contribution in the difference of the level of profitability and the value of the company in Indonesia, but it doesn't have a contribution to the difference of the level of liquidity. The contribution was an implication of online Word of Mouth (WOM) motives which are interrelated with signal theory and as additional information for investors in relation to single-person decision theory. This study provides an insight into the importance of social media management considering that the world of digital economy will continue to develop, so companies in Indonesia need to take advantage of these opportunities.

  • The post-peak analysis of concrete structures is carried out using a nine-node Reissner-Mindlin(RM) shell element which is formulated by using degenerated solid concepts. In order to avoid element deficiencies inherited in the standard RM shell element, assumed strains are adopted in the present shell element. A microscopic material model is adopted to represent the inelastic characteristic of concrete material. In particular, a concrete softening model is introduced to this material model. The arc-length control method is used to trace the post-peak behaviour of concrete structures. From the numerical test of the single-edge-notched beam, the present shell element shows a reasonable agreement with experimental data.

  • A reaction between germanium (Ge) and the ligand, o-chlorophenylfluorone (o-CPF) has been carried out. The reaction sensitive at pH 4.5 in the presence of triton x-100 was selective in the presence of EDTA. The spectral correction technique was ap plied to the analysis of the reaction instead of single wavelength spectrophotometry because the absorption of excess of o-CPF was not negligible. An updated determination of the properties of the Ge(IV)-o-CPF complex is given, which involved the complex ratio, stepwise absorptivity and stability constant of the complex. In present work, the results show that the complex $Ge(o-CPF)_3was$ formed and its cumulative stability constant was 1.09 ${\times}$1016 . For sample analysis, the detection limit of germanium was 0.01 mg/L, and the recoveries were between 96.4% and 102%, with relative standard deviations of less than 6.5%.

  • Traceability is essential in modern automotive manufacturing. Among existing technologies, RFID is the most promising choice for this purpose. However, due to the harsh conditions of production lines, especially in the paint shop, automobile OEMs would require expensive dedicated RFID tags and readers, which are incompatible with standard RFID technologies. Unlike the manufacturing industry, the logistics industry uses UHF label tags for track and trace, which provides high performance and a low price. Recently, this technology has improved to the extent that it can be used in harsh conditions such as on metal parts or in liquid. Herein, we assess the technical, operational, and economic feasibility of UHF label-tag technology for seamless end-toend traceability. Based on prototyping, lab/field tests, and cost-benefit analysis, we have proven that the single disposable UHF tags can successfully replace the problematic and expensive tags used in most domestic automobile OEMs today.

  • The aim of this study is to describe a usefulness of nuclear analytical technique in assessing and comparing the concentration levels through the analysis of uranium using human hair sample in the field of environment. A fission track detection technique was applied to determine the uranium concentration in human hair. Hair samples were collected from two groups of people - a) workers not dealing with uranium directly, and b) workers possibly contaminated with uranium. The concentration of $^{235}$ U for the first group varied from <1 to 39 ng/g and the second group can be estimated up to the level of $\mu$g/g. Radiographs of heavy-duty work samples contained high dense “hot spots” along a single hair. After washing in acetone and distilled water, external contamination was not totally removed. Insoluble uranium compounds were not completely washed out. The (n, f)- radiography technique, having high sensitivity, and capable of getting information on uranium content at each point of a single hair, is an excellent tool for environmental monitoring.

  • A dual capillary column system is described for the simultaneous analysis of a given sample and measurement of retention index (RI) and area ratio (AR) values of each peak on two capillary columns of different polarity, DB-5 & DB-1701 from a single injection. Both capillary columns were connected to either a splitless injector or an on-column injector via a deactivated fused-silica capillary tubing of 1 m length and a 'Y' splitter. Both injection modes allowed to measure RI and AR values with high reproducibility (<0.01% RSD) and high accuracy (<10% RE), respectively with the exception that the trace and high boiling solutes required the on-column mode for the accurate quantification and AR comparison. When the dual capillary column system in on-column injection mode was applied to the blind samples containing organic acids, each acid was positively indentified by the combined computer RI library search-AR comparison.

  • The field of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) is an active area of research as cryptographers look for public-key cryptosystems that can resist quantum adversaries. Among those categories in PQC, code-based cryptosystem provides high security along with efficiency. Recent works on code-based cryptosystems focus on the side-channel resistant implementation since previous works have indicated the possible side-channel vulnerabilities on existing algorithms. In this paper, we recovered the secret key in HyMES(Hybrid McEliece Scheme) using a single power consumption trace. HyMES is a variant of McEliece cryptosystem that provides smaller keys and faster encryption and decryption speed. During the decryption, the algorithm computes the parity-check matrix which is required when computing the syndrome. We analyzed HyMES using the fact that the joint distributions of nonlinear functions used in this process depend on the secret key. To the best of our knowledge, we were the first to propose the side-channel analysis based on joint distributions of leakages on public-key cryptosystem.

  • In this paper, the performance of multicore processor architecture is analyzed which utilizes out-of-order superscalar processor core using multiple basic block execution. Using SPEC 2000 benchmarks as input, the trace-driven simulation has been performed for the out-of-order superscalar processor with the window size from 32 to 64 and the number of cores between 1 and 16, exploiting multiple basic block execution from 1 to 4 extensively. As a result, the multicore out-of-order superscalar processor with 4 basic block execution achieves 22.0 % average performance increase over the same architecture with the single basic block execution.

  • This research is the second attempt to illustrate the phases of ancient Korean architecture through a comparative study of historical materials such as historical ruins, relics, stone remains and art products. Among these the stone stupa (budo), contains many architectural aspects of old times, which give clues to trace the characteristics of the antient Korean structures. The study brings about following results: 1. The pillar employs an entasis technique, and the bracket system (gongpo) consists of cross beams (changbang) and small supporting blocks (soro) thereupon. A type of the bracket arm (chomcha) is also found on top of the pillar. 2. Windows and doors are assumed from the carved features on the stone stupa to be pair-doors which could be folded twice sideways and upwards. 3. There are two types of eaves; the single eaves and the double eaves consisting of a rafter and a flying rafter. 4. The roof has furrows formed by the concave tiles and the convex ones and also the tiles at the edge of eaves. And there are evidences that a variety of small images of animal and human figures were decorated along on top of the eaves.
